I have been trying to move forward with some life changes that will involve gathering financial resources, changing professional directions, and a domestic separation. Because of the difficulties with my husband, for years I felt I didn't have the strength to even make the plans to leave. Finally, my health deteriorated from the stress enough that even the doctors say, "It's time." But to consider my child, I have to make preparations. So I have been dressing my Sunday night personal power candle with LM Road Opener Oil and Van Van Oil (bought from LM seller as I wait on my order from CA). I did a cleansing before I started the work a few weeks ago and I bless the floors once a week to clear the negativity out.

Sunday night I did my candle but instead of my usual petition I asked for a "breakthrough, an open road, a change" and felt led to use a John the Conqueror root, charging it with a long session of prayer before setting the light. I lit the candle and started imagining where I want to be by year's end, clearly seeing the situations, praying over each one. After a good long while I'm looking at the candle from across the room and the votive holder literally bursts! I jumped like a shot! I ran over to the little altar and it was a perfect split of three pieces with the bottom still intact, the tiny bit of remaining wax completely tucked inside and none spilling out.I called the shop the next day to ask about it, but I was advised it was probably just that some of the oil had seeped underneath and "made a little bomb." I was relieved because the energy felt so good, so strong.

Monday morning, just after hearing the work was probably fine, I found out my job is not being funded after this contract. It was stunning news as I had one of the most reliably funded positions. The truth is that I really haven't been happy there, and this isn't a bad thing necessarily. And I have time to get something else in place before the funding ends. But I wouldn't have walked away from it had it not been pulled out from under me. So this seems successful to me, despite the exploding votive which almost certainly had an earthly explanation. Should I continue setting my personal power candle on Sundays? What should I do now to really allow me to recognize the opportunities that will come (I believe they will)? I was thinking of working with Clarity, King Solomon Wisdom, Prosperity as the foundation. And getting a reading of course.

Hey guys, I need help finding the best way to incorporate dirt from a graveyard or a crossroads for a success spell. I'm a singer-songwriter and want to find new opportunities. People seem to enjoy my music, but I can't get any traction in the local scene. I've had record company execs say they like my songs, but have passed on signing me because they don't think I could move millions of units. I'll be losing my day job next month and won't even have that to fall back on

, so I figure now is the time to go for the brass ring and I need to do more besides sending out demos and playing coffee houses.

I've already gathered dirt from a crossroads, made the proper offerings (whiskey and coins), and I've also visited the gravesite of one of my favorite jazz singers, and left flowers, candy and coins on the headstone. I'm thinking that the deceased singer can help me improve my craft and guide me in my creative path. I've done the "bring my instrument to the crossroads and wait for the man in black," ritual too.

While I was doing that spell I saw some blackbirds chirping loudly at a nearby tree and a woman walking a black poodle. I read somewhere that spotting black animals is a good sign that the spell is working, so maybe I should keep going back?

I vaguely recall in a previous Lucky Mojo podcast that you can use graveyard dirt from an ancestor or other person who can help you achieve your goal. Now that I have both the crossroads dirt and the graveyard dirt, what do I do with it? Leave it on an altar, carry it in a mojo bag? Not sure what the next step should be.

You can use the crossroads dirt in a road opener mojo bag or spell bottle. The graveyard dirt can also be used on an altar or carry a pinch in a mojo bag. You may wish to hire a rootworker to coach you through the next best steps for you.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to try both methods. I put a little bit of the graveyard dirt in a mojo bag along with various herbs, and my business card anointed in Van Van oil. I put the rest in a jar and put it on my altar.

I am not currently in the field of modeling, but people are often complimenting me about my face. I was interested in knowing what products would be used to get into face modeling and perhaps bring someone to me that is already in this type of business (like a manager or photographer or makeup artist) who would be able to offer services to me without expecting anything in return. Some things are accomplished far easier physically than magically. You don't need magic to find an agent, photographer or make up artist and when you say offer services and not expect anything in return what do you mean? Do you expect all these people to work for free? for you? why would they do that?...If that is the case then perhaps you do need magic...if not then its a simple matter of finding these kinds of professionals through trade newspapers, magazines and online geared toward the entertainment industry and that should put you in the right direction.

I am even more pleased that my magical and spiritual skills have developed as a result of this website and the wonderful informative herb book by Miss Cat, as well as the radio show. I cannot speak for others, but there is still a lot to be learned, yet I come here to seek seasoned and professional rootwork advice, and more importantly feedback about ideas and appropriate or creative product uses because when you have a plethora or ideas or minds together, great things are discovered! What I do not expect when I come here is unwarranted negativity. I believe that any and everything can be accomplished through magic, sorry if you don't. And yes, there are succesful people out there in the field of creative art who did not have any funds initally to get where they needed to go, but somehow got "sponsored" and managed until they could get on their feet. Especially if they got what it takes. Magic can give desires that extra push to manifest in the natural world. Id appreciate any suggestions.

Settle down you two. Magical work should be backed up with action in the physical world, but that does not mean that magic is not effective or real.

Crown of Success would be good for this type of work since it focuses both on the head and on success.

African Violet, I was certainly not being negative...simply realistic. And I am sorry for you if you believe that every and anything can be accomplished through magic because that is simply untrue...that being said getting people to work for free is probably within the realm of what can be accomplished with "magic"...and the people that get "sponsored" in the entertainment business are most assuredly using "physical" means...You mentioned you come here for seasoned and professional advice...don't mistake my low post count for a lack of knowledge...in fact I am very very skilled at what I do and really do not need a forum or website to teach me "Tricks"...however I too have used and like lucky mojo products and felt the quality was excellent so I thought joining the forum would be beneficial...best of luck in your work my dear and please do come back and let us know how things worked out for you!

I'm not sure why this post is being met with condescension and sarcasm. That strikes me as being totally unnecessary.

African Violet, the first thing that popped into my head was Look Me Over and Cleo May. I've been searching this forum a lot lately, and something that stood out to me was Conjureman Ali talking about how he prescribed Cleo May to a waitress and all of the gifts she received in return; I believe that cat also mentioned that she wore Cleo May on her wrists when she was fortune telling. Both of those anecdotes lead me to believe that you can use Cleo May to encourage generosity, not just in a sexual relationship.

Crown of Success would be great, since it is for success in work. Road Opener would be a good option, I think.

On the mundane level, you may want to see if you can connect with someone who is graduating from cosmetology school and need a model. My aunt recently graduated and needed to provide a portfolio as a senior project. Included were samples of her work for a hair show. Also, you may want to check out any art schools in the area. Get your foot in the door and then run up the stairs, you know?

Hello Everyone,

I need some guidance. I am trying to change careers to become a tax accountant (I know, it sounds boring

). I have been going to school to get my second bachelor's degree and want to earn more money. I have been dressing my bills that I use to pay for my accounting books. I am using the SUCCESS and anointing with some money oil I purchased from luckymojo.

Currently, I am a project manager. I am finding it very difficult for a project manager to get a position as a tax accountant.

I was thinking of using the King Solomon's Wisdom spell to help me get clarity on an exact path, but I already know pretty much which way I want to go. Maybe a Road Opening spell might be better in this situation.

Any suggestions? I was going to wait until I began the hoodoo course to see if it would help me decide on a spell, but I have not received it yet.

Since you know what you want, use Van Van or Road Opener ... both are good for your intentions. Road Opener bust through blocked conditions to overcome obstacles, and get off to a strong start and Van Van open the road to new prospects with the added condition of protection... always good. I am in a very big predicament. I cannot pay my rent and all bills, my gas bill has accummulated to over $600 due now, have been on PIPP. Unemployed, highly educated and qualified but waiting for work permit. Thinking of putting stuff in storage and go in shelter but, i will have to need co signers to get a place to stay coz my credit history. I am on my final lagg of this immigration issue that has been hovering for over a decade now, so im trying to hang on.

I have two sons whom i raised alone and have been model students untill recently. My older one was born with a chronic blood disorder that requires a stable environment. Very good kid but he managed to land himself in jail, he is locked up now. I cant make sense of whats going on in my life right now, lowest ever. I have been crying a lot today.

My interpretation from it is that you don't want any sexual advances from people that may say they want to help you out. The exchange of sexual services is so prevalent in the world of modeling, along with drugs and models starving themselves. You want guidance and assistance with no strings attached.

That being said, I thought you may want to get yourself a large lodestone and work with it to draw and attract to you helpful people, mentors, opportunities and connections in your field of endavours that can help you propel your career. Ask for wise, ethical mentors when you do this work, you don't want any mentors that would take advantage of you.

And of course as has been stated, wear Look me over, Bewitching etc. to have that extra allure about you.

Hello my friends,

At this point in my life I do not know what to do. My funds are really low to pay for a reader, and to buy supplies like crazy.

Please give me your sincere advise on what to do.

Did an uncrossing work last month and last Monday I burned a uncrossing candle which burned all the way and almost clear--- I also burned a Stop Gossip candle and that burned black on the top but clear in the bottom.

I left my job because I was given an ultimatum and honestly I couldn't work part time. I took my daughter out from her school because I could not pay it any longer. I feel terrible by taking my daughter off her school, she was doing good there. I feel under pressure because now her education is in my hands.

Feeling unsure, lonely, no support, I know I need to stay strong for my daughter. I am not close to my family at all and that makes it harder on me, since I don't have any one to lean on.

What products do you suggest that I buy? I was thinking to re-do the uncrossing kit, but then I thought that I should not have to since the candle burned almost clear... any thoughts? Just trying to make wiser decisions since I am low on funds--- I can buy few items less than 100.00 that is what I am budgeting at this time. I do not know what happened, honestly I have been feeling like i have been declining in life, money. I always had money to spends, and now that I don't even have money to do anything that is just crazy and it just doesn't make any sense.

I don't know what to do

I have a steady work kit but I am unsure since I am clueless of what to do at this moment.---any suggestion would be helpful.

No one wants you to over work supplies, or over order, financially speaking. Just keep in mind, that many of the products suggested, are well within anyone's budget.

You have another spell kit. You can work that and should. Currently, you are working Uncrossing and Stop Gossip, per your statement above.

Systems and steps.

Remember in hoodoo we watch and wait for sigsn for 3 days, movement in 3 weeks and manifestation in 3 weeks. Its not been long enough to see the results to make a decision. id rather see you pay 20 bucks to a reader and see whats up then do more supply. you also can burn smaller candles weekly to support the work and keep it going without doing a full blown spell kit just dress it the same as the kit said and pray over it like the kit. the stop gossip seems to show resistance but with more work you will be successful. Maybe order some slipery elm burn it as you pray and make a cross on your shoes that will allow you to walk without being affected by gossip. After uncrossing work, id like to see a person do some sort of protection work to keep anything away, like the LM fiery wall spell kit. LM has the radio hour which is posted on this page weekly for call ins to the show and a reading and hoodoo advice, you may want to look into that. Id also suggest asking the crystal leage to pray for you.

Maybe not, but perhaps it was a sign that it was time to undertake a new avenue. Now should be about the 3 week mark and there should be movement stirring if the spell is going to come to conclusion.

For your situation however, although conjure can help, actively looking for work is also an important mundane step that is required in order to over-come and move forward. The old adage states that God helps those who help themselves and it sums up what I've seen in much conjure work: the Work is the helping hand that will tilt the scales in favour of the mundane actions toward your goal that you take yourself.

Another avenue that may help in your search for employment is a local employment center (dunno if you have those in the States, but in Canada, they look at your work credentials and help you find a position that matches your location, qualifications and salary needs - they also help you find good day-care and close-by schooling to help your children as well as you). The best part about this is that they will help give you the emotional support that's so critical at a time like this.

Yes, 3 days after finishing the uncrossing kit my boss gave me an ultimatum so I quit. I have been wanting to leave that job for a long time but because fear of not having a job I never did quit and then with my boss giving me an ultimatum I just had to, like a push to leave-- I think. Had a enemy at work too so maybe it was a sign for me to move on.

I see the boss making you quit as a good sign personally. You hated the job, wanted to quit, God knows that could be what was crossing you up, and on the 3rd day you were given a choice and you made a decision that will make you less miserable. Sure jobless is not amazing but you know in your heart its a positive move in the long run.. I see that as a good sign. Id also agree to do some drawing, attraction or lodestone would be great for you! . I pray to st joseph for work but in a bad hard economy I go to st jude.

I have a FWP that I have not used yet, should I start the FWP 1st before starting doing a drawing and steady work kit, or it does not matter?

do protection work first you want to protect you from negative attacks so you can enjoy all the drawing in. Otherwise someone may work against you and mess it up and give mixed results. So do a great cleanse with the fiery wall and follow up with the drawing. Best of Luck. and of course the Crystal silent league is always willing to pray to help you. I'm looking to break the pattern of my life. In a nut shell, my life has consisted of endless roads. As soon as I venture out ( and I have bold as well as conservative moves) either moving away, starting a new job and/or relationships, they NEVER lead to another stepping stone. Instead, I end up without the relation, without the job, moving back to we're I started, broke, having nothing to my name, starting over from scratch once again. My life becomes a clean canvas again: job, where do I want to live, relationships and so forth.

After collecting myself from the ground, I leap out into another venture to rebuild my life again, to only come back to the starting point AGAIN. This has been a repeated pattern of my adult life.

This last journey ended in complete destruction, my life blew up literally - complete anilation, with an ex, and many childhood friends came together turned as enemies out for complete destruction of my life. And they achieved there goal. For this I had a root worker reading done and did a firey wall of protection spell. This is now contained!

So here I sit turning 40 soon: I have no job, living with my parents, I have no friends, no lover, again a complete blank canvas to paint my life. I'm tired of being here again. It's like ground hog day all over again! So here is what I have done so far: 13 cleansing bath and an uncrossing spell kit. All of these rituals I feel a spiritual clearing.

Here is what I do want: I want to experience what it is like to truly fall in love and take the vow of marriage, I want to experience the beauty of carrying a child, giving birth, raising a child. I do not want a job or a career, I want to be of service. I want to be able to utilize Gods given talents to me to help those in third world countries. The thought of dying and never be able to experience these things fills me with the deepest sorrows that it's unbearable. These things have always been at the core of my soul's longing desires.

As half of this life is over and I'm about to embark on my second half of life, I want to experience what it feels like to have prosperity in my life! I no-longer want to continue ground hog day, I can't take it anymore. Enough is enough! This time when I venture out, this MUST be a JOURNEY that not only leads me to my SOUL's DESIRE but it MUST be SUSTAINED!

Here is what I have done so far:

Van Van Spell Kit kit and Road Opener, adding different candles to represent all areas of my life while in deep prayer and meditation also using pendulum, petition on my altar and sent a request prayer with Crystal League with many of them petitioning on there altar praying for a month on my behalf.

I had a dream of John the Conquer root and when in prayer I got a message from God that was very clear: Rise up and Come from a place of Power. Therefore, I'm planning on getting the John the Conqueror kit.

Hi. Listen as someone who has had to start over more than once... I left my home of almost 20 years, left my agency, sold my house, left and divorced my husband--and almost died--had to start with a clean slate in 2003.
I have had ups and downs in my life and I have noticed that about every seven years from age 14 until now there is a shift.
Look at this as good thing. Out of some of the worse times in my life, have come some of the best things-- including people. I was reflecting on that this morning.

Have a reading with a member of AIRR. Ask them how to get grounded. That is what you need.

Hello all. I have a fairly basic question that I'm surprised I haven't been able to find somewhere else on this forum. Then again, there are so many different threads, it's possible I've missed a similar question to mine. If so, if you have the link then thank you.

But as for my question.

There's a man that I wish to develop a relationship with (platonic) because it would benefit us both in the long run. The reading that's been done suggested it might be difficult though fruitful in the end. The 'difficulties' however, are coming from his wife. We're both married to other people and like I said, the relationship would be platonic so there's no romance desired, but his wife has encircled him with her own workings making it incredibly hard to break through and influence him in anyway.

I did a simple divination of my own that said the Road Opening may not be enough, or most likely, I wouldn't be targeting the right problem to knock out of the way. So my question is this, is the Van Van or Road Opening going to help me break down whatever walls she's built and get through with anything influential? I made contact with the man today and it was pleasant, but I want to keep that going and build on it. I'm not certain what she's done to him, but it wouldn't surprise me if she's been working their whole relationship or at least a couple of years. I'm sure the strength behind the work is there, and again I don't want romance, but if she's blocked him from forming any relationship with a woman (which wouldn't surprise me in the least) then how do I get through that?

and amen for the things that have ended! With all of that said, I'm ready to have my life lead me somewhere...., not always back to the beginning. And when I mean beginning, I mean back with my parents having lost everything again. It's like I'm constantly repeating being 18 again, ready to move out and start my life. It's ridiculous. Especially considering how responsible I am. And the two just don't go hand in hand!

I like your quote on insanity.... Actually, it scares me as I can't pinpoint my repeated task. Yicks! I have taken risky chances moving to other countries, moving across the states and have also taken calculated risk, living local with a local jobs.... either way, same issues, same results!

Yes, I need a reading - no doubt! Been trying to get in to someone for a few weeks now! And I'm not not knowledgable at all about the products. Lucky Mojo has done such a great job providing information through the forums on their products that I just got self educated. Kudos to them for doing such a great job at what they do!

You may want to do some sweetening work on the wife too; make a honey jar or sweetening jar on her with her name, picture or personal concern (like a hair). Add your petition that she find you sweet and safe for her husband to be around in a platonic/business way. Add some Cloves (for friendship), Rosemary (for your power as a woman) and Five Finger Grass (to get a favor granted to you). Close the lid up and burn pink candles on it daily to sweeten her up.

Hi Alessandro25,

Honey jars are good for many different works, not only love. Generally however, they aren't used for road opening type work (not to say that you couldn't) since it isn't usually on-going work but is used punctually in a ''block-buster'' kind of context. You would use the products prior to your drawing spell work or your success spell work for example. Alternatively it's useful if you're ''stuck'' and want to help move through the blockage. Many find that Road Opening work is well suited to candle burning and baths. Used this way in conjunction with the incense when the bath is taken or when the candles or burned can be quite powerful. I was just reading about King Solomon Wisdom, i think your right in pointing that out to me. I also have Clarity oil - perhaps I can use them both. And with the grace of God, I will be able to make wise decisions.

I just booked a reading with Conjurerman Ali - yeah for me! I Hopefully I will be able to get some guidance and a clearer picture soon. Never thought of listening in onthe radio, good to index and I will however, take down your information as one never knows when one needs help!

According to numerology, a new cycle starts every nine years, according to one's birthday. For example I was born on August 6, 1958. Since my birthday this year (8/6/2012) adds up to one (8+6+2+0+1+2) this year is a new start. Some consider New Year's Day the start of numerologic year, but others consider the birthday the start.

I posted my prayer on the Crystal Silence League and Ms. Beautiul took my petition and put it on her altar to pray on my behalf. It moved me so deeply, I tear up everytime. ~the majic of unselfish giving is so powerful, she has a part of my soul.

Numerology. That's an interesting take: (9/1/2012) (9+1+2+0+1+2) = 15...., okay not exactly a new beginning number however, I've been in this for 6 years according to the last time I had a nine number, which does correlate to how long I have been in my current situation. And there's three more years to go! Have mercy...

Jenna-it sounds to me like you have a lot of clarity on what you need to do and what you desire to manifest in your life-I think that is hugely important because that gives you specifics to work with in your petitions and in your ritual work. I am crying as I write this so bear with me if some of it doesn't make sense.

My mom moved us from South Carolina to New Jersey because she wanted to get married. She never got married because he lied about a life of true happiness and always threatens to kick us out of the apartment he invited us to live in. I was moved away from my family and friends, and I am afraid that my senior year will go as terribly as my junior year did. I have to beg my coworkers to take me to work because my mother waited way to long to allow me to get my NJ license; now I have to start from scratch and wait six months again for a process I already completed while in SC to be a licensed driver. I am sooo unhappy, I cry almost everyday. I am only 17, and I feel like my life is over. I feel alone, I feel sick, and I feel like nothing is going right at all.

I hate living here; all my old friends seemed to have moved on in life without me. I feel so left out. I hate my new school and all the people in it.

I know i sound like a typical whiny teenager but this whole thing happened in less than a year, and it's taken a toll on not only my spirit but my heart and mental well being. I never cried so hard in my life. I never hated a man (the guy we currently live with) so much in my life. I blame him for all this unnecessary situations occurring. I can't help but ask God why, why me? Why this? Why now?

I just want my life back. What can I do?

Aww, that's so sad. I went through something similar, and i know how horrible it is to see your last year of high school slipping away into the dumpster because of your mother's connection to a no-good man. It really, really sucks.

For starters, i would like you to connect with folks at the Crystal Silence League who will get together to pray for your happiness and uplift. It's free, it's non-denominational, and it really does hep.

Next, i want you to realize that there is a time limit to this bad situation. It will end when you move on. Your mother is probably hurting now too. Perhaps you can contact another family member who will offer to help her move back to South Carolina. If not, i recommend that you stay in touch with all your South Carolina friends -- really stay in touch, so you can call in favours from them when you attempt to move back down there again if your mother cannot or will not make the move.

So, start with a sugar jar or honey jar for all your friends and family in South Carolina. Read about them here:

A sugar jar might be best (less messy and you can use the sugar in cooking). Yes, i mean, with their names in the sugar jar, when you miss them, make yourself a cup of tea or coffee and stir in a little of the sugar that has been around their names, to uplift you.

Other people will have other ideas, i am sure, but those are some simple things a 17 year old girl can do to help herself.
