There are several candles used for depression.

If the siuation may benefit from a doctor's diagnosis and care, try Dr. Jose Gregorio Hernandez.

If the condition is of long standing and you are already consulting a doctor (people with serious depression should always be seen by a competent medical professional), then use Healing candles, a.k.a. Miracle Healing.

If the depression was caused by childhood abuse, use Saint Dymphna candles.

If the situation is a temporary one caused by sad situations, try Blessing.

If bad people or bad habits of your own have gotten you down, add Cast Off Evil candles to your list.

For energy, try Power candles, John the Conqueror candles, Blessing candles.

For increased motivation, try Saint Expedite, who gets things done in a hurry.

If a love affair gone wrong has led to low self esteem and depressed hopes, try Cut and Clear, Road Opener, and Look Me Over.

If social anxiety is a factor in depression, try Crucible of Courage and Crown of Success.

All my best to you...

Thank you Cat so much for you suggestions.
This is mainly for depression caused by love relationships which has been going on for few years. And also for occasional emotional mistreatment and career issues.

Do you think I should go with the Miracle Healing...?

also....What would be BEST to use in order to have the "upper hand" in the relationship...? I have done Follow Me Boy, Stay with Me, Santisima Muerte and Intranquil Spirit before.

Thank you so much Cat and Lara for this forum that you have started, I really appreciate this space very much.

If this is a love relationship in which you are seeking to have the upper hand, and personal concerns are available to you, I would suggest capturing the personal concern, and placing it inside a petition paper. On the petition paper, write your lover's name 3 times, then turn the paper 90 degrees and write your name over the lover's name 3 times. Then in a unending circle, without lifting your pen, write out words to dominate in the relationship. I would then anoint the petition paper with John The Conqueror Oil, or Commanding Oil. I would then use a candle in the color that corresponds to your astrological sign, and place the petition paper under the candle. In my experience, a 7 day candle works best for this work. If you can time this work to the waxing Moon, which is a time of increase, that's even better. Hope this helps!

Najah,

• You mentioned.... "capturing the personal concern, and placing it inside a petition paper"

---- Do I fold the petition paper towards me 3 times w/the personal concerns inside, and then placing it under the candle?

• Also where it says...."I would then anoint the petition paper"

----- Do I anoint the paper drawing a circle? Or should I add few drops on the center of the petition paper...?

I'm sorry for asking so many questions...,

Not Najah, but I would say yes, fold toward you to capture the personal concern. And I would say anoint the corners of the paper.

Good luck!

I would really appreciate any input anyone might have on this subject. My husband may have to spend a week or so in an inpatient program for chronic headache. He is extremely claustrophobic and terrified of hospitals; he has pretty severe PTSD from having spent quite a while in the ICU a little over a year ago.

I am already working on some healing aids for him, but I would like to make a mojo bag that he can take with him to the program for help in easing his extreme anxiety. I have made some relaxing baths for him as well, but I'm looking for something small that he can just tuck away and keep close to him, as we are traveling out of state. Also, candles and incense are out, as he won't be allowed to bring them with him. Again, I would greatly welcome any suggestions.

I make one up in a white bag with some of these in it: Frankincense, Balm of Gilead, Lavender, Chamomile and High John for strength. Add blessing, and healing powder and feed the bag with blessing oil and/or healing oil. And don't forget that you get someone else to burn candles for you. Not to sound like a commercial for them but they do good work and there candles are strong so you may want to look into that. Best of luck to the both of you and may your husband be healed.

I like the following herbs for dispelling anxiety/mental disruption and brining in peace or good fortune, you may want to consider adding them to your mojo.

Marjoram
Hops
Allspice
Rosemary
Benzoin

Good luck,

As you will be traveling, I'd suggest adding some comfrey root (for both safe travel and feeling at home wherever one happens to be) to the mojo hand, as well.

Thank you all very much for your suggestions and support. I had not considered a remote candle service, but that's a great idea. I also really like the inclusion of rosemary; it is an ingredient that resonates powerfully with both of us. Also, I did not know that comfrey root helped with feeling at home in unfamiliar surroundings, but that will certainly be a help, as leaving his familiar surroundings is part of my husband's great fear surrounding the whole experience.

I appreciate this guidance more than I can express in a few typed sentences.

I suggest making a matched pair of mojo bags to keep the two of you attuned while you are apart. Enfold the anti-anxiety ingredients into an underlaying form of faithful reunion Lodestone mojo bag such as the one that i described here:

Thanks, Cat, for the great suggestion. I like the idea of using lodestones to strengthen our connection during this time. I will be able to see him during visiting hours, but I know he will have a tough time being alone at night; I'm not even sure they get to make phone calls, since they are supposed to be resting.

I have a further question on that matter. When we return home, and I remove the lodestones from the bags to reunite them, I know he will want to keep using his mojo bag, as anxiety is something with which he struggles daily -- just not as acutely as he does in hospital situations. Would it be advisable to add something else after removing the lodestone in order to maintain an odd number of ingredients? If so, would you recommend an additional antianxiety component or something for love, as it will be taking the place of a love/fidelity ingredient?

Thanks again.

If you both wish to keep your bags upon being reunited (he for easing his anxiety, you for helping him with same), then take the Lodestones out, let them kiss or rest together overnight, and return them to their bags to keep on working. Let the bags (or the stones themselves) touch every once in a while -- weekly, monthly, or yearly, as feels right to you. No need then to remove or bury them! Keep 'em working!

I would make a healing mojo in a white bag with the following herbs:

Althea
Self-heal
Solomon Root
Yarrow
Mugwort
Five-finger grass
Sumac Berries

I would bless it with some Return to Me oil and insert a petition paper for his healing.

Also, I would burn white candles on him while he is sleeping. I would focus on him and speak to him while he is dreaming. Tell him he will be alright and not to worry. I would do this deep in the night, about 1 to 3 am. I found this to be quite affective for people with anxiety.

Good luck!

Before you try all the healing stuff it is advisable to "clean the wound and put on a good bandage".
So going for house cleansing once a week with Chinese Wash and a dash of Buffalo Ammonia followed by
the use of Protection or Fiery Wall of Protection products along with some Camphor in a glass of water besides
you when you sleep usually makes all healing work way better.

Depression can easily be fueled by Evil Eyes or other negative influenses which will be eliminated by the above.

Good Luck,

This is really great information! I also deal with anxiety and I was thinking of making a mojo to help me calm down and relax. I use lavender oil for aromatherapy when I'm anxious, so I would use that in my own personal anti-anxiety mojo.

Snake,
My husband is also very fond of lavender. I've made lavender baths, and he finds them quite soothing. Lucky Mojo sells lavender bath crystals, or you could purchase their unscented ones in a color that you find comforting (blue works well for us) and scent them yourself. The combination of the aroma and the relaxing soak works wonders.

Editrix,
Great idea! I think I remember reading somewhere about psalms that recommended that you read a particular psalm and use lavender oil for anxiety. I don't know how traditional hoodoo it might be, but the lavender sure helps me! I was also looking at the Tranquility products and was wondering if those might be good for my anxiety.

Hello all, I'm sort of in desperate need for help for a friend of mine. She's actually an ex girlfriend of mine, and she has been having many problems with her self image and self worth and other things like that. She pretty much thinks that she's worthless and that she doesn't deserve anything good, which I have strong beliefs that these feelings helped lead to our breakup.

She does things like cutting herself and has many bouts with anorexia. She pretty much has no confidence in herself and thinks she's just the worst person.

She has been in actual therapy and things, but it just doesn't seem to be helping her very much at all.

Is there ANY spell work I can possibly do, that could make her feel at all better about herself? even just a little bit. I'm not expecting to find a spell that can make her wake up one morning and feel like a great person and for her problems to go away. But I am genuinely concerned about her well being and I would like to find ANYTHING I could possibly do to make her feel even a little better about herself, then maybe we could work on our relationship.

I also would prefer to do this without her knowledge if possible.

Thank you for any help anyone can possibly give me on this matter.

I've looked for spells on this site and I'm not quite sure which way would be a good way to go, if any on this particular matter. Any input is appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Assuming that she is getting medical treatment for depression and other mental disorders, i would perform a Blessing spell on her. There is a Spell for Blessing a Depressed Person here:

http://luckymojo.com/blessing.html

A dressed amulet given as a gift (as jewelry) is also helpful. Third, pray to Saint Dymphna, who aids the mentally ill and especially women who have been sexually abused or have anorexia or other mental health issues. You can read about Saint Dymphna here:

Sorry for the delayed response, but I do have a question, I read those links you gave me but I would like to know of any advice you could give me on praying to Saint Dymphna. Would you recommend purchasing special items from this site to do so? If so which would you recommend. Any other advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Try working with an image of Saint Dymphna for starters. If you feel like doing more, i would recommend buying a Saint Dymphna candle and some Saint Dymphna oil.

I have a close relative who right now is very depressed. This person has a long history of depression but has recently gotten really bad when previously he had been fine. This person has had a lot of trouble in their life with "business success", which is what is most likely causing the depression right now. He also has numerous health issues - liver problems, problem with hip and alcoholism, to name a few. I am scared right now that something bad might happen to him. He does not live alone. He is married, but his wife works and is not there all the time. Another relative contacted me to tell me that he had called and cussed her out over issues from his childhood and younger adulthood. She is very concerned about him as well.

I am wondering if there is some kind of spell or petition to a saint that I can do on his behalf. He is a Christian (protestant) and does not believe in magic or hoodoo, but I do and would like to intercede on his behalf. This man has a lot to live for - a good family and young granddaughter who loves him very much.

Thanks in advance.

The first steps would be to ensure that your relative is receiving appropriate medical and mental health screening and care. Once the medical/mental health aspects are addressed, then spiritual work in support of this person would be appropriate.
Consider petitioning Dr. Gregorio Hernandez for assistance in accessing appropriate medical and mental health care for your relative:

CAN-GLC-HERN Candle Catholic, Glass Encased Novena Dr. Jose Gregorio Hernandez Glass-Encased Candle, Fixed $7.00

If your relative is open to a spiritual bath, the 13 herb bath would be an ideal starting place, followed by a "white bath" of milk, honey, cascarilla, and white flower petals.
Hoodoo formulas to consider would include Uncrossing, followed by Blessing, Healing, and Protection:

He has made an appointment to see a psychiatrist and is in contact with his therapist. After posting this, he called me tonight and we talked for a good long time. He is seeming better, but I am still considering doing some work to keep him "up" and keep him from falling back deeper into the depression. He did mention the phone call to the other relative (without me asking him about it). He expressed regret and remorse for saying the things that he did to her.

I am relieved that at least he is doing better. His condition was really wearing on his wife. Right now I am less mobile due to some transportation issues, so most of my contact needs to be done via the phone. I was able to go his house yesterday, since his wife picked me up to go to lunch. This happened right after I got the original phone call! So I am very happy that everything seems to be coming together. He is realizing that there are people who care about him and that no one wants him to do anything to harm himself and that everyone wants him to be happy.

Thank you again for the suggestion.

Is there any spell to help someone stop snoring?

It doesn't seem to be snoring caused by medical condition, the person smokes alot and is quite unhealthy.

Thank you

Well, I'm not an experienced worker, but as a former smoker, I can tell you, smokers snore. The smoke irritates all the mucus membranes, and I've never known any heavy smoker (including me) that wasn't congested all the time. I personally would dab some eucalyptus oil on my chest, and that would help open my sinuses up.

Hi Rosa. On a medical note, you might encourage this person to undergo a sleep study. Smoking can contribute to sleep apnea, and if they have that, it needs to be treated, as it can pose a life-threatening risk. As far as herbs go, my husband has frequent congestion and respiratory problems, and steaming his head over hot water with mullein or eucalyptus leaves helps a great deal.

This is kind of silly I feel but I really do need help in this aspect.
I'm trying to do a lot of things using LM products mainly for reconciliation. But the fact that time is passing as I order & wait for the products & that is scaring me. In that, I paid someone a huge amt who didnt contact me after that & now I have the entire responsibility of doing the work myself. So i'm studying as well as upset about my money and I haven't been able to sleep the last week. Yesterdy i've slept only 3 hours entire night thinking which LM product to use. Is there anything that may help me calm down and think logically because I know anything I do in this frame of mind may not manifest. Also I don't have the energy now as i'm nauseous & weak and at a loss.

it sounds like you would be best to
  1. get some sleep
  2. consult a doctor about your anxiety and sleep loss if it persists
  3. find ways to diversify your support base so that you're not dependent upon any specific outlet
  4. develop a regimen of prayer or meditation to ground and calm your nerves
  5. use Blessing Oil, Mojo, Bath, etc.
  6. use John the Conqueror Oil (particularly for males)
  7. use Tranquility Oil
I find sitting quietly in a field of grass or flowers is helpful for such calming.
or indeed a time in a forest.

I have that problem or concern too...I think the best way is to distract yourself; immerse yourself in another activity that takes your mind of the obsession. I don't necessarily think it is a bad thing to think about the spellwork, but obsession, not so good.
Some things to distract yourself (IMHO)
1) go to a good gripping movie
2) or if you are a reader, get a good book that will not let you put it down until the very end
3) go out with friends, they will distract you; even go out with other dates for fun
4) learn something new. Learning a hobby or skill takes concentration and as you learn it, it becomes gratifying and you will want to devote more of your mental efforts toward that. Obviously if you pick an activity you hate, its not going to work; but there are so many things from sports, to gaming, to learning an instrument, a hobby skill like woodworking, etc the list is endless, and I believe there are many resources for any interest on the internet which could offer you interactive group experience.
5) go out dancing. For some reason that combination of physical activity, auditory stimulation of the music, perhaps something to drink gets your mind in a different place

One thing I've learnt from my (about 2 years) experience of working, and from reading different forums is that spells always manifest results in some ways. More than a few fellow posters on this forum have written about how their targets didn't seem to respond to the love spells at first, but one day the targets suddenly grew very keen, or they turned cold and cut off ties. I've had guys calling me much later than I thought they would, and by then I'd seen how having a relationship with them wouldn't be a good idea. Which is to say, your works will show you the truth or the crux of the situation at one point. Your efforts will pay off.

I try to bear this in mind when I'm doing love works, because it's so easy to want to obsess over it and burn candles and pray all the time. Whenever I get that way I'd think, look, I'm doing this spell and I focus on it 15 minutes a day, and that's the time slot I'll dedicate to working on the this guy. Any other time I may miss him, but I'll leave it up to the spirit to see what happens. And, if I'm done with the spell already, I try to have absolute conviction in what I've done: 'of course it'd work...' and wait. This belief brings me so peace of mind actually - if so much time passes and nothing happens, I'll have seen the truth too.

Give yourself a time limit, say three months, when you wait and see. If it doesn't work out you change your plans or move on.

To stop obsessing...you can write down all your concerns down on a black candle from (wick to base), and perform this ritual doing the waning moon. Also, put some banishing oil on it, or herbs such as black pepper or asafoetida (really stinky).

Also, you can write down all your concerns, and then burn them in a firm proof container. You need to get rid of the remains far away from you.

In college, I had a professor tell us "You don't write things down to remember, you write them down so you don't have to remember." If you're a journal/diary type, you may want to start one. If you're not one to leave evidence, write it on a piece of paper then shred it or burn it. I've learned barbecues work really well for this.

hi

hope you are all well

can you advise me of any spells that may help me from being in love with my ex...I don't want him out of my life as I enjoy his company but being in love with him hurts and I want to fall out of love of him and thinking of him in a romantic/sexual way

I see there is a cut and clear spell but does that not take them out of your life completely which is not what I want

I am currently waiting on honey jar so the above is something I want to do if God intends for me not to be with my ex

also once I have done the stop being in love spell (if there is one ) then I would like to attract a new better partner that will commit etc so what else would you suggest

thank-you

love and light

Cut and clear does not necesarrily mean that the person won't be in your life anymore, it just means that you have cut and severed your emotional ties to that person and cleared your heart and mind of feeings for them. They may still be in your life, but your feelings for them are what will have changed. It also clears the air for future love relationships.

However, if you are doing a honey jar to sweeten the person to you then I do not advise a cut and clear spell because that is asking for two different things. Committ to one path or the other--working to make your ex love you and return your feeling or severing the emotional ties between the two of you.

After doing the Cut and Clear work, if you wanted to attract a new partner I would do an Attraction Vigil Light spiked with a little Dixie Love oil.

good luck,

Hello,Everyone I would like to know if anyone knows of anything that I could advise a friend to use or do concerning a member in her immediate family,She says recently that another family member had brought to her attention that another family member had spoke on thinking about commiting suicide,Although she says she thinks that it may be a hoax,But one never knows,She says she think it may be to get attention.so I would like to know if there is anything maybe she could purchase from luckymojo to assist her with this problem,Is there anything she could do or use with some items that she may already have at hand in the meantime?,Such as oils candles, herbs, prayers.

Thanks a lot

If your friend is comfortable petitioning the saints, Saint Dympha is the patron of mental illness, nervous disorders, that sort of thing. I've had some success working with her.

Suicide is nothing to mess with. It is a delicate situation, and most people do not just do it to get attention. They need to be treated with love and care. I would HIGHLY recommend that someone seeks to get low cost, or even free counseling so that this individual can get the help that they need. You need to be direct about this with the person because if they have brought it up, and someone has swept it under the rug without addressing it head on. Then the person may feel worse, and that no one cares.

Yes, you can use a spell, but I would recommend that you get professional help. Spells are not a substitute for that by any means.

I posted this is another threat...but I thought it was relevant to this thread for those that might not look in other categories besides this one.

The solution to stop obsessing through non spellwork means: Would be to find something else to do, and keep yourself busy.

I agree sometimes you must have blind faith, and I think the most misleading thing is to believe that ONE single candle is going to make all your trouble go away. Also, Ive noticed some people are expecting immediate results like within a few days or even a week or two. Personally, I think looking for signs is obsessing as well. Like you shouldnt have to look for signs. They will come to you, and if you dont see them in 3 days does not necessarily mean that the spell failed. Perhaps you didnt even notice a sign when it came into your view.

Also, when something has failed or not yield the results you wanted. It is time to reevaluate, and think about WHY the spell did not manifest.

Burning one candle, for something like reconciliation, and assuming ONE candle is going to do the job especially if it was a BAD breakup is misleading. Spell work is WORK. For a difficult situation, more than likely it is going to take more than one candle, or spell. These situations tend to be difficult, and require more work. It is going to take discipline, some creativity, and risks just like anything when people want something really bad. Also, goals are more attainable when you break them down in small goals. If you were trying to lose weight, you wouldnt think about losing 100 pounds all in in one month, but you would think okay this month I am going to lose 10 pounds this month. Thinking about a goal that is soo huge, can be discouraging, but if you break it down then and start doing results for every little goal...its going to help you get to the bigger goal.

Also, burning the same type of candle or doing the same spell with no results does not mean you need something more stronger.Or you may need to hit the situation from a different angel, or you are not addressing the problem directly through the correct spell. I can burn a little free standing candle, with 3 ingredients on it, and it can be just as powerful. Yes some ingredients make things more potent, but the power is you. Yes the universe can tell you No, but I would say most of the battle is overcoming your faith and discipline.

Another negative thing is...discussing your spell before the outcome has manifested or for sure you know its a total failure...with someone else. Telling a lot of people about exactly what you did is going to affect the outcome. These people come with their own negativity, and may overthink your own spell for you even if you are not. And yes this includes this board. Its okay to speak in the vagueness of terms, or with a person who is doing your spell work for you, but try to limit down the random people you tell.

Not obsessing, or not overthinking your work is the the hardest thing to overcome. But it is necessary to make your work more effective. It is going to take some work, and sheer willpower on your part. Something people could do whenever you think about the situation or have negative thoughts. Write them down because that helps get it out of your mind. If you are feeling negative, burn the thoughts in a fire. Engage in activities with others or yourself that require you to think about the task at hand.

Constant worrying, and watching for results is like watching a pot of boiling water...does not help your work. Trust me its a losing battle, and you will be so upset because you will keep spending money, time, and energy on something you are already setting yourself up for failure through your own negativity.

Another thing about reading/divination and spellwork. Readings/divination is like a snap shot of what is going to happen at that point in time given the circumstances, and the spellwork that has been done or not been done that time. When I do a reading for others or even when I get a reading, I just dont like timeframes. If someone says, you can expect contact on July 6 at any time, then that can be discouraging. I dont think I have ever met a reader that has been dead on with time. A great reader will say within the next month or so. If a reader says so and so should contact you by the end of July, and the end of July passes, but the target contacts you at the beginning of August. Then hey you got what you wanted. Basically, stop focusing on the EXACT when of things. Who cares about how..when...why of things. As long as it HAPPENS..is all that is important. Also, I would limit the amount of readings when doing spellwork. Getting a reading every week...is similar to obsessing. You are just having someone else constantly checking in if things are manifesting. I would get divination done once a month to see how things are taking.

Also, myspace, facebook, twitter, driving endlessly by the targets house, checking phone bills, email, calling, and hanging up,harrassing the target, and any other means that causes you to obesess , and look ridiculous where you are constantly checking up on the target just really really sets you back. Trust me I know. I did it, and it really messed me up. It is okay to check up on them every now and then because it can be a great tool to check up on how things. But otherwise stay away from the myspace, and all those other things. It will just have you thinking negative thoughts that might not necessarily be the case. Also, just because you cant SEE it does not mean its not working.

Hope this all makes sense.

I agree with Starsinthesky about seeking out professional counseling on the situation. As far as formulas that might be helpful, I think that King Solomon Wisdom, Clarity, Healing, and Blessing formulas are all good for this situation.

I dont really get this question. St Michael protects you, and I have heard as long as the candle is burning, or you are saying prayer to him consistently that he will protect you. Now remember protection does not mean that you are cleansed. I would recommend cleansing yourself, and still keeping up on that St. Michael candle. He will definitely protect you.

Divination would need to be done to see if you lost the spiritual battle or if they reversed it on to you. But chances are you should do a unjiinxing/uncrossing bath while keep up on your protection.

If you suffer from OCD, Panic Attacks, or Anxiety Disorder, you may be feeling physical results of your disorder that are not related to your petition to Saint Michael. A spiritual reading -- and a medical exam -- would settle the question.

I too occasionally have odd emotional reactions, but in my case it occurs only after having spiritual cleansing done. I don't otherwise have these reactions and I can recognize them for what they are because it's always immediately after a cleansing. I admit I still do not understand these reactions, but they definitely indicate the spell had strong energy. In terms of the reactions to the spiritual cleansings, I was told by the gal who did them, someone who had my trust implicitly, that it was just my physical body adjusting to the new, lighter vibration afterwards. My reaction to a really thorough cleansing usually kicks in about a day later and lasts a few days: slight nausea, some physical uncoordination, and a feeling of -lightness- that thankfully persists once the odd physical symtoms subside.

I mention this because you mention St. Michael, who's usually invoked for protection. You didn't mention the circumstances of your spell, so this is pure conjecture, but I wonder if it is possible you are having the same kind of reaction to an archangel's presence that I do to spiritual cleansing work.

hi

sorry to post such a negative thread

hope you can help me on the below

um here goes

I am having some really bad stuff happen this year, firstly my Aunt passed away in January, then my ex started being distant towards me back in April and hardly seeing me blowing hot and cold since. Then shortly afterwards my Dad passed away unexepectly back in April and I miss him so much :(

my tooth fell out and I have to fork out a lot of money to replace it which is something I don't have not after my Father's funeral
My car is also falling apart
And then 2 weeks ago I was told I am losing my job and am now worried i cannot get another job and i have bills to pay. As i am contracting I do not get any compensation in losing my job. Also since i started this job in December people at work have not been kind to me compared to my last job where I was quite popular

So here I am trying to be positive especially as I started on a honey jar on the ex but i am finding it extremely hard not just about the situation with the ex but about all the bad things that are happening and i feel so alone. I also lost my Mum 12 years ago and still have emotional dreams about her and miss her like crazy

i'm really trying to find ways to be more postitive but it just feels every time i pick myself up as i know nobody can help u in your moods, something bad happens...now i just feel down, cry a lot and have constant migraines and i know from reading posts this won't help me with my aim from honey jar so that just makes me feel even worse. I just wish for bad stuff to stop happening to me so i can stop being negative about everything

If anybody has any suggestions what i can do..i really need to stay focused and positive to hopefully acheive my wishes or if not just feel better and stop bad things happening but each knock back is making it hard for me to believe in the good of the world and the power of hoodoo. I really want to be strong and not let the small stuff you know upset me...for example a woman nearly knocked me over the other day and she actually told the people she was with it was my fault as i had crept up behind her (this was a few hours after visiting my parent's grave so i was feeling really sad) so i told this lady i didn't and she gave me a filthy look and made me feel i was mad and dirty

i don't think i am a bad person and am a supportive person to friends and family- i'm there for them in need etc but this year is just a joke so far. I just feel so alone and 'needy' and i don't want to be needy and feel u know that i am sinking all the time. I just want to feel positive and happy again and not worry, and to be able to be a strong person and stand on my own two feet without having to burden anybody

thanks and blessings

and thanks for reading
