Hi, cat, and thank you--I knew if anyone would know any information, it would be you! The only sources I have found Bottom Oil or powder mentioned are in Anna Riva and Papa Jim.

Has cat or anyone ever heard of "Bottom #20" oil/powder? This came up in a conversation with some friends, and we're not finding much. And the little we did find is contradictory. It is listed as both a love oil/powder and a hexing/break-up oil/powder. But no origin is given. Thanks for any help.

Forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong section. Has anyone ever used these heart-shaped glass jars as honey jars before, either for yourself or a client? One practical concern I have is that it has no lid, and using a cork could pose a fire hazard when the candle burns down.

I agree with Miss Aida. Redressing isn't necessary if you snuffed it. But I would do as Miss Aida suggested and let it burn all the way down.

Blowing out a candle signals that the work is done and ends the spell. I'm sorry, but you will need to start again. You could try redressing and relighting the candle till it burns down and watch for signs/movement, but if none are forthcoming, you may need to purchase a new candle ...
