I don't think I mentioned this publicly before, but I wanted to thank Dr. Kioni and Cat for this particular show. I'm working on overcoming a specific nasty block of mine and this is the most useful show yet. Every time I feel discouraged, I listen to it. I even listen to it as I go to sleep. It's seeping in and changing everything.

So this is a BIG thank you, and if anyone hasn't listened to it yet, go do that, even if you know this.
