I have been selling insurance for a little over six months. I just started a new company and would love to know if anyone had any recommendations so that I can be successful at selling our plans. I really need the money so anything that you could recommend would help. I've paid for someone to do a spell for me in the past and it didn't work, so I figured I should do it myself. That just seems logical to me.

You could get a Boss Fix honey jar and start working that, writing on the petition paper "all my prospective insurance clients" so the people will be "sweet" to you and buy your stuff. The customer is really the "boss", right?

If you have brochures or pamphlets about your business, dust them lightly with a combination of Attraction and Money Drawing Sachet powders so that when people pick them up, they will be attracted to spend money with you.

I have some questions... please DO NOT tell me the name of the company you work for. I just want to know if it is P&C, Life, Health, Group, Annuity products, etc. Are you a CSR? Are you captive? Will you run your own staff? Will you work from an office home or both? Are you self employed?

Example if you are working to help people with their benefits many people (insurance sales people "pitch" especially if they are P&C); some people Consult. I am a jack/jane of all trades in this business and work like jello. I give what the client needs, and I get paid. I am a true consultant. I really just want to help people and refer business. I work with Brokers and Companies that can insure many things in all states in the US.
I know the products to work with in general for Lucky Mojo for any job-- and I can also recommend products for special agents and what they do depending on the position.

I'm a insurance salesman and want to increase sales, Here is my situation, I do have a full time job working 5:30pm-2am and attempt to do insurance sales during the day (if I can get over being sleepy). I concentrate on final expense policies which range from 5k-15k, clients range from 50-75 years or so, I buy leads from companies, sometimes for a set price per lead already generated or I could pay the co. to mail out 1000 cards and the return is about 1-1 1/2 % (wish that was higher). I receive the lead cards that the person filled out and I go visit them (i show them the lead card with their name and signature as a reminder of what they sent in) and hopefully they will be home and receptive to meet with me at that time or set an appointment. typical ratios are that I would catch about half home and maybe out of that half maybe 3 will buy from me. What I want is that the ratio is increased to 75 or 80 % will be home and allow me in to talk to them or set an appointment, and that 75 or 80% that I sit down with will buy a policy from me. (some households may buy 2 because of husband and wife). I work with very good and successful companies, What do I need to do to be successful with the goals I've outlined?

***Here is the edited reply from the PM for all, and this is helpful in any sales profession, as well as many others:***

Do a 13 Herb Bath-- any time is a good time for a 13 herb bath. (of course adhere to normal bathing practices) I believe in keeping "spirtiually clean"-- ESPECIALLY when things are going well-- to continually stay spiritully cleansed.

Steady Work -- order the vigil light set at the MISC or order the products to dress the candle with the oils, herbs and glitter yourself.
Keep Steady Work oil on... dress all paperwork LIGHTLY with (sachet powders) Steady work, Crown of Success and Prosperity. If you are doing electonic apps-- LIGHTLY dess the 4 corners of your computer screen with all 4 oils LIGHTLY!!!
and Attraction. I would order the bath crystals, make these 4 products into a rootworkers special (oil), and get all 4 sachet powders.
Dress your petitions with the 5 spot and herbs and roots for money and success.

Get a lodestone -- and do not forget the magnetic sand to feed him. Name him (example "Success"). See the lodestone page.
Gravel root and salt and five finger grass -- carry these in your pocket-- each time you get a new client YOU ARE INTERVIEWING to work with them just like a job.

There are many "practical answers" such as admitted carriers in each state for Health and Propety and Casualty. That's as much advice as I am willing to stretch. No questions about the PS, please. The Insurance Agents know what this means, hopefully.

Thank you for your reply. I sell cell phone plans / Services so the customers so they can switch from their current provider. What I have to do is convince the customer to switch and to sign up for the services. I don't sell any products all I have is promotion flyers to handle or if they're not home I leave the flyer on the door, So it's all about talking and convincing !

Okay, then, if all you are handling is paper, you have two options, You can dust the edges of the papers with powders or you can lightly smoke the papers in incense smoke. Since you are trying to attract their attention as well as get them to purchase, i would recommend a combination of Attraction and Money Drawing. I personally use those exact same sachet powders, mixed, on our company business cards.

Hello!!!

I have a question about my business. I sell cosmetics for a very popular company. I love it!!! I just wish I made more money at it. My only customers are my coworkers. I want to branch out and get more customers and make more money at it. I will start handing out more books in other neighborhoods very soon but I want that extra push to sell more.

I have my business cards. I am thinking of using some crown of success oils on it and then burning some candles on top of it. I have some five finger grass so maybe customers can favor me when choosing a rep. Any other ideas. I'm really ready to take my business to the next level because I know for a fact that there is money to be made selling these products.

I just started working as a promoter for Body By Vi. It's a wonderful product and program but unfortunately, most of the people I know are too poor or all on Asssistance of some kind. I really need to be able to promote the product to people who are enthusiastic and can help me.

I would try anointing yourself with Road Opener Oil before your shifts. To help you overcome the obstacle you face. Possibly mixing Protection Oil and anointing yourself with that as well. The Mint Smell of the Protection Oil might also help keep your mind clear.

The perfume of the oil canbe a bit strong. I would use it in appropriate moderation if you want to do this more than once before work. You may want to instead anoint yourself once, but instead multiple times a day, when you think it a good time. Pray for your intetnion while rubbing the area where you anointed yourself with the oil.

This is something that you are helping yourself with. So apply prayer as needed.

I don’t know if there are any spells to keep you physically alert but when I was in school full time and working full time I anointed myself with success, King Solomon, and master oil. The oils helped me function better and I noticed that king Solomon oil seemed to boost my mental clarity a little and master oil boosted my physical/self-determination which made me work through the tiredness. Peppermint or mint oil/scent also really helps to keep the mind alert.

I currently work as a waitress at a small cafe. I would like a spell that will help me with my determination to be good at work.

Part of it has to do with the fact that I don't feel like I am a natural at food service or the work world. This is the first job I have had in a number of years, and although I make mistakes sometimes, I would like to be able to get past those and eventually be able to be a calm, consummate professional who can just do what is asked of her.

We both certainly try to act like adults and not let get in the way of our jobs, but often there is a lot of personality conflict. In addition to Crown of Success, I would also recommend something a little more to empower you. Either John the Conqueror, or Queen Elizabeth root oil, or Angelica. John the Conqueror is more often associated with men, but it can work well for any sex, While Queen Elizabeth and Angelica root are associated with female empowerment. The choice is up to you. When you are empowered, it can help you be confident in your work, which might help prevent making mistakes or feeling stressed and flustered, especially when you are in customer service type job like a waitress.

I also agree with the previous poster that you should work a honey jar on your boss. You don't have to be best friends, but improving the level of respect and removing unfair bias can be helpful.

From my own experience, and from being a witness to others, praise from customers is very rare in this day and age while working in food service. I would recommend a honey jar for all the customers as well. I believe even a general petition of "all the customers of "insert restaurant name". It might help you get tips, but it can also help in the event of mistakes that are going to happen (like a kitchen screw up) and smooth them over. And if you get praise from customers for your work as well, it can only help your professional standing with your boss.

Hi djanno,

This thread and the product advice you've been given is sound. That said there are no guarantees in magic, think of it as an edge to help your efforts in the mundane world manifest. Some have great success with their magical work, some not. Some do, depending on what type of work they're doing.

What you're asking for is a very tall order, particularly if you want rapid manifestation, and particularly if you are not known to your client base. Adding some Look Me Over can help with that - but it won't replace making yourself known through on-line marketing, paper ads and telephone or person-to-person contact. Nor will it replace the time it takes to build a business. Thus start by looking at how realistic what you're asking for is and join your magical efforts to solid advice and help from an experienced business coach.

A few weeks ago, Conjureman Ali made a remark on the radio show that he "conjures the shit out of everything!" I began doing some simple maintenance magic on me an my husband and it's a great idea.

Even better, I start a new job in a week and a half so I am looking for ideas to make things go well. It's at a call center taking orders for gardening supplies, so the customers can make a day good or bad as can supervisors and co-workers. There are also opportunities for extra comissions.

Anyway, is there any work I can do beyond honey or sweetening jars to make this new job go well for me?

Hi
I have been dressing green candle to help bring more customer at work. I carved the candle & use attraction & fast luck oil, also money stay with me & crown of success sachet powder. The candle flame is usually give me an answer how business is going to be that day. I always get a great result when the candle flame was high & steady & what I visualized was accurate. But it was working only for 2-3 weeks & now it stop working.
I did everything the same nothing change except an altar. I usually have an altar for my religion. I pray Buddha & Hindu & recently I just set up little area for Christian altar. I know it sound strange coz I'm not Christian. I did research & some people told me it would be more powerful if I can pray Hindu with Psalms together so I think it would be more appropriate to set up Christian altar to show some respect.
The thing that happening right now is the candle flame is still high & steady which I usually get a great result but it turn out opposite. I didn't get what I asked & plus what I visualized turn out inaccurate also.

I'm very confuse now. I really need to keep my job. I could get laid off or fire soon if still no customer, no business. Can anyone tell me what should i do? Do I have to pray Psalm before dress the candle? Can I set up use gold candle to help my goal success?

You said that the altar is different.
Why don't you put it back to exactly how it was before when you had success?
If that doesn't work, let us know.
