You only cast the spell 4 days ago? You need to give it time to work :) In Hoodoo many people work by signs of threes: look for a sign in 3 days, movement towards your goal in 3 weeks and resolution in 3 months.

Do not use oil on paper. It will show as spots. Get some sachet powder, such as Love Me, and dust the letter with it. Dust the paper as you pray your petition. Make sure you flick off the powder from the paper; too much powder will not get past the jail inspectors.

Get some Uncrossing and Cast Off Evil bath crystals, mix them together in a bucket of hot water and wash down your house from back to front. Carry the used wash water off your property and dump it.

Rose quartz and kyanite are not used in hoodoo as traditional ingredients. The only "stones" that hoodoo practitioners typically use are lodestones. The other ingredients you mention are good for reconciliation and building love.
