Right now I have a Psychic Vision Dream Candle set at LM. I know the prayer for Psalm 23. However, does anyone have any tips for having pictures to mediate on with rose quartz stones or listen to relaxing mediate music. Basically I have meditation tape to relax, rose quartz stones, and the picture of the person whom I want to see in my dreams. Would all of this do fine before I go to bed.

I normally just say to myself, "I want to dream of and then I'll say the person's name to myself then I'll go to sleep and I normally do. I don't like doing too much before I go to bed or I'll feel anxious and then I won't let it just come to me, but relaxing baths always help me.

Putting star of anise under your pillow is also supposed to help with psychic dreams. Or, if you know St Clare, pray to her and make a pair of eyes with clay, put them under your pillow and ask to see the truth, if that's what you're going after.

Our prepared 8" glass-encased vigil lights come with a dressing of oils and herbs and will burn for 5 - 7 days, depending on ambient temperature and other factors.

If you wish to set a traditional Novena of nine days, you will either have to start and stop the candle (which can result in a smoky glass), or purchase two candles to run continually over the 9-day period.

Always practice fire safety when setting vigil lights. If you must keep them lit when you are away or asleep, be sure that no pets or children can get into the room with them, that they are not near curtains or flammable cloth or paper, and that you have a smoke alarm in your house. Placing lit vigils in the bathtub is quite common, but you must not have a shower curtain if you use this method. Setting them into a fireplace is ideal, as there is a ready-made chimney for them.
