I have really been enjoying the format of the radio show where the hosts discuss general topics as an addition to the call-in portion. If there's an appropriate guest coming up in the next few weeks, I have a request/suggestion. I'm interested in hearing about general support to a healthy labor and delivery of a baby. I read through the posts in the forums on the topic and found references to a blessing mojo hand that Miss Bri posted, but the link seems to be broken. There was an additional reference to a radio show that talked about support for healthy pregnancy, but I'm not sure what date it was broadcast on.

I've called in before, when I was working to get pregnant. I am due on November 8th, so I'm hoping to do some work to continue to support everything working as smoothly as it has and I think that other gals out there could benefit from some general information on the subject. Thanks!

Theres one show that you guys did, where you were helping a client make a difficult co-worker go away. It involved a skull candle and the use of the person's picture. The point of this work was to "confuse" the client's enemy, and basically make him lose the job by his own confusion.

Do you guys know which LM Hoodoo Rootwork Hour Radio show episode it was from?

Good Evening, Lucky7clover,

I don't know which radio show it was, I'm sorry. Maybe another moderator knows?
But, in the meantime, try these links:

Hi. I had a couple of topic requests for upcoming shows.

One was a request that perhaps the panel discuss the highlights of different regional U.S. conjure work (i.e. Tennessee conjure versus Georgia, etc.). In last week's Rootwork Hour show (Oct. 20 2013), Ms. Cat touched on it briefly, mentioning Virginia conjure has a British influence due to its colonial history, etc. And I've listened to other archived shows where regional strengths and influences were mentioned, as well. This is really an intriguing piece of American history to me.

Another request was that perhaps the panel discuss throwing bones divination. On last week's show, Dr. E did a bones reading, and Miss Cat does them frequently. I would love to hear a discussion of this ancient practice --different points of views, methods, etc.

Thank you.

Evening all,

This is mainly for a moderator. Please help me understand why if I had a reading on July 28 with suggested work and to be helped through the pro bono fund and it is now 3 months and several emails later with no response from my contact. I know that people are busy and have considered all of that but to completely ignore me is really disheartening when trying to rectify a bad situation. All I wanted is to know what else to do for my case do I don't stay in my current situation or worse and now it is worse. Wish I could do more but it is not easy trying to make changes and nothing is working

Hi, Does anyone know if it possible to go back and see the chat comments from a previous show? I was on the show last night but not in the chat room. Miss Cat commented during my reading that Madame Nadia threw some Lenormand cards and I’m curious to know what those cards were. Or, if anyone remembers the comments from Madame Nadia, would you kindly pass it on? Thanks!

Hi All!

I wanted to post a thanks to the LMHR Radio Show this week for taking my unexpected call! Thanks to ms cat, Conjureman Ali, and Dr. E for all your insights and advice, and to nagasiva and Papa Newt as well for helping present my case on the air. Thanks also for the good words and kind wishes from the folks in the chat.

I have submitted my application materials. It's waiting for now. This will be a tough, long process of being part of the top-ten first-tier finalists, and then the second-tier top three finalists, then a decision will be made regarding the hire come Spring. I will keep you all posted... and will get right to work on ms. cat's prescription in addition to the work CM Ali prescribed earlier. :)

Thanks so much, all! I'll keep you all in the loop!

Hello everyone,

Today's radio show was very interesting; they were talking about peace at home, but the subject apparently open many other wounds. I think the holidays make some of us be very sensitive. Maybe it would be a good idea to talk about personal healing. There are many of us that for some reason we either don't have a family or we don't want to be with our family, etc, etc. Regardless of the reasons; personal healing it's very important and we should all focus on that so we can move on. It was a very good show, and it was amazing the reaction of many people on the chat. I think many of us need the show to have a longer conversation on personal spiritual healing. Specially during this time of the year.
Thank you very much for show Miss Cat, I love hearing your advices.

I loved this week's topic because, I too, come from a hurtful home. I believe that I can find resolution with my family, I think it will take time and energy. It seems that I am not alone in the pain I suffer from family woes but I will be praying for all of those who seem to want to hold onto their anger. We only perpetuate the hurtful behavior of our those who have hurt us by holding on the hot coals of anger that will only leave wounds and scars on a society that is already quite injured.

Please, please, please do another show on the peaceful home! My fiance and I really want to start our family off on the right foot. We want our union to be one of equal unity, love, and peace. We both came from damaged homes so we both have healing to go through. I would love some ideas for healing, especially if there are any that focus on the healing from maternal wounds.

I would absolutely love this! When you first encounter conjure as an adult, it's hard to make sense of "there is no one way" to do this or that; it's not because you are free to make stuff up, as that there are so many regional variations in technique. It would be wonderful to have them laid out by geographical and historical origin.

Expectantly,

Hello all,
I was listening to today's blog radio talk show (December 1, 2013) and a recipe for a mojo bag that encourages dreams about lottery numbers was provided. I have in my notes:
1. red flannel mojo bag;
2. whole nutmeg;
3. "seven star anise pod"; and
4. a healthy pinch of five finger grass.

I am completely new to the world of hoodoo and it's Ingredient #3 that I'm not sure if I heard right, specifically because whereas you can buy anise seed from Lucky Mojo, it doesn't seem like you can buy "seven star anise pods," if they exist. Did I get that wrong?

Additionally, the recipe recommended that I dress the bag with oil and "feed" the bag. What oil would one recommend I dress it with if my intention is to win the lottery and how do I "feed" it? Thanks so much for your help. I truly appreciate it.
With love,
Amanda

Hello, Amanda,
Is this what you're looking for? www.herb-magic.com/star-anise.html

I would go with a mixture of these oils:
1- www.luckymojo.com/oil-i-can-you-cant.html
2- www.luckymojo.com/oil-lucky-13.html
3-www.luckymojo.com/oil-lucky-hand.html

Once your bag is closed. You anoint oil on it in a "5-spot". I do: top left, top right, lower right, lower left, and one in the middle.

You may want to just buy a mojo hand that come prepared with everything (including step-by-step instructions: www.luckymojo.com/mojo-3x-lucky-hand.html

Hope this helps!

Sorry, I missed the radio show, my father in law came over to speak with my husband that day, and I didn't want him to listen in to the call, since he tends to be noisy. I will try to join in this Sunday if that is still ok for me to do that. Again very sorry.

I was on the radio today (Feb 23, 2014) and I want to thank Ms. Cat, ConjureMan Ali, and Ms. Melanie for their readings. Papa Newt was great and the listeners (chat room) were helpful. I am going to do my best to cleanse myself of the "evil eye" and have a closer relationship with God. I also bought a lot of items from Lucky Mojo and I am impatiently (lol) waiting for them. I guess everything comes at its right time. Thanks again to everyone!
Peace and Blessings. Asè 🙏🏾

Hi All!

Thanks again for your help, guidance, and support for my call on the show tonight (March 2). Sorry my phone tuckered out. That was embarrassing.

I did want to let you know that a different school has been luring me over slowly; that may be the "moving" that all of you were seeing (at least I hope so). I'm not despairing -- frustrated some, but not despairing. I am taking the advice of consulting a professional; and ms cat's advice is a delightful excuse to buy some jewelry. (Well, I need it!) :)

You've all been so supportive, and I've so appreciated it. I will keep you all posted.

I have all the shows downloaded back to September 2010, and have tried & tried to use the links for the older shows, with no luck. I'm not sure if I'm missing something in what I'm attempting, or if those old websites have been abandoned, & the archived shows are no longer available. If so, I think it would be great if you all could burn them all on one DVD, & offer them for sale on the Lucky Mojo site (like you all don't have enough projects already!). I'd sure like one! <smile>

I love going back through and listening to the shows, I always *hear* something different, & learn something new.

I love this show, and it is so educational and entertaining. I normally listen to it on my drive to and from work during the week (since I can't listen to it live at the moment). I find myself sooooo wanting to take notes in the car while driving (but of course don't). I was wondering (and this is a long shot) are there transcripts of the shows? Or maybe just of the free spells? One day, I am going to need to take some time and just re-listen to them all and jot down notes (when not driving lol).

Hi All --

Extending a thanks again for taking my case on the show this evening. You have no idea how much it helped. Apologies for the racket in the background -- I live next door to a fire station, and just never know when they are sending out a truck.

This was a show if signs and wonders; I had been looking at the new BlockBuster line here at LMCC earlier today, so when Conjureman Ali suggested at Block Buster/Spiritual reboot, I about dropped my teeth... time to order! Guess what I'm doing on my birthday!... and I will keep my antennae up with regard to August (maybe a certain someone will return...?)...

And -- I have everything in stock for Prof Porterfield's lamp working except the lamp and the oil! Talk about signs to proceed!!

Again, I'm much obliged to you all. I'll keep you posted.

Hi Doc Murphy,

Glad you were able to get on the show today and received some excellent advise--as every call receives from these wonderful practitioners.

The Block Buster line is absolutely fantastic, and will do wonders! I have already applied the oil some of my work for clients and the results have been astounding! Best of luck to you on all your endeavors!

Thanks, Papa Newt!

A lucky update! At the metaphysical shop where I work -- staffed with magical folk and which sells the LMCC line here in the Cities! -- I chatted about my readings and the lampwork prescription from the Prof., and mentioned that I have everything except the lamp and the oil. My supe then said, oh we have a lamp we can give you... and then went into the back and returned with three bottles lamp oil -- in the colors to make the purple that Prof Porterfield said to make!!!...(It's so nice to work with folks who get it.. and support magical doings!...) :)

Thanks again, All! Guess what I'm doing this weekend!!!.... :)

Hi All --

Oh boy! My lamp is almost ready to go! Just waiting on a bottle of Hoyt's Cologne and to buy a half dollar piece from the till at work.

For those who caught the show this past Sunday, I'm doing this oil lamp working prescribed by Prof Porterfield to bust blocks to having monetary and love success simultaneously -- to "kick the fulcrum" out from under the teeter-totter, as the good Prof stated, and get both a good man and a good job to come to me together, instead of me chasing everything in order to get what I need. I'm so excited to start.

I wanted to ask the experts... what Bible verse or passage would any of you recommend for this working? Something to pray and pray loudly as I do this work and light this lamp...

I'd be much obliged for help on this. Thanks!

On the last couple of shows there have been discussions about the quality of 7 day (5 day) glass encased candles. Maybe the store might consider carrying the beeswax candles in a limited quantity at least. I know they are quite a bit more price wise.

I cant speak of the candles specifically mentioned by you however I have had candles set by LM, by the Church , by AIRR readers and all were great and accurate and helped. I see the point that they mostly burn 5 rather then 7 days but they still are made in a specific way ( been on the phone with Cat while making them) and we have to respect the tradition. The candles never the less still work in the way described with the proper dressing and working so I dont see the issue. 7 day noviea is catholic and some aspect work into hoodoo. but a candle burn can never be assumed it must be read for signs including burn time

J82, the discussions were actually about the quality of the wax in the candles from the manufacturers.

Hello, Angeleal,
You hit the nail on the head: "Pricey"
Nevertheless, I think that Lucky Mojo does have terrific candles.
I especially love their figural candles because they are not melted down in a few minutes. You can get great readings with all of their candles.
Take care

We use the vigil candles from the factory, but we dress and prepare them ourselves.

The figural candles are mostly cast for us by a local candle-maker.

To be clear -- most of our customers cannot afford beeswax candles, period.

I have nothing against those who sell or those who can afford the beeswax vigil candles -- but i know in my heart that not many of our customers can afford to pay $55.00 per candle.

I want to thank today's panel and everyone involved with the radio show. I was born and raised by a good family in a working class town where people are kind to their neighbors and a good work ethic is king. For instance, my great grandfather and my great uncle came to my hometown after WWII and quickly became the two richest people by far in a town of other rich people, and they did it honestly and went to work every day until they died. This is who I came from, so it's been one humiliation after another when my family and friends can easily "keep it together" and nothing - and I mean nothing I set out to do goes well. I've become a cautionary tale, and I'm not a drug addict or self pitying or anything!

I was the second caller on today's (Sept. 28, 3014) LMHR Hour Radio Show. I knew that I would get through and get the answers I needed. I'm the one with The Devil card. I don't imagine that my issues are fascinating, but allow me to vent because I'm ANGRY about what has been STOLEN from me over and over again over the past 14 YEARS and this woman is going to experience RETRIBUTION. She'll get as good as she gave. Oh yes.

With the spirit of Johnny Cash as my witness, what's done in the dark has been brought to the light, bitch whohadmecursed.

Who is with me??

I don't believe in that overused word that starts with a "K', but just remember, God - and credit card companies - let you do your worst racking up the good times before it's time to PAY.

It's interesting that Conjureman Ali mentioned the reversal of everything that is good, including beauty. Well I'm no Avon lady but I did have a bizarre accident seven years ago which ravaged my face. It was not my fault, I was sober, and I'm not clumsy. Hmm. Still, I've kept a pretty good attitude.

Well I'm amazed at what everyone on the panel said today, especially Conjureman Ali. He was right on: someone who regarded me as a love rival snuck out and somehow had a spell placed on me when I was eighteen (and it's been ongoing since), but I didn't suspect this at all until a few days ago. I am in my thirties. Magic spells hadn't entered my mind as a possibility until a few days ago. I just figured that life was hard (even though it wasn't before) and I was stupid (even though I wasn't before).

As you might expect with someone who employs black arts, she and this man are still going strong all these years later (he has no idea why). My dreams have been trying to warn me about this duplicitous, evil woman that I've not met and who appears exceedingly likable and wonderful "on paper", but I had no concept of how to interpret these dreams until now.

I have no children, and I stopped speaking to or keeping abreast of the man in this stupid "romantic triangle" (she can have him - no, REALLY, I insist) before he announced his engagement, so as far as I know, he has married this woman and they possibly have a child now (possibly accounting for the child who changes the situation mentioned in the on-air reading). I often just know things about people and the future, and when my man friend first told me years ago about meeting this woman at his college, I immediately knew that he would one day marry her and they would divorce after they had at least one child. So, there is that.

Like I said, I have been having reoccurring dreams about this woman who I have not met, but who knows my name and what I look like, and that I was somewhat involved with her "man" before she met him, and that her man was still attracted to me throughout their relationship. She went the heavy handed, dark and dirty route and for FOURTEEN YEARS no area of my life, no project I've undertaken has prospered. Not only has EVERY good opportunity and EVERY good thing about me been snatched from my grasp for FOURTEEN YEARS, I've had dark entities put their evil hands all over me, leaving marks and bruises and trying to scare me this whole time, too. Praying to God has kept them off of my back somewhat, but they always return. Living trough misery with a hopeful smile on my face. That dirty duplicitous bitch. That all changes now. I'm not afraid of evil, evil is afraid of ME!

I don't want to go into details (it may sound unbelievable), but I have had meetings in my "dreams" with various kind and humble angels (no wings) and two also very kind and strong people / spirits who are famous from the bible. I marveled at my luck - why me who others who are devout never have even one experience like this? But now I see that part of their message to me was that I am in danger and that there is real evil in this world which must be dealt with. So, it's not that I'm so great - it's that I had captured the continuous attention of something evil and I was totally unaware of it.

Ha, maybe the bitch who struck the devil and his imps on me to make misery (because she is jealous, so it's totally worth it in her dark heart I guess) will get blackout drunk one of these nights and confess every dark manipulation to her puppet - I mean, husband. Wouldn't that be funny. I bet there are herbs that loosen lips and sink ship. no?

Thank you Cat Yronwode for offering to be a female mentor (if only for short bursts of time, and yes I will pay). I plan to follow the advice given to me, which I wrote down and can also listen to again on the archived program.

Ranting about payback is therapeutic.

To Today's Panel,

I just wanted to thank you for the readings and help you gave me today. I am unable to connect online while the show is live, thus, I am unable to post or to see posts at BTR.

I do have digestion issues. And I have suffered from depression for years (I took mediation, but I always knew my issue was not physical, but spiritual, therefore, I knew medication was not going to help). And it was crazy how Candelo knew to tell me to continue my spiritual work. I am self- studying to enhance my medium abilities and am working on becoming a student of Miss Cat's. Also, I just attended Oprah's tour this weekend where her teachings lean strongly towards the magickal/spiritual world.

I'm going to do as Conjureman Ali suggested and I will let you all know how it goes.

Thank you, again.
Uncle PJ

Hey, I have been listening to LM Radio Show since 2010. Do you have the archived shows available for purchase via PayPal? I went to the blog that has all of the archives listed, but the files are dead. I would really like to access these files. Maybe LM can revive these files for newbies? I think it would be an excellent primer for the course as there is excellent information in those podcasts from my recollection. It's just a suggestion, and I'm sure most of your followers would agree.

SageWanderer, if you go to iTunes you can access all of the radio shows going back for years and years. You can also hear most of them on the BlogTalkRadio website, but iTunes is much easier to find specific shows that you want.

I apologize in advance if this is off-topic, but I couldn't find anywhere else to post...
I listen to the Lucky Mojo Hoodoo Rootwork Hour via podcast, but I am not able to find the podcasts for the other LMC Radio Network shows (The Now you Know Show, The Crystal Science League), are there any future plans for podcasts for these shows as well?
Thank you!

Hi - I was listening tonight, and that chat would not load. I use FF but I did try IE as well. Are they still having chat module problems does anyone know? I searched google and the BTR site and found nothing. It's a little frustrating as I am a little shy and typing would be a little easier for me to ease into it. I may just try to delete my account and try again through Facebook.

Thank you much,
Lexi

I have been in what seems like a dark place for a while. Things ("bad luck") happening. I thought it was where I moved to but I think its comg from some that was close to me. Now that I've opened my mind and eyes open to this person being the possibility, its obvious why she calls me. I want to know what is exactly going on, what she doin and how to break the mode/neg energy.

Hello, oglov2000,

This is not where you put your request for the radio show.

You put it here: post162338.html#p162338

This is a thread to talk about what was discussed on the show.

Take care

I wanted to thank everyone for an awesome show! I find it captivating, educating, and empathic too. I've been able to identify with a couple of the callers and their readings are insightful, just for me personally. This was the second show that seemed to be borderine sensory overload with all of the information coming in, both from the show and the chatroom. I use Evernote (a note taking app for mobile devices and pc's), and I was noting from both what I was hearing and having to shift to copy/paste actions from what's coming in from the chatroom. I have a feeling all the shows I've listened to were this full of info, I just wasn't ready to hear it. I need to go back and listen to the archives. I have so much to learn and so much work to do.....

Thank you all for your generosity. I'm very appreciative and thankful.
