I wonder why it is so hard for me to be recognize by my bosses and give a promotion; everyone else praises my work, and other fellow workers constantly ask me why I am not in a higher position. This has happened to me in almost any job despite of being efficient and recognized by my coworkers. I own and run a martial arts school and have been actively doing martial arts for over 25 years. I'd like to get help to do a crossroads ritual that would assist me in: #1) opening roads to enhance & strengthen both my rootworking knowledge, skill and abilities as well as enhancing all facets of my martial arts expression, and #2) Being able to weave the two works together to complement each other. I firmly believe they would work beautifully together, both for myself and my students. I want to be able to intertwine hoodoo with the ideas of personal development and cultivating humanism that my martial art offers at a much stronger & deeper level than I am now. Thank you all

I was engaged to this guy (2 year relationship); we where long distance for a bit & towards the end of the year (in 2014) he broke-up with me for "school reasons" and later told me he had a new girlfriend.
I want to break up my ex boyfriends relationship ( and see if the work will be successful; if so how much time) & re-establish communication with him. I also want an honest answer whether this is "achievable" or not.
