Is there a certain way to dump the water at the crossroads?

Re: 13 Herb Bath Questions and Answers
In the last couple months, I have worked the crown of success and king Solomon wisdom spell kits to assist me in scoring well on an exam. I still feed my mojo bags from each kit and sometimes carry them. I took the exam on May 18 and my scores take about a month to come back. I have other things going on in my life, and lately I’ve been craving a spiritual cleansing bath in order to be cleared so that I can do new work to attract things to me (money, love, friendships). However, I’m hesitant because I do not want the work I’ve done for my exam to be erased from my spirit, this is why I haven’t taken a cleansing bath yet. Is there a way around this? Would taking this bath have an effect on my previous work? Thanks for any and all responses.

Hello MoS3500,
If you take a cleansing bath to rid yourself of any negative spiritual messes that may be on you, it should not affect the positive work you have done for yourself. Pray for what you want to be removed and give thanks for the positive blessings you have been given, and you should be fine.
Good luck with your exam results!

Is there any harm in throwing the left over bath water towards the west at the base of a tree being that this falls under the category of uncrossing baths west being to take away bad conditions?
Thank you St. Expedite for helping me!

Hello Nabeyta365,
Sounds like you're at mixed purposes. We deploy things at the base of a tree to keep their influence (like the remains of drawing work). The bath water is intended to remove an influence (crossed conditions, which you do not wish to keep), so I would deploy it at a crossroads to disperse that influence away from you.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if I do one of my 13 day baths and happen to go out in the evening, will it be less effective ?
Thank you

vibe77,
While it is an old African-derived custom to not touch anyone for a day after a cleansing bath, in America, where bathing became more frequent, due to the rise of indoor plumbing, this has become somewhat "old-fashioned" advice. when i was young, back in the 1960s, i was morely told not to shake anyone's hand until the next day. In short, there is no "one way" to do this, but if i were you, i would consider the spirit of the instructions.

Re: 13 Herb Bath Questions and Answers
Hello All, I’m interested in purchasing the 13 herb bath. Most baths say wait 24 hours before taking another bath. I work overnight and I prefer to take a bath before going to work rather than after. My question are would it be ok to take the bath like 830 pm? and throw it at the crossroads when going to work or should I wait til dawn the next morning?

Re: 13 Herb Bath Questions and Answers
Hi Wilson3,
It's most traditional to do the bath before dawn and throw the bathwater in the crossroads just before Sunrise... but just between us chickens, I've done cleansing baths late and night and thrown the water in the darkness, and things have still worked well.
Something to always keep in mind, though, is that the effort you put in to things is part of the magic that drives the work, right? So, if you take care and time and focus to do things at the right time, that will always have a positive effect. But, if you're in a pinch, don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good.

Re: 13 Herb Bath Questions and Answers
Hi, I have a question.
Whenever I take a 13 herb bath I usually do so early in the morning between 3-4am. I have to do so because if I wait til a little later before sunrise I don't have the privacy to bathe as others are waking up getting ready for work, etc around that time.
Additionally, I usually go ahead and dump the water at the nearest crossroads (about 1 mile away) right when I am done bathing because around a certain time in the morning the roads start to get busy and then I won't have the privacy to do what I have to do.
So with that said, would me dumping the water into the crossroads a few hours before sunrise affect the work in any way? Or it doesn't matter?

Hello jsdmooth85,
It's best to bathe right before sunrise, but you should be fine with how you are working. Good for you for being so conscientious.
Good luck.

Re: 13 Herb Bath Questions and Answers
Hey,
So this was supposed to be the final day of my 13 herb bath cleansing. I would have my alarm set so that it would wake me up in the morning so I can prepare for my bath.
I woke up on the impulse realizing that it was passed daybreak. I said "Oh no!"
Wouldn't you know that on the last day for some odd reason my alarm DID NOT go off and I ended up missing my bath! And it was also on the final day of the month (I don't know if that has any real significance or not, but I just thought I'd throw that in there).
So being as i missed the 13th day, would I have to start all the way over or can I still do the final bath in the morning and consider it complete?

It's like skipping a dose of a medication -- you take it as soon as you can, and you watch for results.
You can go ahead and finish the run of baths as best you can, and watch for results. If in your opinion, you feel that the baths have accomplished their purpose and you are fine, then it is done, but if you feel that somehow the work did not "take," try again.
Good luck.

I infused my water with the 13 herbs for 7 hours. I did this before I say the information to steep for 13 mins. I did it with the herbs I already had. I strongly believe that it will still be effect. Will I need to do process over?

The way you choose to work with herbs is your own, and that of the culture in which you learned this form of folk magic. Some people, for instance, burn the herbs as incense, and some sprinkle them, dry, on the floor and let them stay overnight before sweeping or vacuuming them up. Others put them in a tightly tied muslin bag and run them through a laundry cycle with their clothes. So what you chose to do is unusual perhaps (like making sun tea instead of steeped tea) but it should work for you.

Re: 13 Herb Bath Questions and Answers
Hello!) I decided to do the 13 herbs bath once a week. Just for general all together cleanse, since I'm involved in different sorcery courses right now and want to keep everything in balance. So the question is... after the bath, after you dry yourself over incense... if i want to anoint myself with oil like healing oil, or crown of success, or vanvan oil, or etc.: do i pick only one, or i can mix them together?

Nyalisa_13, there is a wonderful thread on blending Lucky Mojo oils here. You can even buy them pre-blended from Lucky Mojo; look for the Rootworkers’ blend option and you can choose up to four.

nyalisa_13,
Since you are doing the bath once a week, you could also alternate and use the oils as needed. I usually don't blend more than 3 because the scents get really muddled if you blend too many at a time. You can take a few drops and blend them in your hand before dressing your body. I usually state my prayer while mixing them in my palm.
Good Luck!

Re: 13 Herb Bath Questions and Answers
Are you supposed to take the 13 herbal bath for 13 days straight? I have taken 6 baths so far and I am over energized and can't sleep! Taking all of these baths have really messed up my sleeping pattern. What can I do to bring my sleep back? Are baths supposed to be taken occassionally? My crossed conditions have cleared up so do I stop the baths to bring my sleeping pattern back?

Re: 13 Herb Bath Questions and Answers
Hello MoneyMagnet47,
The baths are intended to be taken for 13 consecutive days if you are doing the 13-bath run. Some people take fewer baths if their crossed condition is not too serious.
Since you indicated that your conditions have cleared up, you could stop your baths and hopefully remain uncrossed. If bad luck should return, then do your full run of 13 baths starting from the beginning and do not skip any days.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
