I do burn blue candles for reconciliation on honey jar at times when the target is angry/on edge and needs to be calmed down, too. It's for peace.

Another honey jar update ...

There has been some movement with my honey jar this week. Again, I contacted the ex and he invited me for a coffee at his flat right away. Four weeks ago, he was barely responding to my texts. This time he was much friendlier, flirtier and warmer than he has been since we split up. He was even hinting I should stay over. He was also more a lot more open than usual.

This new openness lead me to find out one of his female friends has been trying to sabotage our opportunites to reconcile all along. I've only ever met this woman once, and therefore hasn't had any time to form an opinion of me, but has so far told my ex Im not good enough for him, and has gone so far as to tell my ex she won't go to any events with his mutual friends if I'm there. I get on well with his other friends, but as they've known her 20 years, her invite trumps mine.

I don't want to harm this girl ,but are there any tips for getting her to stop her abilty interfering in my love life?! The only reason I can think of that's shes doing this, is that she's jealous of the attention my ex showed me when we were dating. Previously, she had been going on holidays with him. She is single and lonely.

yes, I suspect she had a thing for him, and when she realised she couldn't convert him into being straight, settled for a close friendship. I'll grudgingly admit she's quite pretty, so she could easily got a decent straight boyfriend. The ex did invite me to a wedding last month, and it could've been an opportunity to reconnect, but she told the bride, who is her best friend she wasn't coming if I was there. So she is really becoming a bugbear.

Would a cast off evil work in this situation though? As the woman, though being a jealous harpy, is not evil? I did see someone suggest hotfoot powder and a black candle over her photo, but forgot what forum it was in now :O(

Yes, hotfoot and black candle is also good. However, you said that you just wanted her to, more or less, not be hurt and just back off. So, that's why I had recommended Cast Off Evil because it can change behaviors.

Hi all.
I ordered a reconciliation candle, reconciliation honey jar, and reconciliation spell kit as well as some added oils to bolster it all up. My question is, once they get here, which one should I do first? I should be getting the candle and honey jar first as I ordered the spellkit today. I also ordered extra candles (pink, blue and orange), deer's tongue, road opener oil, and reconciliation oil for extra oomph. Any suggestions?

Hi,

I would like to use a reconciliation bottle. I would like to shake it for some time to continue the work. Any help with my questions is greatly appreciated!

My first question: The fixed reconciliation bottle from Lucky Mojo was bought about 10 months ago. I had not used it at all. Is it fine to use now after so much time has passed? should I add a couple drops of reconciliation oil into the bottle before starting?

Second question: I would like to shake it to continue the work. After burning the candle, should I add anything before sealing it up for further shaking? In the forum threads, I had read Hoyt's Cologne and sugar for love bottle, but I am not sure about reconciliation bottle. Any suggestions?

If that Reconcoliation bottle has not been touched then it's ok to use.
I wouldn't add anything to it except for personal items (as the bottle is already fixed) and prayer. And I would add personal items before lighting the first candle.

So I thought I would gush here because I have to keep silent usually about these things....

I started my first Honey Jar and Glass vigil Candle 3 days ago and I got my first sign!! At least, I think it's a sign. Here is what has been happening so far:

I started the honey jar this past Monday and the glass vigil candle as well. I also am doing an orange and blue candle dressed in road opener, return to me and reconciliation and rolled in Deer's Tongue to open the pathways a bit.

Last time I spoke to my ex was the Sunday before, I tried to warn him about this woman who has been manipulating us both and been hurting me with her herbal concoctions. I wasn't sure if he believed me or not, and he said he would stop being her apprentice the next day. But you know, how was I to be sure? I checked FB and nothing happened the next day. In regards to our relationship, he said he still didn't want to talk and it was still raw and painful for him and I said ok, and that when he was ready we would try a friendship.

Today would have been my sign day and I got it! Was told by one of my friends that the woman who was using him as an apprentice complained how he ditched her today. I think that's my sign. I was soooo happy. This woman brought a lot of pain to both of us.

I have been watching the candle flames closely. The honey jar candles burn pretty clean and the flame is high and strong. The vigil candle flame is dancing like crazy. I had to pour some wax out because it was going to drown the flame (I kept the wax, no worries) But yea. I am ECSTATIC! Also, I have another rootworker doing something on their end as well. I think this is all good. Yes? Any other views?

Hello. I am attempting my second honey jar, because my first one didn't work at all, if anything my situation has gotten worse, since I started it, and I felt it was time to dispose of it in a river.

I unfortunately don't have personal concerns this time and I am unable to get them, because my ex is no longer talking to me, for over a month, now, despite my attempts to try and message him, I never hear back. Should I add pictures, to make up for the lack of personal concerns? And would it be good to write his full name and date of birth on the back of his picture and my full name and date of birth on the back of mine? And does ink colour matter? If so would I be best using a pen with red ink?

Also, is there anything besides herbs, pictures and petition paper that I can add to the jar to help it along, more? I want this to be a really good jar. And is there anything that can be done to get reasonably faster results? I know some people have suggested using a different sweetener, but I wouldn't know which one to use or if honey really is the best choice for this kind of spell, despite it being quite slow.

I don't know what you did in the past with your spell. So, there's no way of telling if you had done it correctly or what kind of obstacles are in your path.
I would really highly suggest that you obtain a reading from either AIRR ( http://readersandrootworkers.org ) or Hoodoo Psychics ( http://www.hoodoopsychics.com ).
They can also, if you wish, give you magical coaching (to help you perform your spells meticulously) or perform the magic for you. Either way, I suggest a reading simply for the sake of identifying the obstacles.

I just want say that this was my first time doing hoodoo and ordering from LM. I started a reconciliation honey jar kit for an opposite sex friend with whom I had had a major fight. It had been about 6 weeks after my conflict, that my purchase arrived and I dug in. Although, the moon was waning at the time, I asked Aphrodite to remove the obstacles between me and him, switching my prayer to, "forgive me, come back to me" when the moon began to wax.. I burned down a pink candle every day for the first two weeks (I ordered extra). I am down to burning one MWF to keep the jar warm. I did have to reach out to him and apologize in earnest. Luckily we were on speaking terms. Anyhow, all I can say is wow! We are friendlier now than we were before tumultuous blow up. The candle dripped in triangle and heart shapes. Both fit the situation. Over the last few weeks, I have felt butterflies at rare times independent of when I am burning the candle. This has never happened to me before. Also, yesterday he and I talked off and on all day. This had not happened in a very long time. He showed some protection towards me during this conversation. It ended with him reaching out to me three more times after I had already called it a night. I used the Reconciliation Oil that came with the main kit, in addition to Love Me, Kiss Me, and Follow Me Boy. I started with the Reconciliation Oil and started alternating once I felt that communication had opened further. The honey jar was such an easy, cool thing to do. Thank you, Lucky Mojo!

Hello again.

So I've been working on my honey jar for a few weeks, now, and so far it's worked brilliantly. We've started talking again, and he's even suggested we become intimate again. But we're still not together, so I'm hoping with continuing working on the jar, that may change in the future.

But I noticed something about my jar, when I was working on it on Friday. I had prayed over the jar as the candle had burned and shaken my jar, to liven it a bit. When I set it down and everything inside had settled, I noticed there is a lot less honey in the jar than when I first started. I had it filled practically to the brim, when I first started, but it's now only like 3/4 full. It hasn't leaked, I know that much. The herbs are still packed up to the top of the jar, just the honey itself has gone down. Could the herbs have absorbed the honey, from all the heating and shaking? Or is it something else?

Aedah: Anytime I have had/seen this happen it was due to the honey being absorbed into the herbs, petition paper packet, etc.

Good day all,

I have no experience with root-work.

I made my honey jar last weekend, pictures of me and my ex, my hairs, cinnamon powder,cinnamon sticks, peels of orange, my petition and my sexual fluids in the jar. I prayed for all the items before working on my jar. the first day I burned the candles i saw a lot of tears coming from the candle and formed a big heart on top of the lid. I burned candles twice a day and formed hears and images like flowers. Last night the candle i burned was crying a lot and burned all the remains from the previous day only leaving the ones in the tray and a big piece of image like two people holding each other.

I have no idea of what all this means, we have been broken for more six months, I have a reading with Apollo Dark two weeks ago and his results were spot on that he could see us talking again trying to solve things, I am waiting for his candle report so that we start the reconciliation work. I hope we will achieve so much.

There were two candle burned for me the the CIMS church, reconciliation candle showed lots of heart images in the glass but they said were obstacles, In-tranquil candle burned very well leaving nothing behind and they said it was a solid foundation.

I have contacted target but got no response from my text message

Can someone experienced with root work give me light what is happening to my honey jar?

Me and my now ex have had ongoing issues. After the first breakup a year ago, I had misc burn a series of love candles, which warmed him, but the Intranquil Spirit set of candles at the start of the year brought him back to me.

We healed but the issues resurfaced eventually, and we broke up again. I ordered a crown of success and Reconciliation honey jar. We made up before I even got my order, so I didn't start my honey jars. I felt some things were being hidden or not quite right when we reconciled in September, so I got a yes/no reading from Conjureman Ali, and he said my ex had the best intentions, but was planning on or already stepping out/away. We got even better, but things started to reveal themselves as CM Ali told me in my short reading.

About two weeks ago I felt distance, so I started my reconciliation honey jar, dressed my candles with Reconciliation Oil, Stay With Me, Chuparrosa, and Crown of success. We had a nasty break up a few days into my work, and I know this much the honey jar stopped the break up from being as bad as it could have been. After the break up I had a reading with Miss Elvyra, she told me my work would be a success, gave me spell tips, and I'm just waiting for my supplies to do the additional work she suggested.

I know honey jars take awhile to fully manifest (my boss fix is still going strong from 2011

), but my ex is still angry . I read miss cat's comments on here about it being okay to contact your target, I text and he replied (short but civil), then I called and he whacked my head off over the phone

. I'm also working a sugar box spell, and I've asked my honey jar and sugar bowl to make me sweet to him, but he's very very angry and his infidelity led to the breakup. Miss Elvyra's reading also revealed the Intranquil spirit was not good on either of us, and all this was the price I paid for doing it. I never addressed the healing/sweetening needed or did my own protection work, and what a mess it's been since doing the intranquil spirit. Now I'm addressing those angles, because I truly feel my relationship is worth saving.

My candles are burning clean, nothing left but the wick, and the flame is as strong and tall as it can be this week. When I started two weeks ago, my candles had more tears than a little bit though. Should I not be concerned if my candle burns are positive now, although our human interaction is completely negative

If your candles are burning ell, that sure sounds like a good sign. HOWEVER....
It's a little bit difficult to give you an answer on any of this because Miss Elvyra has already given you spell suggestions.
My advice would be to ask her.
Every practitioner has a "game plan" (just like every physician has an opinion and a treatment regime) and I would go with hers as she is your advisor.

I am in the process of making a reconciliation honey (sugar) jar. I got how to make the petition. Now as far as the herbs & other ingredients used they are as follows:

Rose buds
Balm of Gilead buds
Cinquefoil
Damiana root
Lavender
Lodestone
Rose Quartz
High John Root
Kyanite

Hairs from my body
"unclean" underbritches (small piece) from the other person
(both these items were anointed in Gemini oil as we're both Gemini)

Now I chose to use both an organic sugar and powdered sugar as personal preference. Once assembled, I will burn a small pink candle on the lid. Oh, I'm using an 8 oz mason jar. The candle is anointed with both Road Opener & #20 oils. I'd really like y'alls advice. It seems like a lot but a lot has transpired. I simply cannot leave a stone unturned. I even scripted a prayer as the candle burns. Does this seem like a decent sweet jar?

Rose quartz and kyanite are not used in hoodoo as traditional ingredients. The only "stones" that hoodoo practitioners typically use are lodestones. The other ingredients you mention are good for reconciliation and building love.

Hi everyone!

Last week I got my LM order in the mail and started right away with my work. I was working a Return to me vigil candle along with a reconciliation honey jar. I have burned a candle on the honey jar M,W,F. Each time the candle burned completely clean with nothing left (great sign). last night was the fire night that I was lighting a candle on the jar since my Return to Me candle had burned out, so I decided to put that petition under the honey jar, just to tie it all together. Well last night was the first time that the candle had left any wax! It dripped down the side and formed a small puddle on part of the petition paper that was sticking out the bottom of the jar! I know it money spells that wax on the money offerings is a good sign, can the same be said for my work? I had read through Miss Cat's book on candle magic and through the threads on the forum but haven't found a situation like mine.

That's a good question. I personally could not tell you anything without looking at it.
There's forms of communication and, as you know (from reading the book), they are also in symbols.
Unfortunately, we do not do any form of candle wax divination on the forum.
You could contact an AIRR worker and see who would like to give you an interpretation. If you do decide to go this route, make sure that you send the AIRR reader (and they will tell you this), pictures with numerous angles. http://readersandrootworkers.org

Hi there,

I've just ordered this kit from LM. I was wondering what oils and herbs this kit comes with?

And if it's possible to add some other oils/herbs to the mix to strengthen this spell, like Love me Oil/Catnip/Dill seeds, etc. Do you have any recommendations?

Also, I've lost most of the hairs I collected from my ex except one, can I cut it in 2 to use in 2 different spells?

After he comes back, I would like to do a Love me Honey Jar Spell on him to make him stay with me, can I reuse the honey jar? Or should I bury it in a plant and restart a new honey jar?

Yes, you can cut the hair.
But, no, you should dispose of the jar according to the instructions and start a different one.
As far as adding more herbs, Lucky Mojo has a perfect balance of the herbs needed and the amount. I would just follow their instructions to the letter.

Is it permissable to heat honey/sweetening jars by immersing in hot water?

I sometimes take the honey jar to bed with me and whisper sweet nuthins to it and its warmed by my body heat.

I have had some signs but we had a big fight over the holidays so things are at a stalemate, so at this point I can't tell whether my adding heat is working or not.

I do still burn candles on the top of the jar.

The way I have heard to heat up a honey jar is to take 3 tea lights and place them around the base of the honey jar with the little metal part touching the jar and light those with a little prayer for what you want to happen with the jar. I heard this from Conjure man Ali on the Hoodoo Rootwork Radio Hour, So Thanks Conjure Man Ali!

Hello, I ordered a Reconciliation Honey Jar Spell Kit last week, I still haven't received it yet. Yesterday my ex and I talked, and we are planning on trying to give our relationship a new go at the beginning of February. My question is do I still have to use the reconciliation jar when my ex and I will be trying real soon? Thank you

I need help, I received my honey jar and would like tomake it tonight, but I have a little problem, I'm not native English speakers, I am insecure about how to write apetition, his name 3 times, turn 90 grades 3 times my nameand then write in circles without taking the pen and touch our names up to close the circle. Ok, but then go back and andmy cross and his name? Without lifting the pen? Please can someone help me to understand better? Thank you so much

Hi Saki,

It's very simple. First you write the guy's name (I'm assuming you're a girl) three times vertically. You then turn the paper 90 degrees and write your own name on top of his name three times vertically so your names are sitting on top of his names. You then have to write your petition around the names. You make it simple like "Love me" or "love me Return to me" or "love me marry me", the key is to write this around repeatedly until the first letter joins the last letter and you write it in one pen stroke so your pen doesn't leave the paper until the last letter is joined to the first letter in a circle. I have made an example with the name "John" and I wrote "loveme" around the names:

In my opinion, I would continue the honey jar. They take some time to work even though you are meeting on Monday, you never know what path it will take. Also the honey jar will sweeten his disposition towards you.

Hello there,
Ok so I did a honey jar spell to sweeten a friend. As the candle was getting to the bottom it fell off the lid as it was not in a holder and fell to to side of the jar. I wet my fingers to turn off the candle rather than blow it out (which i heard blows out the job). I didn't act fast enough and the flame heated up the glass and I heard a pop and saw that a piece of glass from the corner broke off. So I know If i want to finish my work I need to start over, but what I want to know is does it mean anything? like does this mean that I cant sweeten my friend? Im still a little new to things here. oh and from the beginning the flame was a nice steady flame, no pop or getting really low to almost turning off, and no dancing of the flame. Right from the beginning the flame was a strong one.

Wow, sounds like resistance to me. Just too many things have happened.
I would start a new jar, if this were me.

soknee04, I agree with Miss Aida, sounds like resistance. On top of having back up lights set, you might also look into having a reading done on this situation. This will help you to determine what the resistance might be and how to best deal with this problem going forward.

How long does it take for the honey jar spell for reconcile to work? Also I done an old spell of burying his underwear in the backyard with some reconcile oil on it before I buried them, Will this work?

I would like to ask for some advices about my Honey jar I'm going to cast.
My ex broke up with me about 6 weeks ago because, as he said, we were not on the same page- he was afraid he did not feel the same strong feelings for me as I did for him, so it was better to be honest and break up.
We broke up nicely, no fights or arguments, just crying and talking. Few weeks after he admitted he didn't feel a relief after doing that and he wanted to stay friends, but all this time it was quite painful for me.

I think there is a potential for us to get back together, so I decided to make a honey jar for reconciliation/ to awake his feelings.
Think honey jar has to be for reconciliation, but at the same I want to write a petition like "Love me/ return to me".

I ordered some supplies for work, just wanted to ask if it's not too much to use everything at once? Maybe I should add some other ingredients or take off some of I'm planning to put in?
Want to put in a honey jar our handwritten samples, a pair of lodestones, named after us, anointed with lodestone oil, Love me/come to me oil and fed with magnetic sand, then swallow's heart, three tonka beans, Dragon's blood root, catnip, ginger, jasmine, rose petals, cinnamon and maybe meadosweet herbs?

Planning to burn pink and red candles, anointed with reconciliation, love or come to me oils and dressed in reconciliation/ love me powders.

Will appreciate any comments and advices, thank you.

If this were me, I would not overload that jar.
I don't know about the "Swallow's Heart", to be honest with you.
What I would do is use the oils for the candles. Put your love herbs, lodestones, etc., in the jar.
Then, I would also do a return to me spell: www.luckymojo.com/returntome.html
And, a reconciliation spell kit. www.luckymojo.com/spell-reconciliation.html
That way, you have most of your bases covered. And you have increased your chances of reconciliation
