When we make a petition (as opposed to a command), we generally begin with "may i," which is a way of saying "please" to the spirits, deity, or Universe.
"May my dream home, an older home [be specific -- a Queen Anne Cottage, a Craftsman Bungalow, a Tudor Castle] with [name the features -- a Jennair Range, a Fenced Dog Run, a Tornado Cellar] come on the market soon, and may i know and claim it as mine when i see it, [add any prayer to a spirit, such as, "in Jesus' name or "in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost" or "as Hashem wills it" or "with the help of Our Lady of Loreto" or "with the aid of my ancestors" or "by the Divine Favour of the Universe" -- "Amen."
