ConjureWitchery's Introduction
My name is Brian and I live in Southern West Virginia. I guess if you had to label what I believe and practice I guess you could call me a "Christian Folk Witch". I was raised Pentecostal and was very exposed to the spiritual world but I have branched out to explore more of my gifts and practice folk magic which was practiced by my ancestors. If you are curious, my bloodlines are Native American, Celtic, Anglo-Saxon and German.
I work with much of the Catholic faith (although at this point in time I am not Catholic) and other systems of folk magic. I also use New Age practices and philosophies and also work with a bit of shamanism and spiritualism. I guess you could say I'm quite eclectic, but I do love to study and learn and be led by Spirit. I do focus on healing and positive magic, but am no stranger to baneful magic.
I love to work with and study forms of divination. I do believe I have the gift of clairvoyance, mostly in the aspects of clairsentience and claircognizance. Women in my family are clairvoyant as well but if you were to call them anything other than a Christian and their gifts anything but the Holy Ghost, they would be upset and would set you straight. My mama, for example, has the gift to dream and interpret dreams and see spirits of loved ones. She also can pray with such power and have those prayers answered, especially when she prays in tongues. She also has the ability to know when Death is knocking on someone's door and has always said that death and changes come in threes.
Hope I've not bored y'all to death.

You seem a lot like me, a little Catholic, a little Protestant, a little New Age. I look forward to your posts.
