Hi,
i just put together Miss Cat's rosemary formula for pleasant dreams. I wanted to know how long i need to let the mixture "sit" for, and also should it be stored in the fridge or can i leave it out.

If you made this of dried herbs, you should let them blend at least a week and they need not be in a refrigerator.

If you used fresh herbs, you should dry them, because they won't keep otherwise. So don't refrigerate them.

Thank you for the prompt answer miss Cat. I actually mixed dried and fresh so i went ahead and removed the fresh herb from the mixture and will let it sit out for a week. How long does such a mixture last?

Great idea doing the rosemary/pleasant dreams work! I have been doing some of the same myself. It's good to hear that you have taken out the fresh rosemary because there is a chance it would start to mold and then ruin the whole thing...not to mention your health! Yikes! It should last you until you feel as though it has stopped working as well, or until you decide to refresh it with some freshly dried rosemary. It should last you a while though.

Thank you Joseph - how long have you been using your mixture for? Do you find you are having more pleasant dreams? i just started it as i let if "sit" for a week. So I anoint my forehead and ask for pleasant dreams. If you have any tips on getting good results please advise. I really could use some pleasant dreams.
