First dont freak out , deep breaths and relax, freaking out only hurts the work! I would add everyone to a honey or sugar jar to sweeten them to you and select you. Do you have any oil to draw them to you? Lodestones to draw them to you? The best method to me in this work is to sweeten them to you and hire you, using crown of success oil with it. I would add everyone in the hiring committee into the jar along with a petition to hire you, you may write a petition and cross it with your name, having them all listed. Burn candles on it and pray over it while the process goes forward. Pray psalms 23 for blessing from God and success in getting this new job. It is very hard when we dont get the job we wanted, I have been final interviews for a few jobs I thought were great for me, then didnt get them. Later on things come out about the boss, the company. God may have said no on this job but dont give up trying, make a job mojo to help with drawing the perfect job and landing it. A spiritual bath may also help to cleanse this feeling off.

Hello all!

I work doing financial and fraud analyses at a large bank.

I’m looking to make a basic hand to

a) improve my performance, and
b) keep myself on the job. (There have been recent institutional layoffs. I’m not on the chopping block, but I prefer to act now to avoid ending up there.)

Since the original question concerned herbs for use in a mojo hand, you would put those herbs in the bag itself.

One of my first posts: please move if not in appropriate board!
Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

I am a nurse practitioner working with a physician group. They are mostly nice to work with, but the way the practice is structured I am very restricted in what I can do and which patients i can see. I'm fine with that too for now, but looking to increase the patients within that narrow category that I'm supposed to see ( a certain kind of diabetic patient). This is important as my salary depends on the numbers of patients I see.
Sometimes i feel like i'm being set up for failure, by simultaneously restricting my scope of practice, and yet expecting me to have enough patients.
Im a physician by training (overseas) so am quite reasonably competent, and a safe provider, and even as NP ( in the US) used to see a full gamut of patients in a family practice. Since I joined this specialty I've had my work super restricted.

New to LM and these products and still reading up in order to know what to order. Would love to hear any words of advice.

Morning folk. This is my first post.

I'm a freelance reporter and debating if I should take up this assignment (some assignments we have choices). I'm not familiar with county local government jargon and it's a one shot same day assignment turn in. Anyway...

I'm still getting to know my family in spirit and ask for their help especially my aunt who passed away two years ago who most likely is the closest to my other family members. I read about talking to them directly as I would anyone else. I've done that off and on, give flowers on special days, and food as well though that doesn't come natural to me.

I'm trying to figure how to see the blessings and "answers" of whether I should take this assignment or not. Divination either isn't something I pulled to or skeptic. I'm not sure how to get around that. I don't believe in god/deity so petitioning to god would be half hearted even though my family believes in god. So, I'm thinking do it on their behalf. But wouldn't that be half hearted?

Anyway. The assignment is due on the 16th three days from now 24 hours of the meeting. I have too much to look over to wait to late but then I don't want to take on more than I can chew at the moment.

I recommend just lighting a white candle and talking to them. Write down your situation and question, then burn the paper in a heat proof dish. Ask them for guidance. Tell your ancestors you will watch for signs in hopes of an answer in your dreams and from morning till noon and if you receive nothing, then you'll take the lack of a sign as a "no". Once you outlined the terms of an answer then wait with an open mind. If you dream of your aunt, hear your name called in the morning, smell her perfume or what ever sign that is familiar to you, you take it as a positive answer. Either way, don't forget to thank them.

I’m sorry if this was already asked on the forum but could not find a similar post.

I have worked at a large corporate company for several years and really pride myself with this company. I enjoy what I do, I enjoy my staff and want to retire there. I work really hard but am not the type of person to broadcast every good thing I do. Some of my peers who joined the team a year ago are favorites to leaders and constantly brown nose. They are constantly doing things with the leaders, getting coffee, working out together, etc. I have a special needs child so unable to spend much time outside of work “networking”. My workload is also double the amount of my peers so don’t have a lot of extra time either at work to sit down and “shoot the ...”.

Right now we are in tough times with the pandemic and know I could run laps around them productivity-wise, but they have better relationships with our upper leaders than I do...I fear if things take a turn with the company that I would be the first to go or get a demotion over them. I have put in a lot of effort to gain leaderships awareness of me, but I am still often getting pushed aside when it comes to projects, opportunities and even promotions even though I feel I am the best qualified for them. Sadly, these peers also will ask me for help or guidance to work through issues and then turn around and use my ideas as their own without any mention of my name. I am outgoing and fun, my associates like me but I just want leadership to be on the same page to see me for what I am fully capable of. I would like the recognition and projects too like the others seem to get.

What things/work can I do to be more popular, more liked and gain the attention of leadership in a positive light? I would also be interested in some ideas for job security in the event things turn for the company.

On a more mundane level, do advocate more for yourself at work and highlight your contributions to your company's success. Don't be a meek wallflower and certainly don't be a servant to anyone else. Hello,

I'm a writer looking for more success in my career. I'm mostly independently published, have a solid reputation in the industry, but am hoping on becoming a better writer (so mastering my craft), and getting larger writing contracts (more financially lucrative success) and finally being able to become a full-time writer. To emulate a successful person, i recommend meeting them (if they are alive) and talking with them, even sharing a meal, if possible. Let their charisma rub off on you. But don't try to copy them or steal their gigs. Instead, do what they are NOT doing, and become their friend. It worked for me, anyway.

Hi all! I am looking for some guidance. I recently started a new job 2 months ago that I was really excited about. Unfortunately, my CEO & CMO are down my throat expecting big returns after only 2 months and only 1 month of having the tight tools in place. I've been told now a couple times to limit my interaction with the CEO because she's a "nightmare" to work with. I am in public relations and I have been doing this for 15 years. I think I'm pretty good at my job but 2 months is not enough time to secure the kind of opportunities they are looking for. I have tried to set realistic expectations but fear I am close to losing my job if I don't prove my value ASAP. I don't want to lose this job if I can help it.

I would put them in a jar to sweeten them to your work, like an Attraction honey jar, or a sugar jar where you write what you want and stick it in a container of sugar, shake it to work it.

You can also work candles to draw this client to you, do a skull for influence, a votive to set on them with a command or petition.

Additionally, to Jaydee recommendation you can use the love products, look me over, follow me boy/girl, attraction. If you really need this sale to happen, you can print out their photo 3 times, tape them together, so they make a triangle looking out then print out pictures of your product or you if you are selling a service. Print out enough pictures that you can make a circle around the buyer, you can put it in a jar or bowl, so they are always looking at you. Use influence, or look me over.

In addition to Christopher No Saint advice, dusting items with those powders will draw clients to the service as well. If you have flyers you pass out, documents etc, dust them, and pray over them, then deliver them to the client. This also works well with business cards that you pass out.

Thanks for the additional suggestions. 1. When you say put pictures I assume my pictures and clients' pictures by forming circles and triangles (as suggested) in a jar or bowl - you mean just an empty jar/ bowl or honey jar/bowl?

Hi Payal,

Yes, empty jar or bowl works perfect. If you wanted to do a version of sweetening as well, I would use white sugar, fill to cover the pictures half way. You would put the oil on target's face in the picture. Just a dab, don't want the ink to smear. If you want to take it up another level, pray psalms 114. Your product or picture is the circle on the outside looking in, the clients is a triangle, looking out at you.

Hello beautiful,

This is my first post and I’m really excited. I’m hoping that I can find a spell to help me find the courage in the rhythm to check my finances, cancel subscriptions, budget, start saving my money, and accumulate wealth through my side gigs that I hope to turn into a full-time six-figure job.

To give some context, I found that there is a part of me that is a seductive, mysterious, playful, whimsical a black woman to enjoys the finer things in life. She loves to be praise and adore. In a perfect world that part of me would have a sugar daddy but there has been some recent sexual harm that is preventing me from having that side come out in public. So I buy things. I say that because she is a part of me that is spending a lot of money. She hasn’t put me in today yet but The use of my student loans is not being used correctly. So to make up for it all the hustler part of me only wants to reprimand her by doing a lot of gruesome work in my finances or turning my passions into a job. This is something I don’t want to do and it’s caused me to be paralyzed.

Mind you, I spoke to my therapist about this and she said that the Goddess part of me needs to be resource. It also may be important to say that it makes sense that this part of me has a longing for freedom and basking in all the glitters ain’t gold because of generational trauma due to slavery and not having the opportunity to do that - to be sexual, sensual, mystical and praised without damage to the black body. So, we agreed that I need to take her out sometimes. I’m just afraid to because of all the dangers out there in the world and the fear of being sexually assaulted again.

So what does this have to do with money…

Well, my therapist suggested that I resource my goddess in hustler self with a money spell. Essentially this would be a spell and/or a practice that I can do continuously to build A healthy relationship with money and have all of my parts satisfied. I do find the satisfaction in the creativity of building programs for my side hustle and turning that into a lucrative supplemental income business. I’m looking forward to providing emotional support for athletes and bodybuilders since I’m getting my masters in psychology.

Ideally I’d like the spell to include candles and I’m wondering if there is anything associated with branches of trees considering that I’m very fond of them and tend to collect random branches or sticks. I don’t have any oils at home but I’m hoping to do or have some thing simple so that I can be more regulated in the process of going over my finances and budgeting.

This is a wonderful start. Would you be able to recommend how to use oils or powder for online services? I’m not sure if I would sprinkle or dress my computer.

Also, I always found myself not performing any rituals/spells because I didn’t have all the material. I very much enjoy the 7 day simple crown of success but I don’t have incense. Is that okay?

I would not sprinkle powders on your computer, you can dress a light amount on the outside of the laptop, or dress your fingers as you work, set a candle close to the computer dressed with the oil as you work. Dust business cards with the powder, pass these out to people, add the cards to items you ship. Take the powder, make a $ symbol and burn a candle on the center of it by the computer.

You can start with what you have and add more products as you order and adapt your work to your needs. For example, to do a business, you will likely want to set up a money alter and have a lodestone, this is something you can add to your work as you grow.

This is wonderful JayDee and thank you for your quick and reliable response. I’m feeling a lot eager to do this work and learn. I don’t know why I didn’t use the forum a lot sooner. I also didn’t realize the simplicity of the work. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed to do it because there’s so many ingredients (most inaccessible due to timeframe) and materials in one ritual/spell. So, I remain paralyzed and without a spiritual practice. With this, I had a couple of quick questions:

… are there any money drawing spells that I can make from the kitchen? Like spices or herbs that one may find quickly from a supermarket?
… I also noticed that I’m challenged by actually getting started and motivated. (Like, looking at my finances for starters) I’m wondering if there are some quick candle spells and kitchen herbs that I could use?
… I think I’m having trouble starting in my house because I’m mainly starting this side gig so I can protect it and keep making money for my apartment while dealing with an uncompromising slumlord. I’m not sure if I need to cleanse the house first or myself but it’s been hard to work on the tough things at home.
… can I dress a candle with spices or put a ring or spices around it as it burns?
… can I just genuinely make it up? Like, whatever is feeding me at the moment and continue with that? Trust my intuition?

I guess I’m looking for alternatives in case I want to start the work now instead of waiting for a package to arrive. I’m just in fear of doing it wrong.

Lastly, I’ve been meaning to get trained in this area because I’d like to incorporate it into my therapy and counseling practice. I Believe I’m gravitated towards spices and herbs, candles, and sticks but I’m getting lost and the complexities in trying to find ways to make it simple. Should I find a mentor?

The best advice I can give you on learning which items are best used in money spells or to drive your work is to order Miss Cats book Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic, this book contains pages of items, list of how to use them in hoodoo. Many products used in hoodoo are and were grown on farms or found down south, located regionally.

If you are going to work at home then I strongly suggest you cleanse first and make the area feel more comfortable. If you feel overwhelmed, pick a candle, a condition oil, some herbs and start small. Work a candle over 7 days, pray over it for 7 days. See how you feel, add or subtract from the work as you deem fit.

Yes you can dress a candle in a circle of herbs, this is common in work, to use herbs and or sachet powder to make geometric shapes. Make it up? Well there is no one to tell you what to do, however, there are principles that Hoodoo is based on and traditions that are followed. Making up assumes that none of this exist and one can throw anything into work because they felt so. Sure you can adapt your work, use creativity, but I would keep it within the framework.

I would get a reading from memeber of Association of Independent Readers and Rootworkers, some of them have written books and can also give you advise on that. Get the marketing machine going, post of social media, become a guest on pod cast, try to do TED talk depending on topic of your book. I would make vision board include the title of your book, with best seller frame, put some Crown of Success oil on it, as well as SUN products.
