Hello Cat, and Happy Birthday! :D

Your February 2009 explanation concerning time it takes for an order to arrive is very helpful.
Since I can no longer drive to the shop (moved to Virginia) it gives me food for thought in future planning.

I placed my first online order on March 24th. I called to check in mid April and was told it would be out soon. I called today (May 12th) to check the status - aware that this is just after the festival - and was told that there was one item out of stock (Money House Blessing oil) and that the order will be on it's way once it is produced.

Much of what I ordered had to do with the March Newsletter discount... So, I was not the only person ordering the same items...which affected the stock, I'm sure.

I would suggest to newbies to consider what supplies you would like to have on hand and follow Miss Cat's instructions for ordering. :D

I truly love the Lucky Mojo products and appreciate the time, care and energy put into them. Very grateful that they are not mass produced resulting in empty, soulless products. :D

So, plan ahead of time. Order all of what you want, even before you know you really want it. Follow Miss Cat's instructions and conjure your patience. While you wait for your order, it is an opportune time to read the forum and study...Especially if you are taking the Correspondence Course 8-).

I placed my order on may 6th and it hasn't charged my card yet but I think with the hoodoo festival recently ending it just could be the orders are backed up. Though I am excited cause this is my first order to them. This is my first time ordering and trying them, but I always try to enter their Facebook giveaways on Fridays. Real name is Lisa. I know I have to be patient, but if I am nervous or concerned about my order i can always call or email them. :)

well im on the east coast, recieved my order after 2 and a half weeks which is not bad, but one of my orders is wrong, ordered a fmg oil, instead i got a fmb oil, so now i have something i dont need and cant use, and itll probably be over a month to return and recieve what i ordered, i love you guys at LM but this is not good...

Lex009 call the store and let them know that you received the wrong oil. They will ship out the correct one ASAP.

Call the shop and let them know you received the wrong item. They have very good customer service. I don't think it will take that long to ship out the correct item just ask if it's available or do you have to wait for it to be produced. Hope this helps.

hehehe I live in the same state, just south of the shop about 5 hrs away.. placed a order 11 May... and nothing yet... I ordered a few times and it takes awhile... and I know it does, prepping candles and making oil..

I would personally rather have items made by real rootworkers and blessed by them. It's worth the wait for me.
At least I know that the quality is the very best.

Hello LM

I have 3 orders that I am waiting for. They were placed first on May 16 then in 2 week increments after. I have called the shop twice and requested (if possible) to have all three orders condensed into two. The reason being is that I was told they were out of some oils etc. So what I suggested if they could send me what they have and then I would wait for the rest in the next order. I was told that I would have to pay for shipping. When I placed all orders it included shipping already so I am not understanding why I should pay for shipping again. Would it be too confusing to consilidate all three orders into two ? I just want clarification.

Just want to let LM staff know and Miss Cat that I just luurrvve!! your products!!. They are soo effective and powerful!! I use all your products sparingly. The orders do take time but a well worth the wait.

You'll have to call the shop again and then discuss this with them.
The moderators have no control over the orders.
But, it sounds like maybe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the shipment cost? I'd get that clarified.

I placed my order on May 20th and today, June 14th, I received it. All I have to say is.....WOW! Everything is packaged carefully and the smell that came out of the box when I opened it...heavenly! The oils smell amazing! I can't wait to start using these products. 8-)

Hi

I know that my orders usually take around 4 weeks to get to the UK and so I usually order things in advance, but something important has come up and I was just wondering if there was any way of getting a small order of 2 types of bath crystals shipped sooner?

I know it's a long shot, but I have only just realised that I have just 19 days to put a new plan in to action and set a sneaky trick.

I'm new to the forums but have spent a lot of time in "lurk" mode, reading through all the wonderful posts and making plans for my purchases from LM. I placed my first order on 12 Sept and have anxiously been waiting for it's arrival, and after reading through this particular thread, I now know a little bit more about the order process. I'll be calling the shop tomorrow to check on my order.

Little-known secret: If you call the shop and ask very nicely for the lab to put a rush on your order, they will label you a "squeaky wheel" and move your package through more quickly.

Also ...

Remember, you can ALWAYS ask for a split shipment OR for a refund on items not in stock. We will do as YOU request:

1) Hold the order until all items are made.
This may take a week or longer, because we make our products in small batches by hand,
but you will receive everything you ordered.

To arrange for us to hold your order while we make your goods, your message should read:

"IF ANY ITEMS ARE O/S, IT'S OKAY TO HOLD MY ORDER UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE MADE."

2) Ship what we have in stock and refund on anything not currently on the shelves.
We will pull your order, pack it, and arrange a refund for anything that was not in stock
on the day we pulled your order.

To arrange for in-stock shipment and cancellation of all other items, just write:

"PLEASE FILL ORDER WITH IN-STOCK ITEMS. DO NOT HOLD ORDER. REFUND ON ANY O/S ITEMS."

3) Split the shipment in two, half now and half when finished.
Retail customers: For this special service, you will be charged again for the second shipment.
Wholesale customers: You will be charged shipping as usual on both of your shipments.

To pre-arrange a split shipment when ordering, just write in the message area:

"PLEASE SPLIT ORDER IF NECESSARY SO THAT I CAN RECEIVE IN-STOCK ITEMS A.S.A.P."

If your order was already placed without such a message, and you now want to arrange for
split shipment, phone the shop at 707-887-1521 and ask customer service to split your order.

It's your choice!

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me about an order that I placed on October 29th. It was 1 packet of Lucky 13 Incense Powders with the 13 Herb Bath-13 day supply and I only received the 13 Herb Bath without the incense that I ordered.

I also ordered on November 8th- 1 St. Expedite, painted, fixed with contents and candle and have not received that as well.

Should I phone the shop or something?

At the moment the worst experience is buying a Reading and waiting for it until you have to remind a Reader that you paid to send it. If you are a Reader don't say you will deliver in a certain amount of days when you know your not punctual!

People pay for these services they are not for free so DELIVER ON TIME!

Can Readers Deliver Readings on time instead of having a customer ask you to deliver. If they is something wrong with your email let the customers know Asap not after they have purchased and waited for more than weeks just to get a Reading.

Do not waste peoples time for it can never be brought back, if you don't want to do Readings say so not waste peoples time and money!

Rather then post it on the forum, why dont you call the store directly and ask? Some items may be readily available others may not. So figuring that out would help. IE some items may be out but if you want them to ship without the items not in stock it would go quicker. Otherwise the order may wait. Or It may be smooth sailing. But the best people to ask are those working in the store. the number is on the LM order page.

I wrote to order@luckymojo.com many emails asking what happened to this order, got one response and then nothing...they don't bother responding.

Codytlse. Where do you live? It takes time to receive them since the products are custom made once you place the order. I was also told that this season is their busiest season so it might take a bit longer. And you placed the order before christmas. It's holiday season so they probably had day offs too. Did you receive a tracking id to check the status and whereabouts of your order?

I live in Europe. Their response was that this order was still in production, email received on Dec 22, 2014.

So far no answer and no tracking Number because they haven't yet sent it.

I only have my Order Number.

Yes, they were SWAMPED with orders for the holiday season and still trying to catch up. I wouldn't be surprised if it took 6 weeks.

Hello I just ordered 4 sachet powders Im reading down below that once the shipping charge is off your card then its on the way. So my charge is off but the nice lady in the shop says a couple of weeks for delivery. My husband will be leaving to the field soon (military) what else can I do while Im waiting. My purpose was to put those in our bed while we slept and i want to sprinkle some in his bag before he leaves. Can I call for express shipping or anything.

Top of the Hill ,

I would call the store and ask they could give you a approximate time frame. Also orders can take longer depending on what you ordered, and how much. Large orders can take longer if an item is out or being made still.

Hello all! I placed an order online about 16 days ago. I received an order confirmation and a few days later the cost was taken from my bank account and everything looked great. But since then my order hasn't come and I was getting a little worried that it wasn't coming or somehow was disrupted. I am looking forward to receiving it and have several projects to do that I have put on hold until more supplies come in. Is it normal for the mailed orders to take a little longer? Just curious!

Yes it's normal. Have patience! It's "high season" at LM and it might take longer than expected. It took 1 and a half month for my order to arrive, maybe also due to the fact that my order was quite big ( I just got it yesterday). Hope you get yours soon! =)

Thank you so much! That makes me feel so much better. This is my first order from Lucky Mojo. Good to know! It probably does not help that I live in rural Tennessee - but you never know. Thanks so much again and best wishes in your practice! Can't wait for mine to get in!

I promise you that it will be well worth the wait. Everything that I have ever ordered and obtained has been TOP of the line and has worked!!! I border you - live in Virginia and sometimes it seems like it takes for ever but I think that it's because we are anxiously awaiting for our supplies to arrive to get on with our work. Congratulations for finding LM - they are SUPER!

I am in Canada. It took three weeks to be shipped out and another week to get here. So about. Month. Call the shop and ask. That is what I did.

I was wondering if the red 4 inch taper candles are back in stock. When I tried to order them back in February I called and was told they weren't being carried anymore by the manufacturer they were getting them from. I was wondering if the red ones were picked up again because i would love to order them through LM.

Also, I just ordered a vigil candle to be lit on the altar. I know you get a report when the candle burn is completed. But I was wondering, are you notified when the burn begins? How long after the order is received do the candles get lit? I couldn't seem to find out that info through the website. I'm very excited about the candle burning and I look forward to the results. Thanks!

Maybe this will help someone out, but I called the shop about two weeks ago to find out how long it will take for my order to be processed and the woman on the phone said because of what i had ordered, it would take about 4 weeks.

Hello everyone,
I wonder if anyone is having this problem: I can log in as a registered customer on my cell phone but I can't log in on my computer. I have tried it under explorer and chrome and on three different computers. When I try to log in I get "bad login". When I try to request my password, I receive "email not on file, please register at..." So I tried that (on my computer) and it didn't log me in, it gave me a whole new customer account (I changed the email on that log-in so things wouldn't be confusing in the future)...I mean the computer took all my information as if I were a new register. Yet and still, I can log in as a returning customer on my cell, with no problem. I called the store, they told me to contact order@luckymojo.com. I did but I haven't heard back. I can get on the forum on any device but having to order from my cell phone isn't that convenient.

Please advise
