There is no one "best" amulet because every culture has developed its own unique stayles and tyes of aulets, so comparing them is like comparing apples and oranges.

There are many factors that go into buying an amulet. One of the most important is -- "Will i actually wear it?" because if an amulet does not suit your fashion style, it may be the best thing in the world but will stay home in your jewelry drawer.

I have a beautiful kosher mezzuzah on the doorpost of my house that my children and I touch every time we walk in and out, reminding ourselves that all the words we speak should reflect the Creator and his power so we should choose them carefully in and out of the home.

I recently received some LuckyMojo Moses Oil and I thought putting that and Fiery Wall of Protection Oil on it, as that might be an excellent way to further keep us safe and focused.

Additional thoughts or advice? I wondered what to do with my Moses Oil but this seems perfect!

I know you are likely long gone, but I felt the need to reply to this to let you know that you are not crazy. A similar thing happened to me with an evil eye bracelet. I wore it to work I know for a fact I wore it to work because a coworker commented on it. Anyway halfway through the day I noticed it was no longer on my hand...I remembered that the last place I recall actually seeing it on was on a coffee break at Starbucks. I went back to Starbucks to see if anyone found it. I was told no it was not turned in. I was pretty annoyed for the rest of the day because I liked having it but at the same time I know that if it breaks you're not supposed to put it back on because you were protected from an attack - but still I liked it and just felt a little naked without it for the rest of the day. I leave work as usual and go home and I'm relaxing on the sofa and I look down and right there between the coffee table and the sofa and there is the bracelet. The bracelet I wore to work that morning and lost was right there like it just found its way back. I was so freaked out I didn't even want to touch it. There is NO WAY the bracelet should/could have been on my floor. But yet it was....

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with using a honey jar on someone that constantly thinks negative thoughts about you...

I was also wondering if a honey jar could be used on someone to stop the person from placing an "evil eye" curse on you unintentionally...

My mother and even lovers I've had can be jealous when I achieve success. Their thoughts can beat me up a bit. I've tried fiery wall of protection products, and uncrossing products but I'm trying to find a more permanent solution since many of these people I have to deal with on a regular basis.

Would honey jars work to sweeten their thoughts to me and direct them away from having malicious ones?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Yes, Honey Jars can be worked to make someone have a much sweeter opinion of you. The balance comes when you must decide if the Honey Jar work is just not strong enough to go up against the negative energy they are throwing at you. Then, as you said, Fiery Wall of Protection, Protection, or Reversing work would be much better suited to the situation.

Honey jars tend to work best for sweetening social situations -- for enhancing love, for getting a job, for being granted a loan, for peace in a family, for a court case, for obtaining a scholarship.

They may bring an end to jealousy by replacing it with sweetness, but in and of themselves they are not designed to -- nor will they prove effective at -- stopping the evil eye, turning back the evil eye to the sender, or protecting against the effects of the evil eye.

Miss cat, that was a helpful distinction on the honey jar. Wasn't something I had been thinking of but I found it useful to know. I have been researching evil eye and how to keep it off. In reflection of past events, I used to wear a tibetian gau given to me by my mother. this was when I met my presently absent partner. We (mother and i) did not know it was actually a gau and that a prayer could be placed inside it. Learned that right here on one of the LM sister sites. Anyway, it bears the symbol of Om.

Might be a silly question but I am curious if the symbol Om is an evil eye deterant?

Because evil eye according to LM sister sites is not an eastern supersition. I am hugely eastern influenced. When I got together with my guy I had often been a target of envy with other females and it seems to me that we as a couple are often looked upon with envy. I say this because we have greater success in our relationship together when no one -friend, foe or family is aware that we are together again. If its assumed we are broken up we have no issues at all.

I bought a Hamsa hand with seeing eye keychain (not sure if I'm posting in the right spot) and I received it last week. I have been praying and anointing it, and finished my seven days of prayer Thursday.. The eye has fallen out of it today, along with the beaded danglies.. What to do?

I just ordered a palad khik or penis amulet, one that is said to be for protection, good fortune, good luck and hapiness in sex life. This one stood out to me due to an ongoing attack from a magical adept in these particular areas. My question is, when I bless this amulet is it okay for me to use both protection and luck drawing lm products to annoint it? For example, fwp and lucky buddha oil. Also I have the powder form of Fiery Wall of Protection only, can I still annoint this amulet with the powder in place of the oil?

It is a very long story but I need to do create a protection amulet for my stepdaughter.

Her mother suffers from narcissistic personality disorder and all her lies are about to be revealed so she is mentally torturing her daughter to get back at her ex.

I want to protect the child as much as possible. I was going to create an amulet and sew it into her backpack when I realized her stuffed bear is with her always and may make a better amulet anyway since the child already sees the bear as a protector.

Any suggestions on how to do this and what to use? I have created love drawing amulets before but nothing like this.

I would like to turn her toy into an amulet before she goes back to her mom Monday. Thank you all for your help in this matter.

This is a great idea and is done much more commonly than you may think. Pick apart a few stitches, insert a few protective herbs such as Agrimony, Rue, White Clover, etc., perhaps add a small eye bead (against the evil eye) or a tiny petition paper for safety, and sew it back up. blow a little Protection powder on it (not much!) and pray over it.

Believe it or not - in Turkey , Every business and a House has evil eye pendant either on the door, by the door or somewhere around entrance and it is very visible. I was very surprised to see it all over the Turkey. Even people who are not from Turkey but live there or have a business, hang the evil eye for protection...

I was amazed. Then I asked our tour guide about it and he said Turkish people are very superstitious so they make sure household and business is protected.
Hamsa hand or Fatima's hand is quite common over there too but more in form of jewelry.

I've been feeling a really strong need to get myself some sort of amulet. Its like a nagging thought that keeps on bugging me. Currently, theres a lot of negativity going on in my life (especially with some family members) and I feel like I need some protection from all the "bad vibes", so to speak.

What are some good things to make an amulet for protection from? Are there particular animals, gemstones, materials that are good for this kind of thing?

They are great to have. They thwart of the "Evil Eye" that comes from jealousy and/or hatred (and can curse us).

Thank you, Miss Aida for responding. I recently got them tattooed and a lady who was casting spells for me told me that she sent some spirits to help me with my situation but they turned on me and told her that I am "marked by the mark of demons", so I was assuming it was that.

I want to travel to a certain destination and I have been suggested to make or have someone make for me a traveler's amulet. To attract that to me. Hello- I'm new to the forum and had a question about using a nazar boncuk (evil eye bead) hanging. We are traveling in a motorhome, so there is limited wall space to hang things. Where should I hang the nazar inside- as close to the door as I can get it, or just somewhere in the living room (where it will still be visible)? Thanks,

Miss Aida: Thanks- that's what I thought- I do have one wall off to the side of the living room that people should see the nazar from coming in the motorhome door, so I'll hang it there. (You see the kitchen first which has no free wall space, but they'll see this as they scan the rest of the main room. Just received LM rue oil to use with it

or what ingredients to buy basically I don't know where to begin I was also thinking maybe a travelers mojo bag could help :/ I don't know where to begin while I am sure the root workers are great I really want to make it myself. Another thing you could do since you want to make it yourself but you are not sure how to do it is hire a rootworker for magical coaching. I believe many of the members on the AIRR site (http://www.readersandrootworkers.org) offer this service. They will coach you through the process step by step while you make it.

What I would do is just dab a little on my pointer finger and dab it on the center of the amulet or talisman. If it is big enough you can do a five spot pattern on it instead. As your are dabbing the oil on say a prayer asking the van van to empower and bless the object for you intended purpose.

What ritual? I was going to place it in a circle of candles anointed with FWOP oil while doing the spell, and then pass it through the FWOP incense. Does that sound like a good idea?
