Greetings From Northern Arizona!

Unread post by Rhonda_Rees-Phillips » Fri Jan 13, 2012 11:53 am

My name is Rhonda and I reside in Northern AZ, where it's NOT hot. :) I am very excited to be part of this group and to learn the new things that I intend on learning. I have been a practicing "something" for about 15 years and have really not seen a whole lot of "movement" so to speak but I don't think I was focusing on the right things. My grandfather was a preacher so "the wrath of God" was drilled into me and because of that, I have been quite afraid to do some of the things that I am really very attracted to. I discovered that I had some type of gift around the age of 2. I can remember the day actually. My mother almost had a heart attack but since then.... it's all been taboo. I couldn't stop it though because I have been constantly drawn toward this type of spirituality for a very long time sooo, I am going to take the correspondence course that is offered by Ms. Catherine.... Not right at the moment but soon, I want to work on some things first and then I'm going to go full force into what I really want to do. Well, now that I have told you my life story I will let you go..... one last thing though, and I say this because I have had some strange reactions to it.... my "mundane magickal name" is Grand Fire Warrior. I just want you to know that I don't think I am better than anyone else by having and using a name like that.... the reason for it? It's actually the spiritual translation of my birth name which considering what my life has been like so far.... is very fitting. :D
Grand Fire Warrior
Wishing you the most Blessed of Days.
