AIRR Tech Team Report 7/30/2024 Lammas: Celtic Grain Harvest Festival!

Image

The AIRR Tech Team sharpened their scythes and harvested the seasonal page on Lammas, the Celtic Pagan grain harvest festival, commemorating the Celtic god Lugh, whose sacrifice ensures the land's prosperity through the harvest of crops. Catherine Yronwode wrote the page with contributions by ConjureMan. Catherine sourced the post card art by Leon Schmucker, and Nagasiva Yronwode created this graphic announcement. Check out our freshly-baked page on Lammas!

The Lammas page is here:

We shall now move to social media, to share the Lammas page at the AIRR page on Facebook, here:

I enjoy the fact that AIRR is covering the festivals of our world's many cultures. I noticed the Chinese holidays earlier in the year, and now I see you are also presenting Pagan festivals, the signs of the Zodiac, and Juneteenth. The articles are informative, and I like the illustrations too. Well done, and thank you.

Thank you for the kind words, Frater Hod. The AIRR Tech Team has much more planned in the way of festivals, holidays, and so much more. We have pages planned that will take us well into 2025—heck, even into 2026! Stay tuned!
