Hi,
I’m confused as how to properly dispose wax remnants of Uncrossing Vigil candle. I know to recycle the glass but what about if there’s wax remnants inside? Where should I burry or dispose it?
Thank you.

What I do if working with a vigil candle and there is still wax remains attached to the bottom or walls of the glass is take a blow dryer and warm up the inside of the glass to melt it. Pour the Reminence that is left with your other wax and dispose of it properly. Then recycle the clean jar in a recycling bin.
Enjoy your day. Edward T

Hi Edward T,

Thank you for the tips. To be more specific with the Uncrossing candle leftover, do I burry it in my front or back yard, or throw it on crossroads? because it is a kind of cleansing and protection candle, so do I burry it in the back yard "to keep", in the front yard to "welcome/attract" or other appropriate way? I hope I make sense.

CuriousIndigo ,

I would dispose of uncrossing at a crossroad as its taking a crossed condition off of you. I would keep a fiery wall wax in the yard to continue to protect.

Thank you so much, JayDee. As far as Fiery wall wax, does it matter if it’s in front or back yard? Also are those herbs and glitter supposed to burn along with the wax or is it common to have leftover glitter and herbs in the glass once the wax burned completely? And so, the same goes as far as how to dispose it?

Hello CuriousIndigo,

I like to sprinkle the leftovers from Fiery Wall/Protection work in my front yard, the herbs, wax and any glitter. Yes, it's normal to have some herbs and glitter that doesn't burn, because glitter doesn't really burn ;)

Take care.

Sorry if I sound too specific. On disposing leftover Uncrossing work at crossroad, does it have to be at a crossroad where I won’t ever drive or walk by it, or does it matter? It just reminded me of how some leftover from a certain type of work have to be disposed at a place and to just walk away and not to look back. I wonder if it goes the same with Uncrossing work. I hope I make sense.

CuriousIndigo,

Dont look back does not mean never go back. The idea is if you look back you had no faith in the work, it also effects the work. But going back later and driving by, walking by is fine. I may use a spot I dont frequent often simply because I am tossing uncrossing items or a spiritual item to remove a crossed condition there. I use crossroads by my house to dispose of items all the time and never think about it. I just make sure that day and time i toss and do not look back.

If there’s no leftover wax and only glitters and herbs left at the bottom, can I just recycle the Uncrossing glass in the recycle bin? Or what should I do with the glass?

CuriousIndigo,

I would recycle the glass, I always recycle the glass even if a little wax left. Disposing of wax in general is talking about free standing candles.

Oh I see. I thought if there’s leftover wax in any encased Vigil candle I would have to “dig” it out and burry it. So I should be ok with recycling the glass even though there’s leftover wax in it? Just want to make sure that I’m not “throwing” the work away by doing so.

CuriousIndigo,

It is not throwing the work away. IF you feel moved to remove the wax, you may do so, many of us do not. If you pay the church to burn a candle they will read the candle and recycle it, many rootworkers will also read the wax and recycle it as well.

I forgot to ask about the petition paper for the Uncrossing Vigil. What should I do with it after, can I also recycle it with the glass, or do I burn it?

CuriousIndigo,

Many workers put it out in the flame of the glass, but it can smoke the glass. I generally burn them and sprinkle the ashes the proper way. If I had any incense i burned during that time related to the work, any powders or herbs around the candle I would take all of them and dispose at the same time.

CuriousIndigo,

Your petition can also be saved and re-used with a new Uncrossing candle.

It can be folded into a packet with herbs or other curios to use in an Uncrossing mojo or a bottle or jar spell.

It can be dissolved into water and the water used for an Uncrossing Bath.

It can be burned to ashes on Uncrossing incense and mingled with the incense ashes.

See my book "Paper In My Shoe" for more extensive information on how to handle petition papers.

See this web page from my free online book, "Hoodoo in Theory and Practice" for ways to use ashes in hoodoo and rootwork:

ZeroMagic ,

I am confused on the question exactly.

If you are asking if you can use an uncrossing candle along with a come to me candle? yes you can.

Will the come up me candle be canceled out by the uncrossing candle? No, because come to me is not a jinx or a crossed condition.

Will a jinx killer candle affect your come to me candle? No, a jinx killer kills the jinx a person sent on you, not a come to me or a good work you are doing.

Hello LM Family!

I just finished burning an uncrossing vigil candle and it completed its course in 3.5 days. It left some black/grey soot on top and the rest is wax free.

Interestingly during the first day it popped maybe like 7 times within 10 minutes. Shortly thereafter I received a message from the ceremonial magician who had been warring against me and some friends, thanks to a very manipulative charlatan (will inquire about this in a bit). We are now friends on Facebook and thanks to our conversation he is finally starting to see the light about this charlatan.

Oh, and the same day I lit the uncrossing vigil I started the 13 herb bath. Amazing.

I also thought it was interesting that this magician recommended the book Spiritual Cleansing by Draja Mickaharic during our conversation.

Thus far I feel very confident about executing reversals and uncrossing rituals. I did a reversal on her when she got a gig , and two weeks later she was booted out and they didn't even air her episodes! Maybe a coincidence, or maybe the reversal worked! I followed your instructions to the letter using the double action candle, mirror tile, crab shell powder, etc.

I would like to inquire about burning some lights at the church. My goal is to get this charlatan exposed and served! She has ruined many lives and reputations. I will save the details for the appropriate thread. It's pretty bad.

Is it possible to change my user name in this forum? Just in case!

Thank you!

I have a question about a love uncrossing candle I set for someone else. I had some feedback and trying to understand what has happened. I lit this for my sister who has two children one of which is quite ill with a developmental delay.
The uncrossing was lit a few days ago, flame was slow burning then got higher towards the middle of the candle. She rang me to tell me she found a therapist for her daughter through a contact that has a good reputation for being able to help with this condition. She has been looking for a long time and not been able to find a professional with a good reputation. It all happened within a matter of 3 days.
Is this outcome connected even if it's for love? The uncrossing was to uncross her in preperation for love in the future. She also told me about dreams she has been having the past few nights about bathing in herbs which she hasn't done but she has been dreaming about baths a lot.

Pegasus,

Yes, this within the realm of possibilities.
Uncrossing products are routinely burned when one feels as though that have been Crossed, Jinxed, or Cursed however it is common to burn uncrossing candles simply to reverse bad luck. That seems to be what you are describing here.

One thing that stands out to me is the fact that she has struggled to find a good professional for her child with the developmental delay. In my experience, I find that parents with children who deal with such challenges find it very hard to date. If this has in any way been an impedance on her love life, then it makes perfect sense, to me, that a "love uncrossing" would work to correct that which is causing problem. If finding good care for her child has been the issue, and now she is in the child is in the hands of a reputable professional then I say it's cause for celebration.

If she's dreaming about herbal baths, it might be time to take one. Good luck.

There has been feelings of guilt in the past about her daughter and lots of focus on how to get help. The positive result has been dreams of herbal baths and ex partners.

The candle flame has slowed down a lot now that its coming to an end, is there another candle that I can add to empower the uncrossing to help it out? There is soot at the top of it so I will burn another.

Pegasus,

I would try adding a saint candle that represents your desired outcome.

Re: Uncrossing Vigil Candle Questions and Answers

Unread post by Pegasus » Sun Jan 20, 2019 12:23 pm

I am confused. I did an uncrossing spell for someone and had asked her to previously to do a cut and clear. I didn't know about the black walnut bath so didn't advise her to do it.

Feedback was that she felt no feelings for her long term ex partner and she was making small progress with her daughter's health. I did notice a lot of unfinished wax on the uncrossing candle so I thought I will burn another one for her because I saw it as some more blockages to get through. I was going to tell her to do another cut and clear and try the 13 herbs bath with it just so there is a thorough clean. I have been too busy to do further uncrossing work. The plan was to do the uncrossing, road opener and an attraction candle to bring in a new love.

I now have more news and dont know what to make of it. She has told me a guy she had a crush on over 5 years ago has made contact with her. He had rejected her when he found out she had feelings and was quite cold towards her. I know this really hurt her at the time and she struggled to let him go emotionally. She was starting to feel good and move on, he also moved on to have a family, the past 2 years she was feeling over him but now I am worried the uncrossing has stirred up something. It was meant to unjinx and uncross her love life so why is this ex-crush back? She is really surprised because she never imagined in a million years he would reach out to her. I was also told after the uncrossing work he started to come back into her thoughts and feelings.

What do you guys make of this?

Is there any other candle I can add to the uncrossing to make sure she is protected from any guys that come her way that are not good for her? Would that be fiery wall of protection?

Hi Pegasus,

You seem to be all over the place with your work.

You mentioned Cut & Clear and Uncrossing as if they are the same thing.

I understand you did an Uncrossing for her to remove any negative energy, and a Cut & Clear to remove her feelings for her ex. All good.

But what is your current goal for her?

Please note that some times when we do Cut & Clear to sever emotional ties with someone, they may come back. Sometimes they come back as a "reformed" individual, rid of their past issues and more in keeping with the "desired" list of characteristics for a new love. It happens. You can't necessarily judge a person today based on who they were yesterday.

I would get a reading for her to get more clarity on what is happening in her love life, whether this old flame is good for her, and what is in store for her. It would be my recommendation.

I didn't do the cut and clear for her. I had advised her to do it which she did. After she had done the cut and clear I did the uncrossing for her.

I only did the uncrossing spell for her once. I was confused why the person came back but your explanation makes sense to me.

The goal was to keep doing the uncrossing until there was a clean burn and then do a road opener and attraction spell in the future.

I will advise her to get a reading done.

Good luck.

Hi everybody. I’m going to be doing some uncrossing work. I’m going to order a uncrossing candle set on the alter as a backup to my work. I need help on doing the petition. I was told I can use 1 candle for 2 people. Is this true? If not, I’ll order 2 candles then.
Now to the petitions:
1) I’ll be uncrossing myself to neutralize things in my life. On the petition do I write my name and then put neutralize on the command? Or do a prayer saying “may I, Jane doe and dob, be uncrossed and have things neutralize in my life”?
2) I’ll be uncrossing my ex to clear him from anything anybody else may be doing to him (I think the girl he is seeing is working him too), some stuff that I’ve done to him (I don’t want to remove the breakup candle I did for him and his current girl, or the work I’ve done to tie his nature to me) and to clear any negative energy that maybe affecting his behavior towards me. I think this is a lot for a petition so I thought of doing a prayer for him saying “may John Doe and dob be uncrossed from any spells anybody else maybe doing to him and remove (list the spell I want removed from him) and any negative energy that maybe affecting his behavior towards me” or do I just put the last part about removing the negative energy?
All help and input is greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Hello newwitch2018,

Do one candle per person. You have different goals, so don't combine them into one candle.

For your first petition, I don't understand the term "neutralize" the things happening in your life. Just petition to remove negative energy and that should be enough.

Same with your petition for your ex. Uncross him from negative energy sent to him by other people. Remember, your break-up spell is negative energy, so make sure you don't uncross him from those effects.

You might want to purchase Miss cat's wonderful book on writing petitions, Paper in My Shoe. You will learn a lot from that, so do seriously consider it.

Good evening all.

I am burning the uncrossing candle, started yesterday and I swear I feel like everything is getting WORST.

Since yesterday I have been feeling more depressed and angry. Little things kept going wrong. I got into an argument with a friend whom I've never argued with before. Today I saw a MOUSE in my apartment. I have been here for a year and have never seen a mouse. I broke two of my oils :( And in general, I feel like the uncrossing candle is doing the OPPOSITE. I didn't ask for it to be burned in the LM altar so maybe that's why? Maybe I didn't do it right? Should I put it out and throw it away and just purchase some good luck/prosperity candles?

Help!!

RainAvery17,

Hello and welcome to the forum. I moved your post to this thread. Please do not start new topics on the forum as we already have just about every subject you can think of already covered. Just run a quick search using the search bar in the upper right hand corner and find the thread that fits your situation before posting. It saves time and effort for the team.

Back to your question. If you are almost done with the burn, I would finish it and then do a divination on the glass itself to see how it burned. If you just started it, I would put it out with a candle snuffer, pausing the work. You may want to take an Uncrossing bath using the crystals instead if you feel like the crossed conditions are still present.

If you work by the moon cycles (some people do) then I would complete the cleansing/uncrossing first and then draw in the good luck when the moon turns waxing. This should be on the 29th.

So I placed personal concerns, mustard seeds, blood root and rue on the top of a jinx killer candle. The document under it is a deposit from last paycheck. I have been fighting a relative who has placed myself and my mother in the position of being vulnerable to covid by visiting without wearing a mask, no distancing etc. This person has been a nightmare for years but has reached new heights. The question is this what does it mean that the blood root caught aflame and the glass broke above the label AFTER I refused to answer repeat phone calls from this person and laid down that boundary. Suffice it to say that while I realize that it depends on the purpose for which the candle was lit, I am seeking advice and perspective as to what this might mean. This person has literally made my life a living hell to the extent that I encouraged a house purchase AWAY from me to lessen contact. I did use Aloes powder and aspand right after the glass broke for protection/blessing from the force that might be pushing forward to break the jinx or in the alternative pushing back against my effort to break the jinx and ties that bind this person to me. Thank you. Blessings. Lady Marie

Referring to above post and follow up. Candle glass broke again and subsequently found that one of the Docs I work for has stated that I am not a good fit for the clinic. I wanted desperately to move from there but could not see how to accomplish the task....I have obtained excellent references and referral to the institution I truly wished to be at. What are others thoughts here...breaking the jinx with the jinx breaker or has that job been the jinx all along? My question remains unresponded to. Would appreciate communication and insights. Thank you.

I think your question may be unanswered because you would need a reading from one of the readers at AIRR to determine the issue(s) at hand. Candle divination isn’t provided on the forum, and I’m too new to even speculate.

May I also suggest you post a prayer request at the Crystal Silence League? http://crystalsilenceleague.org/

Lady Marie,

Your vigil candle broke because you added a bunch of additional things to it and it got hot enough to break the glass. This isn't a sign of anything. When working with vigil candles you can place a photo of your self underneath the candle for a personal concern. You shouldn't be adding root pieces, oils, or herbs to it if the candle is already fixed.

I would suggest Steady Work products to help you find a job that is a good fit for you. This could be a candle or a mojo hand that you carry with you when searching and applying for positions. You could burn the incense in your home as you do video interviews. Steady Work products combined with Crown of Success can bring about a fantastic opportunity for you.

I would get a reading if you think this person placed a jinx on you. I'd do an Uncrossing bath to take it off and then do the work to bring in another opportunity. It's like fishing, this one got away but there are better ones out there.

Our prepared 8" glass-encased vigil lights come with a dressing of oils and herbs and will burn for 5 - 7 days, depending on ambient temperature and other factors.

If you wish to set a traditional Novena of nine days, you will either have to start and stop the candle (which can result in a smoky glass), or purchase two candles to run continually over the 9-day period.

Always practice fire safety when setting vigil lights. If you must keep them lit when you are away or asleep, be sure that no pets or children can get into the room with them, that they are not near curtains or flammable cloth or paper, and that you have a smoke alarm in your house. Placing lit vigils in the bathtub is quite common, but you must not have a shower curtain if you use this method. Setting them into a fireplace is ideal, as there is a ready-made chimney for them.

Good evening everyone. I’m lighting an uncrossing vigil over myself. Is burning it during a waning moon better. Since I’m trying to rid myself of a nasty mess of a supervisor and co worker I felt waning would be necessary. Also do I cross my name nine times over the petition? Advise would so be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello LolaWitch,

You can definitely work with the moon phases and in this case, a waning moon would be appropriate.

However, if it is an emergency situation, do the work as soon as you can and don't worry about the moon. Just state your petition in terms of what you want to draw in (the opposite of what you are getting rid of).

I hope this helps. Good luck.

I am going to start a new Uncrossing candle for my love on Monday. It will be dressed with Uncrossing Oil.

During the time the curse has been put on him, he has made "friends" who are very unhealthy themselves and encourage him to do unhealthy things. But because it's not drugs or alcohol, no one thinks the things are bad although they cause him to neglect his health and well being to a dangerous point and now he's put his career of two decades in jeopardy due to one of these habits.

1. How would I best add the petition for him to stop doing these things to the Uncrossing petition?

2. I have decided to add Cast Off Evil Oil to it.

3. Can I add Blockbuster to the other two oils to help this along?

4. Can I add them to his personal hygiene products?

5. Are there any psalms or prayers I can add to this work?

Thank you.

Good questions!

1. Just state it in simple terms "May Name stop [unhealthy activities] and may he be uncrossed from all jinxes and curses."

2. Good idea, since other people are urging him to turn to bad activities.

3. I usually only add Blockbuster after a previous spelll has failed. If that is your situation, go ahead and add it.

4. Yes.

Thank you Miss Cat.

I have a question I haven't seen answered or discussed on the board.

What happens when someone is uncrossed? Does it come off a little at a time as you work, or all at once? I'm not asking about signs necessarily, but ways to know the work you are doing is removing it. Curses seem to change people overnight, but the removal of the jinx/curse doesn't appear to happen the same way (if I am wrong, please correct me). Thank you!

MrsSchaeffer2020 --

That's a good question and i don't remember ever answering it.

In my experience it is not an "either/or" situation. I have seen curses and jinxes come off a person right away, almost as fast as washing mud off of them or brushing out snarls in their hair -- and i have seen people work at uncrossing over the course of time, like peeling an onion in layers or watching and waiting for a tomato to ripen on the vine. In my life -- and this is only me, speaking for me -- i see the layer-peeling more often than the single scrub.

We have products like 13 herb bath -- for 13 days of cleansing. But although i sell lots of 13 herb baths, every so often some client or customer tells me, "I took one bath and the trouble was GONE."

So it depends on how badly you were crossed, how long you have stayed crossed, and how intense you are about getting it off of you.

Thank you again, Miss Cat.

A few more questions:

Should you do a run of candles, week after week?

How many minimum should you do?

When do you know to stop doing the work? Are there indicators that you don't need to do it anymore? Especially when you're taking a jinx/curse off of someone else?

In my view, the first indicator that an uncrossing is working would be that the symptoms of the condition start to alleviate. That doesn't mean the uncrossing is complete, but it could. I like how miss catherine put it in terms of tomatoes and onions. It's like caring for a plant or a pet with an ailment. We have to be on our toes to flex and respond to what the patient is exhibiting. You might start with one candle, like you suggested, and observe how that goes. Of course, getting a reading with a trusted rootworker will help you get more specific as to exactly how to approach a condition. Nevertheless, a candle is often a good place to start. I see you received other good advice ideas in this thread, too. Every situation and person has their temperament and complexity. It's an opportunity to learn how the dynamics of this person and situation works.
