My granddad swore that the sheddings from snakes could be rolled up with black pepper powder and used to stuff rodent holes and they would stay away as long as the scent was fresh. He said he had learned this from a friend who kept snakes and gave him the sheddings, and it worked.

Is this for real? I mean, I know the book is real. I saw the ads in the LMCCo newsletter and on Facebook, but is this something people really do?

I know a few people who could use some of this treatment. They are not on my DUME or Damnation list (actually I don't have such a list), but I would not mind seeing them driven a little bit crazy.

As mentioned above, this type of curse can look like a mundane reason as well. Always get a medical work-up as well as undertaking spiritual spells to remove the curse.
