This is true, but I've spent tons of money for stuff I like based on makeovers but can never duplicate the look myself when I get home

It seems that picking and applying the right colors, products, etc. is mostly a matter of skill and talent. Some people have it, I don't. And finding the right people to work with definitely seems to be a matter of luck.

Why not work on affirmative stuff like using Crown of Success to help you duplicate those looks you like?

Also, you can't expect to get it right first time. My makeup is always perfect, but I've been doing it pretty much the same way for ten years. When I started out, I was RUBBISH.

I strongly advise AGAINST doing any work to improve your physical beauty. I tried it when I was younger, and it backfired horribly. I got terrible acne, and got picked on a lot about my appearance as a result. Finally, now that I'm much older, I'm considered good looking. Also, asking a goddess of beauty to make you handsome turns you into an androgynous pretty-boy, from what I an tell ^_~

Just keep trying to ge the look you want, and do success work to back up your efforts until you get it right.

I recommend scrubbing yourself with seasalt and rinsing off in a cold shower. Then prepare a warm bath, containing blessing and love oils, maybe some essential oils. If you have a favourite scent, it's usually a good one to go with.

Before you step into the bath, if you are female take a bowl of rose petals, if male, try a bowl of John the Conqueror root chips. Drop them into the bath one by one, and as you do bless them with a positive message. eg. "I have great love to give, therefore I have great love in myself" or even just "I'm awesome!"

Then have a nice long soak in your positivity.

Some 12 odd pounds has crept up on me, which isn't the best thing that can happen to someone who often relies on their looks to pay the bills.

I know there's no "magic pill" and that diet and exercise are key. I know that if I rely on magic, but will eat cheeseburgers for breakfast , lunch and dinner that no mojo in the world will do me good. So diet & exercise. Got it.

But is there any hoodoo to help?

I know LM has a Weight Loss bag.

I know there is a charm where you "sell" someone an X amount of pounds and the other person "buys" it. Not sure if I can find anyone who'd agree to that. Also know the one about rubbing a raw egg all over your body, letting it absorb your body fat and then tossing the egg at a crossroads you never plan to visit again.

Is there anything else though that will help with craving curbing, motivation and weight loss in general? You know to aid things I will be doing in the mundane world?

I'm pretty sure Crown of Success would be great for putting off procrastination- as in, if you're like me, and have plans to exercise regularly, but end up making excuses to yourself so you don't have to do it, this would help. If you have plans to cut down on certain types of food, this would be great too, in addition to Chargrinedgirl's idea of Cast off Evil.
(lol, I suddenly pictured myself holding up my two index fingers into a cross and screaming "get away from me!" at a tempting pile of fries

)

Also, just in case you haven't tried it, the egg spell is VERY effective. You don't have to pick a crossroads you never return to- just as long as you don't look back, you can repeat it for as many times as you want. I've done it only twice, at a crossroads that is a short walk from my house, and I must say I can see a difference in my flabby thighs! And I suppose the walking helps too, lol

I've also ordered a weight loss mojo from LM- I haven't even received it yet, but MY APPETITE HAS BEEN REDUCED!
And I'm a HUGE, HUGE eater. I'm very encouraged- if it hasn't even come yet and I'm seeing effects, what will happen once I've activated it and added in my personal concerns? Perhaps I'll end up as skinny as a rake..

Anyways, I hope this helps- I'm looking forward to any other advice our fellow forumers can give

Hi again, all

I've done a bit of rummaging through the forum, and Cast off Evil oil would be GREAT to get rid of bad habits, along with Healing oil and Crucible of Courage to give you the determination and confidence to go through with what you have planned for yourself to lose weight.

Also, a spell I've found online and modified a little:

* To be done at the beginning of the waning moon

1. Make 13 marks on a (dressed) black female figural candle (or a pink so you can love yourself) so it is divided into 14 parts- needles would be good to keep track of it.
2. Burn the candle nightly down one notch, visualising your fat being burnt and melted away with the wax of the candle.
3. Say something along the lines of:
" As this candle burns, so my fat burns.
As this candle decreases, so my weight decreases.
I have complete control over my weight,
I will come to be a perfect (x) pounds."

Er, this is only a rough memory of it- I can't seem to find the link to it anymore..
Anyways, feel free to modify it to suit your situation; for example, if your intention is not to drop a number of pounds, you can instead substitute that line with "my body will grow slimmer until I have a perfect body".

Let me know how it goes!

Basically, you take an uncooked egg in its shell, and rub it over your (undressed) body, especially the problem areas.
Remember to always rub downwards, as you want it to be taken away from you.
Just keep repeating and focusing on the egg "taking" your fat away- I like to picture the egg white inside turning thicker and slightly opaque, as though it's really taking on my fat.
Then head down to a crossroads as the sun is setting (it DOES NOT have to be one you never return to) and throw it over your shoulder, don't look back (this is very important) and take another path home.
This is optional, but I like to go home and take a bath and, taking a good look at my problem areas, "washing" it all away.

Recently I've been dating someone who is quite possibly the man for me. Part of me knows that I love him, but I have a tendency to push people away and I've been doing that to the point where I am ready to break up with him and don't remember why I wanted to spend my life with him in the first place. He is utterly perfect and in love with me.

What can I do to make me fall back in love with him as I was when we first started dating?

I was thinking of doing a honey jar with both of our names, hair, pictures, etc, but since he doesn't really need any sweetening, I'm not sure if that's the best route to take.

First, cleanse yourself. A 13 herb bath would be just the thing. Then, healing work. You can also sweeten yourself to him with a honey jar- it will affect him as well to some extent, but really, a little sweetening won't do any harm

Oh, I've always had the same problem in relationships. It really depends on what your issues are. A while ago I had an excellent relationship reading by Dr Johannes about my ex. which also pointed out my life-long issues, in such a direct but also compassionate way that I truly made up my mind to deal with it.

Not to say you also need a reading, but you may want to do some works on yourself for a start. In my case I'm going for serious cleansing (say 13 herbs bath, then road opener, etc.) and self-empowering work so I won't be affected by fears/insecurities/worries in the way I handle a relationship anymore (and also in other areas of life). You might also consider the cleansing, then some work to either heal or strengthen or sweeten yourself (you can do a Love Me on yourself for self love even), depending on what you need to tackle. Then do the sweetening work on your relationship.

Ok this may sound weird.. but I wondered is there any spell out there that will grow my hair on my head faster. I have worked really hard for a healthy mane being a good proud Leo, but It seems to be waning terribly. Hi, That would be a great spell. I have alopecia. I lost all my hair 14 years ago. I made lemonade out of lemons as they say. I opened a wig shop LOL Now I at least have really cool hair. I even wondered if someone crossed me @ one time, but dismissed that thought. As there is no understanding really as to the cause of my hair loss. Diabetes, poor circulation, and an insufficient diet can cause hair loss. Make an effort to eat lean protein, fruit, vegetables, get some exercise, and see a doctor if possible.

Magically, since you are a Leo (me too!) and Leo is associated with having a beautiful mane, try using some Leo products from LM like bath crystals, oil, incense, and/or powder. They also carry a Leo candle.

Crown of Success is a possiblity too, since a woman's hair is "her glory and her crown." (I assume you are a woman; sorry if I am mistaken.)

For that kind of purpose l I wear attraction oil, plus a bit of love me - it's also good for drawing love in general. If you're thinking of work place, or functions/places where you need to make contacts, I'd use attraction plus crown of success or van van.

For social settings outside of the work place you can work with Attraction products as well as Look Me Over which will draw attention to you, you can throw in some Cruicible of Courage for confidence or another similar product.

yes the crossroad issue has been discussed several times. you may go back to the crossroad and use it again the idea is not to look back when doing the work or when you dispose of it as it shows a lack of faith like you are looking back onto it. i use a crossroad directly connected to my street, its dark its a quiet street no one is out in the am lol i pass it daily and often..no problems yet

Dealing with petition papers and photo papers are usually done differently by everyone. Basically, use the same photo/petition until you get the result you seek then you can bury the photo in your front yard by a plant to keep bringing in what you asked for, keep it on you as a personal talisman of sorts, or you can burn it in the candle flame and throw the ashes in your front yard.

Hi All

Well it is the New Year and of course after weighing myself today I have gone up in weight due to all the great holiday cooking. It would help if I could stop myself from eating when I'm not hungry but all those great cookies, candy and family dinners were too tempting.

Are there any oils, spells, herbs, saints etc that can help me lose weight? Obviously eating better and healthier and being more active are on my agenda. I was hoping there is something I can conjure to help me conquer weght gain.
