Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Hello,
I was in a car accident today. I was attempting to get into the right lane when suddenly I was hit on the passenger side by a huge black pick up truck. I do not believe I am at fault, because I intentionally was passing a certain car. Once I was pass this car, I checked my rearview mirror, side view mirror, looked behind me (seeing this car I was passing in behind me leaving space for me to get over) and put my blinker on and merged then, BAM! My car and body experienced minor damage. The young man that hit me immediately said it was my fault and he must have been in my "blind spot". I called my mom and while calling her, he told me "F___ insurance, I got people that can fix this. We don't need them involved. I don't want a wreck on my record" I insisted on getting his info anyway. I called the police and the young man ran to the officer telling him that I hit him. The officer didn't ask to hear my story nor did he assess the damage of my car. He looked at the young man's car and said "yep it looks like you ran into him". He immediately blamed me, and gave me a ticket. I'm fighting both the ticket and for his insurance to cover the damage done to my vehicle. I feel like I was wronged and falsely accused. Are there any spells out there that can help me push the outcome in my favor? The damage to my car looks like someone merged into the side of my car with their bumper ( his bumper was also damaged btw). I also did not get the guy's name that hit me. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello briley57,
I'm so sorry you were in a crash and I'm glad you are OK!
You could try to get the name of the person you'd be talking to when you fight the ticket, then put them in a Court Case honey jar:
http://www.luckymojo.com/honey-jar-spel ... -case.html
You can also read through the many pages of this thread for more ideas.
Good luck to you.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Hi everyone. I have searched the board and haven't found anything that fits my particular situation. I am shaking so bad I am incensed at the moment.
So I filed a small claims suit and the attorney told me from the time he contacted me that his client was interested in a settlement. However tomorrow is court and we spoke yesterday. Today he sent me an email that he removed it to District Court. He's also claiming in the paperwork to do so that he did all he could to resolve this without removing it which isn't true (and I can prove it). This guy is a lowlife piece of garbage (I don't want to put any more details online, but he's done more than this). I was thinking that I also want to get him taken off the case ASAP so that the company will just settle. Please direct me towards how I can do this. I have his picture and full name.
I am definitely right in this but allowing this case to proceed in this way will interrupt all the plans I have finally put into place. I will make more money going forward with the case, but it would be at the expense of the life I finally have found the courage to live.
Thank you.

Hello AStarIsBorn,
If you have Hot Foot oil you can do a simple candle spell to "hot foot" this attorney off the case. I'd also recommend you scroll up through this thread for more ideas.

Take care.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
I am not quite sure where to put this but general seems safe enough. I have a rather complex problem and I already have an attorney involved but I would like to add some spiritual backup for his physical work.
The problem is this. My husband is a 22 year veteran of the military. Before his latest deployment he had started a business that involved gathering business for a general contractor. The GC was licensed and insured and everything was on the up and up.
One of my husband’s/the GC’s client’s was a former military friend of my husband and the guy’s wife. My husband wrote and estimate, passed it on to the GC and work was done on their house. Then the homeowners stiffed everyone on the final payment. (About $20,000) and took a trip to Mexico with the money.
After my husband deployed, I received a collection letter from the place where the woman (the wife) works for an unpaid account with her employer, a payroll company. (This woman is in sales there and kept hounding my husband to let her do his payroll. He politely said no that he preferred to do it himself.) So I contacted the company and found out an account had been set up. I questioned my husband and he said he never set up an account. That the woman had offered to run a “business profile” and that didn’t require anything from him. The company sent me a copy of the account contract that was set up. The two signatures on the account are not my husband’s.
I reported the forgery to the police and here is where it gets weird. The detective is suddenly claiming she has all this evidence against my husband for contractor fraud!! (What the heck??) She claims she has emails from the employees of the company claiming they “spoke to my husband” (ok.... and?) but there are NO emails from my husband to the employees asking about his account. She claims that the EIN on the fraudulent account is my husband’s company EIN. (Yes, that was in the packet the woman and her husband received when they agreed to the estimate). At no point does she address the forgery itself or the fact that the checking account number associated with the account is NOT associated with my husband or his business. To top it off, this detective beloved my husband is an already convicted felon and told the woman and her lawyer that!!!!! (What in the name of the world????)
My lawyer is at a complete loss as to what this detective is playing at. She has no physical evidence other than emails from employees saying they spoke to my husband as well as the lies from this forger (the wife). My husband did not work on her house and all money ($30,000) that’s she paid to my husband went to the GC and materials for her house. We have all the proof of this.
The detective said two days ago that she is filing charges against my husband for contractor fraud this week. Not a lot of heads up.
So, I would appreciate any suggestions on what I can do to back up my attorney. I am well stocked on LM supplies and can start immediately.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this mess. I really appreciate anything anyone can suggest.

Hello Emjae,
Wow, what a mess! I am so sorry to hear you and your husband are going through this.
There are certainly things you can do to help your case.
For starters, toss this lying woman into a freezer spell immediately. Get a photo of her (you can print one off the internet, as most people leave a digital trail of their likeness), cross out her mouth, cover it with alum (to stifle her speech) and poppy seeds (to scramble her thoughts) and put her in your freezer. Read here how to properly complete a freezer spell, and ask any additional questions you might have in that thread:
general-freezer-spell-questions-and-answers-t8676.html
You can also work with beef tongue to silence anyone who would testify against you, and to shut up the opposing attorney.
court-case-tongue-cooked-frozen-spells-t17758.html
Read this thread on getting a case dismissed:
spells-to-get-charges-dropped-reduced-c ... t2330.html
Work with Court Case and Just Judge products throughout this process. Dust any paperwork you have to submit the powders, burn candles and wear the oils whenever you meet with anyone related to this case.
http://www.luckymojo.com/courtcase.html
http://www.luckymojo.com/products-just-judge.html
Read through the other topics in this subforum on court cases and you will find other ideas that may speak to you. If you feel at all overwhelmed by the volume of work ahead of you, then you could contact a professional rootworker from AIRR to take on the work for you. Find them here:

I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck! Please keep us posted on your outcome.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Hi I have been dealing with a personal injury lawsuit for the past three years now . It seems as if everything is moving slow, everytime Im scheduled to have my deposition and get closer to settlement the party that I am suing (defendants) always cancel because they say they aren’t ready.. I wanted to know if there is a spell or items I can use to get this personal injury lawsuit going and have my deposition and finally receive my settlement?
Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Lovingprincess,
Use Court case products to help you be successful in the system and your lawyer to be successful. I would call your lawyer and ask when they will force it to court because 3years is a bit much and a judge can call them out on that. Pay me is another great product to get what you deserve. Use confusion products on the opposite counsel to cause them to mess up during court.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
My Ex is really trying to hurt me in court with false accusations and I want the Judge to see through her nonsense and set her straight. I am pulling out the big guns and need to stop her in her tracks.
Since our divorce I have heard from many coworkers ( my ex and I work for the same school) that they do not like her she is nothing but a !!!. Many were her friend until the divorce. When she does not get what she wants, she tries to get them in trouble with bosses and HR.
This has to STOP! In addition she and her boyfriend are filling my sons head with nonsense, not to mention other concerns.
The Court Case page has many fantastic things one can do. For Honey Jars, candles and the freezer spell, how far in advance can you do them?
Thanks

Hello Jimm108,
I would begin any Court Case work as soon as you can, to start influencing judges and attorneys (both yours and opposing counsel) in your favor. When you get close to your court date, start a vigil candle and have it continue to burn while you are in court. It will keep that energy working on your case.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Hi,
I'm wondering here if Court Case Products could be appropriate for me when I will have to gain the favor of officials (collegial administrative decision) because it's not a court case or the like (with a judge, attorneys etc.) but nevertheless it's public administration and something will have to be judged (they have to decide officially with regard to an official request from me it's what I mean).
Otherwise I won't know their identities so I won't be able to influence someone particularly (with a skull candle for example).

Hi see-ker,
You can always put the college officials in a honey jar
. If you have anything with their letterhead, you can use that as your name paper, and ask that the whole board (or whoever will be judging you) be sweetened in your favor.
I've done something similar with an HOA with success. Good luck to you!

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Thank you Miss Athena,
Sorry for taking so long to thank you.
The court date has been moved several times from the time of my original post and is now the end of January. I have a sugar jar for the judge and my attorney (Ex not using hers). A petition for the judge to rule in my favor. I repeat the 35 psalm daily and a personal prayer.
This has not been easy. She has continued to make false accusations and they are getting worse and I believe she is involving her boyfriend to back up her accusations. I will admit I am really concerned. As my ex is a foot stomper and will not stop until she gets what she wants. I just want to be done with this.
My faith and prayers have helped but it getting difficult as time rolls on.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Good morning. Last year I posted with regards to a situation where my husband, a military veteran, was falsely accused of contractor fraud. Well, it has been almost a year and things have gotten stranger.
My husband was arrested in April 2019 while receiving medical care on a military base in Texas, accused of being a fugitive from justice, spent almost 3 weeks in jail before being transported home to Louisiana where the lawyer I hired was able to get him released immediately. A news story was posted about the arrest and my husband almost lost his military benefits, but thank God, this was worked out because his Commanding Officer is not a jerk and supported my husband. A few months after the arrest, we were advised that the ADA felt something was wrong with the arrest. No evidence and too many missing details. Great! Awesome! Let's get this dropped.
In October of 2019, the lawyer went to court and was approached by 2 detectives who said they wanted to talk to my husband and me about additional complaints filed by two people we know. A mother and daughter, both of whom are stark raving mad. (The mother sued my sister in law when my sister in law's house caught fire claiming the fire caused the woman PTSD. She did not succeed, but you see what type of woman this is.) The daughter is just like her and filed a complaint against me claiming contractor fraud despite the fact I have never met either person.
We gave the lawyer our information on these people and were supposed to meet with the ADA, but we just discovered the police bypassed procedure and filed a warrant against my husband anyway. They apparently found nothing on me because there is no warrant against me. Additionally, we have discovered that BOTH investigations somehow tied my husband to a twice convicted sex offender who has the same first and last name as my husband. The middle initial is the same as well, but the names are different. They were even born the same year, but 3 months apart. So now every detective is after my husband, who they believe is a felon, despite the fact the actual felon, is now serving 21 years for his 3rd rape. (We can prove my husband was getting married to his first wife when the felon was serving a 5 year sentence)
I have been burning brown candles daily inscribed with my husband's name and birth year and the word innocent, anointing them with LM Court Case, High John and Victory Oil and placing them on a plate protected on all sides by HJTC root. All burns have been absolutely clean. Last night I shoved the liars into the freezer by listing them on a piece of brown paper bag, telling them to get out of our lives, wrote SHUT UP all over their names 9 times in red ink, sprinkled poppy seeds in it, then literally drowned them in a container filled with lemon and alum water (holding my finger on the packet and cursing them) before closing it up and wrapping it in aluminum foil and shoving it in my freezer. My next plan is to make a honey jar for the judge and ADA as I have their names. I plan to put my husband's name and lawyer's name in there too.
My question is, is this a good course of action? Are there any MUST HAVE herbs that I should place in the honey jar? Thank you very much for reading this catastrophe.

Hi Emjae,
Wow, that is quite the ordeal! The freezer spell and your court case work sound excellent. As for the honey jar, check out this thread for ideas on herbs to include:
general-honey-sugar-sweet-jar-questions ... t5536.html
Even if you just create a simple honey jar, you can burn candles with Court Case Oil on top of them, to continue the work. Best of luck to you and your husband!

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Thank you for the feedback Fiachna. I did make a sugar jar and used HJTC root, calendula, cascara safrafa, and celedina as well as poppy seeds, deers tongue and black candle tobacco. (Thank you Mrs. Cat for your book!!)
I made name papers for the judge, ada and my husband’s lawyer. I burn candles every night anointed with LM court case, HJTC and Victory oils and pray psalm 35. Each candle has burned with a strong high flame and no residue in the morning.
There has been zero movement and the police have not acted on the latest warrant. There is a status hearing at the end of this month. I will continue my work nightly and plan to start my fixed court case candle two days before the hearing. Will update then.
Thank you very much!!!

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Hello,
I have a question regarding the difference between poppy seeds and black/brown mustard seeds. They are both indicated for confusion, and have some references to legal matters as I have read on them here on the forum. My original understanding was that poppy seeds were a more general confusion. I've consulted HHRM, and from what I'm understanding on this thread, the black/brown mustard seeds are good for dealing with interfering people, sowing confusion, dealing with legal matters, etc.
Thanks!

Hello BellaSolanae,
Personally, I've used them both with great results to help scramble a target's brain into confusion and a general lack of clarity. Your mileage may vary, so I suggest you experiment with them in your rootwork to see what kind of results you get.
Good luck!

Hello Miss Athena,
Thanks much. So far, the results of poppy seeds in workings seem clear to me. Looks like there's more learning to do with Brown/Black Mustard seeds through experimentation. As you noted, its a great scrambling so far, especially when used together.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
BellaSolanae,
Don't take this as some sort of gospel, but if it helps I've found personally (in court work and other) mustard seed to be useful from a "defense/protective" perspective versus poppy seeds to be useful from more of an "offense/attacking" perspective. That is to say, for example, if I want to assist someone (like say a defendant on the stand) from an attacking person (say a particularly vicious lawyer for the opposing party), I use black mustard seeds in the defendant's mojo to protect him by confusing the lawyer's questioning/recall. (This can have extremely funny results to watch in real time, especially if said attorney is a real piece beyond just doing his job and deserves some just desserts.) On the other hand, if I want to tangle up the same piece attorney and his client by working on destroying their case/presentation, maybe I'd do some skull candle or vinegar work with a little poppy seed thrown in to cause him to forget something important or maybe cause detrimental confusion between him and his client. Obviously there'd be other ingredients thrown in, but poppy seeds are a helluva strong base.
Again, that's just speaking from my personal perspective and to quote Miss Athena, your mileage may vary. I just saw your posts about the topic and thought you might have use for my two cents on it. (If you don't, it won't hurt my feelings, lol!) As an aside, it's because of the biblical reference to mustard seeds that personally I employ them as protective albeit in a different sense depending on which, white/gold or black/brown. As I said though, just my two cents, to be taken or left, not gospel. Best of luck to you.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
ComeOnInMyKitchen,
Thank you so very much for your input. Given the results I've seen from the previous vinegar jar, in which there was an addition of ingredients at different times.. (whoops
), there were actually results similar to what you've mentioned.
I've remade the jar, along with some new vinegar works to address the issue from different angles. In dealing with the parties involved, the poppy seeds are one hell of a strong base, as you mentioned. One jar in particular only wanted the black/brown mustard seeds when I divined on the poppy seed and mustard seed additions. Now reading your notes regarding how it plays out in your experience, its going to be interesting. That jar was constructed on a specific defendant, and as you mentioned, the effects of protection/defense or on a defendent's legal defense will be interesting.
One jar has both poppy and black/brown mustard seeds, along with Deer's Tongue. I got the idea from Miss Aida's discussion of the use of deer's tongue in her Destroying Relationships book for creating confusing speech. The other vinegar jar only brown mustard seeds. It will be interesting to check my mileage alongside yours. If you'd be amenable (and maybe Miss Athena), I'd love to discuss with both of you as my works progress. Thank you, your post was really valuable, and I appreciate you both chiming in. So glad I found this section of the forum, its really neat to discuss the herbs/roots/curios in a separate way.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
BellaSolanae,
You’re very welcome. I’m happy to help. Court work is something I have more experience in than I would necessarily have liked, and mustard seeds just happen to be a favorite of mine that I utilize a lot. And of course let us know as you plan your work if you have questions.
Don’t wait til you’ve already done the work to ask questions or you’re setting yourself up for self-doubt, a work killer. The advantage of court work is that as far out as court dates get set there tends to be time to plan.
Along those same lines, and since you’re still exploring the forum, I would suggest no matter your experience level reading through all the resources here as you plan. There is so much that may help! I would:
1. Start in the threads about specific types of court/cases/desired outcomes. There’s everything from family to criminal courts in those threads and A LOT of valuable ideas.
2. Also, search through the radio show archives.
3. Additionally, you mentioned Miss Aida’s Destroying Relationships. Lots of the LMCC books have sections on court work with the sections being geared toward the subject matter of the book, depending on what kind of case you’re involved in. And The Red Folder includes two extremely thorough and invaluable sections on court case work.
4. As far as herbs, check the back index in HHRM for herbs by condition as well as the Hoodoo at a Glance page here, and definitely prowl through the threads on the herbs that peak your interest.
The reason I say all that is because court case work involves a lot of moving parts, so planning is essential. It’s work that frankly, as complicated as court can get, I would always suggest hiring done if you’re inexperienced. (Same as I would say don’t try to represent yourself in court if you’ve never so much as walked into a court room.)
I don’t mean that to be intimidating and I’m not necessarily saying one kind of work is more complicated than another, but you aren’t talking about working on one other person or one condition. You’re talking about at least 2 parties, a judge, paperwork/filings, and depending on what kind of case maybe a jury, witnesses, maybe children or other parties who need to be protected, maybe meddling parties who need to be shoved off, officers of the court or other mediatory parties, various authorities, and so on and so on. And all or partial elements can and do change with each hearing date. It’s an exercise in patience and planning.
The last court work I did for someone involved two separate altars with substantial variety of work going on on both. Plus a freezer. LOL! And it wasn’t a wait til the last minute thing. It was worked over the course of more than a year and involved a lot of things you might not think of right out the outset. For example, the person I was working for was up against an ex and had been abused by that ex for so long that he had near no confidence, so while I worked the court angles, I had him work with High John and other mastery, wisdom, clarity, and strengthening products so his fear wouldn't cripple anything else we did. See what I mean? Lots of moving parts and angles.
So anyway, start reading with the threads specific to your needs and branch out from there. And before we risk getting any further off black mustard seeds, be sure to keep us updated and ask any questions on the threads appropriate to them.
I’m not sure how much time Miss Athena and the other moderators spend moving posts around to the appropriate threads but I don’t envy them that task. Hopefully our above convo is ok because black mustard seed is so commonly used in court work and the above gives appropriate re-routes to other places on the threads for folks reading this after us to find info.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Hello! I went looking for the mustard seed thread, couldn't find it, and then found it through looking up my posts here in general court case spells!
Thank you all for your patience as I am exploring the forums, lol. Turns out my simple question about the small mustard seed is becoming as large as the mustard tree. Thank you, ComeOnInMyKitchen and Miss Athena for your input, this is a really good conversation.
It has been my finding as well that this type of work is complex. I can only imagine how many altars could be involved for a lengthy dispute ... and yes, have been considering hiring someone. Its been a lot. I appreciate the reminder not to insert self doubt, as at times, the lengthy nature of the legal process has prompted my own desire for visible results, which are not immediately forthcoming.
I am very fond of the rear sections of HHRM and Hoodoo at a Glance. They present a lot of information in a very compact visual format. I have been combing them while composing an order to make best use of resources, and composition of spells.
Thank you for the blessing of your replies and advice. My day was very long in regards to this subject, and i will take time to digest.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Also, a hilarious aside about supernatural effects while working. I was working a vinegar jar, and my arms tired. Took a break thinking i was done. I started a bag of microwave popcorn. Had a deep intuitive desire to work immediately. Was shaking the jar, saying my prayers. My roommates came downstairs to bring me fresh baked cookies because of my rough day. The microwave shorted out and was flickering, and burnt up. It literally burned up. They found it and stopped the microwave, and let me know. Additionally, an outlet in my home shorted out. One devotional candles is sparking, and my archangel michael candle with is burning WELL. Guess that fiery wall is working. Lol. Guess that's my confirmation!

BellaSolanae,
Your experience is not that abnormal, Many people find that when they are mad, or high stress, they burn out items. I have a friend when he walks, it turns out street lights. I happen to make lights work that are broken. Odd gift not sure what to do with it lol.
It could be a good idea before doing the work to spend a few minutes and focus the mind and energy to the exact work you want to do, this case a vinegar jar, work that jar and release the energy then go and cleanse yourself to remove the excess energy. Some people like to handle stones, others fresh water, dirt. As for court case spells they can be longer because they rely on the system which is slow in nature. Lucky Mojo has the best court case oil, along with many spells to assist in court. As for me, my love and devotion is to a saint who I have a strong relationship with, who also helps in court cases, St Expedite. He can be petitioned for a quick response or ending of a case.

In Facebook, a person contacted me with this question:
Good day. Trusting you are well. I purchased your book paper in my shoe.
I am enjoying the contents.
What book would you recommend for me to purchase to dismiss a court case that I have bee. Dragged into?
I am not a criminal. It is a litigation case.
Thank you in advance.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
I replied to the above query as follows:
Hello, and thanks for buying the book. We have a dual line of spell books -- some about methods (like "Paper In My Shoe") and some about conditions (like "Hoodoo Return and Reconciliation Spells"). We don't yet have a book about court case and legal matters, although "The Sporting Life," which is about hoodoo spells for illegal and edgy activities, covers some court case work.
Instead, for now, i recommend that you do a web search of the lucky mojo site for court case work and also join the Lucky Mojo Forum, where we have several long and spell-filled threads on court case work.
Because i do not use Facebook for personal mail, i am going to copy your question (anonymously) and post it, along with my reply, in the Lucky Mojo Forum at
General Questions & Answers on Court Case Spells & Products
general-questions-answers-on-court-case ... t8428.html
Good luck to you!
But this does bring up the question of a Lucky Mojo book dealing with court case and legal spells, drawn from old and authentic sources.
Is anyone up for that?
I sure hope so ... because i would love to see it in our line!

Miss Cat,
That book sounds like an absolute excellent idea and a need in the Lucky Mojo Library. I was just helping a lady locally with a similar topic, her God sone got into trouble and she was working to favor him and the judge. There are 100's of traditional court case spells in Hoodoo, many of which originated out of systematic racism and the need to influence judges and jury to the clients favor.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
It's funny you ask that Miss Cat. After answering BellaSolanae above, I was telling my hubs in passing conversation about what I was writing on the forum, how I had to chop down my response and how I felt like I was writing a book in response. He jokingly pointed out that I could write a book on court case work, and when I told him LMCC didn't have a court case book the conversation got more serious. I'm not sure what all requirements there are for writing for LMCC, but had planned on discussing it with you later down the line. Sometime after graduating, anyway.
(On a related note, one of my homework assignments turned into a history book of hillbilly "superstitions".
I hope you enjoy reading it.)

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Hi Miss Cat,
Regarding your book idea for court case/legal work, it sounds great. This project of workings has been among the most challenging (and interesting) works i have done. My experience is that i comb through many topics and sections of the forum, moving between subject of working (court case, protection, etc etc) to various spell types (bottle, candle, mojo), and often then into various LM products or herbs. I have been reading Deacon Millet's Honey/Sweet spell book for more ideas, and the court case honey jar thread.
A book consolidating info would be helpful. As ComeOnInMyKitchen noted, she had two altars and a freezer working. So far, i have two altars working myself. Its a long set of working.
So far, the most challenging part is how to apply these ideas to a civil legal dispute from a more "criminal" law framework. Also, the concept of signs, movement, and completion in legal spells is different, because of the institutional and slow legal process. I see them in occasion, but movement is often the hardest one to gauge, and not "overwork".
Thanks again, you are all appreciated for the blessings of this space and your responses.

BellaSolanae,
I was wondering how you were coming along. Your post about explody (yep, that's a word) microwaves had me concerned about your emotional state and level of distraction. It sounds like you're getting a structured plan going though. The legal process is a slow moving nightmare, but you can work elements into your work to help you gauge where you're at. For example, I work candles or incense into everything I do as a kind of insta-read on how things are going, but that's personal preference. Do you have something similar you like you can work in?
How do you mean as far as applying ideas from criminal to civil? The practical application is the same/extremely similar for the most part, so what are you trying to translate between the two that we can help explain?
Sounds like you enjoy bottle work. Have you picked up Bottle Up and Go yet? It has lots of detail on the ins and outs (no pun intended) of jars, bottles, and then some. Also, regarding civil court, if your case is financial in nature Cash Box Conjure is an excellent resource, if it's family court Women's Work has great ideas, and if you're being harassed by a vicious party Deliverance has excellent ideas for protecting yourself and hushing up the other party.
Hope you are well and don't be shy about asking for clarification or anything else you need help with.

BellaSolanae,
Have you considered working with any Saints during this process? I have had major success with St. Expedite for individuals who need a quick and speedy ending to a court case. He is very helpful if the person is innocent and bogus charges. I have also had success with St. Raymond, for those falsely accused of a crime. I would work with the saints in conjunction with any spell work you are doing.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Hello everyone! Thanks for replying. Some succinct answers below.
@ JayDee: No previous experience working with St. Expedite. We are involved in a civil dispute that is being settled out of court through negotiations. If suit is filed, I would be the plaintiff. The only saint that I have worked with is St. Michael the Archangel, who asked to work with me on this issue. I also work with Oshun/Virgin Caridad del Cobre. The nature of the case is tort law. The defendants are white collar criminals. If it goes to court, it is two groups, and a handful of defendants in a breach of contract/conspiracy case. St. Raymond would probably not be helpful. I'm not sure if St. Expedite needs a full altar, or if he can be petitioned with a dressed candle?
@ComeOnInMyKitchen: yes, my mental state was a lot frazzled that day. I was trying to direct an enormous amount of rage, indignation, exhaustion, and sheer fury at the situation into the working. Clearly, I could not direct all of it appropriately. The bottle spells are going well, and that title is on my list for the 12 book special. All the titles you suggested are on there.
Adapting from litigation based work to negotiation based work is the challenge, as we have no jury, no judge, etc. We actually don't have the impartial parties in the state based judicial system to work with (yet).
If anyone has private contact info, I'm not sure how to make contact via the forum. My email should be linked to my profile, but if not, it might be better discussed through PM. In short, the situation has cost me enormous amounts of time, money, health, and everything else that precedes a justified legal dispute.
Significant movement happened these last few weeks. That's good.
Based on the oils I'm looking at, would you all give some feedback? These need to be in separate vials, given how I would like to do a variety of spells. The rootworker's special is a great deal, but it will either be too much of one oil, or a blend that won't be appropriate for all the workings. I want to work on building up my attorney, and sweetening the negotiator. We also need a great financial settlement for me, to make me whole.
Court case oil, King Solomon, High John, Pay Me (any others? Crown of Success?)
Whatever general purpose negative oils would you recommend?
Crossing, Destruction, or Black Arts all seemed to be good choices for candles, used on bottle spells or in independent rituals.
Inflammatory Confusion or Confusion products? I'm making my way through the very long skull candle thread, and red skull spells aren't much help in legal workings. I was thinking black or white (all purpose) with the confusion or negative oils listed above.
Thanks much!

PS. Explody microwave update. It had some prior problems to me ever using it, according to the folks upstairs. They encountered similar problems, and this wasn't its first episode of issues in my usage of it either. It seems to have reached an end (for now). Its been unplugged, and moved aside, replaced by one that I own.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Hi Bellasolanae,
You can adapt more than you think to the negotiation arena. You're on the right track; focus on work to sharpen your attorney’s acuity, eloquence, and commanding nature. Trip up the opposing party. Influence or compelling products could be useful. And of course court case and pay me products for yourself.
Along those lines, as far as oils, you’ve got good selections going:
Brown crucifix candles are also good for divine aid in court work too, but by no means a necessary expense. Along those lines, JayDee will have to get back to you on working with saints as that's not really an area I can offer experienced advice in, but I have worked with Just Judge products asking for the Good Lord's divine aid with justice and protection in extremely lopsided or unfair court cases before. Might be worth looking into for you?
Glad you are seeing signs and hope things keep looking up for you.
P.S., glad explody microwave is out of the picture. You don't need it's negativity in your life.

Along those lines, as far as oils, you’ve got good selections going:
- As said above, court case products are a big yes for you dressing yourself, paperwork (use powder), candles, etc. And Pay Me works brilliantly with court case products. Money drawing could be good too if the sum to be paid isn't a set amount and there's room for substantially increasing it.
King Solomon is a favorite of mine all around. A super versatile oil, you’ll find lots of use for it even after your case. During your case it works great on yourself, your attorneys, and mediators or judge that may get involved. Clarity is good too for you, your attorneys, and any negotiator, judge, etc.
High John and Crown of Success are great selections for you and your attorneys. Victory or Master too potentially depending on details. Also look into the influencing line of products: influence, compelling, commanding, do as I say. Each a little different in tone, all great potential for court work. You’ll have to pick to suit. Given that its negotiation, look at I can You can’t too. You don’t need all those so don’t get overwhelmed. Just check them out to see if any suit your situation.
As far as working the opposing side, Crossing is good. Personally, if I'm going to throw down, I like Destruction products more than I can express. Tearing apart an opposing side it’s versatile in that you can destroy their whole case or direct it at very specific aspects, i.e. destroy a particular filing or argument they made. Pairs beeeee-autifully with vinegar jar work. As in Psalm 35: Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.
Inflammatory confusion and confusion we got into already during the mustard seed convo. Both are great, especially against liars and cheats. Watching their lies unravel is a thing of beauty. But really, the applications of confusion products like destruction products are limitless with a little imagination.
Black Arts if you’ve never used before I would skip for now, but that’s strictly my opinion. Others may disagree.
But you could look into Blockbuster products to get any obstacles the other party is putting up out of the way.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Thank you for the in depth reply, ComeOnInMyKitchen.
In particular, your perspective on negative oils matched my intuition. Destruction is very fitting for this case. I've not used Black Arts. Nagasiva had a very humane and thoughtful post on the Black Arts Oil thread; it seems to be formulated to work with various aspects of the daemonic. In regards to this working, Crossing and Destruction would be better fits.
Is Compelling good for both forcing truth out of a liar in court work, as well as getting them to return monies owed? Or Essence of Bend Over? Compelling seemed to be "right" to me (more all purpose) Both issues exist in this case. Commanding or Master oils were ones I considered for my attorneys, as I think that would add some oomph.
I'm considering the following herbs for work:
Bay, Calendula, Deer's Tongue, Cascara Segrada, Dill Seed, Low John/Galangal, High John root whole or chips (working my side), maybe in a honey jar for negotiations.
opposition: brown mustard seeds, poppy, and slippery elm. I have things like cayenne, chili, red pepper, black pepper, salt, etc. We do have some issues with a rather vicious individual who gossips a lot, and keeping this person's lies and interference to a minimum is needed. Oregano can be good for that. Celandine is not something I've worked with much up until this working.
Thanks again. This is helping me plan out some next stages of working with what I need to order and what I already have on hand.

Hello BellaSolanae,
I'm glad you're finding the forum helpful.
As for your questions, Compelling can be used for your purposes. Essence of Bend Over could also be considered, although this formula has more of a humiliation essence to it. Work with what you feel best suits your situation and the individuals you are trying to affect.
For your case, you could go with either a white or black skull candle (white for strengthening your allies in court, black for negative work on your enemies).
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Hello BellaSolanae,
Thanks for clearing that up. The candle color varieties will vary by candle type, such as skull vs. crucifix. Unfortunately the skull candle colors are limited to what's currently in the catalog. I've not seen brown skull candles available from Lucky Mojo, so I would choose white or black. You could still work with confidence on your case.
Good luck!
Good luck!

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Bellasolanae,
There is something really nice about white skulls when you’re working with things like sage and King Solomon for wisdom. Have you looked into sage speaking of?
Your herbs list looks good. You said folks are running at the mouths. Have you looked at Stop Gossip products? Also alum.
I’ve had good results with Compelling products in court cases involving finances. And don’t just limit Master products for your attorneys. You can use them yourself to help you master the situation, your fears and anxieties, etc. They are amazing products for helping on that aspect of the confidence front.
By the way, all of the above is why I said court work involves a lot of planning. You have so many options. Find the best ones to suit (maybe get a reading to help you do so?) and don’t spread yourself too thin.

Bellasolanae,
In my working with Saint Expedite to hurry up or expedite court cases, Saint Expedite has his own altar or work area. I set a read cloth on the table. In my experience, the saint prefers a Triangle formation: Front left is a glass of water, back center is the Saint's candle, the right center is a photo or statue of the saint. I dress the candle with St Expedite oil. I pray his specific prayer and promise once he answers to pay him with pound cake, red flowers, and publish his name.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Here is a little preview from my upcoming book on Court Case and Legal Spells:
I often work with three vigil candles, each fixed with the appropriate oils. We sell these candles pre-dressed, so there is no need to order the oils separately.
* A King Solomon Wisdom vigil to help get fair decisions in a court case.
* A secular Court Case vigil for help withe the judge, jury, witnesses, and lawyers.
* A third or Special Desire candle, which varies, based on the type of case.
Choosing the Special Desire candle is a matter of whether i want to slow the case, speed the case, gain money from the case, get a protective order from the case, sent someone to the death house, or ... you name it.
Here are some examples of what i have available to me and what i have used -- these are some of my Special candles.
* A Saint Expedite vigil candle to speed up the case.
* A Confusion vigil candle to delay the case and cause the opposition to lose their paperwork or miss court dates.
* A Fiery Wall of Protection vigil candle to get a protective, restraining, or stay-away order.
* A Pay Me vigil candle for a workman's comp, insurance case, reparations, or debt-repayment case.
* A Damnation vigil candle to send a murderer to the death house.
Once i have selected three vigil candles, i set up a triangle with the Court Case vigil candle at front left, the King Solomon Wisdom candle at front right, and my Special Desire candle at back.
In the center is the petition paper, and it is written on the back (and thus the underside) of
* A full-colour print-out of the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot card of Justice for criminal cases in which i represent the defense,
* A full-colour print-out of the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot card of The High Priestess for child custody and marital cases.
* A full-colour print-out of the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot card of the Tower for murder cases when i oppose the murderer.
* A hand-written copy of Psalms 35 for general work (or the Psalm itself may form the petition text.
I often draw eyes in the corners of the petition, to signify that "God is Watching."
I may place a free-standing or figural candle on top of the petition, which means that i am using the long-burning vigil candles as helper lights. Here are some of the central free-standing or figural candles i have used:
* A green Devil candle for a civil case involving the repayment of a debt that is owed, dressed with Pay Me and Compelling Oil.
* A white skull candle to influence the opponent's mind, dressed with oils that uphold my specific desire., such as Influence, Compelling, Inflammatory Confusion, Confusion, separation, Run, Devil Run, or a combination of these that are appropriate to the situation and my client's wishes.
* A double-action candle, butted and burned upside down, with the second colour (white, red, or green) being selected as appropriate to the case.
* A Court Case Honey Jar mini spell kit, with Brown 4" Candles on top, if the case involves sweetening the judge, mediator, jury, or witnesses.
Herbs i use in these triangular altar layouts include, but are not limited to:
* Little John (Court Case Root) for a fortunate outcome in court.
* Calendula flowers for luck in court.
* Deer's Tongue Leaves for eloquence of the client's lawyer.
* Bay Leaf for wisdom and a calm mind.
* Tobacco to get my client's ideas across and increase communication.
* Poppy Seeds to decrease communication, cause people to miss court dates, and lead to lost evidence or paperwork.
* Court Case Herb Mix, which is a combination that will assist in a variety of court case situations.
The herbs ay be used to draw the triangle or may be used and used with melted wax to prepare a fixed free-standing candle. There is no need to add herbs to the pre-dressed vigil candles.
There is much more that i would like to tell you about this family of Court Case Candle Spells -- matters of timing, special Psalms and prayers, how to use personal concerns, setting the entire altar with free-standing candles instead of vigil lights, why some people prefer secular to religious candles (and vice versa), and much, much more.
Everybody who practices rootwork professionally has developed an individual way of working. The above will give you a glimpse into the range of variations which i have developed over the past 50 years -- and the above outline will give you an idea about one specific form of altar layout, which is triangular. Look for more in the book, next year.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers

That gives me some more ideas for figural candles, etc. Also some altar composition for working.
And Thank You, Miss Athena, ComeOnInMyKitchen, and JayDee.
Compelling sounds more multipurpose in these potential candles than BendOver. Sage and a white skull, with King Solomon and maybe Clarity would be helpful. Sage is a nice herb, it would complement the Bay in some other workings as well.
St Expedite may yet have a use. I have some planning to do, but this is good start. There's some time, and plenty started, plenty more to do.

ComeOnInMyKitchen,
Stop Gossip was on my mind. Alum was employed in a working already, and i think it will continue to be an ally. I am trying oregano as well. Not sure how it is playing out in my rootwork yet, so as with mustard seeds, will continue to experiment. Thanks again.

BellaSolanae,
You are very welcome! I love Cats suggestions and I cant wait to read her book when it comes out! In addition to the gossip work slippery elm is amazing to stop gossip or slander/talking, works great with alum and poppy seed to cause confusion to those individuals.

Re: General Questions and Answers on Court Case and Justice Spells and Prayers
Hello all.
Could anyone tell me if the Court Case herb mix is sold by LMCC? When i looked at the herb blends, i see the love herbs, and Besamim (Money herbs), but no court case blend.
It looks like it comes with the honey jar kit.
Thanks!
