So i have the Lucky Mojo kiss me now spell kit. Now i was wondering, it states to do the bath crystals early in the morning then take it to the cross roads.. that I can do.. but after it says you are ready to do the work.. my job has me come in early mon-fri ( off weekends) the kit has a 7 knobb candle. so I cant really light it and leave and I know each knobb seems to take like 3 hours or so to burn. So i was wondering can i take the bath then do the candle and all that after work.. or should the whole spell me modified around night time... hmm please help

Your idea to burn the candle in the evening is fine -- but i would modify it to start the candle in the morning, let it go 15 minutes, then pinch it out (not blow it out) and burn the rest of the knob at night.

I'd move the Lodestones a little bit each time. Many folks perform spells at 12-hour intervals rather than at 24 hour intervals. The most common timing of that sort that i used to be told in the old days was "nine at morning and nine at night."

I did the 7 day rite exactly as prescribed in the instructions. (my first Hoodoo spell)

3 questions please:

1. On the 7th day, the final knob of the candle was taking hours and hours to burn out, and there I was sitting waiting to go to work. (late)
I then took some Q-Tips and drained the liquid wax off using the cotton swabs. The candle then burned to completion quickly, within minutes, even as I was applying the final q-tip to the last of the liquid wax. I did not snuff the candle accidentally, I am sure; it simply burned to completion as I removed the liquid wax.

According to the hoodoo tradition, does this constitute any negative interference with the spell results? I would think not. but I want to know the traditional view. Thank you.


If anyone has any tradtional Hoodoo interpretations, I would very much be interested.

3. Finally, the Mojo itself: I carry this in one pocket and put nothing else in there.

if anyone can offer any tips in caring for the Mojo from this point forward, I would appreciate your knowledgable comments from the Hoodoo perspective.

I let the candles burn naturally and then give me an interpretation in the remaining wax symbols ( unless I am getting negative signs, then I interfere by doctoring the candle to get positive results).
Therefore, I would probably light another one and allow it to give you the symbols that it had naturally intended to do.

How can I avoid doing the entire rite again?
Is there a way that I can dress, dust, and light a normal red candle and have it complete this rite?

Also, am I to wear the Mojo all the time even if the person is distant?

I bought another 7 day knob red candle in a shop here, and still have the KMN sachet powder and KMN oil to dress it.
However, the Mojo is on my person now, and the incense is completely gone (burned completely).

Can anyone advise how to fix this based on your Hoodoo experience?

I am wondering

1. Do I carry on with the Mojo as-is

2. Is it necessary or helpful to burn a second red, 7-day candle, dressed and dusted as prescribed, in order to reinforce or replace the candle which you seemed to imply was made ineffectual by my draining of the liquid wax. or perhaps you do not mean it was ineffectual, and in that case, I can leave things as is?

Yes, carry on with the Mojo hand.
And I would go ahead and start the second candle as a reinforcement of the spell (just in case is wasn't completed as spirit planned).
I am not saying that the spell is ruined. although it could be). But am more concerned that it may be incomplete.

Going to try to make this question not too lengthy but with some context

About 3.5 years ago I did a Kiss Me Now spell kit targeting a man I was interested in (a couple months after a Love Me kit). I still carry and feed the mojo bag from both spells.
In those years we’ve become great friends with a long underlying feeling that this is probably not just friends. Both of us have now been single for years, and lately with the pandemic we’ve both been working less and talking more. A few months ago he suddenly became much more flirtatious seemingly out of the blue, but I could never quite push it across the finish line. He’s long been insecure around women and about his appearance (I think he’s perfect how he is ) which I always figured was part of the issue.

I had a red penis candle, so I did a 7-day spell using that and the recommendations on the penis candle page (oils: Love Me, Kiss me Now, Crucible of Courage). Holy crap, it worked wonders - the day before it was done, he was texting me with much more direct messages about what he wanted to do with me! Yet somehow, we still never slept together (thanks pandemic). That was 3 weeks ago.

Then... I did something stupid. I threw away a plant that had been sitting completely dead for years on my windowsill... forgetting that the remains of my original Kiss Me Now spell 3.5 years ago were buried in it. Almost immediately, he stopped contacting me except with short, platonic messages and hasn’t sent me a flirtatious message since. I made one allusion to our previous sexual conversations and only got a laughing smiley back.

Ok, so I screwed that up! What now? Should I do another Kiss Me Now spell kit? I’m still feeding the original mojo bag, and the remains of the more recent penis candle spell are buried within a thriving potted plant in my house. I also have a honey jar for him I burn a candle on on Fridays.

Hopefully that wasn’t too long winded! Thanks for any ideas

I'd continue working with Kiss Me Now products to keep the pressure on. The penis candle seemed to work very well so I would either do another one or maybe use the same products but on a different candle like the lovers figural candle. You could also use a penis candle for him and a vulva candle for you in order to symbolize the sex.

3.5 years is pretty old for a mojo. Many are refreshed or remade completely every year so I see where you are coming from with redoing the kit. It's not an absolute rule with mojos but it is very common. You could refresh the bag by washing the hard bits with some whiskey and ordering fresh herbs. Or you could order a new mojo. I don't feel a new kit is necessary but I do think you should focus on the refreshing/renewing the mojo and another candle spell.

thank you Terra!! That’s SO helpful and I didn’t even think about refreshing the Mojo. Going to do that and get both a lovers figural candle and penis + vulva candles in the same order for later use I think I’ll refresh the Love Me mojo as well while i’m at it as it’s about the same age.

Sorry for one more question, but just checking - is there any other steps I should be taking to rectify my error of throwing out the dead plant with the Kiss Me Now kit remains in it?

Since the plant was already dead, you didn't add anything damaging to your spell by throwing it away. The spell was already dead. You saw the results of it in the kind of responses you were getting from your target.

Terra was right in her advice to you so you can try refreshing the mojo and see if there is still life in it. If not, re-make it. In either case, make sure you tend to any plant in which you deploy your spell remains, as it is central to your success.
