Thank you, Miss Aida, from the heart for your prayers and advice.
Trying not to overload my honey jar, actually it will be my first one I'm casting, that's why I'm trying to consider carefully what to put inside.

I had doubts about Dragon's blood resin, but thought it should add desirable "oomph" to a spell, which I read here in forum. Again, could use it's oil for dressing candles, but don't know if it's ok to use like three different oils, in a sequence every night.
Thought about adding some Queen Elizabeth's root powder into jar.

As for Swallow's heart, I've read it is very powerful for love drawing in spells. Since I know my ex would come back to me if he actually felt love or strong feelings and he couldn't be without me, I would like to arise such feelings with help of honey jar, if it's possible of course.

Hi I have a question. I received my reconciliation honey jar and inside there were the ground up ingredients like shown in the photo, then there was a small baggie with the whole ones in there looked like clove and dried flower and something else.

I did my honey jar already it has been day 2, Was I supposed to add the whole ingredients to my jar? If so I will have to open it and add them to it.

2 days is not too late to open it and add the rest.
Just make sure that you say some sort of little prayer over the jar to re-energize it.

I've been working a honey jar on my ex for a while now as well as doing vinegar jar work that has been effective. We still live together and have children. We've been intimate before and after I started the honey jar as well. She is by and large sweet, and forgiving. I have some issues I'm working through, and have probably done myself more harm than good with some of my behavior. I am currently burning a dressed 7 day vigil candle, and I burn 3 dressed pink birthday candles on top of the honey jar, often several times a day, usually every day. Previously I alternated white candles, red and pink, at least Monday, Wednesday and Friday, one at a time.

Any advice for what I can do to heat up a reconciliation, or does it mostly come down to patience? The readings have improved, but when I broach the topic of reconciliation, she seems further away than previously, which has me concerned.

I've done a honey jar for reconciliation. I've seen some movement and I've been consistent with the candle burning. So far, I've been working on it for two months. I have seen some wax build up, but I don't know what I'm looking at because I don't know how to read the wax. On average, how long does it take for physical movement from the target? 2 months is long. =( Some help of any kind would be useful. I have photos of the candle too. As of right now, I burned pink candles over it and white when I ran out of pink. I must say, I wasn't able to add hair or any fluid to the jar; it's just the note herbs and candles going with my hopes. Though, I really like how lucky mojo packages it!

From reading the forum, its my understanding that honey jars are very effective but slow working. You might consider reinforcing the Honey Jar work with other spells like 'Come to Me" or "Love Me' or "Reconciliation ". Did you add any personal concerns to the jar?

Like BlakPrincessUK, I find that adding vigils and other work can warm up a honey jar nicely. You may also wish to make a sugar jar, for shaking up the situation.

Since I don't have a strand of hair, can I use something that belongs to the target like a letter or item that belongs to him to put in the jar? Some folks as a photo. Should the photo be inside the jar or under the jar? Sorry for the questions. I want to do this right.

My vigil candle burned to a finish this morning. I had dressed it in oils and herbs and it burned to the bottom. Very little residule wax in the bottom corners. A bit of light soot at the top, which although I would attribute to the herbs burning, as things are playing out, I think it would make sense as initial obstacles in the work. Prior to starting the vigil light and burning a new pack of pink birthday candles, the last several pink candles all ran dripplets, and tears will flow has definitely been the case.

I'm certainly learning a lot about both more effective use of doing work and living life through this process.

As I've said elsewhere I owe a big thanks to the Lucky Mojo forum and sites.

I'd also like to thank Saint Expedite, Saint Anthony, and Saint Martha, as well as the spirits of the dead for help in my over all work.

No, don't add water or honey to your sugar jar.
And I like to put pictures both inside and outside. I like one underneath my candle.
The letter sounds awesome. And so does any items that belong to the target. HOWEVER, I always tell people not to use everything that you own. You might want to save extra personal belongings for stronger spells (such as a spell kit).

Ok I have been thinking and realised that my casting and honey jar have been working on My Love.
He was with me today, woke me up in fact (yes he still has a key) and although he has made several vows not to touch me he did. He does.
We went shopping together, he for his place and I for mine which was odd as shopping was normally an us thing and we haven't done it for a while, obviously, he was pointing to a lot of things that he thought I would enjoy.
He was talking about how we see a lot of each other more so in the last while than even when we lived together. Chatting about how he has never had a bond so strong with someone and he doesn't know what he will do with out me.
The bond goes both ways.
We talk easily which I have to thank the honey jar for as it was stilted for a while there. hurt and desperation happening and his desire to escape.
not me, he didn't want to escape me but what was happening externally.
So the honey jar has worked beautifully. It is a strong, steady spell that grows over time, even as I haven't worked it as well as I should it still does the job.
He loves me and doesn't want to lose me, doesn't want me out of his life. All great things. His desire for me is strong and steady and he wants to hold me and look after me.
So reconciliation is teetering there.
Fear is stopping him. Absolute fear that the situation we were in will happen again. It is dealt with but I suppose it could occur again.
So I think I should burn a candle on top of the jar inscribed with his name and anointed with courage oil.
Any other suggestions?

On my honey jar, in the back, there is one single large "tear" of candle wax coming down. On top of it, at the edge of the jar, there is wax that formed in the shape of a tie, a necktie. However, when I opened it to add more ingredients to make it more potent, the wax still has that large tear, but with the wax in the shape of a bowtie on top. Anyone knows what this means? Has this happened to anyone?

A lot of people say they prayers kind of add libb, just speaking from their hearts, so if you are speaking your prayer with sincerity it is a good prayer. People will also add psalms or other pre-written prayers as well depending on their religious tradition. Here is a link to an online book of psalms which has a list of how they tend to be used in hoodoo work. (http://www.readersandrootworkers.org/wi ... _of_Psalms). A psalm that is used in almost all cases is the 23rd psalm. Hope this is helpful!

Hello everyone,

Joined this post very new. I have a question on my honeyjar. Its been 5 days I been doing honeyjar mainly to sweeten my ex towards me. I had a reading with Miss Bri sometime in may. My friend had ordered a spell kit , oils and candles from LM and it is on its way. Meanwhile I did a honey jar inspired by Miss Bri's site and anoints my candles with patchouli, jasmine, orange oil , rose oil alternatively. I started using red( apple cinnamon), white candles alternatively and does this daily. Past four days candle burning on honey jar gave me big steady flame with little movement and lot of wax dripping on the side( shapes on the base were mainly heartlike and coins). Today i used a glass encased votive white candle - but the flame is constantly jumping , up and down as if it is going to go out. There is no air in the room( i tested with another free standing candle and flame doesnt even move...).

Since it is waning - while anointing and praying after litting te candle, i am asking to remove obstacles and negativity that is stopping my reunification with my love. So what does this flame movement means? I read in LM forum that this means that the prayer is affecting the intent- is it true in this case? any suggestion with relieve me a bit.

Today morning when I woke up the candle was still burning with same vigorous flame bouncing up and down, with very lil liquid wax in the bottom. I heard a sound and saw the glass fell down spilling the little liquidy wax. The wax gave a thick rod streak as it fell off the glass encase. Can anyone give me any insight please?

There are many variations of this spell, but the simplest one is you cut the apply in half so you can see the star shape it forms (so across the apple not down through the stem) place a photo of your love and yourself so you are looking at each other, or his and your hair, bind the apple with red ribbon, bury the apple.

Other variations include sprinkling sugar, or melting wax over it, or using love herbs in the apple

I have read that without a hair from each individual, the honey jar is no where near as powerful, if at all. Is there a similar method that can be used where a hair is not necessary? I mean, it has to be nearly impossible in many cases to obtain one, especially when trying to bring someone back to you that you haven't seen for so long.

It makes the spell weaker. That's all. But it ought to still have some effect.
A picture with the eyes showing, a piece of torn brown paper with the person's full name and birthdate.
Do you have other personal belongings that has the target's DNA? That would work.
The target's signature will work
The DNA of the target is the strongest link. Everything else is the weakest link (but still a link).
Something is better than nothing at all.
That's as "similar" as I can get!

I have a hat, she hasn't worn it in a long time but her dna is bound to be on it. Couldn't find any hairs on it, and I was the last to wear it so mine would probably be all that is there. So, I've been working my honey jar spell on my ex since August 4, this month.
I get when I read on here I would question if this was really magick. And I do. But I do think it's working.

My ex and I had split up in February. Our relationship wasn't doing too hott because of his nightshift.
Well, he decided to move on or try to move on, I guess. Last month, he started talking to another girl he works with. He used to continuously look at my zoosk and about a week before he and her went out on dates with work friends, he looked at my zoosk dating profile. So, I know he still thinks about me.

He had been acting cold before I started my honey jar. And that first week, I started he still didn't want to respond to my texts, but it seems he has been slowly warming up to me. I tried again texting him last week, but he wasn't in the mood to talk.

I commented on his Facebook last night because he shared one of those videos where the alien pops up out of nowhere and he didn't respond but I'm sure he thought it was funny because I said, I jumped up ten feet into the air.

I've been asking Venus to please bring is back together and then talking to the candle like it's him, asking him to forgive me. And this last week, I have been burning a pink candle every day, and I'm going to continue it for another week.

Well, don't ask me how I did it because I always seem to have this kind of luck, but I busted my oil pan, like he did when we first got back together before. I texted him and called myself a retard and he agreed texting back, "obviously." But he also agreed to come out and check my oil pan for me. And told me I should have slowed down on the railroad tracks.
The fact that he met me tells me is slowly coming around. But when I got home, I texted him and thanked him and confessed I wanted to hug him. He admitted he was talking to someone else. Which I had heard about this a month ago, but I thought they had broke it off already because of him posting some stuff about he couldn't handle lies or lying. I told him she was very lucky and I was going to bed. Thanking him again.

I feel like I shouldn't just lose up hope. I've gotten this far and it seems like it's working, but I don't know I guess, I feel like I need some reassurance. Am I going about this the right way? I didn't act jealous because I know that's a turn off. And if I act like a friend maybe he'll change his mind about this chick? Help! Lol.
Do I keep working the jar and try something else, too or just keep doing what I'm doing?

It does sound like spirit is working with you. After all, that oil pan busted for no reason and he came back. That sure sounds like movement.
Honey jars are solid (and give a solid foundation) but slow to work.
I suggest that you continue that jar and also perform Return to Me spell work.

3) I thought about doing a lemon break up spell on their relationship, but they're not really together, so do I still have the chance to draw them away from each other?

1-I would work a full spell kit
2-Yes.
3-It doesn't matter if they are not that close. I would do the lemon spell anyway. Your results would be easier to obtain if you do it now

1) Is it absolutely necessary to put both mine and my desired persons name on the petition for a love honey jar? I only put her name.... Should I do another petition and add it to the jar or is the one I got ok ????

2) I took a photo of me and a photo of my desired person and tied them (facing each other) together with pink string (after kissing each photo if that matters) then tied the photos to the jar. Is this okay?

3) Is it absolutely necessary to burn the candle on the jar every night? I have yet to burn a candle and this is day 3 although I did shake it up a bit and was thinking about starting the candles on Wed or Friday....

Please I need SUGGESTIONS! .... this is my first time doing this

You can open the jar and add a petition with both of your names.

You did very well with the pictures!

As far as when to burn candles, everybody does it differently: some people burn everyday during a waxing moon. Some people burn Mon, Wed, and Fri of a waxing moon.
Some people don't use moon phases.

So, it's up to you. The more that you put into your spells, the better your chances of success.

So, it has nearly been another week since I have faced my ex and texted him. I decided to hold off on contact with him for the moment since he told he's talking to someone else. Like Miss Aida said, I think me asking to come check on my busted oil pan, and he did, is movement. I just got to keep the faith going and keep working the honey jar.
I also want to mention when I first lit my candle yesterday, the flame was dancing and burning pretty high as well. It calmed down for the remainder, but still danced from time to time and the flame remained high. It wasn't dancing like that before either.

I just purchased the Return to Me kit and some extra Reconciliation Oil and as well as some Road Opener Oil. I read on here someone having trouble with her ex never initiating contact, and that is how my ex is. He doesn't really text anyone or call anyone, but I can't help but feel that's really his personality. But would like to see him come around and contact me from time to time as well. Don't know about the deer's tongue. Couldn't find it. Is there something I could use as a substitute? Or would the road opener oil with the orange candles (like mentioned in the earlier posts above) be sufficient?

I didn't go with the lemon/lime break up spell, but I am working the vinegar jar on Tuesdays and Saturdays. I had bought the jar from a dollar store and made it from scratch. And the day I started it, there was already some confusion and conflicts from what I had seen on his facebook? So, I am hoping he's opening himself back up to me. I had a question about the vinegar jar though. I am using the same type of candles as the honey jar, except black, is it okay to use the candle holder from my reconciliation kit? I'm getting kind of tight with money lately, but I wanted to purchase this kit to continue to see results.

A high dancing flame can mean that the person is being effected by the work. candles are good at showing whats up at the moment as well so read the signs as you go. If its his personality then it prolly wont change as changing a persons nature does not happen. however I think its normal for a person to contact another person they care about so doing work for more communication makes sense.

What is sufficient matters on what needs to be done. You see no situation is the same so a rootworker often reads for you, tells whats going on and then tells you what to do. Then a check in later to see how its working and adapt the work if needed. Much like a doctor does. So it may be sufficient or other work may be needed. Cant really give advice on the home made one as this is LM forum for LM products but if confusion conflict would be a sign. So you want to know if you can use a reconciliation candle holder also on the break up candle holder. Well do you want reconciliation and break up on your stuff? NO of course not! put a saucer ( cup) over it and melt the candle to that and light it Mixing those two would be like gas and a lighter

What do if I've already used the holder on it once? I didn't know what else to use. :/

flip a cup over melt the bottom of a candle and stick it to the base of the cup it will stick and it will melt to it and hold. Iv done it a million times. I mean flip the cup over so the bottom is sticking up. this is a traditional thing to do , same as honey jars or other container spells. I would clean the container remove the wax let it go at a cross road , cleanse it in hyssop or salt water and start anew.

Alright, first off, I included my information down below for some of you who didn't catch my story, but I guess, you could always scroll up, but its below the lines, as to your benefit.

Update:

As some of you may know, I started my reconciliation honey jar on August 4th, and at first, my ex and I, well, he was staying pretty cold, didn't really want to hang out with me or anything because of our breakup that happened back in February. Things seem to slowly be turning around. And I wasn't for sure, if this would work, but I still had the mindset to go with it anyways...

Anyways, he's slowly been warming up to me. Yesterday was the first time I had texted him in a couple of weeks because I have been trying to see if he would text me, but I saw him in town, passing him in my mom's truck coming back from taking her to the hospital.
Well, I didn't wave, so I didn't want to seem stuck up or anything, so I texted him and said basically, I was sorry, I didn't wave. My mom is in the hospital. I need some prayers." And he said, well, I will send some. I thanked him and told him I appreciated it.

Then, later, I figure my communication spell I've been casting the last couple days was kicking in, along with the side work of the honey jar, he texted me first and said, I don't want to say this the wrong way, but its weird. And then, he said, "Nevermind." I said, "No, just tell me."
He had asked if I knew of "anyone" who wanted to have some fun from time to time. I asked him to clarify a little after that because he said it wasn't just hooking up, but also hanging out as well, and if the mood struck, then...

Well, we hooked up last night. Rode around on some back roads, had some fun, laughs, he picked on me, I picked on him, and we drank a little, honestly, but I didn't really drink a whole lot. And it was fun. Good, casual fun.

Also, about a week ago, he logged back into his zoosk, and has pretty well been looking at my profile everyday, a few times a day.

Referring back to us texting yesterday, he said he didn't want a relationship or anything; however, I feel like he's testing me. And he did say he didn't want to worry about a relationship for awhile, but then again, he was cold and distant a month ago, and with the honey jar, I've slowly been seeing some pretty positive results. What gets me is, its been slow, but kind of quick at the same time, like it snuck up on me. I mean, it hasn't been a month, and we're already hooking up? Haha. Sometimes, I just don't know whether to believe it, but I don't think it's just coincidence. Tells me him and I are really meant to be.

I figure, now I can work my way up to getting hair and such now anyways. I am going to keep working the jar. Also, I haven't received my 7 day return to me candle and the rest of my return to me supplies, but I just think it's UNBELIEVABLE I have made this made progress in just as little as a month. But I could use thoughts, opinions and suggestions? Seems like things are slowly coming around. And it was obvious last night we both felt something for each other. And it was strong. It almost seem like, I don't know, some fire between us was just relit.

So, I've been working my honey jar spell on my ex since August 4, this month.
I get when I read on here I would question if this was really magick. And I do. But I do think it's working.

My ex and I had split up in February. Our relationship wasn't doing too hott because of his nightshift.
Well, he decided to move on or try to move on, I guess. Last month, he started talking to another girl he works with. He used to continuously look at my zoosk and about a week before he and her went out on dates with work friends, he looked at my zoosk dating profile. So, I know he still thinks about me.

He had been acting cold before I started my honey jar. And that first week, I started he still didn't want to respond to my texts, but it seems he has been slowly warming up to me. I tried again texting him last week, but he wasn't in the mood to talk.

I commented on his Facebook last night because he shared one of those videos where the alien pops up out of nowhere and he didn't respond but I'm sure he thought it was funny because I said, I jumped up ten feet into the air.

I've been asking Venus to please bring is back together and then talking to the candle like it's him, asking him to forgive me. And this last week, I have been burning a pink candle every day, and I'm going to continue it for another week.

Well, don't ask me how I did it because I always seem to have this kind of luck, but I busted my oil pan, like he did when we first got back together before. I texted him and called myself a retard and he agreed texting back, "obviously." But he also agreed to come out and check my oil pan for me. And told me I should have slowed down on the railroad tracks.
The fact that he met me tells me is slowly coming around. But when I got home, I texted him and thanked him and confessed I wanted to hug him. He admitted he was talking to someone else. Which I had heard about this a month ago, but I thought they had broke it off already because of him posting some stuff about he couldn't handle lies or lying. I told him she was very lucky and I was going to bed. Thanking him again.

I feel like I shouldn't just lose up hope. I've gotten this far and it seems like it's working, but I don't know I guess, I feel like I need some reassurance. Am I going about this the right way? I didn't act jealous because I know that's a turn off. And if I act like a friend maybe he'll change his mind about this chick? Help! Lol.
Do I keep working the jar and try something else, too or just keep doing what I'm doing?

Hello everyone, I got my honey jar around March. Like I said before, I saw some movement, but ultimately nothing happened. I also used some vigil candles to try to help it along. I stopped burning candles over it for a month because I lost faith. Then I started up again, and the candle was cracking, hissing, and making all sorts of noise. I read that means a spirit is listening (it happened on two occasions) so I decided to work on it again even though I didn't get the results I imagined, but 1 form of movement. Anyway, is there anything else I can do to add some spice or power (I already added a personal concern and his photo to it). I've been thinking about asking a saint for help. Is there a saint that could add a little power, or a lot of power to my honey jar?

And there is no "general" Saint for honey jars.

I am working on Honey jar almost one year. We were separated and I stared Honey jar and got back together. He left his home(wife) and living alone at an apartment. Now he want to be alone to figure out things and we are now no contact. While we were together I continue Honey jar until now and still working on it. (As well Vinegar jar) I works on jars at 6 pm. What is the good time to work on honey jar?? Can I start a new Honey jar as I have his personal stuffs?? I am getting ready for figural spell. How can I get him back?? How I stop him go back to his wife??

In this case, I would recommend that you keep your honey jar and also start a new one. I'm not convinced that your old honey jar stopped working.

Thank you for your kind info, So, If I start a new Honey jar , what should i do with the one I have now? should I work with both, If so how, do I have to burn candle both jars at same time? or should I bury old one at my back yard?? I am little confuse. Other thing is I have his clothes( I was doing his laundry since he moved out) I have his underwears and shirts , But they are cleaned( I washed) can I use these as personal things? Sorry asking lot of questions. My friend has (Luckmojo) figure candles red Adam and Eve, She doesn't have black eve candles. For now can I do come to me moving spell ??If I can do I have to let it burn all the way down with out puff out?? or can I light every night until morning or how many days do i have to do this. Today only I could get red Bride and groom candle. She has only red male figure candle and black female candle. She doesn't have red female candle. So, I bought bride and groom candle to do come to me, Will this work. can I burn this on my honey jar??

Hello, Kiyoki,

Don't dispose of the old honey jar yet. Put candles on both and see what happens.

Washed clothes is not a personal belonging. Their skin cells are no longer in the clothing.

You can put the bride groom candle on the honey jar, if you like and you can light a bit of it everyday. But it wouldn't hurt o let it burn all the way down in one burn either.
