Spells to Control Court Case Timing, Speed Up or Slow Down the Process

I did a search of the forum and I saw that a lot of court case suggestions included dressing papers, etc. However, in my situation I am not directly involved (sorta).

The police pressed charges against someone on my behalf. I want a good outcome for the person who hurt me (as in I want them to get mandated counseling or something). I don't want something overly harsh, but I do want to make sure that SOMETHING happens/

I have had only very NEGATIVE interactions with the court system and hope that changes here.

The first hearing date is the 21st (i think), but since it's a criminal case, I don't have to be there unless it goes to trial (and then i'd be a witness).

I want to make sure it isn't thrown out of court on that date.

What can I do from afar? I had my one and only in-person meeting with the prosecutor for this case months ago and if I ever do go into the court, it wont be for many months. I definitely don't want to go to the hearing next week in person (I feel nauseous just thinking about it), so that's out of the question.

They may or may not plea out (the defense) depending on the penalty of the sentence (priors, etc). I would recommend obtaining court case oil and tobaco infusion oil. (I just ordered Tobacco infusion myself for a completely different matter)
Anyhow.. CCOil and TB Oil dress some Brown candles. (3) I would carve on the candles "all court rulings favor for me".
Id burn a yellow candle dressed with LM Crown of Success (Order a Vigal candle if you can too) representing you.
Side note... which you probably already know. You did nothing wrong NOTHING. If he is in jail he might sober up and may or may not think about "it" the next time. Next time for someone else ==the ramifications and outcome might be far worse.

When I was still talking to the person they said they weren't going to plea out (even though if they did they'd get no record and just have mandated anger management), so I am highly skeptical that he will plea out. I think he is going to try and have the whole ordeal drag out through a trial, which I am NOT happy about. I guess I'd rather him plea out or something great, but yeah. He doesn't have any priors and he's new to this kind of stuff so maybe this is why he is behaving as such.

Hi,

I have purchased the Lucky Mojo Court Case Spell Kit and the LM Court case Honey jar, both to sweeten and influence the Judge. I have spent weeks reading all of Cat's wonderful online info (thank you cat!) and the LM forums, but I am uncertain how to handle the expert witnesses who will be testifying against me. I am hoping to win a monetary award in this case.

At first I went with the theory of mastering, controlling, dominating, bend over, do as I say, and my last order to LM had all of these oils, incenses, and sachets in it. I was planning to get these honey jars in my next order, but as I read through the forum I discovered that this was not the way to go, that those methods were counter productive to the sweetening of the honey jar. If you want to confuse or silence these expert witnesses, what you really want is the beef tongue spell. You can, while preparing the tongue, put in Poppy seeds to confuse the witnesses testimony or some Inflamatory Confusion powder to make them all messed up in the head when they talk, or to disagree with each other.

If you know the addresses of where these witnesses work, you can sprinkle Stop Gossip and Bendover sachet powder on the dirt and paths of those properties, praying "May all those who speak against me be silent and say only what I want them to say" or something like that. You can also dust packages and letters (lightly!) with those powders, praying over them that the people who receive them will be influenced by you.

I need to delay or postpone a court case until the following month. What products would you use to do that? Would you make the target of your spell your attorney, the cop, or the court itself? I figure I'd use the waning moon to push the court date further away from me, but Mercury and Saturn (rulers of time and timing) are still retrograde. Also, Mars (ruler of law enforcement) is also retrograde so I don't know if I can use it to work on the cop. My court date is scheduled for before any of these planets go direct. I wonder how else I can do this using strictly hoodoo methods, presuming that hoodoo methods aren't as strict when it comes to timing. I already have some court case stuff (mojo hand, candle, etc.). Should I just use them and hope for the best, although my hearing/trial will be much more winnable if it's postponed until May?

CM Ali gave excellent suggestions-here is my .02 'cause I love court case work!

You can work on this on several levels at the same time. If your attorney is open to the idea of slowing down the trial date then give him the gift of success and eloquent speech by using products like Crown of Success, Compelling, and Deerstongue leaf. You can use Just Judge products on the judge and petition El Nino de Atocha for a delayed date as well. No matter when the date is you should have a court case honey jar going with your attorney, the cop, the other side's attorney and the judge in the honey jar. Work with five finger grass to make all parties favor you, and of course use Little John to Chew (court case root) in the jar as well.

I have worked freezer spells on court systems before so that a client who needed a delayed date got "lost in the shuffle" happens all the time-basically you freeze everything so that it stands still and drags forward very slowly.

Finally, I am assuming that the cop is witnessing against you-of course you want to shut him up and confuse him using a beef tongue spell.

I have a friend that is in jail for a crime she did not do. Yes she was there but did not do the crime. She has been in jail 10 monthes. She needs a court date and a bond and the serious charges dropped. I need assistance with finding a fast working trick to start the court to give a court date and make sure she doesnt go in front of a certain judge!!!! I need assistance with getting her home with her kids and to be free of this horrible lie they have put her in. I am one friend that has stood by her the whole time. In each case they say they are not going to court and want to settle out of court . She wants to get her money so she can go buy a home and move from where she is now .

I am in a bit of potential legal matters. Long story short, no lawsuits have been filed yet. But lawyers (mine and the other party's) are talking with each other. I am hoping this to go away without ever going to the court/judge.

Is there a spell that you guys can reccomend me for the opponent and his lawyer to leave me alone? to drop this whole matter without asking for a settlement etc?

Basically, the reading said that it's very unlikely this would go to a court. but the opponent/his lawyer will keep intimidating me. So, what do I do to make this go away?

I just want them to leave me alone and stop sending threatening email/letter to sue etc.

1. Why didnt you ask the rootworker who did your reading these questions? They had the insight to the situation and certainly could advice what work to do in support of your case. Since we ( everyone on this forum) are not reading for you we can only tell you what we would in general do for your cause. A reading gives details like key players, the reader can ask will this job work, then check the cards. So in General you answered the question, LM court case which is made to be successful in court, Also comes with instructions to use the beef tongue to silence witnesses, You may want to use stop gossip to get them to shut up, and slippery elm for their words to not hurt you ( slide right off of you). A freezer spell with allum to silence them and freeze them from your life. We have no idea what you are going to court for either which also helps to know when deciding what work to suggest. Id also say a good cleansing bath of you and the home is in order.

To your question about how to get this lawyer and whoever the lawyer is working for to leave you alone J82 gave some excellent suggestions. It is difficult to know exactly what would work best, particularly when dealing with legal issues as they are often very complex. On top of what J82 suggested you may also want to look at Commanding products (http://www.luckymojo.com/commanding.html). You can sprinkle the powders where the lawyer and his client will come into contact with them while saying a prayer for what you need to happen, burn candles with the oils on them, dust any papers you send to the lawyer ect.

On April 26th, my son in law was struck by a driver who ran a red light. The car is totaled. He spent 3 days in ICU. Now he's suffering from ongoing medical issues related to the accident. Two major issues: they had the vehicle for only 12 days. The dealership took their trade in and promised financing for the newer car. After 10 days the family notified the dealership because they'd not heard from them about the financing (they'd already checked with the bank who stated the financing was not approved). Bushings Law violation! (In the sate of Washington the dealership has 4 days to contact the buyer if financing doesn't go through, if they do not, it is a state and federal violation and may nullify the contract. Now that the vehicle is totaled, and the trade in was sold within a few days of original exchange, the family is out a car. Complicating matters even more, both drivers have the same insurance company. My son in law's ins. agent wants to rework the adjustment so that the frame damage is not noted AND wants to order repairs with used parts and used airbags! The attorney who initially agreed to the Bushings case wants to settle with the dealership so that they get the insurance payout and not the family! The family does have a personal injury attorney, but have been informed that these cases can linger months to years. We need to acquire an attorney who will go after the dealership for state and federal violations of the Bushings law AND to see that just compensation is paid to the family as soon as possible. Addt'l note: the dealership, after realizing the violation, shotgunned my son in laws credit! He did find financing for another vehicle, but his credit has suffered due to what the dealership did.

Hello, I am not sure if I am in the right forum, but I need to "bring about a court case." The situation is long and complicated. I placed 2 LM orders and just recently received the second shipment. I ordered Court Case supplies, Pay Me, Just Judge, Rose of Crucifixion, Powerful Hand, and Christ the King.
The case I have could potentially get huge in terms of a legal judgement. I do not want to settle outside of court. I want my case to go to court. There are underlying social justice issues at hand here. It is about more than just the money, but I definitely want to get the largest monetary amount possible awarded. The case is sexual harassment and sex discrimination. Others have experienced age discrimination, but all of these are the really the result of corruption and oppression.
The story would be very long to explain, but please know that I am dealing with very evil people, not just unscrupulous or unethical, but outright evil. I know they are going to try to "cover it all up" and I want to ensure that a court case comes out of this. I want to ensure a proper and thorough investigation, and that people are charged and convicted because of the claim I filed with my employer. The employer is essentially "Enron" and that is not an exaggeration. I also strongly believe that many of the evil people responsible for this are into the "dark arts." There are many, many victims and a lot of the incidents that occurred on the job would also be considered crimes including sexual assault! People are too afraid to speak up. And, it is well within the enemies' power to hide it all and cover it all up. I want to free other victims up to speak the truth (I think they are possibly being worked by the enemy
I want to find others who have been victimized (who no longer work here) and possibly do a "class action" lawsuit.
I need to find a good attorney and empower them in court and in the entire investigation. I need to help ensure a "win"

I recognize this is huge, But I am willing to be in it for the long hall. I recognize I will have to put some of my money into this (for an attorney, and for the mojo!)

My friend is a retiring attorney who is stuck in what she calls a case that won’t end. She is a guardian ad litem for a child in the case, and one of the parties will not budge, so the case has been drawn out for months. As guardian she still has to attend every hearing but she is finished with her testimony. She wants the case to end so she can get on with her retirement. I do have court case oil but the uses I see all seem to be from the side of the people involved in the lawsuits, not the attorneys. Is there something I can do to help her out?

RisenRaven,

Attorneys represent the client, therefore the Court Case product can be used to get the lawyer what they want as well, as to influence the judge to favor them.

If the friend wants to speed the case up, I would suggest using candles as it is a light and produces heat, to heat the case and to get it moving. This can be candles dressed with Court Case oil, 7 day vigil candles, candles on a honey jar to sweeten the judge to the lawyer.

Update on my work:
I was able to terminate probation and was let off last month on coincidentally the same day as my birthday. It took a few months to get the process going, but it was the week after using the court case satchet that the requirement I needed to finish had a deadline set for mid-January and after some slow process on this counselor's part she forwarded my certification over to the state attorney and I petitioned the court for my motion- after waiting 2 months they finally acted on the motion and I'm done with their supervision and no longer a felonous cyberbully!

On top of all the drama with my stepdad and bullets I've been dodging for 4 years. Its finally over.

Hello LM family

I just bought an apartment that belongs to a big building on the beach. The building has legal issue.

The judge has being postponing the court for many years now, avoiding to take any decision. In my country, judges can avoid doing the court even for a lifetime. Without decision, all the owners of the building do not do any renovations because they are afraid they are throwing their money away, so the building starts to look very run down....

The new law is supporting the building, but if the judge does not go to do his job, it is all meaningless.

I would like that the judge stops avoiding the case, that the court does finally takes place, and that the decision of the judge is as favorable as it can get (eg a very small financial fine).

Please give me ideas what to do, I have really many of the LM materials. Thanks in advance! The next court is hopefully this September 2024.

If you know the judge and you can list the apartment, I would do a Court Case Honey Jar to sweeten the judge to your cause. It would also be helpful to determine who is against it and add them to a vinegar jar with the judge's name to sour their relationship.

Thanks for your answer. We do not know the judge name. There is also nobody against the building.

The building was totally legal when built, later the law changed and considered that the front balconies of the building are too close to the beach. The law changed again more to our favor, the most common decision would be to pay some money as fine. But the judges in my country can postpone court decisions for as long as they want. It has been postponed already 5 times.

I dont know if its a good idea just to force the judge take any decision, as the decision could be very tricky, you never know with these things.
As long as there is no decision of the court, the owners do not renovate the building, the building looks rvery un down. When the case is cleared, the owners will invest money to renovate and the value of the apartments will sky rocket because the building is just next to the beach on an island.

Maybe this below is another way to go, I am totally open to your insight;
can I do a spell that attracts the clearing of the case in the best possible way?
Or an open road kind of spell?

The court is in September. I was also thinking of getting some help from the missionary church as well, as a helper to my own spells to do, but I do not know what category to choose.

You can list the court's official name, and state any magistrate or judge making decisions on the case of (insert).

Yes, you can mix Road Opener and Court Case together to get success in clearing the blocks and to have success.

So you suggest I do a court honey jar to sweeten the judge.

1) As the matter is quite urgent (court case maybe in September if it finally takes place), instead of honey, should I use sugar or something else that is moving faster?

2) On the petition I can write "The judge or magistrate of (court name) to take a fast and favorable decision about (building name)?

3) What herbs should I put inside the honey jar?

I was thinking of cinnamon for success, john conqueror for power and luck and overcome obstacles, grains of paradise for power to achieve our ambition. I was also thinking of master of the woods to overcome obstacles and sandalwood to remove negative conditions. What do you think?

4) What oils should I put inside the honey jar?

I was thinking of adding influence oil, court case oil, crown of success oil at 5 spot on the petition. Maybe even compelling, so that the judge appears and he does not cancel again?

5) Regarding the candle for road opener and court case, should I use a yellow candle, write on it "judge of (court name) in spiral style, cross it with carving the word "success" many times. Anoint the candle with court case and road opener oil. Then write the second petition on a paper under the candle having 9 times the "judge of (court name)" and around it in circle "success decision for building (name) ....".

6) I shake the honey jar praying, then I light the yellow candle on top of the jar and pray again. Repeat with new candles for days. Am I correct?

Hi, Blue Spirit,

I am not JayDee, but here are my suggestions regarding your court case honey jar to sweeten the judge.

1) Neither sugar nor honey work faster; some people add sugar to honey to "make it sweeter," that doesn't make the work go faster either. The heat of the candle is to energize the work.

2) Perhaps your use of English as a second language came into play in your suggestion for a petition, but i would write it as "May the judge or magistrate of (court name) make a fast and favorable decision about (building name) that will favour my case and work for the best good of the neighborhood and the tenants." If i were a Catholic, i would add, "In the name of Saint Joseph the Carpenter, Amen." As a Jew, i might add, "With the help of King Solomon the Builder, Amen."

3) Your choice of herbs is good, but be careful, because you are going to taste the honey, and John the Conqueror is a powerful laxative. when ingested. I would wrap the herbs in the petition paper to isolate them from the honey as i tasted it and said, "As honey is sweet to me, so will [judge so-and-so] be sweet to me and favour my wishes above all others."

4) I personally do not add loose oils to honey jars because they are inedible. I like your choice of Influence oil, Court Case oil, and Crown of Success lightly dabbed as a 5 spot on the petition -- they will not mess up the honey. I would not ever use Compelling Oil on a honey jar petition or a honey jar candle. Compelling is not a "sweet" form of magic. It is coercive and dictatorial.

5) I use brown candles for court cases and yellow for road openeing -- a natural beeswax candle would cover both ideas, or, if you are setting lights for several days, you could alternate brown and yellow. Your plan for inscribing the candle and setting a petition benetath it is fine.

6) All correct.

Finally regarding sugar spells (as opposed to honey spells -- although there is not really much opposition between the two, you might enjoy this free radio podcast:
