When making a petition for a general request, such as to enhance psychic vision, it is common to write out your desire and address it to a higher power or intercessor. This can be God, ancestors, The Universe, or, if you are Catholic, a saint. The Catholic saint of psychic vision and clairvoyance is Saint Clare, also known as Santa Clara.

Use the Psychic Vision oil to dress your candles, and, if you use spiritual tools of insight, such as a pendulum, tarot cards, a gazing crystal, stones, bones, playing cards, dowsing rods, or the like, dress those with the oil as well and lay them on the altar as you burn the vigil candles.

I know all of the things you have suggested but no one is explaining how a psychic vision petition is actually made. That is my question. I already know how to anoint my 3rd eye with psychic vision oil before bed & the whole dream pillow. I just need to know how the petition is made to bring about psychic visions.

Some examples that you could use to increase visions: "With Gods Blessing may my ability to have psychic visions be increased", "Lord Jesus do I pray to increase my natural psychic abilities including intuition, psychic visions, and dreaming true amen", "St. Clair, powerful saint and faithful servant to our Lord Jesus, I humbly pray for your assistance in increasing my psychic visions and psychic abilities, In Jesus name Amen".
