Again thanks ladies for the advice, when you say bury the remains in a church yard, what remains? Do you mean the letter? What color candle should I light for her? Will they let me light a candle for her? Also how would I go about burying the remains in the church? Does it matter what kind of paper and should I dress the paper with something?
I do have some vanvan oil and green, white, pink, and black mini candles? What would I be able to do with those? I dont have a proper alter as space is very limited, ive been using my side desk that is home to phone, cup of water, Bible and laptop, but I do wipe the area down with Florida water everynight when I pray? Is that proper uh protocol? Uh and I also do have a lot of John the conqueror roots?
I will def keep updated on the future. Thanks again ladies.

First of all, I want to direct you to this thread, before I forget:

faitlaforce wrote:Again thanks ladies for the advice, when you say bury the remains in a church yard, what remains?
Any leftover candle wax. If you're burning a glass jar candle, clean and recycle the glass - don't leave it in the churchyard.
Do you mean the letter?
I'd keep that in case you want to burn more candles on it.
What color candle should I light for her?

White seems to be the commonest color, but red is also used -- sometimes yellow or even pink or green.
Will they let me light a candle for her?
I'm sure they will -- and many Catholics, and others, buy saint candles at candle shops and even grocery stores to burn at home.
Also how would I go about burying the remains in the church?
Not the church -- the churchyard.

When I go to the graveyard and pay for graveyard dirt or the help of a friendly spirit, I tuck the pennies into the dirt right next to the gravestone. You may be able to find loose dirt in a flower bed or maybe at the base of a statue and do something similar. But you might want to take a spoon in your pocket, just in case.
Does it matter what kind of paper and should I dress the paper with something?
Squares of paper torn from grocery bags are a classical way to work. Dress the paper with oils appropriate to your petition.
I do have some vanvan oil and green, white, pink, and black mini candles? What would I be able to do with those?
White or maybe green sound most appropriate to your needs. I wouldn't use black (enemy work) or pink (love).
I dont have a proper alter as space is very limited, ive been using my side desk that is home to phone, cup of water, Bible and laptop, but I do wipe the area down with Florida water everynight when I pray? Is that proper uh protocol?
Starting with Florida water sounds like a great beginning.

There aren't many hard and fast traditions about altar space in hoodoo. You'll find lots of info and reassurance in this thread:
I also do have a lot of John the conqueror roots?
Sounds like a good curio to keep in a mojo bag and on your altar, though I'm not sure it's exactly what you want for this work. More information here:
Hope this helps,

Hello,

I have about two semesters left before transferring to a university. I have to take both Algebra 2 and a Stats course. I've been saving them for last because math is NOT a good subject for me. At all.

I have an Algebra 2 textbook that I'd like to study over the summer so that I can perhaps get a leg-up before the Fall semester. Is there a spell I can do that will help me in this endeavor? Perhaps make the information click for me? I tested into Algebra 1 when I first came to college, and I've had to take it a couple of times before passing it. I feel so stupid when it comes to math.

By the way, I haven't got much money, so the spell has to be rather simple. I'm thinking oils and candles? Or possibly herbs for a sachet?

I really like the attraction oil! I dress my tea light candles with them and place on top of a petition. After a few try's of doing magical work, I now have my first job after graduating college. I'm temping for a few months. Santisma Muerte must like them too. She always sends me smells of the oils in odd places to let me know she is around.

Hello,
I have ordered more than one spell kit, with a view to a successful outcome in an exam that I will be taking next month. I have begun one and I am drawn to ask whether I should let some time pass before beginning a new kit once the first one is finished, or whether it is fine for me to proceed, "back to back" with the kits? I personally think that it is fine but I will definitely listen to the advice of those who are the experts.

Are these identical kits or different types to address the same issue? Everyone is different, but I usually address situations from more than one angle anyway. So, if there's something going on that I'm really trying to address, chances are I have done or have made more than one thing on the matter. And, I usually don't wait for one thing to start working before I go into the next, nor do I usually wait a set amount of time either.

If you like vigil candles and they resonate well with you, consider those to "back up" your work as they say, as opposed to repeating what you've already done. Another might be a lamp, a mojo hand, jar work etc as apposed to an identical spell kit. It's not that there's necessarily anything wrong with repeating a spell, but I just don't see it as necessary unless you actually need to redo it.

If you really want to, I don't see anything wrong with starting the next kit a little closer to your exam date. Some people seem to have a once a month rule with stick candle rituals as well as other types of things. In which case a spell kit might be repeated after a month has passed.

Do your success baths regularly up to the time of the exam. Maybe some clarity work, etc if you feel the need for something else. The only caution against working "too much" on a matter is if it's obsessive or you're freaking out and seriously worried. Freaked out isn't the right energy to throw into your work. As long as you're balance in what you're doing and have faith in what you've done, it's usually fine to do a little extra.

Thanks for the advice. The kits are all different, but intended to address the same outcome-which is success in the exam.

I know this reply is late but I hope it helps you or others. You can always appeal decisions made by financial aid. I'm not sure what kind of school you're in but I would speak to a financial aid adviser on the matter. You can always try to speak to a higher up if that doesn't work. Good luck!

As a side note for those that do work with Saints, petitionning St-Joseph of Cupertino for the passing of tests is quite a successfull method. Reason being, he himself had trouble in his studies. While undertaking his examinations for the priesthood, he couldn't retain the information he studied and the night before the test found that he only knew the answer to a single set of the possible questions which could be posed. He prayed fervently to God that he might pass his tests and thus his vows and be admitted to the priesthood. Lo and behold, when he sat down to the examination, the questions were the set for which he was well prepared. Schoolchildren thus appeal to St-Joseph of Cupertino regularly for help in their studies.

Perhaps to show how working with saints can vary according to how one was taught, I was taught that it is St Expedite who is the patron of students writing exams. He is also the "go-to" saint for court cases, students in general, finding a job, and (interestingly) candidates for a driver's licence, all with the notion of prompt results. At least, that's how I learnt it. :) On the Internet, he receives particular attention for his quick intercession, especially in money woes; but you may find that among Catholic practitioners "on the ground", as it were, his areas of working are a bit more extensive. ;)

For this reason, I find petitioning him as part of a Crown of Success work, and offering a red candle, red carnations, and a glass of water to give very good results in connection with schoolwork.

Just thought I'd toss in my 2 cents to this great thread.

Tristan

Hi kim4us,

congratulations on your return to school! on the magickal side, many have asked for study aids here on the site and you may want to look at the information contained in the following threads:
spiritual-help-for-passing-exams-questi ... t6734.html
advice-for-exams-t19201.html
anything-i-can-do-to-help-me-pass-my-exams--t1074.html

on a mundane level, check with your doctor if would be safe for you to take gingko supplements as they are proven to improve the brain's blood circulation and thus help improve memory. A tincture of equal parts gingko, gotu kola, peppermint and sage with 1/4 part of rosemary would be another alternative. The sage in the formula will have the added benefit of helping with wisdom from a conjure angle as well.

Blessings and best of luck.

Hi kim4us,

start by taking a deep breath and relaxing. Work from the heart and pray from the heart. The paper should be the size you need to write your petition in small writing. The size of a post-it note or index card is usually good.

A mercury dime (or silver dime) is a lucky curio/dime that you can read more about here: http://www.luckymojo.com/silverdime.html

The nail pairings are your own, nail clippings from when you cut your nails: these are a personal concern to link the bag to you. The baby tooth is the same thing and is considered a very intimate concern - if you don't have it, just don't use it. You can read more about personal concerns here: http://www.luckymojo.com/bodyfluids.html

Blessings and best of luck in your works and studies.

Hi,

I need to learn Arabic for graduate studies in the Middle East, which will also qualify me for a fellowship. I would like to know which products and curios would be suitable for the job. I already use Crown of Success, King Solomon, and Mastery products in my studies with amazing results. I was thinking of using Clarity for understanding the language. Perhaps, a deer's tongue spell? Any ideas?

Thank you!

Hi QematetSau,

you're on the right track with the added Clarity and Deer's Tongue for your studies. John the Conqueror is also a nice root to work with.

One great way to work that ConjureMan Ali has often suggested is to place a few drops of each of the oils into an essential oil diffuser or burner while you're studying. For the Deer's Tongue, you can burn candles rolled in the herb - purple or yellow ones would work well.

A simple hand you can make in a purple or red bag to take with you for tests would include:
Peach Tree Leaves: http://www.herb-magic.com/peach-tree-leaves.html
John the Conqueror root: http://www.herb-magic.com/john-the-conq ... small.html
Deer's Tongue: http://www.herb-magic.com/deers-tongue.html
Master Root: http://www.herb-magic.com/master-root-pieces.html
Master of the Woods: http://www.herb-magic.com/master-of-the-woods.html
You could dress the bag with Mercury oil every Wednesday or a combo your study oils every Thursday.

Blessings and let us know how your studies are going!

Hi LM family,
My little brother was voted president of his fraternity this past Spring. Rush is coming up in a few weeks and he wants success with leading his chapter and success with recruiting the most members to his fraternity. He wants to win the President of the Year Award next spring which will reward him moneys toward paying for tuition next semester. What can I do to help him with these 3 goals? Thanks so much!

Many Blessings,

Guided--

You'll definitely want to focus on the Crown of Success line http://www.luckymojo.com/crownofsuccess.html

Since there is money involved you might want to also look at Attraction or Money Drawing

Finally, you might want to incorporate some of the King Solomon Wisdom products to help bolster his academics.

I really like hitting a situation from all sides. You could easily have three candles burning for each of these aspects together or combine them in different ways to incorporate the condition oil, bath crystals and sachet powders.

You could also try a Victory candle or a purple or white candle dressed with Victory oil.

Hello!!!
I am soo happy tonight!!! I would like to sing the praises of LM products and the Crystal Silence League and my AIRR rootworker CM Ali!!
My situation was this.... I HATE ACCOUNTING AND FLUNKED IT THIS SUMMER. Yep flunked it . Big fat F. Yep, I did it.

I bought some Crown of Success products and began working on this situation. I also had a Crown of Success candle set for me. I got some reinforcement with prayers from the Crystal Silence League. When I found out who my teacher was I also started a sweet/sugar jar on him.

I looked my teacher up on ratemyprofessor.com and read nothing but nice things about him. Students stated how easy he was and how nice he was and I got some relief. Well, tonight I met him and he is sooo nice. I get good vibes from him. He made the class exciting and he is funny. He offer tons of extra credit. He will be dropping the lowest test score and here is the kicker...NO FINAL EXAM!!!!!

The amazing thing about this situation is that he said he wasn't even supposed to teach this class this semester!!! Some how they were short on Accounting teachers and asked him to squeeze it in his schedule.. I almost fell out my chair when he said that..

I couldn't ask for anything more from a professor. It's like he wants to make sure you pass. I am so happy I don't know what to do. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I will pass this class with flying colors. I have my King Soloman products as well so I know I will be okay.

Thank you everybody. I love this site and I know that it's because of these products and prayers that this semester will be a breeze!! :D

Blessings to everybody and good night because this sista has to hit the books!!!!!

Ok, i have another crazy question

if youre a C / D student, and you would like to be an A student in college. and you study and work hard.. but you have ADHD, (me), and it's hard to finish things to completion, it becomes a task at hand. But Through the help of magic, I need to become academic, and fulfill my goals no matter how long or how lofty or difficult they may be.. the spirits can do more than a human.

Any suggestions and advice?

Hardly a "crazy question." I'd recommend King Solomon Wisdom, Crown of Success, and Clarity to help you with succeeding academically and concentrating.

Hi all,
Please I would be so grateful if you could you advise :
a) What LM products/kits/ candles+powders or work that I can do - quickly (could elongate to like a 3day/5day/possss 9day ritual) - for my nephew, to get an engineering scholarship. Getting it is like 'finding a needle in a haystack!' Very few are given out but he's worked so so hard, and his work show's it. This ... plus the work I'll do could swing it :) (Simple quick I feel, as deadline is gone, but they'll accept his application as he's worked hard)

b) Please please some one guide me if there's a thread that tells me which saints are responsible for which area??
I need this generally anyhow for my work, but if I have enough time before his scholarship application time finishes, I will petition that saint for him with LM products

C) I was thinking of burning an orange candle + I can/you cant oil + crown of success oil ON TOP of name paper with name of scholarship+scholarship heads name + name of university = written 9 times. Then OVER THIS... I write my nephews name - bigger writing - 9times. Any ideas of pen, paper, or candle color (I thought orange to open that road for him) Any thoughts?

Any guidance, ideas and responses will be received with much respect and love :)

Hi magictinkerbell,

a) The Crown Of Success spell kit and products could work well: http://www.luckymojo.com/spell-crown-of-success.html. Combining it with I Can You Can't and Fast Luck (since you say time is an issue) could help give that extra push as well:
http://www.luckymojo.com/products-i-can-you-cant.html
http://www.luckymojo.com/fastluck.html

b) LM has a great page with Saints and their different spheres of intercession here: http://www.luckymojo.com/patronsaints.html

c) sounds good. following up the orange candle with a purple and then a yellow one would also be a good and solid combo. pen / paper choices are personal, many conjures will simply use a piece of grocery sack and a bridge pencil and it's quite traditional to do it that way. Dragon's blood ink would be well-aligned with your intention however and if you choose to use it you can find it here: http://www.luckymojo.com/mojocattools.html#ink

d) although not a question you asked, a nice simple mojo hand for your nephew (not for the scholarship but for his studies in general) would be a piece of Master Root, some Master of the Woods, Peach Tree Leaf, a good-sized chunk of Dragon's Blood and a John the Conqueror root in a red flannel bag. Have him dress that bag with an oil you make from equal parts each John The Conqueror, Crown of Success and King Solomon Wisdom oils.

Blessings and let us know how your work goes!

Hi magictinkerbell,

No reason that you can't work with them both ;) For finding an engineering job, St-Joseph would be a great choice. Given he's still doing his studies however, if you want to work with just one Mama Micki's suggestion of St-Patrick would be excellent. LMs All Saints oil can be used successfully for petitionning him.

Lucky Mojo has products dedicated to both St. Patrick and St. Joseph. Their feast days are close together (St. Patrick on March 17, St. Joseph on March 19), so if you have anything left over by March, you could thank them both on their days.

St. Patrick helped the Irish improve their methods of building bridges and buildings; that is why he can be considered the patron saint of engineering.

Dear All,
THANKS TO LUCKY MOJO - TO: magical catherine yronwode for creating it and doing so much to enlighten our lives :) TO: aura, mama micki, temont = for answering so promptly with fantastic advice! Love, light and much respect to you all.

Tearful  ... with joy guys & gals! Though been brought up from childhood working with energy-work/spells/root,herb work/deities etc etc - BUT never has it manifested so quickly as when I started using this wonderful site and products !

The engineering-scholarship I'm working on for my nephew has been awarded to him (only 2 people out of a chosen 50 people got it!) :o OMG yes. It was a 9day petition for me, and they called him in for and interview on the 4th day and on the 5th day - awarded him the scholarship and to also 1 other person. HOW AMAZING hey :)
I will send out extra prayers of gratefulness today with offerings in the name of my 2 chosen Saints. Also will continue to finish the 9 days, after which I'll do what I pledged for them.... and

MY RESPECT, LOVE AND THANKS TO SAINT JOSEPH, who nurtured Jesus Christ and has so kindly helped me nurture those I love. Beloved St. Joseph I am indebted, humbled and in awe of your kindness and love.

BELOVED SAINT PATRICK, Patron Saint of Engineering, my gratitude is endless as I thank you for smiling upon me and granting my wish. I am indebted, and humbled and in awe of your kindness and love.

Love and blessings to all
A very happy MagicTinkerbell

Professor Ames thank you for the recommendations. I will try to hit the situation from all sides.

"Finally, you might want to incorporate some of the King Solomon Wisdom products to help bolster his academics." Fortunately, my little brother maintains 3.9 GPA, so he's doing well in his academics. He's always been an over achiever so he balances multiple activities well. I just want him do well in his position and to win the President of the Year Award. Each year we're usually a bit short after financial aid and scholarships, so the award will really help. I'll do some money work, but also want to know how I can get the highest number of new members join his fraternity. How well he does in rush can play a big part in getting the award.

Can I use a lodestone for drawing members?

Thank you Mama Micki, I ordered some Victory Oil from LM a few days ago.

I have been studying for an exam however, I have not seen much improvement but I know why. I cannot seem to concentrate, or focus (I get easily distracted). Also, because I have been studying for months and havent seen much of a result, I am getting frustrated and discouraged. Any advice on how to focus, concentrate, retain material, move faster, and understand material easier?

Thank you :)

King Solomon Wisdom and Clarity should help you concentrate better and understand the materials you are studying. Add Crown of Success for overall academic success.
