I am Fioletta from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. There is very little I can tell about my experience with hoodoo because I've just started learning and tentatively practicing. After years of studying alternative religions and sprituality, I came across Ms. Cat's Hoodoo in Theory and Practice and it just resonated with me--it was if I had finally found what I've been looking for. So, while I know very little, I am passionate about the subject and very serious about becoming a rootworker...no matter how long it takes. In the meantime, I consider myself an apprentice...and I am here to learn from you!

My Xmas gift to myself is to sign up for the correspondence course, so I'm sure I will learn a great deal...but I also want to follow this forum and learn daily. So happy to be here and blessings to all!

and Welcome! I know how u feel about finally finding what u have been looking for. This site is full of information and the peopel here are so ready to help by answering questions, giving suggestions and things of that sort. Sometimes as I read hear on the site my mouth just hangs open in awh because of the knowledge that is being shared. May u be blessed in your endevors!
