Job's Tears Questions and Answers
I bought the herbs from LM long time ago and I've had this question. after you put them in a pocket of your clothes, what happens when you have to change? do you keep them in the same pocket, or do you put them into a pocket of whatever you're wearing so you can carry them with you at all times, including while you sleep, for the next 7 days?
thanks a lot.
thanks a lot.

Re: Job's Tears
Good question! You'd move the seeds from pocket to pocket as you changed your clothes.

Re: Job's Tears
I used them once with luck(at least I think theyt worked)I put the job tears(7) in a red flannel bag with a hand written petition I carried them with me even putting them under pillow at night(the petition asked for the same thing 7 times)at the end of the 7 days I threw them in running water. What are other ways to use them??What if you have no oceans rivers ponds of etc. how do you dispose of them??I read in LM about toilet was that correct

Re: Job's Tears
I also wonder...Do you put the job's tears in a flannel bag, or just in your pocket?
What did you do with the flannel bag last time - I suppose it's not to be reused?

Re: Job's Tears
t them in a flannel bag the whole time,I disposed of the jobs tears in running water and burried the bag but next time I will put them all in the running water,I would never reuse the bad. This was my fist try with them, even my first time using anything related to spells intent etc. and was thrilled like I said not sure if it was jobs tears but I think so everyday at least once I would revisit them and say my prayer of intent
Re: Job's Tears
i have a friend who flushes spells away that call for disposal in running water.
seems to work for her.
fortunately for me i live near the ocean and can give my items to a tributary to carry away.

Re: Job's Tears
Actually I was told about flushing them away,it is supposed to be OK,I did that with my worry dolls
Job's Tears
In my first order about five years ago I ordered a set of job's tears. I never used them because I wanted to save them for when I really wanted something-- now I do.. I was curious though what type ofwork would job's tear's be apporpriate for? love (i.e. getting someone to come closer), money( gettiing more money through luck or gambling) career (increasing leads and potential prospects orclients) or could it be used for all these types of issues.
Also, I don't see too much posted about job's tears. has anyone used them and do you think they were strong enough on their own or did you back it up with anything like a vigil light etc.
Thanks

Re: Job's Tears
Most of the time I back up spells...but think Job's Tears can be used in any situation. Good Luck!

Whats the proper way to dispose Job's Tears?
Peace Be With You All~
Please do so pardon me if my question sounds a bit foolish~ But honesty Im a little confused about how to dispose of the Job's Tears once your done with the 7 day spell~
LM Herb Magic says: At the end of the seventh day, they go to a place where there is running water, recite the 23rd Psalm (“The Lord is my shepherd...”), pray for their Desire, throw the JOB’S TEARS into the water over their left shoulder, walk away, don’t look back
So my Questions are
A.) The spell says at the end of the 7th day. Should this be 6pm or Midnight? or Dusk?
B.)I've read in other forum post unrelated to this topic that people who did not live near water was able to to use their toliet as a means of flushing~ Would this be ok too for this instance? Or would it be better to go to a lake, pond, or river?
C.) if it is ok to toss in the toliet~ can one just say the 23 Pslam , pray for the desire & with their left hand while back & head is turned away from the toliet drop the jobs Tears in~ then putting the lid down flushing the toliet all a while looking straight away from the toliet ? and then out of the bathroom?
Im not trying to change the spell ~ My intentions in asking is so that it is done properly so that i or others that may be thinking this can benefit~

Re: Whats the proper way to dispose Job's Tears?
Hi.
I would do it at sunset.Madam Thabit wrote:So my Questions are

No. The toilet is not a proper means of disposal for, well for most magical things, and especially not for something likes Job's Tears, which are wish granting curios. Would you flush your wishes down the toilet?Madam Thabit wrote:B.)I've read in other forum post unrelated to this topic that people who did not live near water was able to to use their toliet as a means of flushing~ Would this be ok too for this instance? It calls for running water, so pounds and lakes are out, those are body's of water. I addressed the toilet idea above. No one can stop you if your bound and determined to throw them into the toilet, but its a bad idea and I do not believe it to be effective, nor respectful.Madam Thabit wrote:C.) if it is ok to toss in the toliet~ can one just say the 23 Pslam , pray for the desire & with their left hand while back & head is turned away from the toliet drop the jobs Tears in~ then putting the lid down flushing the toliet all a while looking straight away from the toliet ? and then out of the bathroom?

Re: Whats the proper way to dispose Job's Tears?
Turnsteel thanking you kindly for your reply~ Indeed it has open my eyes~I will take your advise as I do desire for any spells that I do to be effective & my actions to be respectful.
I was also wondering~
1.Is the reason why 7 day magical bean spells like {Tonka Beans, Mojo Beans, & Jobs Tears} must be dispose in current generating waters so that the current has a constant pull on the spell?
2.Does it matter in which direction the current is going?
{upstream or down stream or am I now just overly looking into this?}
3. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this regarding magical beans or magical herbs?
I just purchase some Jobs Tears from LM {its my 1st time using them}and a few days after I recevied them a friend of my family that knows I like crafting jewlery for my own personal wear mailed me a small ziplock bag of Jobs Tears from her garden with a note saying I hope these will be useful to your crafts~
{I didnt know that some people use Job's Tears in there Jewlery} However I will be using them in Hoodoo
It takes alot to make me surpised but this right here blew me totally away
~ Since I feel these magical beans are in a way drawing themself to me I would like to use them in the best of manners so that I may benefit its effect. If anyone has any spells to use them in plz do share~
Again please do know that my intentions in asking regarding the toliet water was because I didnt know however I was not trying to be disrespectful~
4. I recently did a Tonka Bean 7 day spell for returning a lover back to me & am so regretful now because I did flush the Tonka Bean down the toliet & now am wondering what effects that is going to have with my spell & how should I correct the error that was made?
Moving forward I will be purchasing Miss Cat book on my next order ~As I feel this most likey will save me this unwanted headache:)

Re: Whats the proper way to dispose Job's Tears?
The Job's Tears and Tonka Beans are tossed into the river to carry out your wish and prayer to the world. This type of symbology is derived from the Congo where bodies of water, especially rivers, were connected to realm of the ancestors who existed in a spiritual realm and traveled across waters to be with the living. Prayers were sent down rivers to ancestors.
Similarly, spirits of nature and the dead are also associated with tree tops where one of the mpungo/nkisi, Lucero, or Nkuyu exists (he brings spirits with him in the form of lights at treetops). Congoese cosmology influenced conjure and the practices of hoodoo have strong ties to these roots. Therefore in hoodoo you'll find that we also bury certain ritual remains at the base of trees to carry our prayers out to the world.

Re: Job's Tears Questions and Answers
I bought some Job's Tears because I desperately need a vehicle. Is it ok to wrap them in my petition and put them in my bra? I don't wear pants, except for yoga pants and I have very few clothes with pockets. Also, since I don't have a vehicle, it's incredibly difficult to get anywhere, let alone a water source. My mother suggested I look at the forecast for rain and time it seven days out and toss them over my shoulder when the water is flowing towards the drainage ditches. It floods here in Houston pretty much every time it rains. Would that work?

It depends. What do you associate with drainage ditches? If it is only that it carries rain water to a larger water source, then you should be ok.
Personally I always go that extra mile when it comes to important requests, since it puts far more energy into the work and thus makes the outcome so much better.

Re: Job's Tears Questions and Answers
So I've read the instructions about Job's Tears. However can I add other items to the mix? For instance I have attraction oil. Can I dress the jobs tears with that and keep in my red flannel bag. Or is that overkill?

Re: Job's Tears Questions and Answers
I also have one last question about dispossal. The river nearest me is huge however due to levees it's impossible to get close to in order to dispose of items. However, although lakes are considered stagnant, the lake near my house drains into the ocean. Can I then use it for my disposal purposes?
Re: Job's Tears Questions and Answers
Hello, sheisblessed
Yes, running water is good. See here: http://www.herb-magic.com/jobs-tears.html
I would dress oil to the petition paper and just feed the bag with the oil
Take care

So it did well for two days. Then today I forgot to transfer my tears to my new pocket. Should I get a fresh set of Job's tears and start again with my seven days. Or can I use the same ones I already have and start over with a fresh seven days?

Hello, sheisblessed ,
Personally, I would start with a fresh pack.
You could wash those and use them again but I think that they would be weaker.
But that is just my mindset

Hello cecila,
Traditionally, Job's Tears are carried in one's pocket for seven days and then deployed in running water. I would stick with that practice rather than make up your own spell.
Good luck.
