Re: Lucky Mojo Hoodoo Rootwork Hour #08-15: Client Call Ins (Miss Cat, Dr. Kioni)
This was a richly healing and magickal hour indeed. It was agreed that
the participants would each write in online and give their questions
and the answers they received, in order that what was given there is
shared here with others who might also benefit from it. This is my
part in it.
Miss Cat, Dr. Kioni, and Tante Sindy Todo were all in attendance. (I
ask now that any of these esteemed Teachers and Guides please
course-correct anything needed in what is reported here to be sure
that what you intended is properly given.)
Feeling like a Sorcerer's Apprentice among Master Magicians, I asked a
question, adding a bit of information to explain it. In essence, I
spoke briefly of my life experience. Both of my parents were abusive
alcoholics, which included extreme physical, mental and emotional
abuse of my brothers and me. This nearly destroyed our spirits. It has
made it difficult for me to stay on Earth, and I have struggled with
this all my life. I did all I could to help protect my brothers. But
one brother did end up committing suicide; the other one came close to it.
One night, my mother tried to murder us. When I was three, she set
fire to my bed while I slept, then went in and put a pillow over my
newborn brother's face in an attempt to smother him. She was
interrupted when our Dad walked in on her. They both beat and cursed
us over the years. My mother loved to drag me out of bed in the dead
of night by my hair and bash me with her fists and anything she could
get her hands on. On top of that, I was molested by an old man
neighbor. I'm still not sure how I survived any of it.
I know well that everybody hurts. We may all come by pain in different
ways, but everyone understands what it is to suffer, sometimes terribly.
One thing that has helped me to stay alive is using what I went
through to help others. I have clients I read for, and I am now using
what I'm gratefully learning from Miss Cat, Dr. Kioni, and Tante Sindy
to further help the people I serve.
I told them that I had called Lucky Mojo and spoke with Ernie, who is
a gem, and asked him what he might recommend for me to use to heal my
life and restore me. He said to use the 13 Herb bath for 13 days. I
did so, and definitely felt a difference. I then asked Miss Cat, Dr.
Kioni, and Tante Sindy about what they might suggest to help me heal
further?
As I spoke, I felt a tangible sense of warm support, loving-kindness,
and a genuine desire to help from each of these three Healers. It felt
like what I imagined it would be like to be surrounded by God's
Guardian Angels. In an instant I knew that each of them had been
through the HellFires of Life and have not only survived, but have
come to thrive and use all they've learned to help others. What a
blessing it is to have them in our lives today. I felt honored by
their care.
Miss Cat said she well understood my experiences, for although our
experiences may be somewhat different, she knew about horrible pain
and suffering through her own life traumas. She too has asked "Why
me?" as she has also struggled to stay on Earth. She too has found
healing by helping others.
She mentioned the Five of Cups, a card we both know well as Tarot
readers. She pointed out how the person with the bowed head, dressed
in a black cloak, is looking down at the spilled cups representing the
past. She spoke of the river water as it passes under the bridge, and
how we need to let the past pass under the bridge like water. Like the
mourning person, we need only lift our eyes from the spilled cups,
turn around, and see that we still have full cups standing upright,
just waiting for us to drink deeply from them.
She then suggested taking more spiritually cleansing baths
periodically; that there was no set time table, and to just take them
as I feel the need. Perhaps do an Uncrossing series of baths once a
year. And take one spiritually cleansing bath a month, perhaps.(Some
throw in a little of the 13 Uncrossing Herbs or spiritually cleansing
herbs daily! And/or money, love, etc.) Just do as you feel, she said.
Dr. Kioni suggested "Cascarilla". (Miss Catexplained that this is
a name for powdered egg shells. She said take 2 of the small cups,
like the tiny serving cups of ketchup she got in school (not the
cooking sized cups!) of this powder, which is about 2 tablespoons, and add it to the bath. I understood her to mean that this
helps cleanse and remove negativity.
She recommended taking a Black Walnut bath, and Dr. Kioni chimed in
and said to take Bach Walnut Flower Essence as well, to further
release the past and move forward.
Dr. Kioni went on to mention a couple of Head Cleansing methods. In
one, he said to take some of the 13 Herb bath herbs, and after you've
boiled them, put some on your head, about a palm-size full, (not
runny) and secure it with a plastic shower cap. Then wrap a white
towel or cloth around your head; use for one night, then rinse it out
in the morning. Do not use shampoo.
He then spoke of another method. This is a Head Cleansing Paste. Using
a blender, mix together:
Cocoa Butter (To make life smooth)
Honey (To sweeten life)
Lemon (To cut negativity, etc.)
Orange (To create change)
Coconut Milk (For curative, healing purposes.)
Cascarilla (Powdered egg shells to cleanse and remove bad things. Miss
Cat said she sells this at Lucky Mojo, as well as the 13 Herb bath, of
course.)
A scoop of 13 Herb bath herbs (For uncrossing, cleansing and protection) (Dr. Kioni said these would be the softened herbs left from making and taking a 13-herb bath.)
Make a thick paste. Do not make it runny. Wrap it on your head in the
same manner as the first method, rinsing it off, but not shampooing,
in the morning.
He also said to experiment with the ingredients to see what works best
for you as an individual.
He said that doing this will result in your spiritual power, destiny,
and energy making a quantum leap forward, creating magnificent,
wondrous change in your life! I truly look forward to this!
Then Miss Cat suggested using a whole, raw egg to roll all over my
body, as it will soak up any negativity. Then go to an older tree that
gives its consent, and throw the egg at the tree, breaking the egg.
You can use this same tree repeatedly. (You are simply workiing with
the circle of life; the Earth feeds the chicken, the chicken gives the
egg, the egg goes back to the Earth through the tree.) Now, if the egg
breaks while rolling it on your body, that means it's been filled up
with the negativity; cleanse yourself off and use a new egg. (She
spoke of one customer who needed to lose weight; he used this egg
rolling method over his belly and lost weight!)
Tante Sindy started to mention something about setting an egg in each
corner of your bedroom, or any room, to help cleanse it of bad energy.
(Tante Sindy, if you wish, could you expand on this idea a bit more?
Thank you!)
Tante Sindy also suggested a Cut and Clear spell to get rid of bad
habits. (Miss Cat is working to put together a Cut and Clear Spell Kit
for folks to buy at Lucky Mojo; Tante Sindy said she makes them all
the time as they work wonders!) Before you do the Cut and Clear Spell,
you would begin with the Black Walnut bath to remove the emotional
turmoil. This can be used for everything from healing from a bad love
relationship to releasing bad habits.
Miss Cat then spoke of an author's writing that she and Nagasiva read
(I believe his last name was "Bragdon". I am not sure of his first
name, or of the title of the book she was referring to?) She said she
learned from him about the "pliable past". Since the past is pliable,
it can be re-shaped via meditation, as can the future. (Dr. Kioni said
it is like the Theory of Relativity.)
You can take the rotten parts of your childhood, even the parts you
missed or wished you had, and imagine what you would have most liked
to have had and graft it into your life now. (Miss Cat said she
herself has experienced true healing from this method. She told the
story of how as a child, she got a delightful Donald Duck comic book
that taught how to make a kite. She was very excited about this and
told her mother. Her mother snatched the book away, and threw it in
the garbage, saying they couldn't afford it! Cat was traumatized by
this. For years! But by using this method of re-creating her past, she
has healed herself; now people GIVE her kites!)
In this way you can heal yourself by imagining a perfect childhood for
yourself and experiencing the real results now from that healing.
Since this is all created from the present moment, it can be used to
heal your past and craft your future! I love this idea! It is miraculous!
I experienced healing from each of these blessed Hoodoo Teachers this
night, and I thank them again now with gratitude in my heart for all
they give. God bless you all!

Re: Lucky Mojo Hoodoo Rootwork Hour #08-15: Client Call Ins (Miss Cat, Dr. Kioni)
Miss Cat, with your permission, I thought to pass along Dr. Kioni's
request that folks light a candle for the Radio Hour to bless it and
get it back up online.
I lit a deep blue candle that has gold Stars and Moons on it (for the
Mercury/Communication element that you mentioned) for success. I
anointed it, and the petition for his success with the show, with
Crown of Success oil. I hope this is a good way to go.
Thank you,

thanks for doing that Kendis. did anyone else have any trouble
dialing into the show? I found that i couldn't get into the
show past a certain point until about mid-way through. I was
listening with Brian Hodges (#1079G) who was visiting from
the same speakerphone. of course we already *had* to lines
from the shop dialed in (one for catherine and one for us),
so maybe there was some kind of limit from our zone/exchange.
while i did create a few questions to ask should there be a
lull, there wasn't one, and the part that i contributed to
with meaning was when the topic of conversation turned to
re-visioning one's past.
sri catyananda explained that one might use the Cut and Clear
Spell to distance oneself from one's past and construct out
of it for oneself an alternative past to what was remembered,
to reconstruct it via magic.
Doctor Kioni then mentioned that one way that this might be
understood was in the transit between many realities, shifting
between the one that one remembered to one in which the past
did not include the problems or tragedies that one might,
before the spell, remember.
I then mentioned that the first time that i had heard of a
similar concept it was put to me that for a sufficiently
adept person, the past may become as malleable as the future;
that just as one might try to control or bring about the
character of the future, one might also reshape or refashion
the past. in response to catherine's inquiry as to where i
may have heard of this, i explained that it was part of an
explanation of the powers or siddhis of the Buddha Gautama,
as a result of becoming enlightened.
