The AIRR Tech Team congregated today to debut a new web page in our "Celebrated Mediums and Rootworkers" section on Rev. Adele Clemens, a noted seance medium, astrologer, card reader, author, and founder of Divine Harmony Spiritual Church. Her 1943 booklet, "How to Conduct a Candle Light Service," co-authored with the well-known candle-spell teacher Mikhail Strabo, had an enormous impact on the African-American Spiritual Church Movement that continues to this day. Rev. Jon Saint Germain, the current pastor of Divine Harmony Spiritual Church, wrote the basis for the page, based on his new biography of Clemens, "An Artist Among the Spirits." Deacon Millett and Catherine Yronwode edited the page and the illustration is by Grey Townsend. Papa Newt, Reverend James, and Nagasiva Yronwode did proofreading and provided site-wide linking, and Nagasiva created the graphic announcement. Check out our revelatory page on Rev. Adele Clemens!
