Try some egg healing to remove negative energy. This really, really works very well. Take a picture of yourself and place a raw egg (in its shell) onto it, next to your bed. Visualise the egg removing your negative energy, and then go to bed. In the morning, take the egg and smash it into the toilet and flush away. Don't let it splash on you, and don't look at it - look away when smashing and flushing!

I can't remember whether I read this tip on LM or not but it's a simple spell that is extremely effective. Try it for three days and you'll feel the difference.

I'm a newb to all of this but from reading other posts and the LM website I would say to try some uncrossing: http://www.luckymojo.com/products-uncrossing.html or maybe some jinx killer: http://www.luckymojo.com/products-jinx-killer.html
I think I would also suggest a house and personal cleansing followed up by some protection work.
From my personal experience I think that taking charge of a situation and doing something about it may be just the push your attitude needs. Even if you're only doing a small spell/prayer or whatever I think it's empowering because you're not just sitting back and letting life happen to you. But on the other hand you do have to know the difference between things you can change and things that you can't. Like I said I'm new to this myself so these are just my suggestions and I'm sure that someone more experienced will be able to help you more.
Just hang in there and do what you can to start making positive changes! I wish you the best of luck!

katz1 --

Have you gone to a doctor to see whether or not this is physical depression? I am not a doctor, but you are describing the symptoms of depression and you might need medication. I would get a physical first before anything else.

You may not be suffering depression as a result of a chemical imbalance or anything like that. This may be due to your aunt dying, and other life altering events. These events are obviously causing you stress and anxiety.

I recommend that you go and see a therapist. There are low cost therapist that will see you on a sliding scale if you need to. I am not sure where you live, but I would just call and ask around. I know you mentioned your mother passed away 12 years ago, and realistically you are never going to just get over your mother passing away, BUT you can go to therapy to help deal with your grief and heal properly. Also, a therapist can be great just to have someone to talk to you, and just get it out to sort out your thoughts. Sometimes you need the insight from someone you do not know.

I would not seek medication first because most depression medicine is not great used alone. And if you get depression medication it has withdrawal effects and other side effects. Your therapist can guide you in this.

As for hoodoo, I would say that your priority of things should be YOU and NOT working on your ex. Seriously, STOP doing the honey jar. I am not saying this to be mean or rude. I am saying this because I understand where you are at. You cannot work while you are wounded and sad right now. First, I would recommend doing some sort of uncrossing, and a good one. I would get an uncrossing bath to help get rid of all the negativity in your life. In addition, I would do a road opener to open up the pathways to help you get new job. In the process, you need to be looking for a job.

Then you need to do a job spell.

But like KellyKat says I think you need to empower yourself in acting. It is easy to be wounded, and sometimes hard to get back up, but just slowly start to get yourself back together, and remember everything happens for a reason. You will be okay. Then once you start seeing positive changes, then go back to doing work on your ex. YOU should come first always!
Thank u St. Martha for everything you have done on my behalf.

First go see a doctor and make sure that your not suffering from clinical depression, listen to your doctor and if you do have depression take the drugs the doctor gives you, you may have to work with your doctor to find the right dose but do not stop just because its not working at first. Then see a therapist. Rootwork and magic in general is all well and good but it is no substitute for modern medical knowledge and modern drugs.

Hi everyone.

So, I've got a friend who I've known over the Internet for a while, and she is a really wonderful gal - sweet and silly and just plain fun. She's real enough - my former roommate introduced us - but lately she's been telling me about how she's about to enter a loveless marriage, and she can't give me one valid reason why it's good for her. She doesn't seem to value her own happiness one single jot (though it's obvious to me she wants to), and imagining her living in loveless limbo the rest of her life because she lacks the self-worth to ask for better from the Universe makes me furious. I've tried every mundane method of motivating her at my disposal, and she has parried them all. And so, I turn to you.

Do you know of a hoodoo method I might use to pull her out of this mess? There don't seem to be any candles tailor-made for this kind of work specifically, but I figured I would try an uncrossing candle spell, but besides that, is there anything I can do for her/give her that would help? Any spirits I can send to help and guide her?

May all the Spirits even unto the Most High be with those who help me in this work.

Peace & Love,
Josh

Have you ever worked with doll babies? Even if you don't have any of the target's personal concerns, they seem to me to be stronger than other methods. Draw her face (or paste her photo) on it and fill it with borage and yarrow; borage keeps you cool and collected, yarrow makes you martial. Deer's Tongue will allow her to speak for herself. King Solomon Root will clear her mind and Bay Leaf will bring her favor from God and humankind. Add some poppy seed, too, so she can't detect your work and so she forgets her past oppression.

I like to stuff the limbs of doll babies with bits of cotton dipped in the appropriate powders: in this case, King Solomon Wisdom and Crucible of Courage.

If you like to work with saints, you could place a St. Michael or St. Barbara medal at its heart (or on a cord around its neck). Dress the doll weekly with a minute amount of King Solomon Wisdom and Crucible of Courage oils.

Or you could put all these herbs in the head and body of a plastic female doll and bathe it weekly with the appropriate bath salts or herbal tisane.

I have never tried making a doll baby before, but thank you so very much! I shall have to try! I'll be sure to let you know if it works out.

Do I just keep anointing the doll indefinitely? Even if it works?

I'm doing some love work with bathing a doll baby right now; I'm bathing it daily, and the client reports good progress. So, yeah, at least weekly, perhaps daily, and when you achieve your result, touch it up as needed, possibly no more often than once a month. If you don't have regular contact with your friend, do divinations from time to time.

I've had a recent breakup..2 days ago actually.

I've been browsing LM's products and a lot of them seem to fit the bill but I'm still not sure. I think it's gonna take something rather strong for this situation.

It's something of a difficult situation. He's beyond stubborn and hard headed. Long story short we've had issues in the past, much of them due to a language barrier. The other night things were going beautifully, we were having fun, laughing, playing and I made a suggestion that he go home and go to bed because he kept yawning and looked tired. Next thing I know he freaks out, tells not to tell him what to do, I'm not his mother and it went downhill from there. He told me he didn't want a girlfriend, he wanted me gone..didn't care if I cried or begged, said he was tired of fighting and he didn't want it anymore.

He lashes out when he gets angry, he goes out of his way to make you hurt. It was shocking..all I was doing was looking out for him. He has issues though..someone he lived with for 7 yrs followed him to his jobs daily, checked his phone and wallet, hit him a few times and controlled him as much as she could.

Now because of one comment he's gone.

I've put a year into this relationship and I know he's a decent man..he just doesn't listen when he's angry, he shuts down and cuts people off.

I need to know which product or products would work best in this situation. I've tried doing spells on my own before with no results so I thought I'd check in here with people that know what they're doing.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide me.

My first reaction is to do a clear and cut on you and this man. If you have put a year into this relationship, and he is still acting like this...then chances are this is how he is going to be. You cannot change a man if he is angry for whatever reason. Some relationships are just not meant to be. Not to mention there is a language barrier which seems to be the reason for a lot of his conflict, but if he feels that you are taking to him in the wrong way because of it then this can only be helped if you learn his language or he learns yours. Perhaps, you are talking to him in a condescending manner, and if you are that is something that is all about you, and not him.

On the other hand, you need to get some divination done to see what is going on with this man. To see if this relationship is even worth pursuing. I mean I can give you a whole list of things to do but if its just going to be a lost cause any way, then there is no point in wasting your time on this relationship any further. So get some divination done to see what is the true issue behind this relationship, and why he does not seem invested in this relationship.

XBlodeuweddX,

I don't care if he was kept in the basement for the majority of his life, he overreacted and that is his issue. Whatever the other woman did is not your problem. You are you and if he cannot see that after a year, then what is the point of the relationship? Why would you want to subject yourself to that?

I know you put a year into this guy, but do you want to put in ten with this behavior? The biggest mistake people make is wasting time on people who are not worth it. I think your post says it all about what you should do.

I would do a Cut & Clear and move on.

Hi everyone!

I really need some help on getting over a long term heartache. Here is a short version of my story . . . in 2004, I met the man of my dreams. He was everything I wanted in a man and more. He was the love of my life and the man I thought I would spend the rest of my life with. I honestly felt as if I meet my soulmate. We were engaged for 3 months when all of a sudden he walked out of my life as easily as he came in. Granted we had issues but nothing so severe that he would walk out of my life and not look back. He completely shut me and wouldn't even take my calls. I couldn't understand how a person could claim to love me and want to spend the rest of his life with me, just turn so cold and distant. It was literally as if he became another person. This was the summer of 2005.

A few weeks after this happened, I had a tarot reading done and the lady told me that someone wanted him and used a spell to take him away from me. She told me if I wanted him back, I would have to pay her $850 on a spell to bring him back to me. I did not pay her. I told myself if he was going to come back to me, he would come back to me on his own will and not because he was forced.

Fast forward to August, 2009. On a whim, I went with my aunt to get a tarot card reading done. This woman told me that something was troubling me. She stated that something was taken away from me that I loved dearly. At this time, I wasn't sure what she was referring to. As the reading went on, it came out that a 'red head' put a curse on me (using some powder she placed on my doorstep) to take away my ex fiance. She said this woman paid someone from over sea's $1,100 and waited six months for him to leave me. In a way, this all makes sense for him leaving me the way he did.

Even after 4 years had passed, I was always hopeful he would come back. I know this sounds nuts but that is how much I felt him and I were destined to be together. I have met other men, but always compared them to him, which has made me unlucky in love. To this day, he has my heart. I have heard that he got married and has had two kids. This made me realize it is finally time to move on. It hurts me so much to know that if this curse is indeed real, I have lost my love because someone was so selfish only to think of themselves. I would never cast a spell to ruin someone else's life. I always believed in karma, and what comes around, goes around.

All I want at this point, is to get him out of my heart so I could make room for someone else to love and me to love them. Please help me get rid of this long standing pain that has been holding me back from find true love again . . .

Thanks for taking the time to read.

Take a good long look at Cut and Clear, it is for situations just like yours. I would do ms.cat's spell listed on the page, the full one with the black walnut bath. Here is the link to that page: http://www.luckymojo.com/cutandclear.html

AS you have suffered a loss and have been grieving a long time, you may also want to consider a ritual or spell that would literally 'put to rest' these feelings. Writing down all the hurt you feel on a piece of paper and then burying it may help you. You could project all your hurt into one of Lucky Mojo's bride and groom candles, and visualise the feelings you have for this man melting away with the wax. I do recommend you look into doing something to bring peace and healing into your life. I wish you the best.

Dear everyone

Recently I became intimate with a friend I've had for a long while - it's the first time we're both single and had the chance to have something. Currently he lives in another country and I hope to visit one of these days. The last girl he loved cut him off in a bad way and now he still wrestles with the idea that he'd mess up in love because of his insecurity. The way I've come to know him though - he's actually okay and he's mostly open with me, but can't really let himself go or embrace the possibility of another relationship.

Before I see him again, I'm thinking of doing a white skull candle dressed with uncrossing oil and hyssop on him during waning moon, and maybe another skull candle or nude adam candle with courage oil and high john during waxing moon. What other herbs should I use? Or do you have other suggestions like healing works? He's also a dear friend so even if we don't 'develop' I'd still be happy to help him.

p.s. I already got a reading so I know why I'm pursuing this.

Thanks a lot!

Hello! You may want to try a road opener or maybe cut and clear type product to help your friend get past his bad experience. Then once he is beyond that you may want to then sweeten him to you, if you are looking to develop beyond a platonic friendship. If you feel he is open to your assistance you may want to prepare him a dressed candle and present him with some appropriate incense or bath crystals. That way, he will know how much you care for his well-being and should be grateful to have such a caring friend.

Another thought might be Crucible of Courage and John the Conqueror products mingled on a candle that represents him.

Thanks CopperFox and Cat. I'll do Road Opening and love work for a potential relationship between my friend and me at a later time. For now I'm looking at helping him remove past baggages and find courage to open up to love (possibly with me). It sounds like my original ideas about the skull candle and adam candle would be okay.

One thing though - the way I've understood the Cut and Clear spell, it is something you do on yourself. As Mary has noted, it's not something you perform for another couple. Others have said, do it for someone else so they can be freed from past influences and love you without lingering doubts/memories. I haven't got the sense or ideas how one can do it for someone else - has any of you actually done it that way?

I'd mix Road Opening and Attraction, and specifically petition for him to open up to you. Forget the Cut and Clear.

a year ago my boyfriend cheated on me. and although we have since made up and moved back in together the problem seems to be me. i can not let go of what he did. i have done some work on him, and he has now turned into the man i fell in love with and a doting father. but my insecurities and anger are getting the best of me and our relationship is now at risk. any suggestions would help so much, right now i feel truly broken. :(

I hate to use you as an example, but this is the perfect example of your lover coming back yet the issue that broke you up is not resolved. In addition, the relationship is still not the same. Now I would do some stay with me products, and stay at home products if you are afraid that he is going to cheat on you again. These will keep him faithful

For yourself, I would do a cleansing bath to cleanse yourself from the negativity in your relationship. I would do an egg cleansing spell where you either put the egg on your picture, and put it under your bed. Or you can rub your body with the egg everyday, and crack it. If the egg comes out clear, then you are good. But if it doesnt then you keep doing it until it comes out clear. Furthermore, you can do a healing or a blessing candle on yourself..

In addition, you could also use some cast off evil products to help rid of those bad habits that keep accusing him. ON the other hand, you might want to get a reading to see why you keep feeling this way, and make sure he is not cheating. My ex boyfriend was a cheater, and let me say cheating is a hard habit to kick. But I would get a reading just to make sure.

thank you. i am currently working the stay with me and stay at home products. but im affraid that my accusations will only drive him to cheat again.
now, with the egg. do i do it every day? and is there an alternative to putting the egg under the bed? right now i'm in the guest room on an air bed.
did you manage to break your ex of his cheating ways?

I've never *personally* known a serial cheater to change. Not ones I've know, not ones that my friends have been involved with. Of course there are exceptions to every rule...but I find guys like that are, well, insert your own negative adjective here.

That being said, if a man cheats on me he may get 1 additional chance with me if I love him. If he cheats on me again, he's toast - no other chances. I don't waste my time or energy on someone that's proven they are a serial cheater. It hurts to move on, but it's not worth all the struggle and heartache to continually deal with that kind of immature nonsense.

i dont believe in my heart that he is a "serial cheater" when he did it I had shut him out, going through some post partum stuff, i literally made my life all about me and my son. even when he came to me, telling me how he was feeling, asking me to give him what he was missing i dismissed him. foolishly thinking he loved me so much that he would never do anything like that. not to excuse what he did, but i get what part I played in it.

It sounds like the root of the problem is a trust issue for you. What will it take for you to trust him again? Do you want to do a healing your heart/emotional healing? There's lots of herbs for that. Would domination work, like a nation sack, make you feel more in control?

i do think feeling more control would make me feel better. but its deffinately the healing of my heart and mind that is necessary, because even when my work is going great I start to doubt it sometimes because of those demons in my head. and i actually just got my nation sack in the mail, just waiting for my monthly to begin. I also have a stay with me mojo that I started working about a month ago.

In regards to the egg cleansing, if you cant put it under your bed, then just rub it all over you body in the morning, and then break it in a clear bowl. If it comes out with some stuff in it, such as cloudy stuff. Once a woman did this on me, and blood came out and for a friend hair came out. I know crazy! but this stuff does work. So you can do the egg cleansing each morning until you feel better, or at least do it for 7 days. Just make sure you get the remains far away from you so you can dump it in a crossroads, or a running stream if you can.

As for my ex boyfriend, LOL um no he cheated on me at least 3 or 4 times, and blamed me for all of them. Im 25 now, and trust me I put up with that crap for 3 years, and I zapped the hell out of him for a whole entire year, and it was only til about a year ago when I sent his whole world tumbling down that I got my apology. It felt nice. If I were you, I would give him this one chance, but dont push him and keep accusing him that will just give him an accuse if he does do it again. MY ex did it, and I wish I would have stopped accusing because I already knew he was cheating, and by the 3 or 4th time I literally blew up on him from all the pent up crap and him having me look like I was crazy all these years. Sometimes you just have to follow your gut.
Thank u St. Martha for everything you have done on my behalf.
Thank u St. Elena! I appreciate your great help.
Thank you St. Peter for opening the gates&roads!

Balm of gilead buds and violet are my favorites for healing your heart types of work. If you get the balm of gilead buds and simmer them in some oil you'll get a lovely delicate scented oil that you can wear or rub into your heart chakra area. I don't know what you have in your stay with me mojo, but you might want to add the balm of gilead and violet herb. In the mean time you should probably work through the trust issues. Good luck!!

I wouldn't add herbs to a mojo coz when it's made and prayed over by the maker, it's a completed spiritual item and your job was just to activate it. But I agree balm of gilead and violets are excellent choices

I have used a lot of LM spells, honey jars etc. to bring my lost love back into my life and get him to break up with his current partner. Long story short I think the spells have worked somewhat because he does contact me...but not near as much as he once did. I just received a text from him yesterday and while I was glad to get it I did not respond. I think I am coming to realize that things between us are just not meant to be. I am curious if there is any type of spell I could do to forget him. I can't keep going back and forth with this any longer and although it is painful I need to make a clean break. So, besides the first question I also would like to know what I should do with the spells I'm working on now? I am working a honey jar and a hot foot spell, can I just throw these items in the trash? :?:

Cut and Clear would be the best for this situation. Since the previous spells did not work and you feel that they were the wrong approach, go ahead and throw them in the trash, then sprinkle some salt or Florida Water on them to cleanse them of any negative energy.

Yes. They have a vigil candle, oil, incense, bath crystals, powder, and a spell kit. Decide what products are best for your situation.

I think they used to, because I remember seeing one before and I suggested it to a client a few months ago - that's when I found out they DON'T currently have a kit. Oh well! Just read through the spell carefully and make a list of what you need, and then order that!

That is what I'm going to do. I was also thinking of ordering the vigil candle and adding that to the mix.

St. Dymphna is really great for working to heal mental challenges. She has a loving presence and seems very willing to work with anyone who calls on her. LM carrys a whole line of St. Dymphna products and they are very lovely! Get some of the oil and maybe some of the incense, combine it with some Healing, Clarity, and Tranquility and you've got a really nice combo there. I would certainly keep some vigil lights set on that one, along with anything else that you prepare for her.

Goldenseal root is very good - AND it's also the herb associated with St. Dymphna in Catholic folk magic. Using some eucalyptus, which helps to cast off bad things, along with some sage (for cleansing and wisdom), and some althea for healing along with the goldenseal is good. Basil could work as it is cleansing as well as promotes family happiness. Mint and solomon seal root would both also be good choices.

I like to make a honey jar spell using many of these herbs to help sweeten and clear someone's head. You can keep candles burning on it while doing a novena to St. Dymphna for a strong effect - use your St. Dymphna, or a blend of oils as suggested above.

Devi, I am interested in this. You mentioned a lot of things. I'd like to do something similar for my sister too but can't invest too much more than I have already invested in myself. Her situation requires professional intervention but she has been refusing to seek the help she needs and consequently occupies my mind ceaselessly. I need her to leave her bed and venture out into the world and want to live and seek treatment. Amongst the things you mentioned, what would be just enough?

You'd need to have a reading on that. Each situation is unique - what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for the other. No one approach is "better" or "more effective" than the others. They are different.

You would need to study the various herbs and roots mentioned, along with others, to see which one suited your sister's situation the best.

But you could certainly do just a novena to St. Dymphna without using any candles, oils or anything if you don't have resources to purchase them. You can Google her name and will find plenty of prayers and such.

I've been struggling with depression too. Make sure you give her some candles, especially during this dark time of year. I use yellow because it is such a sunny healing color. Could also benefit from some cleansing work, or at least a good smudging. My life is just fine too and I'm not obviously cursed/crosssed/hexed but I'm doing weekly cleansing to keep the darkness off. Some Florida Water cologne would probably also benefit her. The citrus smell is uplifting and it can be good for the cleansing and blessing too.

You guys are amazing! Thank you all very much! Your input is extremely valuable.

P.S. I was also thinking about using a Sun oil (one of the LM planet oils) on a yellow vigil for her to induce the feelings of happiness. I has such a nice and well, sunny feel to it.

My question is I have a very close friend who is depress in need of hope in their life. He is suffering
depression and sadness and all that negative feeling and is trying ever so hard to look for the
positive. Is there anything I may do to help him? I want him to have a good look out on his life.
He stopped drinking and smoking and never did drugs and is eating well and is doing yoga and
starting to take Vitim's, but is still feeling sad and hopeless.....

Happy New Year to all,

He might want to get a reading for him to see if their is any work put on him or crossed conditions. Then a spiritual bath (13 herb) to cleanse him, also chinese floor wash to clean his house to get rid of these feelings. A blessing mojo and candles can be burned for him to cheer the lad up also. Id also consider if te reading shows nothing, to go see a doctor to make sure its not a medical ccondition.

Hello all,
Its great to be here !
I have been lurking around reading posts and trying to get a hang of things..
I want to try my very first spell, and my target is my husband! He is a really nice person, but has one very irritating habit of going on and on at the kids and being an over demanding/perfectionist type. I really think kids are suffering because of it as they are scared to an inch of their lives in trying to behave perfectly, and too frightened to express themselves..over the last few years I am beginning to see their personalities change
Thing is, he is not a bad person at all, I just want him to stop going on and on and on about the small stuff so much as its ruining the peace of our home, and hurting the kids... I have tried talking to him , but it does not seem to have any impact ...is there anything to make him shut up somewhat in a safe, gentle but effective way?
Weird request i know, but there it is!!
thanks
Gandhi

Sounds like Hubby needs to chill out. Start a honey jar on him, you have access to all of his personal concerns so it should start to work rather quickly. I'd dress the candle with either Influence or Essence of Bend Over oil so he starts paying attention and following your advice with the kids and also add some Healing powder to the candle after you dress it with oil as he may have some emotional problems that cause him to act in such a controlling manner. In addition, spiritual cleanse your home and dress it with Peaceful Home oil, and use Peaceful Home incense regularly.

Have you looked at the peaceful home products? You may also consider a cleansing as well prior to employment. Look at LMs cleansing and peaceful home products. Since this is your first spell you may consider the spell kits.

Cleansing http://www.luckymojo.com/baths.html
Peaceful home http://www.luckymojo.com/spell-peaceful-home.html

A cleansing could be as simple as a three ingredient bath, and use that bath water to wash down your home look at the various herbs used for cleansing

Rosemary has the wonderful effect of allowing the woman to gently and lovingly dominate the home; you can incorporate it into your spells and feed it to the family as well. Try these easy and yummy recipes:

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Heat oven to 350 F
Peel and cut potatoes into 1/8th's
Toss potatoes with olive oil
Season with sea salt, pepper and rosemary
Bake until tender and browned on edges a bit, turning gently once during cooking
Cooking time will depend upon type of potato used, but estimated time is 25-40 minutes.

Rosemary Butter
Finely mince rosemary and added to melted, salted butter
Serve with bread

Good luck,

You could try a more gentle version of the freezer spell - using the fridge to "chill him out". Use peaceful/tranquility herbs and some sweetener (honey, etc) with it with the intent that he lighten up, act sweeter and more peaceful, and cill out.
