Spells to Get Charges Dropped, Reduced, Case Dismissed

Okay...can you tell there is a lot going on with me???

I'm in the midst of an investigation at work. Myself and a friend have been accused of threatening our "boss" over some timesheet issues. He's claiming to have been in fear of his safety. This happens to not be true...as he is actually the one who threatened us with one of those "you don't know who you are messing with, I'll have your jobs" sort of a manuevers. But he went to management first and so they are investigating us. I've done a "Fiery Wall of Protection" working to protect myself and my friend against this gentleman. Now I find he has another witness...a woman whom I had previously considered a friend...who is planning to back up some statements of his that are not true. There is a "countryman" issues with these two as they are both Jamaiccan and I'm sure that has something to do with her motivation. I'm mostly sick and sad about the whole thing.

I've ordered a triple strength "Court Case Mojo Hand" today from Lucky Mojo. The investigation is on the 30th. I'm wondering as to any other suggestions as to action I could take...perhaps even specifically to stop a lying tongue??? I hope this isn't off topic or "spell begging". I'm just wondering if there is something I've missed or some direction that I could be pointed in to better protect myself and my friend...

(Fiery Wall is good. use a Honey jar with Boss Fix oil on th candles for the supervisor, invstigators, and bosses and a Beef tongue spell to freeze out those who talk against you. Burn a tied, bound, and stabbd black figural person candle with red pepper in the mouth to make their words burn if they speak ill of you. Dress it with Confusion oil. Run both the smooth and rough, honey and shut-up spells at the same time, good in the morning, evil at night. Good luck.

Doesn't it just burn you when someone accuses you ofsomething that
you absolutely did not do (or even fathomed to do).

My two cents,(and by no means am I as knowledgable as the great cat)
Before I went to one of my many court appearances with my ex last
year(y'all remember, $175.00(for 3)in child support? SHEESH)I took
his name and the lawyers name and placed it in a dish with black
pepper, re pepper and salt I had held in hand and charged. Then
placed a black candle in it and lit it. This dish sat on the back of
the toiletin the master bathroom. Then candle burned sloooowly and
the whole family actually was "snippy" with each other that week;
such a forboding feeling. Well, court day came, I had spoken with the
DA of child support services, he was still scratching his head over
the amount (like "Whay bother? Other guys are paying $600.00 per
child?"). Lawyer was late, making Judge somewhat preterbed and I ran
circles around her, leaving the conclusion to be determined at a
future date since final custody battle was coming up.

So I guess basically I thwarted their plan of attack that day, only
to leave it (as I stratigized) for a future determination.

Hi Jackie ,

I know this isnt exactly the topic of this thread but you said
something that cought my attention . I did some court case work a
while back too . ( which worked fantasticcly I might add ) and I
noticed that while doing the work . It seemed like the case just
kept getting post poned and put off untill another time . The
postponments were even getting on the Judges nerves toward the end
of the case . and it seems like when ever I talk to any one else
about working court case stuff . it seems to draw the case out for a
while . almost making it lose steam or something .

Just an observation . any one else have similer experience with
court case work ?

Well, for me it just got the Judge one day to slap his forehead and
say "Either I musy be crazy or one or the both of you are"; to which
I replied,"Your Honor, when you are summoned to Court, are you not
supposed to show up?"(Let's Judge know who filed OSC) He answered
affirmatively, and then understood that I meant that I was not the
antagonist, and when I stressed that a single mother working AND
going to school has to take yet another day off to come to Court,
well... guess who had the Judge's ear?

Anyway, my story and first time working with black candles.

Thanks for the response! Yes...I find it really
really irritating and upsetting. I've been (sort of)
joking that I feel my integrity has been insulted.
Being a woman of my word had I claimed I was going to
kill him...he would be dead! Things brings to mind
though another hoodoo question. I had actually used
hotfoot oil/hot foot sachet on him. I'm wondering if
this won't end up being the vehicle to remove HIM and
not me. I'm hoping!

Thank you for the suggestion. I've been doing as cat
suggested and working a few things in combination on
both the hoodoo and practical level. The key really
does seem to be getting this "witness" to retract, not
show up, or TELL THE TRUTH. <sigh>

nice Work Jackie , Was that the First time you had to appear in
court for that case after you started the working ?

For me .I was burning brown candles every day , the usaal papers
geting lost thing happened and then even more intersting the mysterie
smell in the court house that made them close up the court hopuse and
move every thing to teh administration building .. causing even
loonger delays . the candles were dressed in cats court case oils and
powder. but that case drug out for a year and a half .

Well you all, not a lot of time to write but I had to
tell you how things turned out today.

As most of you know I had a investigative hearing
happening at my job today. I've been "out of service"
without pay waiting for this to go down for almost a
month and the charges were serious enough to cost me
my job. (I work for Amtrak btw...)

I did the honey jar working starting it
a few days ago and burning brown candles
continuously on top of it.

Got my court case mojo bag working
and last night I did the Beef Tongue
spell (freezer variety) and a double reversing
candle on a mirror for my accuser.

The only thing I left for this morning was the black
figural candle for the woman who was going to false
witness against me. I took the candle and carved her
name on the bottom, carved out the mouth and added red
pepper and shut your mouth oil. I then bound it in
black string, put a needle through it's heart and
drizzled confusion oil on it. I said the 7th Psalm
over it and lit it, and got in the shower to get
ready.

When I got out of the shower there was a conflagration
going on on my altar. The flame was larger than the
candle, which was melting down at amazing speed. I
thought to myself, "Oh shit, I'm going to burn down the
house this morning" and I picked up the saucer and
began to move it to the bathtub. The fire alarm went
off, the phone began to ring, my towel slipped off,
the candle tilted and fell and I still managed to get
it into the tub and douse it with my leftover Fiery
Wall of Protection bath water... making quite a mess, I
might add. Half laughing to myself I went to see who
had called... it was my Union rep calling to say that
the woman who was going to witness against me had
fully retracted her statements!

End of story... we wiped the floor with them today. At
this level of investigation the Union generally loses
9 out of 10 cases. Their witnesses contradicted each
other... they had the facts/dates wrong. The hearing
officer was unbelievable "sweet" to me. As I watched
my main accuser sweating, licking his lips with
obvious cotton mouth... and I reflected on the Beef
Tongue in my freezer... I could almost...
al... most... feel sorry for him. We were fully
exonerated. We were reinstated and will receive
back pay for all time lost. A complete win. God, I
just love it when a plan comes together!

PS: I had my co-defendant do some things as well... I
said to him that I was glad he hadn't accused me of
being crazy... His response: "Christy... did I ever
tell you that my mother's people were from Shreveport?
I know what you are...."

BLUSH> Okay...this was almost better than winning.
Thanks cat! Can I also add something odd? The work
was actually "fun". Which I guess sounds sort of
flakey...but I don't mean that it wasn't hard...it was
extremely hard...but there was an amazing sense of
enjoyment and satisfaction at it's completion. Is
that strange?

All:

I'm having a concern and I'm looking for some advice. Any would be greatly appreciated.

I moved to Colorado and attempted to transfer my license. I wrote the DMV and discovered that it been suspended due to back taxes and an outstanding out-of-state ticket. The taxes and the ticket have both been paid-in-full as of January.

I have, since February, been sending multiple copies of the proof that everything has been paid to the DMV. These letters were sent via certified mail. I even started mailed myself copies of what I forwarded that I wouldn't open so they would stay sealed as proof of when I sent it. The division of the DMV, I have to deal with is only accessible via mail. Not by phone, not in-person (Driver Services Division of CT DMV).

I went back to visit last month and did an offering to St. Expedite a week ahead which co-incided to another mailing of documents to remedy the situation b/c I wanted to be able to rent a car whilst I was there. My petition did not work and my license remains suspended.

So, I called the DMV today and there have been no changes. My next step I guess would be to contact that state's Attorney General's office. In concert I want do another working. I'm thinking some honey jars and a Just Judge candle.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think you more or less answered your own question. You could also do some "heating up" to your spell work -- that is, hold the names over a burning flame and kinda singe them, but don't burn them up.

So, I'll be having one of those...court cases. Several years ago (I was 16, dumb, very sleep deprived) I made the mistake of getting into a car accident. I think it was my first day driving and definitely put a good punch into my confidence level around that time. To make the issue even BETTER (not really) the two people in that car that day went to my school. barely acquainted, but acquainted. I happen to know the family is the type to be...persnickety? I rarely use that word. Anyway, it's come down to an insurance deal. They ceased communicating with my insurance company's attorney's about 2 years ago and whadda ya bet I got served right before the allotted time, statute of limitations?, was up.

So -- I'm guessing this will go to court. I DID get a paper with the judges name on it, however the lawyer who has been assigned to me (by the insurance) says I won't need to show up in court unless there's some specific circumstance.

Also -- He's telling me my insurance has covered me up to a large sum, hoping they wont try to ask for more than that. Because if they do ask for more -- and I doubt it would fly, really I think their claims are ridiculous -- the sum might come down to my family.

Please know that if I had caused serious pain and damages to this girl I would be very remorseful, I did not -- this accident was like two bumper cars hitting into each other. They actually t-boned ME and I almost had serious bodily damage. But I was the one who pulled out too soon. Their claim's are pretty vague like the good 'ol "mental suffering" (and she already was mentally suffering) w/some tingling added in there.

I will meet w/ my assigned attorney for the first time in a few days and I'm trying to decide what would be my best magickal bet is at this point.

Forgive me for writing this much; i just felt like explaining the unique part of the situation.

My plan is to begin a honey jar 22 minutes after midnight tonight to get the benefits of the full moon during the hour of the sun.

I have the jar, honey, other sweeteners, the name of the judge, i picked up some calendula flowers, cascara sagrada, slippery elm, today. Haven't had time to get the court related products and low john root from lucky mojo but will be ordering them next paycheck.

Questions--

1. Would it be smart to add any of the court related roots INTO the honey jar or should I stick with the standard sweetener, petition, and name papers, while using the rest for a mojo.

2. Since a date for me to be present in court has not yet been made should I back off on the sweet jar?

3. Am I over-gunning it? I'm not sure if my desire to magickally intervene is over powering my desire to wait it out and be patient?

4. At the least would any of you recommend sprinkling some deers tounge in the lawyers office? To help HIM out.

It sounds like you have a handle on things already. In response to your questions, i would put some of the herbs into the name paper for the honey jar, it can't hurt ya know. Start the jar good and early because they can, in my experience, be kinda slow to start, but once you get one going they'll work as long as you need it to. I don't think you're over doing it at all; its always good to back up any kinda court case with some rootwork. Deers tongue for the lawyer is a wonderful idea. I would even go so far as to dress a candle with his name on it, dress it with oh say Court Case oil, King Solomon Wisdom, and perhaps whatever luck oil you prefer, i like Lady Luck myself but use what you like. Hope this helps.

You might want to try using some products to make the client confused about what they want to say in court. So I would use some beeftongue, mustard seeds, and poppy seeds.

I need advice on my situation. I have been seeing this guy for last 3 months, well i'm not seeing him anymore as unfortunately i have messed things up by putting a pressure on him. We weren't seeing each other very often that time and i needed to know what he really wants. So i started pressurising him. He said he has put up a "brick wall" around himself and didn't allow anyone in for long time due to been hurt in the past by the love of his life who cheated on him, so he said he wants to take things slowly to make sure that this time things are right. Eventualy i agreed to that but he has distanced himself and said he can't carry on seeing me as its not fair on me and he can't give me what i want, he is not ready for a serious relationship as yet. I said that i'll wait but i dont think he believed me. So for the last few weeks he has been in contact (text messages) and he came to see me last week. However its not the same anymore. I am sure that he still cares about me otherwise he wouldnt be in touch at all.

I really want him to feel and believe that im not going to hurt him, not all girls are the same, i want him to feel that i love him and i care about him and im a good person, just want to love and be lovedI. want him to want to be with me and to stop beeing scared because there is nothing to be scared of, its ok to be in a relationship, i need someone to help me to break this wall round him and so he can feel that its ok, forget the past, open up

Once long time ago he told me that he is scared of getting hurt again but then he said he likes me so much that he is going to follow his heart...well looks like its really difficult for him to do that even though he really wants to.
I don't know if he is in love with me, i know that he liked me a lot, we have so much in common. However each time we had seen each other, whenever we were coming close to each other (in physical way) he was running away saying that he must control his feelings, so i know that he is scared of falling in love again..he is also very shy!! This may sound stupid but I had and have very good feelings about this guy, i think he might be "the one", we have so much in common. I have gone through a lot myself but im still open to a new relationship.

Any thoughts?? I was thinking to get a reading and see whether I should carry on waiting or this hasn't got any future...and maybe some spiritual work done..?? i would appreciate advice.

This is actually quite a common problem for many. You fell in love with a scarred man. I would back off from the love, since that scares him and work on the friendship angle. I would burn a white skull on him with healing oils, or a white male figure with healing oils and petition that he heal around his broken heart.

I would also give myself a time line on this. As with any love work, you need to figure out how long you will work on this guy. Some people can literally take years to get over this stuff. You have to decide if you are willing to wait that long.

Personally, this type of problem gets old fast. It takes so much out of you and the other person is not considerate of your feelings. I would rather work on bringing in a partner who is READY for a romantic relationship.

Only you can say if he is worth it.

Hi all, I wondered if I could ask some advice.

A friend's son is in court soon, because of making a foolish choice when he was drunk, the boy is very frightened and is remorseful for his actions.

He is looking at a custodial sentence if the day in court doesn't go in favour. His opponant/claimant in this case has fabricated the story and thus has worsened the issue.

I am making a mojo bag for him to carry along with a wash and annointing oil. I have Galangal - for court case, Calendula - for victory, Slippery Elm - for the lies of his enemy...... just need some black poppy seeds to confuse his opponant.

I wondered if anyone could assist further in this matter, or any other techniques that I can work with.

I would use some deers tongue as well for your son to help him talk convincingly in the court room. On the other hand, you can use deer's tongue along with some black mustard seeds, poppy seeds to confuse their speech, along with some bend over destruction oil. Also, you can do a freezer jar against your opponent as well.

I was recently accused of committing an act of academic dishonesty (using notes on an exam). I admitted to the offense and was really remorseful and sorry about what I did. I am now facing a hearing with the honor council at my college for a proper sanction/punishment. I was wondering if there was any type of spell that I can use to gain a favorable outcome for this? Do a bend over candle for the council. and put that on top of a sweet jar. If you know specfic name or titles of the people on the council put them in there. I would do some john the conqueror root as well so you can have some power over them.

As long as you're looking out for his mother... Drunk drivers cause a lot of accidents and kill a lot of people, so he deserves whatever he gets. You could try a Just Judge candle.

id use a court case candle and a honey jar on the judge and jury, and respectfully to the comment above, that's quite the judgmental comment being you know nothing of his friends case, accidents happen, mistakes are made in life hence life..I don't recall the poster asking for advice on drunk driving rather how to help.... though your judgmental logic reminds me of a recent interview in the news.. in the south (US) a women interviewed a man who takes boy scouts out and trains them how to use guns properly. The women stated in the interview, " are you not equipping them to be killers", to which he replied, " God equipped you to be hooker does that mean you are? " then the interview ended. moral of the story, lets keep our judgements to ourselves unless you want to face up to your own equipment.

Getting behing the wheel of a car when you've been drinking isn't a 'mistake'. It's a choice, and a very poor one at that.

I sympathise with the fact that this person's mother needs to be able to get around, but the fact remains that they committed a criminal act which is known to contribute significantly to death and injury on the road. Therefore, they need to face up to their actions and be punished.

Trying to perform work that will help this person escape punishment entirely is not likely to work, due to the fact that a crime was committed and justice needs to be served. Performing work that will help the mother and reduce the penalty so that a 12 month driving ban does not affect her mobility? Very likely to work. The idea is for the sentencing judge to be sympathetic to the overall circumstances. That needs to include the fact that people who drive drunk kill innocent people. Not every time they do so, but statistically a hell of a lot more often than people who drive sober. That needs to be taken into account.

I suggest the Court Case spell kit. It comes with everything you need for a basic court spell. I would also suggest, if you think he'l do it, buying some court case root for him to chew during the actual hearing, LuckyMojo sells it. I would suggest candying it as it is a close relative of ginger.

have you ever worked with the saints? i had great success with san ramon, you will need 2 san ramon glass novena candles a penny and a san ramon card.

on a sheet of paper you write the judges name and the witness or the person pressing charges, and on the san ramon card you tape a penny over his mouth after saying the prayer on the card. with the penny facing the mouth; you put the san ramon card face down under one of the candles and the piece of paper folded up under the other candle, and light them both, if you can't leave the candle burning for whatever reason, then don't light them keep them in a place where they won't be moved. the paper cannot be opened and san ramon card cannot be turned.

i had someone that was facing 5 felonies and was on video committing the crime (non violent) and only paid a fine.

Thankyou everyone for all of your advice, I am truely greatful for all of your suggestions and advice and I have taken it all on board, I would like to apologise for any offence that this post may have caused as well as any conflict, but I do agree with the opinion that we do not know the full extent of a persons situation all of the time. We are all here to help one another and advise one another about lucky mojo products and not to judge one another. I have a LM court case candle. The intent is to confuse the loan department to do nothing on a voluntary car repossession. Yes the car has been turned in voluntarily due to a financial hardship. Since this could become a court case I thought some pro active measures should be put in place. Please help.

You could fix a candle seperately for the confusion aspect and burn it along with the court case candle. Or if there are specific people on the case that you want confused, you could burn confusion/poppy dressed on their names, or skull candles.

There is no specific person named on the letter received. I was thinking to dress the letter with confusion and place under candle...possibility add something personal to candle and add a petition hmmm too much?

I would still work the two seperately. One is to bring about a favorable result - so I wouldn't split it's power by trying to dictate HOW that would be acheived. The other intent would be to cause confusion among the department there on your case, so I would put a bunch of energy into that intent alone. The two intents should work well together, but I would keep them seperate for the greatest power on each.

Of course, if you feel very strongly intuitive that you should keep them as one work, then that's fine too. Have you read on it?

No...I am with you and agree; I understand why in terms of the energy and intent for both...thank you. So...I am thinking use a purple candle dressed with confusion...r another brown dressed with confusion etc etc

A little over a year ago, a guy hit my car. It happened at a bad time for me so I handled it with ease. As a result, the police were not called, and the individual gave me his word he would pay, explaining that his license was suspended and he had no business driving.

He called me for several months I suppose to delay me filing a claim on him because I had/have his car tag and vehicle info and name and number, but he never kept on his promise.

He personally wrote his info down on the paper, including his tag number, which I did verify. Now that I have the energy and wits, I wanted to know if this was something I could attempt to settle somehow, even if I had to file a claim (if I could), and still have everything pan out in my favor.

I had been advised that often time is of the essence in matters, and didn't want to waste the time and energy if it wasn't reasonable. I will read this right now.

You can do Pay Me Now work, or work the Green Devil conjure to get him to pay or suffer the consequences. You've got his name and personal info so you can easily work conjure on him. If you can get his photo, toss that in too. Send him letters sprinkled with Compelling and Pay Me Now powders, work this in conjunction to the Compelling, or the Green Devil Spell. Finally, if you meet him face to face, wear Compelling and Pay Me Now scents, or you can powder your hands for when you touch him.

Make sure to also follow through the mundane route and see if you can take legal action, or work through your insurances.

This question isn't aimed specifically at OP, but anyone that can answer, it is appreciated....

What should one do if they have begun to carry out a spell similar to this one, it basically involves a court case candle, and the court case candle is burning out fairly quickly (only 3 days and only a quarter of the candle is left to burn), what should one do? Start another court case candle? Keep purple candles burning?

I would read on the situation to see exactly what's going on. But I would probably at least keep a vigil going on it until I saw some indications of which way things were going to go.

hi, all, i was involved in an accident about a year ago(car accident). the insurance company thats suppose to handle my bills and personal indury, isnt triying to do anything. i speak to the supervisor of the case all the time, there arent even trying to offer a settlement, they didnt even want to pay hospital bill,and physical therapy, my back was really injured and im not to sure what to do. i dnt have the money to pay a lawyer at the moment ,so what should i do. are there any spells to have the supervisor offer a settlement?

You could look into the "Pay Me" line of products which might be the most helpful in your situation. I'd also recommend a reading to see if the chances are good that the insurance company will pay out. I've heard some are quite notorious for not wanting to pay you money owned.

i really dnt wanna sound dumb on this 1 but here i go: lets say u want a case in the courthouse to be dead and gone and jus neva arise again 2 bother u, can u mayb use a coffin n this 1? i jus thought about this while readin the forum and came across the word "COFFIN".

I am not familiar with a coffin being used in legal matters... but I am familiar with items being placed in a coffin for an ancestor, etc... etc... to keep in a graveyard. Also, here is a list of spells on LM of which pertain to court case spell work ... http://www.luckymojo.com/courtcase.html
