Hi to all, I was just going through miss cat's book and I found a great attraction spell and it asks for orange flowers. Since I do not have a way of getting orange flowers right now I've decided to order the love herb mix packet instead. I was wondering if this is all right?

Im not sure of the specific spell you are talking about in the book. I have used the love hearb packet and had great results. I used it with a love spell then in a mojo, if that helps.. If you really need orange flowers, did you try a florist?

Ahh ok, sounds like a good spell. I dont see why not with the right intention that you cant do it and try. though if you lack the supplies for this one their are many spells to attract a lover, LM has a great spell kit to attract a lover with lodestones and a 7 knob candle that you can use... comes with bath, powder, incence and all. Lodestones are great to draw anything to you that you want... you can use the love herbs packet with that too.

I have recently purchased the Love Herbs mixture and would like to do the 9 day tea bath. Do you steep the same herbs for 9 days to make the
bath or do you need more than one packet of the mix for each day.

You can stretch a packet over 2 or 3 days, but you want to steep new herbs each time. So you would divide the packet up a bit, but one packet definitely won't make it through 9 days. I would get AT LEAST 3 packets, if not 4 or 5.

I looked at used for the 9 Herb Love Mix on Herb-Magic but was wondering if there were other ways to use it? I thought about using in a candle spell with a figurine candle. Petition under the figurine candle, add some of the 9 herb mix with veg or castor oil then use cotton wick then herb mix. Put pics of me facing in looking at figurine candle.Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!!

Of course you can use the herb mix in a variety of love works, not just for bathing. You can certainly use them in candle or lamp rites, mojo bags, bottle spells, etc!

Yes, you certainly can! It can be used to make a bath, in floor wash water, to burn on charcoal as an incense, or powdered up and used to dress candles.

I am very interested in creating a mojo-bag utilizing the love-herbs mixture above. My question is would it be overkill to add a Queen Elizabeth root, Jezibel root, possibly a lodestone and dressing the bag with those matching oils on a mojo bag?

Kriskat9: Not "overkill" unless you use giant pieces of each root, or a huge lodestone, and make an uncomfortable to carry mess of the bag. A little goes a long way...but you could still use a sensible amount of all items you have mentioned and have a successful mojo bag.

Just make sure that the honey won't eventually be used to cook with since the mix is dressed with Conjure Oils.

Hi All --

I'm just loving the Love Herbs Mixture! Just how versatile the mix is -- my word, I'm grabbing it for all sorts of things, spellwork, bottles, bath, incense, wow!

Typically, my attempts at personal love magic have been just dismal -- not my gift, and of course, it figures, it's the thing I long for most. But, since using this mix, it actually seems like things are shifting... maybe working? At any rate, the much needed self-love has been emerging again for me after a rough couple of years. That counts for something, right? I'm totally crediting the Love Herbs Mix.

So, I guess I'll ask... any plans to make/ sell a BIG supply? I know we can order bunches of little packets, but has Lucky Mojo considered selling a big ol' size, similar to the 7day or 9day packs of other mixes? Or can it be special-ordered in a bigbigbig size? Like a "Rootworker's Special" for herb mixture?

I am going to start my list of Love Herbs..Up to date I have been working with petitions,prayers,oils and candles ..but see that I need to step up my work with the herbs ... Specific to Love and Bringing Him (or Her) Home.

I admire your enthusiasm greeneyes2 and your choices are good - but do keep in mind that in cooking, sometimes the best dishes contain only a few simple ingredients: conjure is kind of the same in that regard. Sometimes every spice in the rack will actually make a dish you'd rather forget... Nothing stops you from putting them all in, although just the love herbs and peaceful home mixes on their own are plenty powerful enough.

From an analytical poing of view, here are the ones that I would consider ''necessary'' versus ''optional'' for the purpose of bringing someone home:

Balm of Gilead: necessary if there's been a fight or disagreement
Myrrh: optional
Orris/QE: unless you're using it as a pair with a High John root, not really necessary
Spikenard: particularly good in committed relationships and marriage issues
Skullcap: optional/redundant, does the same thing as the coriander
Star Anise: usually used for psychic vision type work rather than love, OK to return a long lost lover, but if your love is estranged and not actually ''lost'', not really necessary
Tonka: these are usually used in a mojo or within the context of a specific wishing spell
Verbena: a European classic, optional
Violet Leaf: usually used to heal a broken heart and pave the way for new love
Blood Root: OK if there's kids or a blood bond between the two of you, but I'd leave it out otherwise
Dragon's blood: optional
Cherry bark: excellent combined with spikenard and coriander for committed relationships and marriage work
Coriander seeds: see above
Elecampane: a European classic, optional
Raspberry leaf: excellent for bathing if you'll be having contact with the target and want to keep him true
Pennyroyal: good for peaceful home
Rosemary: OK if you want to have the upper hand in the Relationship (particularly combined with orris/QE or Jezebel root)
Basil: good for peaceful home

Missing (necessary): matched pair of lodestones or QE & High John pair

The love herb mixture can not be used in baking because it's fixed with oils, correct? Would those ingredients be appropriate to bake with if I bought them separately or are some of the herbs used in the pack not edible? Thank you!

Ahoy!!

I am making a proprietary blend of LM oils into a larger and unmarked bottle with a dropper.

I want to list them (even though I'm not sure it matters) but, my Afrocuban roots make me think otherwise.

I do have a question,

I have ordered the 9 Love herb blend that has been dressed. I would like to either put them whole in my proprietary blend of LM oils to help infuse but i am also thinking of grinding them up into a powder and then putting them in. (The proprietary blend of LM oils im making is inline with the dressed herb blend.)

Thoughts on this please,

You may certainly add the Love Herbs mix in cut form or powder form to your oil blend. Give it time to work, to extract the goodness.

Sister Jean is right -- loading is usually done to insert personal concerns or a small name or petition paper -- rolling the candle in crumbled herbs is a good way to work with the herbs.
