Hello everyone and Happy New Year!

I have a co-worker that I very much respect and admire. As a matter of fact, most of the people in our office respect and admire her quite a bit. She has been going through a very hard time at work lately. As a matter of fact, she has been downright bullied and used by the administration, and subsequently her psyche has taken a toll. She received an offer for a different position which would start in July, one she used to want very much, which would also give her completely different bosses (benevolent, capable and fair bosses). It is also a job offer that will very much enhance her career. When she agreed to take the offer, she was elated that it was extended to her. So, it appears as if all of the stress of the past year, working under extremely obnoxious and intrusive supervisors, is coming to a close, six months away, but coming to a close regardless. She has expressed relief over her future plans many times since the offer was extended.

The glitch is that her current bosses are so awful to work for, that it has gotten to the point lately that she doesn't want to see their faces, even in passing, in the hallways at work next year. Thus, she is contemplating walking away from an opportunity she has worked very hard for and earned, just in order to avoid a few individuals who are currently incredibly hard to deal with. She is currently considering going to the future supervisors and letting them know that she is going to rescind her acceptance for the job they have offered her next year. Just to avoid having to see the people who are currently (but would not be able to at all in six months time) giving her such a hard time.

I would like some advice on LM products to use along with a spell suggestion. I would like to extend clarity and strength of mind to her, along with a bit of stick-to-it- ness. I would like her to proceed with the acceptance of the position she was offered. This is not just because I want what's best for her (although I do want what's best for her and this position is one she has talked about achieving some day for the three years that I have known her.) She will be my co-worker next year if she does not back out on the offer (there were two positions offered and I received the other one). Thus I have the added personal desire of not loosing her presence in the office next year. That noted, she is a natural for the position she was offered and she has a passionate interest in the field. I would hate to see her make a decision that she will regret because she is currently in such a frustrating spot.

I had the thought to do a reversing spell using either an ammonia jar or candles. I have had immediate success in the past with ammonia, but the disposal of it has been weighing on me a bit. Thinking of reversing " Jane Doe has changed her mind about job X" ... or something along those lines. Yet I would rather do something to sweeten her mind a bit along with bringing insight and strength. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

You could consider giving her bath salts as a gift - tell her that it's so she can ''relax''. Now make the salts with a combination of King Solomon Wisdom, Tranquility and Crown of Success baths: all of which will help her condition without her having the slightest idea of the work.

Another alternative would be to do a moving candle spell moving your co-worker toward her new bosses (in 6 mos) and away from her abusive bosses. It may be able to bring about the change sooner and keep her in line with that outcome.

Finally, a freezer spell for her current bosses might help keep them out of the picture for the interim period until your co-worker attains her new goals.

Good evening,

My employment situation is very difficult to explain, but ultimately there was a case of abuse, neglect and passing off of a terminal client from his mother and my agency. The agency turned their head and decided to not acknowledge the abuse or neglect of the client and I have now been suspended without pay for speaking out on the incompentencies of the supervisor and agency itself. What can I do to get the mother of the client, my supervisor and the agency to admit to negligence, abuse and wrong doing? I am not trying to be revengeful, just trying to uncover the truth.

You can do some Compelling work on your agency, to compel them to speak the truth and acknowledge what they did. Get a business card or a picture of the logo of your company and set a purple candle on it dressed in Compelling oil, and pray that they will be compelled to be truthful and stop blaming you.

You may also consider Court Casework, either a honey jar or the whole kit, if you will be using legal means to advocate for this patient AND for getting your job back.

For saints, I would petition Just Judge (Justo Juez) as you have been wrongfully accused.

I work as a wine/beer manager for one location of a national chain store. It seems that I have the quintessential Roach Motel of a job - people go in, and they don't come out successful, to say the least! The job entails accounting, clerical tasks, sales, event planning, heavy lifting (yaaaay, wine cases. I'm about 5'2" and pretty slight), product knowledge, and ordering, all for the princely sum of $10 an hour. The mgmt is awful, and the job simply isn't worth it.

Since I'm very much a Type A personality who is also a people pleaser and perfectionist, of course I've burned out trying to get everything right. I was promoted into the position right before Christmas, with little to no training or support. This was after a year of horrendous treatment by mgmt, which capped off with a near nervous breakdown, on my part, in December.

So...fast forward to the present, when I finally hit the wall a few days ago and insisted on using my accumulated vacation days to go home and get some rest and distance from the place. I'd turned into a mess; I was exhausted, dazed, highly anxious, and feeling like I wanted to kill myself. HR backed me (bless them), and I got the week off immediately.

My next step is to actually take leave. I want to be able to use this time to heal from past incidents, and to, hopefully, come to a better place where I'm more able to support myself in a sensible manner. I've been assaulted either physically or sexually at practically every job I've had, so I really, REALLY hate working for others. I love to write, and do creative things; I'm terrific at these things. However, I'm so afraid to actually live my authentic self, because I don't think I "should" do these things because they don't mean instant cash.

To top it off, the small amount of money that I do make (around $1000 a mo, after taxes) just covers rent and utilities. I can't even pay rent from one check. There's nothing left for myself, or savings, or investing. It ends up being a zero-sum game where I'm continually feeling deprived and fearful. I haven't paid rent for this month, and it's bringing up horrible memories of past apt troubles and near evictions because I'm so poor. This saddens and frightens me to no end. I love my apt...

I seem to have problems settling down in the last few years, and I want this to end! I don't want to move again!!!!

So far, I purchased some Chinese Wash, and cleaned the bathroom floor with it today. I'll do the main room of my apt tomorrow (I have a studio). I also did a 7 min bath, w/prayer, and will repeat this for six more days. At the end of my ritual tonight, I actually heard a voice in my head say, "Do a honey jar spell for your landlord." Maybe that would sweeten him towards me, esp. since I'm going to ask him to barter property maintenance for part of the rent?

If you guys could help with the following, that would be wonderful:

1) Income during this time of healing.
2) Keeping my apt and not running afoul of the landlord, or coming to legal grief.
3) Finding a suitable job, or starting my own business.
4) My healing, period. The mess that is my life is the product of repeated trauma, and I want very badly to change that.
5) If I return to the job, better treatment, situation, and more pay.

On the medical leave end of it. Make sure you write a letter to the Director of HR after your vacation time is used up and attach a note from a doctor putting you on medical leave for exhaustion. Do not mention mental strain or nervouse break down in the letter? The doctor will understand your request. Once you send them the letter with the physicians request for leave they have to grant it. Go to the doctor before your annual leave is used up! Get your ducks in a row on that end. IN your letter to HR request that if they have a short term disability plan that you would like to submit your paperwork. Most big companies have these policies on employees and they usually pay 1/3rd of your usual pay. That will probably last about 3-6 weeks. After that the only thing your employer can do promise to put you in a position that is available when you are ready to return to work. They do not have to give you your old job back nor do they have to pay you at the same rate of pay under the Family Medical Leave Act. I would sprinkle some Crown of Success powders and open road powders on my letter before sending it.
Next as far as being creative and writing - consider writing jobs that pay like freelance writing for small publications or grant writing. Both require creativity as well as a way with words. I am a grant writer by day and I do very well. There are plenty of non-profits that will pay for grant writers. I am a staff grant writer for an Indian Tribe. Grants are not hard you just have to follow the directions on what to write. You can do it from home most of the time. Check out the American Association for Grant Writers if that sounds interesting to you. It can take a few months to get a legit job. Make them pay you first because no grant is guaranteed.
A honey jar to sweeten the land lord is a great idea.
It honestly feel like to me that you would benefit from some open road work to clear your way into a more creative life, clear the way for the current employer to give you more $$ and clear the way for you to heal your life without being distracted by burdens at work.

Update: the honey jar worked within two days. I wasn't expecting that. The landlord is definitely sweeter in his approach to me, and wondered why I hadn't called him. In response, I said, "Well, you told me not to contact you, so..." He said, "Well, I don't like to be yelled at!" SMDH! Then don't be dumb, and manage your business. Sigh.

I'm doing a St. Expedite petition. I may not take the leave, and am working on getting a second, tips-based job to give me more money. I know it sounds crass and trite, but more money really WOULD solve everything. I can't live on less than $1000 a month to pay for everything and still retain my sanity (and my apt!).

The new company has offered my wife a position to stay on can continue working at the current location, but there is one problem: the new company wants to offer my wife an assistance manager position and bring in someone else to have her head manager position.

If anyone can give me something I could do or my wife can do, to allow her to keep the head manager position with the new company and not be demoted it would be gladly appreciated.

UPDATE,

Hi Everyone, here is an update on this issue March 22, 2012. I am actually meeting with the Senate Majority Leader that co-sponsored this bill tomorrow March 23rd. Myself and the president of my association and our lobbyist will be presenting him with our side of the story. I have put this individual and the sponsor of the bill in a sugar bowl and also made a sugar packet which i will be carrying with me. Sugar packets and bowl contain: powdered sugar, five finger grass, calamus and licorice and i prayed the 23rd psalm along with my petition.

I want to wear oils to this meeting so I would like input on what to wear: i have them all, but i was thinking of commanding, influence, look me over.....I would love some advice.

When you meet Senator Harry Reid (couldn't resist throwing that in), I would go with Commanding and Influence oils, and King Solomon Wisdom, if you have it. You can also use Psalm 72, which was a prayer for King Solomon, that he be blessed and use wisdom in governing.

I have put several post on LM forum about me and my husband situation. During the process of finding out he was cheating the affair has ended.

Now during the whole ordeal I was putting my job into jeopardy by calling out quite frequetly. I am a type of person that cant work under stress and he was stressing me out to the max. I even lost 30 lbs in those 2 months of me finding out. Due to all this confusion I might end up losing my job because of this nonsense my husband was putting me through.

I just landed this job in Dec making a decent salary with great benefits. It is a state job and getting another job like this is slim to none. I was already out of work 2 years now I cant afford to lose this job. I am on a 6 month probation with 3 months to go after Sept 1st. I'm consider a state employee.

I have to go to an appeal to see what will happen with me continuing to work there. Its based two of my bosses and the petition to the state to consider continue employment and my collegee. I have to go to this hearing this Tuesday June 26th at 8am so I need help fast.

I need to know what all the supplies I need and how to dress the candles for immediate results.

Hi to all,

When I am to the work place and I write down my sentences for the law of attraciton that I have already a new job in a better place and that I receive more money for my new imaginary work place, sometihng strange happen!

After a few minutes that I am happy because I am feeling that I have a new and better job, the two bosses wemen that are working with me they start to scold me for nothing!! and they make me feel bad! always!

Looks like that I have a doors close in front of me with angry energy...

What I can do for change that? I should use some open door oil in the candle when the moon go down for clean my way from the bad energy that are trying to keep me in a bad work place?

I Lost my job today but I do have a right to an appeal. By me not being in the union (which I would have been Sept. 1st) I have to do an appeal in order to get my job back. I have the information on the panel that will review my appeal but I don't know names. I have only a certain period of time to have the appeal back in soI wanted to know what are some rituals I can do to get my job back after this appeal.

That sounds like the start of a good mojo bag to wear if and when you appear before the appeal board. I'd add Court Case Root (Little John to Chew). Also, have a piece of the same root in your mouth during your appearance.

I need some advice. I don't want to go into too many specific details because I work in healthcare and am conscious of confidentiality, so, without naming any names or anything like...:

I've been dissatisfied for a while with a vague feeling of being unhappy with my job and I assumed it was just because of my job role, which without giving specifics basically involves me not doing everything I am certified to do because of scope of practice laws. I agreed to this position because it will help me later when I finish all my schooling, so that isn't the issue. Anyway, this week I had to go see my boss and it turns out my co-workers (one name I know for sure, others I don't) have trashed me on my employee evaluation so much that she put me on an "action plan". She was quick to say that they do not have complaints about the patient care I give or anything like that, not about how I do the tasks for my job, but rather about my "attitude". This has never in 5 years of me working in healthcare ever happened to me, and I have never been told to my face that anyone had a problem with me. I was so surprised and hurt.

I purchased yesterday the LM boss/co-workers/manager honey jar kit and some altar lites, figuring that would be a good place to start. I was also considering the need for protective amulets at work. I'm thinking about getting a hair off the co-workers I know for a fact gave a whole laundry list of problems she had with me (but not about my patient care, just about ME) so I can handle her specifically -- I mostly just want her to stop keeping a laundry list of problems she has with me and be honest with me instead. However, given that most of the time (we all have our bad days) I am truly trying to do a good job at work, I am feeling that I need to do some work for this situation in order to help me succeed and stop this problem in its tracks.

Sorry, I know this got long. But I have got to figure this out. I need to stay there after I graduate for the experience for at least a year or two, so I am not able to look for another job.

Hi zombi,

Stop Gossip on the main problem person and perhaps more generally on ''all slanderers in my work environment'' is an excellent idea. They're specifically geared for the type of back-biting you've been getting. Boss fix is also a good choice.

That said, if your overall attitude is dissatisfied, it may be this that they're clueing in on this since (short of being an excellent actress) no matter how hard you try and hide it the body language and expressions of voice and face transmit it, regardless of the quality of your work. Therefore, your intention to do success and growth work for yourself is also right on the money. That you've recongnized your own feeling regarding your work and the specific angles for improvement are the first step. As a result, that you'll be able to take the mundane and magickal steps to move above and beyond the current situation is simply logical.

Good choices for yourself are John the Conqueror, Victory and Crown of Success product lines. All of these have an optimistic, go-getter energy and foster your innate strength of character and drive. A three-way combo of Cast Off Evil, King Solomon Wisdom and Tranquility baths could also be a way to let go of the work day's stresses and stressors upon your return home at night. As for feeling dissatisfied, I have been wondering if part of that is due to the energy from these back-biters at work -- overall I can honestly tell you I love where I work, I am excited to finish schooling so I can continue to work there, and I have previously been very happy. That's why I wondered if maybe I was getting a feeling off them in addition to other things (like my role, school + job fatigue, etc). I had looked at Crown of Success work when figuring out what I ought to do, so I will likely go that route.

Hi Everyone,

I am very new to this site; Quite happy that I found it in the first place. I have been experiencing job insecurities for the past two years in my corporate job, not to mention bad evaluations as a result of the supervisors I work with. My previous supervisor was a micro-manager and constantly harassed me and made me feel so incompetent, that I lost all my self confidence and work morale leading up to a bad evaluation. Since then I have no confidence in my work and possibly on the verge of being fired very soon

I would love to keep my job as I am on a temporary visa, and being fired means that I become illegal after 10 days of being fired in the US.

I would love to use Boss fix, Crown of success, steady work, Bendover and Stop Gossip inorder to secure my job and start seeing more positive results in my work and on my team.

I really don't know where to start. I've been reading the post on here but I still feel all too confused about how to go about getting this hoodoo done. I literally just found this website and the products today.

Please guide me. I'm in desperate need.

I read alot about the honey jar but its very confusing, I have no idea how it works.

The spell kits and honey jars come with instructions. A honey jar is to sweeten someone and get them on your side. There are honey jars for love, court cases, employers, and other situations.

I'd recommend the Steady Work spell kit. Your main objective is to be employed, either at this job or another one.

I can testify that Peace Water in the work place really does help. I work in a rather boisterous environment and took Peace Water in one of those travel spray bottles, shook it up while praying for peace and harmony at my job. Then I sprayed a tiny bit in each bathroom and a bunch in my office where most everyone comes in and out multiple times a day. I noticed a difference in everyone including me. It's pretty amazing. I also use Van Van oil strategically in my office to turn things around. I deal with a lot of difficult issues throughout my day. Glad that things are looking up!

I work at a doctor's office and our company is facing some financial struggles and is looking to downsize. I work in human resources, and I had a meeting with my boss today regarding employees that might be chosen to be laid off. It turns out that my best friend is one of the employees that my boss is considering laying off.

My friend has been working with the company for 5 years. He is a really hard worker and a wonderful team player. He is already struggling financially, and he really needs his job. He really cannot afford to be laid off right now.

I need a spell that I can use immediately to protect my friend's job. My first thought was the Fiery Wall of Protection spell kit, but it would take too long for me to receive it. I need something that I can use right now to start protecting him from losing his job, as my boss and I are going to meet again this Monday to make final decisions.

As human resources manager, I do have some say regarding lay offs and I could make suggestions; however, my boss has the final say, and once she has made up her mind, there will be no changing it. I need to protect my friend's job and get my boss's mind off of him as someone to be laid off. I currently have white, pink, and red 4" altar candles and fast luck oil that I could use. I also have some herbs and other oils, but they are mostly herbs and oils used in love spells. I have damiana, catnip, deer's tongue, dill seeds, licorice root, cubeb berries, and cardamom seeds. I also have the following oils: controlling oil, fire of love, love me, follow me boy, come to me, and reconciliation. Perhaps some of these herbs and oils could also be used for my current needs? I appreciate any help that I can get right now, as I need to act fast, and I really want to help my friend to keep his job.

Hey grrwl4me,

I would start burning candles dressed with Fast Luck oil while praying your intentions. I would also burn Boss Fix and Steady Work vigil candles for your friend. You can have the MISC set the candles on their altars, rather than wait for them to be shipped to you, since time is of the essence. See the page for their candle services.

Since I posted this a while ago I actually got a phone call telling me that I'm amazing and my performance has improved 10000000000000% and everyone was a million times happier with me, so I'd say this was a success.

But.

Looks like my boss is moving on to a better job, and the person who is taking her place is nice enough but I don't know her well. I'm wondering if I ought to be trying to start working now on a good transition or sweetening her towards me? I'm in my current position until May and I need her to do good things for me come that time....

I've been using that exact kit for a while now for the original situation. I've been burning candles about three or two days per week. Because I made it to work on my workplace as a whole, I want to keep that jar going -- I'm guessing there's not a way to just "add" to it, is there? I guess I am trying to avoid having to keep up with another one, haha! But I will if that's what will work best, I suppose. (:

Hi Everyone,

I have been working my job situation for a while. I work with a loud mouth bully and have put her in a vinegar jar with management and have a honey jar going to puff myself up with management. They are both going really well, however, I guess I got too excited to find out that she was getting her butt kicked (FINALLY!) for the crap she has been pulling for years that I blabbed this to one of our truck drivers (who also doesn't like this bully) and he, in turn, went to HIS place of employment and blabbed. Well it got back to MY work to some of the workers and although I don't think very much has come of this I would like to know what products/spells I could cast to make this better and ground this "rumour" so that it doesn't end up biting me in the assany more than it already has. BESIDES from the obvious shut my OWN mouth (and the driver has already agreed not to blab anymore) I think that stop gossip wouldn't be quite the angle I want for this...

So what would be a good course of action now and what products would be good? Just as an extra precaution...

I second Miss Tammie's accolades. Boss Fix is definitely a good conjure for work relations and adding Peace Water or Peaceful Home oils keeps the environment at the least amicable. There was a thread that discussed placing a dressed mirror strategically to send back negativity. An appropriate conjure for environments that has constant conflict.

There is a position at my work place that I really want to get into for a long time. For somehow, the managers didnt put me into that position because they said they didnt have the hours for me. Then I decided to transfer to another location when they had a few positions opened up, but changed my mind afterward. So, they hired a few people to put into that position. I checked with the manager again a few times, but he said he doesnt have any hours right now for me.

There is one guy there who is not very good at his job and messed up his job a couple times. Also, this position is exactly the same position that the guy I have been dating working on it. i have been burning hot foot incense since the last week of February to remove him, but he is still there.

I checked with a psychic and she said he needs his job and is looking for a second one.

So, should I use road opener for more hours to open up for me or for him to get another better job so he leaves soon ?
