How to Use Vinegar Jars Questions and Answers

I have heard today that it seems that my vinegar jar has worked as my ex has completely moved on from his ex. Now I'm thinking of starting another one for "all other rivals" to ensure that my target is not going to have his head turned so to speak.

Does this sound like a good idea? Do I need to deploy my other one or keep the two jars working?

maria84,

I personally like to keep working them a bit longer just to make sure their is not a sudden change of minds. When done yes ritually dispose of it. I would state all romantic and sexual rivals. You can also freeze them out using the freezer spell and at the same time work a honey jar on him and a moving candle to bring him back to you.

Hi j82.

Thank you for your help. It seems that my current freezer and vinegar jar spells have started working, and all of the blessing, healing and cleansing work that I have done on my target to get over his ex and his personal issues is working. Even my honey jar and road opener candle seem to be having a little impact as my target replied to my texts today. I always have MISC light corresponding candles for all of my works. Unfortunately my target has joined an online dating agency, so I need to repel the other rivals and turn his head my way. My reading by an AIRR worker told me that break up work would help to bring him back to me so I am going to keep working. Is there anything else you recommend that could help along with a new vinegar jar spell?

Great sounds like everything is going in the right direction. I would shake the jar daily calling those who are in it and cursing them. You also can burn candles around the jar, say a triangle. One to the left dressed with confusion oil one behind the jar with inflammatory confusion oil, other with hotfoot.. to add their spirits to the work. of course you can use any oils that fit for the work including break up, seperation, restless ,

Thank you for your help. I only have break up oil at the moment and some 7-11 oil which I doubt is suitable for this kind of work.

I was just wondering, as this jar is for all love rivals and not a specific "other woman", apart from nails, needles, glass, vinegar etc would I just put a petition in? e.g. May all of my rivals for the love of...... be cast aside and all communications between them be as sour as the contents of this jar. Normally I'd put photos in with full names and dates of birth written on the back, but obviously that's not possible. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

In life we work with what we got and while you work keep looking and collecting data and information to use when you can. So to start yes this is what we have to work with, but over time and using mad skills you will get more and achieve more. I like my petitions to be to the point and direct such as may the love of ( name) and all my romantic rivals be as sour as this jar, may they fight like cats and dogs ( the hairs in the jar), burn their relationship just as red pepper burns their mouths ..etc. Or just be straight to the point. Ruin and break all romantic and sexual interest of john does that interfere with our love. I also like to use the Rivals stay the f*** away or be soured and burned till you do amen. In conjunction with this jar I would also do a moving candle spell put a personal item of his in the bottom with love herbs ( carve it open then melt it shut) do the same to yours. Do this on two red candles. On a black female candle carve romantic and sexual rivals. where you dress his front with love oils and yours with love oils sprinkle with love herbs as well. His back would be dressed with break up oil. the rivals would be dressed with break up oil and hotfoot oil.. I also like to roll the feet of the candle in hotfoot powder ..put their candles back to back. Put yours at a distance. Between yours and his sprinkle love herbs leading to each other. In the am light your candles (red) and pray to draw closer and closer in love.. then extinguish with your fingers or a snuffer . PM light the rival candle and move it away praying to rid his life of these others. When a nice distance opens I like to put open scissors between them edges facing the rivals warning if they come back they will be cut. I would unite the red candles after 3 or 4 days and tie them together with red string. ( dress the string prior in the love oils for the work). Keep moving the rival candle away each day for 7 days, on the 7th drop it in a bucked of graveyard dirt, goofer or a pile of poop to snuff it out ( and of course the symbolism) dispose of it in a crossroad cemetary or running water. the love candles should be buried in the yard. While doing this btw I would put the vinegar jar by the rival candle as it moves.. and I would place a honey jar by your candle as you work to draw him back. best of luck!

I have just completed the vinegar jar. I put in:
Graveyard dirt
9 rusty mismatched nails and screws
9 rusty needles
9 rusty pins
Cayenne pepper
Black pepper
Asafoetida
Black poppy seeds
Chilli powder
A name paper for all rivals-black ink-name written 9 times
A business card of his used as a name paper for him-red ink-name written 9 times & his DOB
Petition (using your suggestion)

Shook the hell out of stated my petition angrily a few times and now there's a black candle dressed in break up oil burning on the top.

I do wonder about deployment. Can you deploy in to the sea as running water?

Unfortunately there is no way of doing this. It is a house that's been turned in to 2 flats and the other flat is empty and only used occasionally by the owner, so it would appear odd and he may investigate it.

Thank you Mad Madam Mim. I appreciate that is how it appears to be, but not everything is black and white and I have been told that he has only done that because he thinks that he may have burned his bridges with me and due to connections with my family doesn't know what else to do. Many people on this forum know my story and so have advised certain spells.

I'm not sure if you were trying to be helpful by stating what in your mind was the "obvious," but I thought the purpose of the forum was to assist others not upset them. I like to believe that you were not intending to cause any upset, as all users that I have come across on this forum have been nothing but lovely to me. Thank you for knocking the confidence of a woman suffering from depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues just a little bit lower. It was an upsetting comment to read as soon as I woke up and has helped set a negative tone to my day. I shall be careful what I say on the forun from now on.

Maria84, if you can't deploy it at his house/dwelling, could you deploy it at a crossroads in a graveyard? That's what I'm going to do with my old vinegar jar once my supplies for a new one arrive. (My old one worked slowly/plateaued, and there was a slight leak at the top where it had been airtight for months, so I think it's time to make and pray over a more potent one.)

I've been getting over some awful flu like symptoms and I couldn't my vinegar jar during the eclipse last night. I did manage to heat up some discord packets, but do you think I missed out on some serious lunar power to back up my spell?

That combined with a very slight leak developing, and I think maybe I should start over sooner than I'd hoped to (closer to the new moon in two weeks)? What do you think?

Hey everyone! Glad to be here. =)

My Story: Basically, I am in love with a man who is on and off a part of my life. We fight, we break up. We kiss, we make up. I'm sure you've all heard this before. Well, it finally got to a point where I was sure he was done. Like, DONE. No contact or anything for over a month.

So I did a little number where I took his photo and used the back like a petition paper (No Folding though). Then on the front I wrote my name on his forehead with the intent of me being on his mind. I then placed the photo upside down in a glass of water without the water actually touching the photo. He came back in less than 9 days and begged me for a second chance. (I was told that hanging a lovers' photo upside down would make them return in 9 days, the glass of water was a separate idea from other similar workings.)

So in actuality, it worked. But now I have a problem. He is under the influence of another woman. She isn't Hoodooing him, but she's still got quite a bit of his attention. He admits to having feelings for both of us and he keeps trying split his attention between us both. I'm not trying to be "that woman" but she truly is using him. She also openly admits that what she wants is to be with her ex.

So then, I thought about doing a break-up jar between them (they are not an actual couple since she is waiting on her ex). My alternative idea is to give her exactly what she wants. Could I possibly bring her and her ex back together? Or would my best bet to do a break-up jar?

Well, all of what you wrote made absolutely sense to me!!!

I'd prefer the break up kit for this. Bring her back to her ex and bring him back to you.

You would look at the right hand side of the page for the photo of this spell. Only, you would add one more figural candle to represent her ex (make him white or red).

That is my suggestion. But, just so that you know, the break up spell kit does have a break up bottle also!

If all you're doing is souring them to each other then just use black (that's how I do it).

But some rootworkers will use red for the target that they want back. It's up to you. But my thinking is that if this is just a spell for the 2 of them (without your involvement in the spell), use black.

Usually vinegar jars are used to sour the relationship that already exist, but I suppose you could use it as a preventative measure. You can dress a candle to burn on it with Separation oil

I have read this whole thread....and I dont have a clear answer. I made a vinegar jar for baby's daddy and his wife (YES, using LM products) as they are using CPS and the Law to get custody of my son so they dont have to pay child support. They are making up lies that CPS was able to see through but I know they are not finished trying to mess with us. I have protection in place but my question is....I want my jar to start working ASAP - am I suppose to deploy it? Or can i keep shaking it daily and burning candles on it for as long as I feel it is needed? Do I have to deploy it for it to start working even though I want to keep working it? Will it start working faster and stronger if I bury it at a graveyard versus me working it weekly?

The thing is, I know they are going to do crap to piss me off in between now and then so I was hoping to have something I can shake and transfer my anger to when they do.

Now, sometimes my jars work within a couple of weeks. Sometimes I have to work them for 2 & 1/2 months. Again, it depends on my candle symbols.

Then, I deploy them. Some people like to use the graveyard. I love smashing them at the crossroads (that is your choice).

But, sometimes if you deploy it too soon, well, it's just too soon..

Im so honored for your answer Miss Aida! I do use candle divination...the last two candles I burned left a little bit of tears...not looking forward to that. So your practice is you would keep burning candles until there were no residues on the jar? The flames have been burning slow and HIGH, no black or white smoke and very little "dodging and weaving" as I call it

Its only been a week or so and I know we are in retrograde so I think Ill keep it a bit longer, especially since I have no real way of knowing how well it is working since they are very private online and live in another state. I wouldnt want to deploy it too soon!

Ok. I have a question, hope this is the spot for it. I'm waiting on some break up stuff, but will start my vinegar jar right now. I h
ave 9 pins, 9 nails.. I wanted to use finishing nails to "finish" them but I'm afraid they might not rust so I will probably just use common nails(?), 9 needles, a pack of 5 razor blades... I think I'll use 3, crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper, rotten milk, and I have an essential oil of lemon, thinking of dropping some of that in there. So, I want my ex back and want him and this other girl to break it off, for good. I have a picture of them together but not much space to write their names on the back so I will just use two separate photos.

I want to write their names 9 times with dob but I don't know hers. I don't have personal concerns either, but I'm confident I have enough energy to help this along.

I am confused about a couple things, though... after I write out the name, am I crossing the name with "break up" or something along those lines, or am I just doing names and not crossing with anything and making a separate paper for petition? If a separate paper is done, then I'm at a loss of how I would write that out, just using my own words as sentences or more short commands? I've seen love spell petitions with name written out, crossed with other lover and petition around the names, but don't know how it would look for a break up. I don't want to cross their names with a break up petition around it, seems I wouldn't want both of their names on the same paper, I would want to keep them as separate as possible from each other. Thought for a second to put my name over his, of course in red, but not sure I should be in the jar at all.(?) I could leave me out and do rec work at another time. In my mind I would think it would be names, crossed with break up (I'd like to think of something better than break up), fold properly, and that be it, no need for petition since its assumed being it's a vinegar jar.(?) Sorry for such a long post, but I've searched and I'm just not finding the answers. I try to visual a petition in my head and it's not there. I only see names on paper with break up crossing. And the jar I'm using was used for jalapeno peppers! I'm excited, just stuck on this name paper, I'd like to just go with my guts but would also like another opinion.
We were together for about 4 years, had a fight and I was stubborn and wasn't as forgiving as I had been in the past. I told him I wanted to be treated good, and he started to be much sweeter to me. Then here she comes, I feel like she interrupted us. We weren't finished. This girl swooped in, her ex is one of his coworkers, and now she has control of my ex. She gets around and I don't think this will last but I want to help it along. So, that's my story in a nut shell haha... thanks again for any replies. Hello MoonSunStars,

Most of your ingredients are pretty good. Coffin nails I believe are best for this kind of work but if you only have some other kind of nail that will do. I do not think I would include the sour milk. I have not heard of this as an ingredient in a vinegar break up jar and I am not sure how the sour milk would react with the vinegar over time. You may end up with a jar that explodes or something. Also lemon is used for cleansing typically and seem not appropriate for a break up jar. The other ingredients seem fine.

For your petition if you can I would use the picture of them together. Try making a copy and enlarging it some so you can have room to write the names on it. Your ideas for writing both their names and crossing with the words Break Up is perfect. Breaking them up is what you want to happen! When you put their names and cross it with your wants on the picture that acts as the petition paper so you do not need a separate paper in there. And you definitely do not want your own name in that jar!

Recently as you can see in my earlier posts I was asking about deploying my vinegar jars in the sea, but I stopped in a traffic jam on my way to work the other day and noticed that there was a stream running alongside the road. It's not very deep, but seems to flow freely, would it be more suitable to deploy them here? I use the road everyday so I have easy access to it.

If you say the photo of them together is better, than that's what I will do! I've read if I use the photo with them together, that I should cut them apart? So I should try to write her name on her, and him on him crossing all names with Break Up... with enough room to cut? If so, I will definitely need to get the photo bigger. I printed it, but couldn't find the size option. :/

I read through the LM site on deploying bottle spells - but still have a question - deploying the jar means the works is done and we close the spell? or does it continue to have its effect after deploying? I have a vinegar spell jar that I did a few weeks ago. I shake it almost every day but don't see effect. I want to pour some content out near his house where he lives with a woman so he will walk near it every day. The rest I plan to throw it in the ocean. Does this mean I'm ending the spell or I'm enforcing the spell?

Deployment means you are sealing the spell to keep it working. That's why it's important to deploy properly.

If it were me, I'd be reluctant to open the jar as you would be letting off some of the energy you put into it. Is there a way for you to bury the entire unopened jar where they both will walk over it? You said they live together so if there is a way to bury it beneath their front steps or walkway, or a place where they are both likely to step over it, that would be the best way to continue the work. It's a powerful form of foot track magic.

Hi MoonSunStars,

You asked if it was okay to use the same color pen to write his name and Break Up. I typically write love petitions in red ink (some people use Dove's Blood ink - scented red ink), so I'd probably write the names in black and cross them with black for breaking up.

Oh ProfessorAmes! First off, I put his name in red and break up over him in black. Now that I think about it, you are right, all black would've been best. I'll do that next time since...

( I posted in another area...sorry) but my vinegar jar just broke! Just took it out of the bathroom, shook it, set it on the coffee table and then *bang!* the dang thing broke at the bottom, like a crack all the way around it but completely busted itself. I don't want to read too much into it... My jar was cheap, so maybe the pressure was too much. It was stored in the cool bathroom and I brought it into the warm living room, didn't realize it was near a heater... Also it was a 12oz jar, maybe that was too big... bummed because I just put it together yesterday (but I'm not too phased by it, doesn't change my energy)

Ever heard of that happening? I will put another one together tomorrow, I'll try a different jar this time. I wiped everything down with paper towel, I was just going to use some dish soap and sage my table because I don't have anything Cat suggested for clean up like the Chinese Wash. (??? If it's completely naive of me to think I can just simply wash this and be fine, please correct me)

Oh and while we're on the subject, what size jar would be appropriate? I've read the baby jars are nice but they seem small... I could only find like 4 oz jars, I went down the pickle isle and grabbed a jalapeno jar, obviously not the right jar. :/ Should I just throw this plastic bag of ick into a dumpster? I set it outside for now

Those jars have gases. So, I never fill mine up past 2/3. So, that could have been a problem.

But, your last post amused me. It could have been a sign that they broke up.

So, we don't know. Maybe it was the condition of the environment (like you had suggested), maybe it was filled too full, or maybe a good sign.

If you could go back and cleanse everything with salt and water (preferable Kosher Salt or Sea Salt), that would help greatly (including anything on yourself that you have touched).

The jar size sounds fine. I personally use 16 oz jars myself.

Good luck with your break up jar. I love them!!

I'll make sure I don't put too much in next time, just in case that was apart of it.

I have cleansed everything with some Kosher Salt! I feel much better.

I was going to start a new jar today, but I wanted to deploy first and then start fresh. So I'll check for a mason jar (and not a pepper jar) tomorrow so I can get my jar going again. And thanks for letting me know the jar size is ok. Glad to hear you use a bigger jar, I wasn't too sure about the smaller jar idea.

Hello again! I have went to the cemetery and buried my vinegar jar previously mentioned.

Now, I want to start a vinegar jar to sour the relationship between the same couple and CPS, to curse and sour their interactions. How long should I be working the jar before I call CPS and report them? I know that there is legit reason for them to investigate this couple I just want it to be as bad as possible, for all they have done to me. Totally justified!

Should I deploy it at a cemetery beforehand OR work it the whole time I Know the investigation will be open? And what days should this kind of work be done?

I checked the house of this couple and there's only bushes next to the trash can out in the front doorstep but it's shared with the neighbor next door- I guess that's my best place to hide this - but I have two questions. Please help this sorrow soul..

1) i wrote their birthdays on the back of the picture and torn it in half but I realize I'm off one year on the female. is it critical to redo the vinegar jar?
2) the man has been distance recently and he took off on a biz trip for two weeks and hasn't contacted me. but he contacted that woman who lives with him every day. does anyone think it's not a good idea to pursue the vinegar/break up work? I ordered break up oil and powder and am waiting for the shipment to come and I was going to sprinkle some at the door step. should I continue the work or take the sign that their relationship is getting better ?

Thank you in advance for your expertise. I'm dying for his contact but i know desperation won't get me anywhere...

I would redo the jar because you aren't targeting her, but someone else. After you redo the jar, wait and see if their relationship falls apart and then you can determine what to do next.

hi all well today i just finished my vinegar jar it's for a tenant who we gave a eviction notice to for not honoring the contract apt rules he got into my face and my husbands face and was threatening us that he was going to beat the crap out of us and sue us for evicting him he sexually harassed a female tenant next door to him and she just moved out because of him.we called the police they didn't do much so the guy got even cockier and kept getting in my husbands face again .i even put hot foot powder on his eviction papers and also put him in the freezer his girlfriend has a boyfriend in jail for stabbing and killing a man she is in his apt now we told her before the bad tenet moved in she is 86ed from our property but the police said she can be in his unit....i'm so angry...so i put grave yard dirt,dirt from the jail and court house ,devils dung,black dog and cat hairs,a rotten lemon,alum,chia seeds ,poppy seeds,black mustard seeds,couch grass,a broken mirror,cyanne pepper,black pepper corns,sulfur,hot foot powder,needles,pins,nails,a cigg butt he smoked,his full name ,her full name and dob and her street name,dried peppers,dried wasbi powder,wasbi is not hoodoo but it's hotter than hell,lol.i shook it like i was choking them i get so mad.then i have a room under the stairs that isn't finished yet in my apt i put it under they have to walk over it to get down stairs and i can still get to it to shake it like a mad woman oh yea i also added lucky mojo oils crossing,influence,and separation oils.and i have stop gossiping oil on it's way it's also lucky mojo oil but my spelling is so off shoot even spell check it confused lol.not much sleep oh i added war water too.i'm going to go take a hyssop bath now ,the funny thing is when people go running up and down the stair they are also shaking the jar for me and when they run up and down they are shaking the jar them selves lol.if there's anything else i should add to the jar let me know i did burn a black 4"candle on top with influence and run devil run oil also lucky mojo oils,the jars always work for me even faster when i use lucky mojo's products. thank you and many blessings.i'm so blessed to have all of you here at lucky mojo and on the forum here thank you all so much.

well good news i looked up the meaning of the clinched hand pointing down in the wax of my candle i burned on my jar it means :indignation;deputes i think this is a very good sign then the whole candle burned clean and there was no wax when it was done burning .the fist was like down on the vinegar jar lid as it burned then i got a sign again a truck drove bye it said management papers then later another truck drove bye out side about a hour later and i looked up and it said fast. so i think the bad tenant will be out fast and my jar will work hard,fast and with a big punch? what do you all think?

It all sounds good. BUT...

I don't try to dictate how spirit carries the spell out. "Big Punch" may not be how spirit handles it. They do what's best. It could easily be slow and agonizing. Just can never tell

But, it all sounds like the answer is a great possibility as: "Yes' to your spell

I have an odd question about the components used in a vinegar jar and for that matter a Honey Jar. Are the seals from the Greater Key of Solomon or the Seals from the Books of Moses known to be use as components for extra power in these bottle spells. Seems both of these spells would be perfect for the injection of a seal. Something I see all too far in modern Hoodoo workings (i.e. Hands etc..) Of course those more in the know may see things differently and may see them used more.

Okay so I've been working on this guy for the past year. When we broke up, he absolutely hated me, I mean he told me never to speak to him again, that he was going to get a restraining order on me (even though I didn't do anything I swear), never to contact him, don't even think about him blah blah blah. So far I've done a freezer spell which has kept him single for the past 9 months and I have done a honey jar spell which brought him back to me and made him a little bit nicer and I have done a few prayers with st. Jude. (and he's answered every single one of them I love you thank you thank you) We finally gotten to the point where we are on talking terms and we're talking like friends. He's actually being nice to me, but I guess my freezer spell wore off because my mom kept pulling it out of the freezer. For the past four months he's been dating a girl I didn't know about it until a few days ago. Few days ago we talked and he said that he wouldn't mind dating me again but he wants to see this relationship through. This is a relatively new relationship since they've only been together for 4 months but he's known her for 10 years. she recently just got a divorce so I'm hoping that'll already cause some discord, but after this year of working on him I'll admit I'm really scared. I can't compete with someone he's known for 10 years. So I'm trying my first vinegar jar spell. I'm still relatively new when it comes to the craft. I have allot of fear and anger in me right now. More anger which I hope will help with the spell. Anyways here's my plan:

currently I have:

Commanding oil,
Banishing powder,
Black candle (with his and her name carved on opposite sides and his birthday on his side)
3 black dog hairs,
Cayenne pepper,
A lemon,
A lime,
Black yarn,
Brown paper,
Black pepper,
Milk,
Red crushed peppers,
Vinegar,
Feces,
Salt,
9 nails,
9 shards of glass,
A black scarf,
A picture of the guy I love,
A picture of her,
A jar with 9 symbols of Mars drawing on it in permanent marker,
a black pen
and tomorrow I plan on getting footprint dust from his front steps (and I'm sure she's been in his house so I think she's stepped through that dust as well), graveyard dirt, a red pen, 9 pins and 9 needles and hopefully some black cat hairs.

I think I'm in the waning moon as the full moon was a few days ago and I plan on doing this Tuesday night in mars hour.

On Tuesday night cut open the lime. Take the brown paper and write his name in red ink, write her name in black ink, petition around them "break up.". Rip the paper in half, rub her side of the paper in banishing powder, then fold away from me with some power inside along with the cats hair. Take his paper fold it towards me with his picture and dog hair inside. Then use the black yarn to wrap her paper. Rub the inside of lime down in red cayenne pepper, black pepper, red crushed peppers, some salt, and place 1 shard of the 9 pieces of glass in between the two pieces of paper. Criss-cross it shut with the black yarn. Rub down with feces. Insert into the jar then add some more of the herbs, the nails, needles, pins, three drops of commanding oil, the graveyard dirt, the foot print dirt and the remaining shards of glass. Full up 1/2 with vinegar, 1/4 milk. Close and shake like hell. Then burn black candle on it for 15 minutes (it's a long candle so it'll only be portions).
Wrap it in the black scarf and put it underneath my toilet bowl. Shake it and burn candle on it every Tuesday and Saturday during the Mars hour until they break up.

Questions:

- Does this sounds OK?

- I'm a little worried about the footprint dirt because I'm sure him and her are not the only ones who have walked up the stairs would any of the other people be affected? like his younger son for instance cuz I can't do that to him

- I have some ashes from my dog. would that be something I could include in this?

- Is it okay to mix all the herbs together before hand or should I keep them separate and introduce them one at a time to state what their purpose is?

- I've also thought about wrapping the lime in foil after the feces but that confused me to me it's like taping them together. Or would it be more like having the sourness reflect back on them?

- Also I know that this is answered earlier in the topic but is it okay to burn a honey jar on Fridays?

- lastly I do have a lot of anger and I feel like I can put that energy towards this spell but I'm also hurting right now is hurt something that can be put in there as well?
