Thanks! That is exactly what I am doing and I’m sure it will be fine. I’ll read through AIRR and see who else might be available!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Problems Contacting an AIRR Reader? Contact the Ombudsman!
Hello,
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question.
Can someone tell me how to reach Conjureman Ali?
Per his website, I paid for my reading in advance, then emailed him to let him know, BUT the email address on the site keeps coming back as a bad address!
I'm sure you can see why I am very concerned. Does anyone have a good contact number or email for him?
This is what is posted on the site: dr.raven@theconjureman.com
Thank you very much!

Re: Problems Contacting an AIRR Reader? Contact the Ombudsman!
Hi simplydevine,
I have moved your post to the thread on trouble contacting AIRR members.
You can scroll up and see the advice given to others who have booked services but not heard from their rootworker. Since ConjuremanAli is not currently being booked through his AIRR page, you can't go through the Ombudsman for resolution. Instead, if you paid via PayPal, you will need to go through their dispute resolution process.
I'm sorry you're having this difficulty and I wish you a speedy outcome.

Anyone have trouble getting in touch with a Deacon Millett lately? I ordered a Deacon’s choice reading about three weeks ago. I emailed three times to see if he got my request no response. It’s not like him or his assistant to not at least respond that they’ve received the request. Worked with him in the past and never had this happen. I hope he’s ok.

Hello, PinupGypsy,
I just spoke with him by phone for about an hour today. He's fine.
If you pre-paid for the reading and have been unable to contact him, one possibility is that any email he is sending you is getting caught in your spam filter. Check your junk or trash mail.
Then, if after three attempts, you still get no response, you can file a complaint with the AIRR Ombudsman and someone from the Ombudsman team will reach out to him personally.

So what do you do when an AIRR member has ghosted you and you’ve also contacted the ombudsman but not heard back for 3 weeks?

RisenRaven,
Well, i am one of two folks on he current Ombudsman team. The other is Jon Saint Germain. I got no notice that there was any mail (i thought it was being forwarded, but it seems to not have been forwarding properly). I will look up the missing mail (damn you, Mercury Retrograde) and contact Jon.

Hello mana,
I have a contact form on my site and a stated wait time on my scheduler. Unfortunately you went through a different avenue so I've refunded you so you can find a reader you can connect with. All the best!

Re: Problems Contacting an AIRR Reader? Contact the Ombudsman!
Hello all,
I had sent a request for mediation because I haven’t heard from the worker that I had in like a month now. I heard a mediator like the 3rd of this month and haven’t heard anything since then. I think it might be better to see if I can just get a refund or partial refund and find another worker that might match better with me. Would I have to send another request or would should I do? Thank you for your time and patience. All the best

Hello Ochun_Sweetness,
I would contact the Ombudsmans again to check on the status of your claim. They should be able to organize either contact from your worker or a refund.
I'm sorry you're going through this. Good luck.

AIRR Ombudsman here,
We regret any inconvenience and understand your frustration. I'm currently looking into this situation, and have contacted the reader / rootworker involved and am awaiting response.
The Ombudsman process sometimes takes several days to initiate, but it is happening, and we haven't forgotten this matter.
Bless you, Rev Jon Saint Germain

Re: Problems Contacting an AIRR Reader? Contact the Ombudsman!
Thank you Miss Athena and Jon Saint Germain,
I’m just very disappointed with the results because I heard such good things about AIRR workers and I was excited to work with this particular worker. Now, I have to try to recover my money through PayPal because even the ombudsman wasn’t able to get a response. It kinda makes me iffy about trying to find another root worker honestly. Thanks again for y’all’s help and time.

Re: Problems Contacting an AIRR Reader? Contact the Ombudsman!
I am having a problem with one of the way AIRR rootworkers. I am trying to contact the Ombudsman. I emailed them about a week and a half ago.
I paid a root worker a lot of money to do some work for me and I have not heard about the progress of it.
I've asked for pictures and now this root worker is constantly texting my phone and just being very nasty and rude. She is calling my phone and trying to start an argument with me. I won't participate or respond. I did not expect this from someone that is supposed to be a part of AIRR. It's very unprofessional.
I will have to put in a dispute with PayPal as well because I paid her over the phone once and then twice through PayPal.
This is really sad that you put your trust a rootworker and they get irate and rude with you about asking about the progress of the work. I don't even know if anything was done. This is serious and this is my life. I am very very disappointed and hurt.
This does not affect how I feel about Lucky Mojo, which I love.

Cupcakes and dreams --
I edited your post to take out a name. It is against Forum policy to call people out by name, religion, ethnicity, gender, or appearance, so that had to go, as i hope you understand.
I do sympathize with your frustration, and i hope the matter can be resolved.
It is not incumbent on me, Lucky Mojo, or this Forum to run interference for AIRR. I am a member of AIRR, and i do help publicize the service for free, but i have not been an AIRR Ombudsman for a year now, as it is a rotating position, and i took my turn.
So, in the spirit of good will, i have dropped a Facebook message to the two current Ombudsmen -- Ms. Robin and Jon St. Germain -- and i have directed them to your post here in the forum.

Cupcakes and dreams,
I regret not hearing about this until now. Ombudsman emails are supposed to be forwarded to me, but the system has been known to fail. I will open a case as soon as I can and contact the parties involved. Can you send me screenshots of the emails or texts to info@jonsaintgermain.com ?
Thank you, and again my apologies.

Re: Problems Contacting an AIRR Reader? Contact the Ombudsman!
For the record, the Ombudsman case and Paypal dispute brought against an AIRR member by Cupcakes and dreams was settled by Paypal in the AIRR member's favour, because the AIRR member suplied proof of materials having been sent to the client, as per the contract that had been made between them.
"Contract?" you say. "A contract for rootwork?" YES. You can ask any AIRR member to write out a contract for exactly what spiritual services will be provided and over what time period. If you are hiring rootwork that costs more than pocket change, we recommend that you do so with a contract. Learn all about how service contracts for rootwork are handled here, at this convenient AIRR web page:

Re: Problems Contacting an AIRR Reader? Contact the Ombudsman!
Hi!
I emailed the Ombudsman about a concern I have: I bought a reading from an AIRR member last week, but I didn't receive any instructions on what to do next. I emailed the member to the two different emails on their profile, and with both I got back an "address doesn't exist" message.
I was going to contact them through the forum DMs, but I noticed their last log in was in 2018, so honestly I'm a bit concerned.
Thank you. <3

First, the Forum DMs were diaabled many years ago due to spamming, trolling, advertising, and the posting of pornography.
Second, this forum is not part of AIRR and there is no obligation for AIRR members to log in here.
Third, to contact the AIRR Ombudsman, you will need to show three failures of contact. Here's how, why, and wherefore:
============================================
If you have trouble contacting an AIRR worker, we will not know why (we are all different folks and live in different places) -- but if you have tried THREE TIMES and received no contact back, we advise you to send an email to the AIRR Ombudsman, Miss Bri. She has the personal (private) phone numbers and emails of AIRR members at her disposal and can check in on them to see if they are out of town, down with an illness, or attending to faimly matters. She will then contact you with a reply.
Please read the AIRR Ombudsman Terms of Service (with contact details) here:
http://readersandrootworkers.org/wiki/O ... of_Service
You will see on that page the following:

We Mediate Practitioner Failures of Contact
The AIRR Ombudsman can mediate a complaint based on a failure of contact BEFORE or AFTER your payment was made:
Failure to return your call or email: Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of contact dates and methods of attempted communication.
Failure to acknowledge receipt of your payment: Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of transaction dates and methods of payment.
Failure to schedule your appointment: Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of contact dates and methods of attempted scheduling.
Contact data for the AIRR Ombudsman and all other pertinent materials are on that page or one link-click away.
============================================
What that means is that you need to show the AIRR Ombudsman three email or text messages you have sent to the person that bounced or went unanswered, or phone calls that went unanswered or redirected to a "no longer in service" message.
You do NOT need to try to contact the reader via this forum (it is not a part of AIRR) or via social media of any kind (also not a part of AIRR).
Generally, if you booked a reading, it is very likely that the booking was done via a calendar program, with day and hour specified. Then at the reader's site at AIRR it may say, "Please call me on the date and time specified" or "i will contact you to set up an appointment" or whatever information is provided -- if any. Some booking programs supply an automatic confirmation message and some do not.
Additionally, if you paid with Paypal, the Ombudsman will want to know the date of the transaction, the Paypal account the money was sent to, and the date. If payment was by any other means, some proof of payment should be provided.
See more detailed instructions at the link specified above.
Good Luck

Amywinter3,
I merged your question in the proper thread, t. The posts above describe when and how to contact an ombudsperson to assist, but it simply may be that the AIRR member you are interested in has been fully booked through the rest of the year and you will have to approach a different reader.
