I agree with Aura's suggestions. You may also want to do some king solomon wisdom work so that you realize that going to the gym is a good decision for your health. SO if it comes down to you thinking "ill just stay home on the couch or go to the gym" You will make the best decision and go to the gym.

But I would look at why you dont go to the gym as often...are you lazy...or do you feel judged. If you feel judged you may want some crucible of courage products too.

I always like to burn a road opener and a yellow candle dressed with yarrow, sun (for energy) and john the conqueror to help keep me motivated.

The only thing I've ever used on scars is vitamin E. Pop a hole in the end of a capsule with a pin and rub a little on the scar daily. You can try that. Not hoodoo, but ... worth a try ( my scars have faded).

Hi Caulbearer and missberry1434,

Keloid scarring is a medical issue and as such, and even with the best ointments, depending on your skin's susceptibilitiy to scarring and keloiding in particular, as well as the trauma sustained at the point of the scar - you may only get partial reduction or none at all.

On the Spiritual end, you can work with Blessing and Healing product lines (not on the scar itself, but on candles with a petition to reduce the scar). The baths can be particularly helpful in conjunction with candle work.

Herbalism is entirely outside the scope of this Forum.

On a conjure angle, another alternative would be to work a series of black candles dressed with Banishing oil over a picture of your keloid scars during the waning moons or as the clock hands fall. Alternated with healing work showing images of and a petition for smooth skin during the moon waxing or rising hands of the clock, it would allow for work during all phases of the moon or clock.

Iodine has been proven effective in treating keloids. It however is a very slow process but it will eventually leave normal skin. You can purchase iodine oinment as well. Research Iodine and go on amazon and purchase potassium iodine Lugols. I am using it now. I have a keloid scar on my chest also. I am seeing results but it is very miminal because I have only been using it for a almost to weeks. I know how hard it is to treat keloids. Blessing to us all in finding a remedy and cure!

Although not strictly hoodoo, an old European favourite is the herbal toner known as ''Queen of Hungary's Water''. It has a number of magical as well as beautifying properties (this is just one of many recipes):
-6 parts lemon balm (melissa)

Begin the day after the new moon. Mix all herbs in a jar and cover over with either witch hazel extract and/or vinegar (usually red wine or apple cider). To each cup of the strained liquid add half a cup of rosewater. Add a drop or two of rose or lavender essential oïl if desired. Bottle and keep in a direct place, using as a toner when necessary: the product does not need to be refrigerated.

I've found a combination of master, master key or courage, power, king solomon's wisdom, and crown of success oils helpful with a crossroads spell to increase your ability (do on a waxing moon). Color of candle depends on goal, but purple and orange are good choices. When the moon is waning, get rid of procrastination and blockages with van van, road opener, cast off evil, or run devil run.

Mama Micki's advice is good -- but it's possible to be part of a happening jumping social scene, dressed with Power and Attraction, and still not connect.

On the practical side, you need to learn to get comfortable with connecting to hospitable strangers. Take baby steps, because that's the most effective way to form a new habit. Make it your first goal, for instance, to greet a stranger in passing every day. Then, a conversation with a stranger -- etc.

On the magical side, I might add Crucible of Courage to your work. You might even carry an Attraction mojo hand and feed it with Crucible of Courage oil.

I am not sure if this is the right forum, but I am currently facing an issue and wondering what spell could help me.

I am a performance artist, working in a yearly show this fall. I have dated one of the other performers (he cheated on me), and was briefly involved with another, a friend of his (long story, the friend likes to prey on upset women). We have all known each other a long time.

My problem is that even though I recognize they are not admirable men I still have this need to have them and their group of friends (also in the show) approve of me. Every time I get near them I become very self doubting, and do things to try and get them to like me. For some reason I need them to acknowledge I am a worthy person.

I find that when I care about people, no matter how worthy or unworthy, I have a hard time being confident without their approval. These people in specific are very difficult, though, and know how to make me feel inferior.

How do I overcome this?

Is there a spell I can use to make me not care what they think?

Advice please?

You've been given excellent advice here. I would do everything mentioned to you.
In addition to what has been prescribed I would consider getting a reading on this situation. If you're going to be doing a yearly show with these people you need to have someone in your corner who can be objective. Right now, you are involved with these people both emotionally and at one point physically. Ties have been created. I feel like these ties need to be broken for the good of you, not them. Also a pattern has been developed, they're the ones in control right now and they want to keep it this way. You can do the following:

I have tried a few love spells on him, but I think he can tell something is different and does not welcome it well AND I was more along the lines of if he doesn't want to be with me then so be it. I really don"t care to be with someone who dosen't want to be with me.

I just would like to slow down the aging process, so if we do part, It would be easier for me to feel better about myself and maybe, If I decide to find someone else I would feel more confident.

1) I was reading, I did see a lot about the rosemary water, I will try that. More specifics would be helpful.

2) I do not know too much about the Bewitching products and I will do more research. Any further information woukd be helpful.

3) I am unfamiliar with Queen Elizabeth products and I will do more research. Your recommendations for use would be appreciated.

4) What other supplies will I need and how do I go about using them?

5) is it necessary to cast a circle for all spells?

6) I normally do not cast a circle due to privacy issues in the home; could this be why a lot of my working is weak?

Hello everyone in AIRR,

I need a spell, or spell help in removing excess skin from old weight-loss.

My initial thought was to burn a blue-dressed man candle above the waterline in a bowl filled with blessed water and dressed with cast of affliction oil, burned in accordance with the shrinking moon.

However; I don't know what to dress it with, grains of paradise came to mind and cast off affliction oil, but beyond that I have no idea.

Does anyone in AIRR and around everywhere know of a spell, preferably candle-burning, to remove excess skin?

I have no idea what herbs to dress it with, Grains of Paradise? Devil's shoe strings wrapped around in a wreath on the neck?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First off, we cannot give you medical advice here. You should be under the care of a doctor or surgeon who can help you with this. Hoodoo is a way to augment healing, not substitute as surgery.

I've looked in to the cut and clear spell and I worry that it will be too drastic. While I don't want them to have power over me I don't want to completely sever all ties- I still have to work with these people. If I use the Cut and clear will it be a permanent break of all connection? I would prefer to do something that removes all the old resentment and lets me start new without the anger and emotions, like a clean slate. Is there something that would work that way? i thought about a reconcilliation spell but i do not want to get back together with him and I'm pretty sure that is the intention of the spell...

If you don't feel comfortable with the Cut and Clear Spells, may I suggest 2 oils that are very good for your situation?
They are: 1- Clarity (it will let you see things more clearly and help you to see all the group dynamics that are going on) and 2- Crucible of Courage (help you to continue what you're doing without fear of him having power over you).

KittyDarling, you can work with Cast Off Evil products for yourself, too. This condition formula is great for breaking free from past negative and unhealthy patterns of behavior and thinking, as well as from making an emotional break from unhealthy people. It's more focused on freeing you from things that are binding you to negative circumstances.

Since you're looking to get past anger and resentment and other such states, Cast Off Evil would be great.

And I definitely like suggestion of working with Clarity too for this purpose - combined with the Cast Off Evil it will make a great combo for helping you see your way through this, and move away from negative states of being. I personally almost always pair Clarity with King Solomon Wisdom, as they compliment each other so very well.

Another thought I had for you was to do some Healing work as well, perhaps on Sundays. Make a nice cooling liquid mixture using some Healing bath salts, some coconut milk, and a splash of Florida Water. Use a cool temperature for the water. Pray over this mixture for healing, peace, and calm. Then pour that slowly over the crown of your head while you continue to pray. After you have poured the water slowly over your head, wrap your head in a clean white cloth and leave whatever remains of the wash on your head overnight. The next morning, rinse it out. You'll likely find you have a much cooler head after this - much of your anger and hot-temperedness will be dampened dramatically, and the effects will likely be felt for at least several days afterwards. Do that each Sunday for a period of time - 3 Sundays or 7 Sundays would be good. See how you feel overall afterwards.

I really admire this guy's character and style who I met in class a few weeks ago. We have short conversations before and after class. I recently decided to ask if we could meet up soon to hang out and got his phone number. I want him to be really drawn to me as a friend and like me.

Should I use a honey jar, attraction candle before we meet up, or what? If so, what would I need for the situation like oils, etc, and how should I prepare?
