Hi all,
it is my first time ordering from lucky mojo. I ordered breakup candles service and paid through pay pal. but i never receive any confirmation from lucky mojo that the order is received. Is it normal

Hello Shaz,

It's possible that they are backed up on orders and have not sent your confirmation yet. If in doubt, contact them directly and confirm they received your order. We do not have access to that information here on the forum.

I ordered A candle to be set at the alter and included a petition in the message field. But after i paid and got the paypal invoice, i noticed that a huge part of my petition is missing. Who can I contact to make sure my full petition was included?
I had a candle set at the alter last week and when I got the report, it also showed most of my petition missing. The email said my petition was just my name :( but everything i wrote after wasn’t included.
Im hoping i can prevent that from happening again?

Hi Loveli,

I'm so sorry to hear you weren't able to add on to your petition. That can be quite disheartening.

From my understanding, once you've submitted the order I don't think the petition can be updated especially if set the start time around a 24 hour period.

Fingers crossed you're able to get your whole petition in next time.

Without knowing what happened, i would like to recommend that you contact the church directly. Althea Anderson, who sets the lights and Rev. Ernie, who reads the candles can fix any problems, but you have to contact them directly. Thanks.
