Hello! I have a particular question as an international caller. So coming as an international client and calling directly through phone would likely result in high fees for me to be paid. I assume the vast majority of AIRR readers accept other forms of communication, through third-party apps such as Zoom or Skype, but it is something I must talk to with the reader after booking?

Great question, it really depends on the system used, I use some apps that allow for international calls and it does not cost me. Some may also use those apps like Zoom which would reduce any issues with reading. I would first email the AIRR member you want a reading with, specify your location and time zone (helps with planning a reading time), and which method they would use for you since it's international. After an agreement is made then do the booking.

Hello Balkan Diviner!

Many of the practitioners in AIRR I believe readily list their contact options on their bio pages, booking pages or their pages linked to via their bio pages, but it is definitely advisable to ask prior to scheduling. There are so many options out there with Skype, Zoom, Line, WhatsApp, GoogleMeet, Microsoft Teams, etc. it's somewhat mind boggling. One thing I've realized is that a lot of clients have an aversion to those options like Zoom or Skype because they automatically think "on camera" but if that's a concern for you the majority of these options also allow a voice-only ability as well!

How do I know what a readers hours are? I have sent three messages to Clifford Low, and have not heard back. How am I to know if he is sick, going through a personal matter, on vacation etc.

How do I get in touch with them?

I've logged in numerous times and seen the same people online. The rest are never online. How do I know when they are online? I can't see any posted hours anywhere.

Can anyone help me out? I'd like to use my $60 credit, and none of the readers I want to get a reading from are online.

Great question!

I moved your post from the AIRR section to the one that is open about questions on AIRR and HP which are actually two different entities. AIRR is an association of Readers and Rootworkers, not everyone does HP, and also not all HP does AIRR.

Your question is how to use a product, a $60 credit when the person is not on. This is more of a HP question because AIRR members use their own booking system, where HP use the same system to log into the program and reach the clients. The hours are different based on the reader, there are pages that indicate the working hours. You can also email them or send a message on HP that you wish to contact and have a reading with them.

On the HP page you will see green names which are on live and can be contacted now, those below show a blue square where you click contact me, then the system will contact them after you complete the information.

I hope this helps you contact the readers you desire and get the connections.

For 8" glass-encased vigil lights we require a 24 hour lead time in order to download the order, prepare the candle, and light it.

This is my reply to a person who contacted me via Facebook Messenger with a question. As always, i place copies of my replies to such queries here. In this case, i do not have the person's permission to give their name or quote them, but the question was, in essence:

"With more than 30 AIRR readers available, how can one tell who is the best, either overall, or best for my situation?"

My reply:

I know that it can difficult to choose a reader, because most readings are done privately, one-on-one, and it can feel like you are being asked to pay for a pig in a poke.

Readers get readings too, you know, so i can tell you what i have done when i moved to a new city or wanted to get to know a new reader -- i pick a concise question, something simple but not trivial, then i book the shortest reading possible, which is usually ten or fifteen minutes, and i see how i feel about the reader and the reading on that one question before i lay a really big question on the reader in a one-hour session. I may try two or three readers on the same small question before i settle on a reader.

Having a reader can be like having a hair stylist or a personal trainer -- when you find one you like, you don't necessarily want to jump around a lot. You build up a relationship, or even a friendship.

As for myself, as a reader, i please some folks, and some other folks don't like my style. If you want to give me a try, you can book a fifteen minute reading with me for twenty-five dollars.

I would love to add that in my case I look forward to people whom I also may enjoy having as teachers and friends, being an aspiring professional psychic myself. So, for instance, I've initially contacted you as I've liked your tarot readings on the blog talk radio show and looked forward to enhance my skill in this area while also receiving an answer.

It may depend on the wish of the client, are they looking to learn a specific magical path/divinatory system? There may be a specific psychic suited for them opening the gates! Of course, that may, in my opinion, indicate that if one were to lean towards two different magical paths simultaneously, say, Traditional British Witchcraft and Hoodoo, it would not be a problem to have two magical advisors in these specific areas, as they differ on multiple levels.

Of course, not every client is looking forward to learn spellcasting, religion or card reading, they may just want a short quick reading, but it was an additional point I've wanted to bring to the table!

As I was walking on the street observing snowflakes falling gently (which has become a rare occurence due to global warming), a question crossed my mind randomly.

Does it happen from time to time for an AIRR rootworker to recieve the request of weather spells? It’s a topic that has been touched upon on the radioshow, yet I honestly question whether it occurs for a client to come and request a weather spell from a rootworker? Needless to say, it’s a magical sector with geographical limitations.

I know for sure a snow spell would work wonderfully in my region. Pretty sure many other parts of the world would vehemently disagree!

Weather spells have been an important part of magic going back thousands of years. Many societies started out agrarian the importance of the crops, weather, and, in particular, sun and rain were very important. Many old Gilmore to touch on weather spells, such as Pow WoW a book on the Penn Dutch which has many spells about livestock and weather, or the Books of Moses and Seals of Solomon which have spells for weather.
