Greetings to all :)

Unread post by battievamp » Sat Aug 24, 2013 12:46 pm

First, I think I posted my greeting in the wrong place, so I'll try to post it here instead. Sorry for any inconvenience to any moderators. On the plus side I can fix my typos lol :)

Greetings from New York,

I just submitted my first order after looking over the website the past severals days. I love the idea of storing money in my bible to save up for this course. I admire the four month commitment and the ability it gives me to learn the website, and to try things out. Plus, I can place orders every month and see how things go. If after the four months I change my mind, then no harm, but if I'm still as interested as I am right now, then I will be ready. I think it's a very insightful way to make sure your students are committed. After all you don't get into college the day you sign up. Anyway, I just wanted to announce myself as interested, always have been, just didn't know there was such a course. So, I'm going to follow the instructions and see where it leads me. I'll admit I probably need these four months, as there is such a wealth of information it is going to take time to digest it all. :D

Welcome, battievamp (love the nick, btw :))

I pondered and read this site for a couple of years before I signed up for the course. And that was long before this wonderful ginormous forum!

And I see no one has given you the Welcome Basket of Lucky Mojo Links yet:

============

Here are some links for you. Read these web pages from catherine yronwode's book "Hoodoo in Theory and Practice" for more preliminary information:

Hoodoo History:
http://luckymojo.com/hoodoohistory.html

Oils:
http://luckymojo.com/oils.html

Baths:

Powders:

Incense:

Candles:

Herbs:

Conditions and how we can address them:
http://luckymojo.com/hoodooataglance.html

Now that you are here in our forum, please take a moment to notice that the board is divided into four parts:

1) News and Announcements about the Lucky Mojo Curio Company and this site.

2) Lucky Mojo Spiritual Supplies and how to use them, listed in threads by product type and product title.

3) Life Conditions and Situations, with recommended Lucky Mojo products, spells, and advice.

4) The Online Hoodoo Community, including sites, events, and outreach sponsored by Lucky Mojo.

When you post, it helps your moderators, who are recompensed volunteers, if you post in the area of the board that is best suited to the archival of your question or comment. That way moderators will not have to move your post or merge it into ongoing threads.

If you can't find a post you made, it may have been moved or merged. Go to your profile by clicking on your name and "search recent posts" -- you will find it.

Within each board section there are STICKY threads -- ones that always stay "stuck" to the top. These are popular discussion-threads that you can read and add to if your questions or comments fall into one of these oft-broached topics. If you don't see a "sticky" that relates to your question, feel free to start a new thread in the relevant section.

==========

Looking forward to your contributions,

Miss Michaele

Thanks for all the warm welcomes. Especially for all the links. I'm having a great time going over all the information on this website, and now I have more to explore. I'm excited to get my first order and start trying things out. I'm sure I will have tons of questions, but first before I start asking, I thought I would see if I could find answers through the vast amount on this site. :)
Thanks again for all the links. :)

Hello Miss Alda,

Thanks so much for your warm welcome into the Lucky Mojo Family. :) I can't seem to get off the site for the past week... It will be awhile before I can take the course. First I have to follow the steps, then I have to see if I will be accepted as a student. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy the website. WOW is it packed full of wonderful information. And the forum is amazing. :)

Since I joined the forum I have continued to explore the site, I'm still awaiting my first order with excitement. There is a ton of information on this webpage. I have learned more about oils, incense, and other things that I've been using, and gaining way more insight into things, that I think I was lacking in my previous eduction on the topics. Truly this website should be a book! I don't have any questions as of yet, simply because I'm awaiting my order, but I'm looking forward to posting in other areas on the board as well.

Welcome to the Lucky Mojo forum battievamp! One of the many services Lucky Mojo offers is this forum, where you can ask questions about how to use Lucky Mojo's spiritual supplies.

Have you scheduled an hour to listen to the The Lucky Mojo Rootwork Hour?
