Hello Missdeerylou,
I am sorry to hear you are going through that at work, and I personally know the pain of feeling eclipsed by younger, less knowledgeable but more "political" colleagues.
First and foremost, put yourself and your managers in a honey jar, to sweeten their relationship with you. You can read about constructing honey jars here:

Second, put your little brown-nosed colleagues in a freezer spell to halt their momentum at work. You can read about freezer spells here:

Third, I would work with I Can, You Can't products on your colleagues. You can burn candles dressed with this oil on their photos, while petitioning for your success over them. If you are not yet all back in an office environment and are relying on video chats, dress your fingers in the oil and rub them around your computer monitor before joining the videoconference. Similarly, dress your fingers in the oil before sending out emails to them and/or your bosses so you gain an advantage over them.
You get the picture.

On a more mundane level, do advocate more for yourself at work and highlight your contributions to your company's success. Don't be a meek wallflower and certainly don't be a servant to anyone else. You do not have to help your colleagues do their own jobs. You don't necessarily have to play their game, but you have your own hand to play. Using the advice I gave you can help you stand out more while suppressing the little pipsqueaks working alongside you.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
