Hi All --

Just a quick question. I'm reading that both magnetic sand and anvil dust can be used to feed lodestones. Is there any particular difference between these two, or are they just interchangeable depending on what's on hand?

Curious about curios again. Thanks!

Hello, Doc,

Here's the link for Anvil Dust: http://www.herb-magic.com/anvil-dust.html

Here's the link for magnetic sand: http://www.luckymojo.com/magneticsand.html
http://www.herb-magic.com/magnetic-sand.html

I don't believe they are the same as Anvil dust is a byproduct of blacksmithing and the sand is a mineral with natural magnetic abilities.

Take care!

magicmurphy

Some people do detect a difference in magical effect between anvil dust and magnetic sand. After all, anvil dust has the energy of the blacksmith's hammer and his fiery forge. On the other hand, magnetic sand, coming from beaches that are basically composed of iron particles, has the energy of the ocean – thousands or millions of years exposed to the ocean's waves.

However, back in the day, many more people lived near blacksmiths than lived near black-sand beaches, so anvil dust would have been easier to get. Nowadays, thanks to our large-scale manufacturing and transportation systems, the reverse is true.

Thoughtfully,

Miss Michele

A friend of mine gave me 2 single male lodestones that she ordered for me from LM as my birthday gift and i want to use one of the lodestones to draw clients to my advertising ads and anoint it with money drawing, steady work and fast luck. Is it appropriate to use those oils for that 1 lodestone? I have a 2nd lodestone and i want to use that to attract wealthy men to my business and have them be generous with their money towards me i want to anoint it with jezebel, cleo may, follow me boy and come to me. Is it appropriate to use those oils for that lodestone? Also she forgot and did not get me any magnetic sand for my lodestones...lol...so i have to buy some and since she got me 2 of the extra large and heavy single lodestones i want to know how many grams of are in 1 bag? How many would i need if i want a 1 months worth of magnetic sand i plan on feeding it once a week? :?:

Hello, dream90 ,

Yes, you can use those oils!

I don't know how many grams are in a package but I know (by feel) what's in them. I would buy 3 packages.

Otherwise, e-mail lucky mojo and ask them: order@luckymojo.com

Hope this helps

Take care

I have a pair of lodestones from a come to me spell kit, I moved and during the move they came apart.
Would it be advised that I redo the 7-day ritual?
If yes can I reuse my original petition packet and add personal concerns to it? The original was just photos and at the moment i havent the means to get another photo.

Hello, ConjuringCat,

Yes, re-do the spell.

And cleanse your stones (preferably with whiskey). Explain to them what happened and then re-do the spell just as you said.

Wishing you the very best

Hello, I am preparing to do a Lodestone New Love Attraction spell for the man in my reading that she saw was like a Hawk..... coming my way! Ms. Cat had explained to start on New Moon Crescent, 4 days. I did not write down specific step and I am now ready for November New Moon Crescent which is 11/22. Unclear if it means 4 days after NMC which would mean 11/26 or on 4th day of New Moon crescent which would fall on 11/25? Can you guide me..... thank you so much ... :D

Hello, Yourmuse55,
The New Moon has two meanings -- one is the DARK of the Moon -- no visible Moon that night; hthis is the modern term, used by astronomers. The older, more traditional meaning of the New Moon is NEW CRESCENT, the first sighting of the Moon's slim sliver after the DARK MOON that you will see a crescent in the evening. This is usually 4 days after the dark of the Moon. The date is not relevant -- this happens every month and will always happen every month, no matter which year some future Forum reader finds it.

Hi Yourmuse55,

there are a variety of different ways to time the spell. I personally prefer working for love in the morning as the clock hands rise - I was taught that it draws someone who'll work hard for you all day. Sunrise would be a good choice as well, for the same reason.

Blessings.

I have a question concerning petition papers and lodestones. Does my petition paper need to be folded like a petition paper for a candle, or can it be just left flat?

Hi niyoru,

I've been taught to fold them four times toward me if I want something to come to me.
Or four times away from me if I want to go away.

I flatten it as much as I can.

Hi deedee88,

Best of luck, and do keep working.

But you are speaking of an impossibility if you think the magnetic sand is "absorbed." That does cause me to wonder what you are doing.

You do let the Magnetic Sand build up, and if you with to continue the work, or much time has passed, you eventually brush it off, wash the Lodestones in whiskey or Hoyt's Cologne, clean the Magetic sand by hand to remove dust and junk, and start over.

thank you! I read the page on the lodestone before I posted, but I was asking because the poster before me said their lodestone absorbed the magnetic sand? I saw where Susan Barnes mentioned it is an impossibility of it being absorbed. I was just trying to find out what the other poster meant.

I think I understand what they meant now. thanks!

Jacquelinek,

Not every spell works -- just as not every medical procedure results in a cure or every sports contest results in a win for your team.

The idea of looking for signs for the first 3 days, watching for movement for the first three weeks, and hoping for completion for three months is NIT connected to spell success. It is a way of seeing how things are coming along. You must not expect such signs -- you may look for them. Likewise, you should not expect movement, but you can observe if it is happening. And you cannot expect guaranteed success or completion -- but if it does not occur after three months, you should be ready to try another spell or to move on.

Hello, pinkpeacock ,

Some people say that the pets moving it will disrupt the spell.

I personally never had my spells disrupted by my dogs.

So, you'll have to wait and see.

It could be either a positive or negative sign. It could be positive in that the spell is so strong that the dogs were attracted to it. OR it could be a negative sign that the spell won't work.

Time will tell.

Hello everyone, I'm a masculine presenting gay male who's having some trouble attracting other masculine men. I'm constantly getting hit on by women and queeny types. Although I present this way, I'm really more of an inner Queen. So, I'm thinking my gruff exterior is throwing off or intimidating the men I'm looking for. But anyways, I'm planning to use the single lodestone spell provided by Cat to attract the attention of masculine and sexually dominant men. I'm thinking Cleo May, look me over, lavender love drops, and chupparosa oils will do the trick.

Anymore ideas or suggestions?

Doctor C,

I think you are saying you are attracting queens and such but you are a bottom and looking for a masc top. Therefore I would get two lodestones, let LM know you are gay, pick the round one as you (bottom), the straight one ( like a dick) for the unknown knew top. Do you want love or just sex? if just sex try kiss me now with Q oil , or Attraction oil with Q oil both will get sex. For sex and love mix lavender love with kiss me now, add follow me boy when you have one in mind.

Hi, j8c.

That's about right. However, I don't want sex per se but I want the attention of well to do men. I just want to have fun and be flirty which is why I thought that the single lodestone would be better as more of a sexual luck drawing charm. Eventually, I would like to be courted with dates, gifts, etc.

Here's the link to the spell. It's the same one in the CatCat's book. http://www.luckymojo.com/lodestone.html
The lodestone object drawing spell which says, The following hoodoo Lodestone spell can be used for drawing anything you want, whether it is money, romance, sex, marriage, a new car, business success, a child, a job, the return of a lost lover, or you-name-it.
You need one large Lodestone, a china plate, a packet of magnetic sand, some sort of drawing oil, and a piece of paper torn from a brown grocery sack. "

Doctor C ,

Yes its true a lodestone can draw anything. but so can two lodestones.. they dont need to be named as people, one the bottom stone would be you, the other stone masc flirty men. then fed and worked to draw them to you when you want them. If you go with one stone ask for it to be penis shaped since you are a bottom and want to draw that to you. Also working with queen elizabeth root as a bottom and a john root as a top to draw both to you. the Ms Cleo makes more sense now. so you want a sugar daddy type of situation with a masc man. Follow me boy, ms cleo, Q, would be helpful products.

Ok, I have a matched pair from LM that I recently cleansed. But I've already ordered the other items. Are you suggesting that the jtc be paired with the top lodestone and the qe root with me? Or with the single one use just qe as the single lodestone would represent me drawing all men to me??? Maybe qe powder in the petition paper underneath the lodestone and surrounded by jtc chips and ginseng???

Finally I read the whole topic. Very informative. Thank you everybody who put so much into this amazing topic. Looks like everyone should have this magical stone. It inspired me to adopt 1 or 2 for my family. I also finish the book by draja mickaharic and something there I can't find on line to investigate. And I didn't find it in the topic. The book mentioned when working with Lodestone to pray to St.Iman . does anyone know about St.Iman ? Or if reading psalms followed by a personal communication is the best way to go? If building an altar for a household would be better to have 1 or 2 specimens of Lodestone for husband and wife to draw similar powers or 1 powerful Lodestone is good enough? I am grateful for your input.
Blessed Be!

Hello, Slava,

I am sorry but I am not familiar with that Saint. I do know that in Spanish, the word "iman" refers to a lodestone or a magnet. "Piedra Iman" is a lodestone.

I would read the psalm and personal communication.

2 lodestones sounds good.

Wishing you the best

Hello, quick question about working with a large lodestone: in a pinch, without magnetic sand on hand, can a lodestone be fed with lodestone sachet powder, whiskey, FL water, or anything else? Thanks!

Never herd of lodestone sachet powder. but in general the powder is mixed with stuff that will not mix well with oil or fluid so id say no to not cause a mess. the washes work.. and you can always sand down a magnet to feed the stone.

Hi,

I got two lodestones and magnetic sand.

I want to work with the lodestone for money and prosperity, especially within a creative career.

I just want to make sure I'm doing this right.

Soak lodestone in whiskey overnight (it's the easiest thing for me to get)
The next morning, let the stone dry off, and name it using an anointing oil
I don't have lodestone oil. I think I have crown of success, but not sure if that will work. I think I also have steady work oil, not sure if that will work in this case. I have a general blessing oil as well.

What do you think?

Which oil is best?

Oh, and then after the oil I'll sprinkle it with some magnetic sand :)

I'm very nervous about getting lodestones wet all over. Potable liquor contains water -- the strongest that's commonly available is only about 50% alcohol, so there is still the potential for rust.

I'd just sprinkle the lodestone with whisky.

And, just to reassure you, whisky is the go-to spirituous liquor in hoodoo, which developed in places where rum wasn't widely available until recently. Rum comes from the Caribbean, so it is the go-to liquor and spirituous drink offering for the people who live there.

Those are all good choices. Feed it with magnetic sand, too.

Best of luck,

Beautiful! Thank you for the clarification. I don't have any whisky on hand, but will get some tomorrow, sprinkle the lodestone and start my work. I'm excited about this :)

I was reading through the pages on lodestone and love spells but couldn't figure out the exact steps for a moving lodestone spell. Do I have to anoint the candle with the Attraction oil or can I use Reconciliation+Love me instead? Do I also anoint the lodestones with love oils in the beginning? Do I pray to the candle with a specific petition or just move the lodestones without saying anything? I will put a hair under each stone, at the completion of the spell I will keep the stones together permanently in a small box, will I have to include the hair as well? Thanks so much!

Hello Innocence.

There really isn't any Exact steps for moving Lodestones in a spell.

If you are going to use two Lodestones, determine which ends of the stones draw to each other most strongly.

Place the Lodestones on a tray some distance apart with the attracting ends facing each other.

Next, name the Lodestones ( your name and his or her name).

Take the lock of hair and place it under the Lodestone of the person you are wanting to attract.

Anoint the Lodestone with Love Me oil or sexual fluids ( semen for he and vaginal fluids or menstral blood for her.) www.luckymojo.com/oil-loveme.html

Dress the candle with a Love drawing oil like ( Come to me, Love me, or Follow me boy)

Now sprinkle a little of the oil on each Lodestone as well.

Light the candle and feed the Lodestone with ( Magnetic sand) and say " Feed the he and Feed the She" and concentrate on your desires.

Then each day move the Lodestones closer together, again feed the LOdestones and light your candle and say " feed the he and feed the she"

concentrate on your desires. Let the candle burn about 1/7 th of the way down, ( snuff it.. do not blow the flame out)

Do this for 7 days. until the candle is finished.

After you may bury the Lodestone in the ground, keep them under your bed, or hide them in the bedroom, what ever fits you.

Good luck on your desires.

Thomask, thank you so much for the detailed instructions! I've just started the spell today. Considering that if the hair was under the lodestones they might get left behind as I moved the latter, so I decided to "glue" the hair on top of the lodestones with the anointing oil instead (I combined Follow me boy, fire of love and chuparosa). One more question, after the spell is done and I hide them in the bedroom, do I have to take them out regularly to feed them? Thank you!
