Greetings,

I just joined the forum. I'm hoping to learn more about Hoodoo and Southern Conjure. I ordered the Lucky Mojo Correspondence Course. Hoping to reach a confidence in my workings to where I am comfortable enough to become a Professional Spiritual Worker. I have practiced witchcraft for a number of years, but still lack some confidence in my abilities. I think this is due to the fact that I never had any formal training, initiation or what not. I am self taught though trial and error. Judging by all the material on the site, I don't think I went wrong by ordering the course.

I have chosen to learn Hoodoo and conjure because to me it just seems a natural extension to my knowledge of European witchcraft, seeing how there was some European influence that went into the creation of what is known today as Hoodoo or Conjure. Also, I like the way that the workings are "anchored" by the use of herbs, mojos and the like.
