Hi Everyone I'm New

Unread post by Carbonado » Wed Jan 09, 2013 8:30 am

I'm Carbonado - it means black diamond, which doesn't describe me physically really; I just liked the way that it sounds. I have been looking into this for a short while and have been reading a great deal. I will more than likely be placing my first order soon, but before deciding to even join the forum I did divination which is something that I do often and have done for some time now. I also asked guidance to lead me in if it's right and shut me out if it isn't. After that I got a ton of synchronicities in the past day, too many to go into here. I don't know if that kind of information has a place in Hoodoo, or if it even matters, as I am brand new to this. But that is the reason and some of how and why I am here. Also, when asking questions about this I seemed to have a really clear and sharp connection during divination. I practice Bibliomancy.

Thanks friends,

Carbonado

Hi Mama Micki, and thanks so much for the warm welcome. I do have one quick question: As of now I only have one person who would ever want to cause me harm, and they have no belief in this stuff at all, so it is very unlikely that I have ever been crossed or anything of that nature. My question is, and please do not be offended, but now that I am getting to know a large group of HooDoo practitioners of all levels and abilities through this forum...what is the most prudent way to keep myself spiritually safe while I undergo this line of study? At this point I have no products other than candles that I can make and could probably get my hands on some oils and herbs at the local Wiccan store (I myself am not Wiccan but it is a cool store). Just by the divination that I do I know the importance of protections, and I will probably ask that way too, but what do the experts here say?

Thanks,

Car

We recommend regular cleansings. You can use 13-herb bath for yourself and Chinese Wash for your home.

You can petition Archangel Michael to protect you and pray Psalm 91. Lucky Mojo carries a full line of products dedicated to him.

Hi Carbonado and welcome to the Forum :) You may want to eventually look into the AIRR members who practice Bibliomancy as well: http://www.readersandrootworkers.org/wi ... ibliomancy
