
The AIRR Tech Team donned solar disk headdresses today and created a new web page on Amun, a creator god of ancient Egypt embodied as a horned, woolly ram or represented as a priest in a ram's-head costume. Amun was a self-created deity who gave birth to himself and then created the world. His name means "Hidden" or "Invisible One." ConjureMan wrote the page, Catherine Yronwode edited the text, and Papa Newt and Reverend James did proofreading. James provided the graphic, which was a photograph of a statue by Erwin Winterhalder taken by Mary Harrsch; then Newt transformed it into the finished item using Lightroom and Photoshop; and Nagasiva Yronwode created the graphic announcement.
