Definately don't want to focus on the mother-in-law alone. The mother-in-law is just part of the problem, just like focusing on your husband alone is simply part of the problem. The mother-in-law isn't going to go away anytime soon so its best to address both issues. Help your husband grow the courage to take the reigns over his life and also to see that *you* are his priority and primary relationship. At the same time, sweeten yourself to your mother-in-law to make that transition easier.

That is not what the poster was asking. She was making comments that her husband is comparing her to his mother, such as:"mother does it like this, etc." That is a problem with the husband, but the poster was focused on the mother-in-law already. The mother-in-law is not the main problem, but a symptom of a bigger problem that needs to be addressed.

From what the poster has stated, the mother-in-law does this with ALL of her children. If the woman has this type of personality, than all the poster can do is deal with it. She does have to address how her husband treats her though, because she is married to him, not his mother. That is why I suggested St. Rita for help with this. Please read my original post.

My present boyfriend is Persian and I predominately date non-American (which I prefer) men who are of different cultures, so I know a bit about mothers who think they know best. Ultimately, it is a right of passage to cleave onto the spouse to create another family, whether it be a man or a woman. The poster's husband is having difficulty understanding this, which is what I addressed.

My original advice and subsequent advice still stands.

Thank you everyone. I have ordered a St Rita plaque and also a St. Michael to work with. I also have master ordered and I already have John the Conqueror. I will have to order the others. Update though, his mother and I just had a HUGE blow up. I had to work yesterday so I couldn't get the kids to Andy at our usual time. It started snowing. So rather than go ahead and come down and pick the kids up early he waited and said that he couldn't get out because the roads were bad. This was after I had already picked up the kids and driven the an extra four miles to meet him where he said he would be. He knows that I work for the post office and bad weather is no excuse for not being at work. Anyhow I vented to a friend on Facebook last night that I was sick of people not taking care of their responsibilities. Mind you he's not even paying child support and won't until I go file the papers and force him to. The only reason I haven't filed yet is because he has missed alot of days because of the weather and I don't want them basing his support on what he is making now. Finacially me and the kids are fine so it doesn't hurt me to wait. So anyhow she told me to grow up because it was snowing. And I told her to mind her own damn business. If her son paid some child support then maybe I wouldn't have to worry about missing work and I wasn't the one that cheated and if she wanted to tell someone to grow up then she should go talk to him. I'm sorry but I've bit my tongue for seven years and I am so sick of that *itch. Two years ago he got mad at me and closed out our joint checking account and refused to give me any money for six months. This was when I was a stay at home mom. She told me then that he had every right to do that because it was his money. It's crap like this that is why he acts like he does. She's hated me from day one because we "lived in sin." For someone who is suppose to be such a devote Catholic she sure has some screwed up ideas of what marriage is suppose to be. Sorry I just had to get that out. I know I shouldn't have said anything because it's just going to make things worse but I just had to get that off my chest. She's had that coming for a long time. Thanks for letting me vent guys. I really needed that.

Anyhow I like everyone's ideas of what I need to do. Thanks for giving me so many different angles to work from. The most important though is getting Andy to grow up and start being a man. (And grow some balls, lol) I'm going to have to work on her too though since I'm going to be stuck with her for a long time. I have been thinking though that since she is such a devote Catholic that maybe I should do a skull candle on her and convince her that she needs to become a missionary somewhere far, far away, lol. A girl can dream can't she. It is funny though because she told me before we got married that I need to go talk to a priest at her church and he told me I needed to get Andy to move from here, lol. Just goes to show you even the priest sees her for how she really is. Now if I can only get Andy to see.

Thanks again everyone. I'm off to place an order with LM.

Hugs,
Hope

Retract thy claws, dear Mary. I was not correcting you, nor would I give myself such airs. I was merely stating an opinion and a solution that may work for her. I think your advice was sound and even echoed it by saying that working with John the Conqueror along with Clarity may give him the strenght to make right as you suggested.

If your rootworker suggested this work for you, then I would assume that s/he did a divination that already showed this would be a good combo for you.
If you have concerns, you need to talk to your rootworker about them since they are the one who knows your case and has read on it already.

I second this advice.

I also, however, recommend you read up on these three and see how they make you feel. Try praying to them and/or meditating ont hem before beginning any active work. Look at establishing a relationship. Familiarise yourself with them and the things they can do. You'll quickly get a feeling for them that way, and it certainly won't do you any harm.

I have been looking through the site to find something on this topic so forgive me if I missed it.

I have plans to do some work for a situation in which a judge did something unethical.

I wanted to work with St. Expedite but he has not been great at working with me.

So I have been thinking of doing reversal and court case work also.

I basically would like to know if spirits get jealous or have issues with you doing other work besides not just working with them. I can understand that in doing any spiritual work one must have FAITH but just want to know how I should approach working with 'spirits' in general and which ones (if any) will get jealous or upset if you do anything else besides work with them on your case

ConjureMan, thank you on timing of the Intranquil Spirit spell! It's just I see many posts saying if you havnt been in contact with him a long time (6 months, year, etc) it might be too late. So I just wanted to keep that in mind. Thanks!

If you have not made any pacts/agreements with any spirits regarding exclusivity or anything of that matter, then generally if a spirit has not granted your petition, you are free to try other paths to your goal.

However, if you've been trying to attain something and have not been seeing any movement, then you should get a reading done on the situation to see what exactly is going on before investing anymore time/money/energy into that work.

If you have worked with a Catholic Saint and concluded your arrangement (that is, kept your vow / made your payment / posted your thanks for work well done -- or stopped the work and walked away if the spirit did not help you), then you are absolutely free to engage other spirits. There are indeed "jealous" and "dangerous" spirits -- but the problems generally arise because they were promised something and it was denied.

Court case work, like most hoodoo, is not dependent on working with Catholic saints. Your prayers for justice can be made directly to God through the 35th Psalm of King David in the Bible.

You may also call upon the spirit of the great King Solomon, the Judge of Israel, to convict the judge before the Lord.

Calling upon King Solomon is a good one, I've seen that one performed before. I've also seen people call upon the Accuser, which is the role Satan plays in some circles of Judaism, that of God's Accusing Right Hand. Justice herself is a powerful spirit and can be called upon.

Saints aren't going to suddenly punish you if you decide to work on your own towards your ends. However, you must pay them their dues when they come through for some are known for taking it back and then some, Saint Expedite being one of them.

I agree with ConjureMan...the main thing is when you petition a saint whether he helps you are not give him his due.

Thanks so much. The last time I worked with St Expedite I still paid him his due nevertheless but I was wondering if the reason he did not work for me is because I was doing other work (probably should have asked this before hand anyway) But thanks for easing my mind on this because I was surely concerned as to whether doing both would be hazardous. Thanks for letting me know it is not :)
I think I will use the spirit of Justice and King Solomon while doing my court case work and also have someone at LM burn candles for me.

Thanks again

sparkel81 once the petition or wish has been granted, you must offer him a glass of red wine and some pound cake. Read LM's page here http://www.luckymojo.com/saintexpedite.html

Sparkel81...in the future, I would recommend when you petition st expedite to perhaps give him a date to grant your matter by. That way you will not move on and then he makes something happen for you...and then he will not take away from you what he gave you and more. So giving an adequate deadline such as maybe 3 weeks or so depending upon the difficulty of your matter would probably be enough time.

Hi, a quick question for you all...

Is it ok to petition multiple saints concerning the same matter? For example, if i ask for help from St Anthony and St Martha on the same issue, is that considered ok to do? If I was doing the nine consecutive Tuesdays petition to St Martha, could I still be asking help from St Anthony about the same thing daily? I guess I'm worried about causing any confusion or showing disrespect.

Thanks very much!

Generally, it's alright to work with multiple saints. They are spirits that work towards the betterment and overall good so they are not opposed to working towards the same ends in a petition. There *are* some spirits that may not work together, however.

What would be recommended is that as you petition one saint, ask them for their help, but also let them know that you wish to petition another saint and see if that is fine with them. You'll get a sense of whether they prefer to take on the issue by themselves, or they are fine if another saint is also petitioned.

Could anyone give me some advice on working with the spirits? I know some of the forum members have strong connections with certain spirits and call on them when doing magical work. However personally I feel I'm a bit of a spiritual dud. I believe in spirits, I just can't 'feel' or 'hear' them the way others seem able to. I'm feeling slightly helpless at the moment as I've just been through literally the hardest year in my life, and to be able to call on spiritual assistance just for a little speedy help occasionally would make all the difference. But I have no idea which spirit to work with and how to connect with them.

Growing up in a Catholic school, we were taught to call on St Anthony, St Jude or our guardian angels but I've never had that 'wow that was a quick response - I know they're listening!!' moment. My family actually has a sort of guardian spirit whom I've petitioned on a number of occasions. He is great for protection and health, and sometimes assisting for career or luck. I love him and trust him, but he hasn't really come through when I ask for help with interpersonal relationships or love. I've asked repeatedly to be able to feel or hear messages and signs from him, but until now I've only been able to communicate with him when someone else channels. While he'll always be special to me, I feel like maybe I should be trying to build a rapport with a spirit or saint who is 'right' for me and understands what I need in my life. I just don't know who that is or how to develop that connection.

Thoughts?

It is less about the connection and more about your own senses and perceptional ability. I suggest you focus more on developing them more, before you take on the spirits.
What did you feel before you called the spirit? In your body? In your mind? In the room? What kind of thought did you have before? And after?
What changes wothin and around you when you go from one room to another?
Many people like to use LM Psychic Vision products to help this process.

Cleansing usually clears up the senses when they are astrally clogged up. So start taking a few of those before you practice.
Cleansing a room first will make distinguising new impressions far easier, so Buffalo Ammonia along with Chinese Wash is a good way to prepare a room before any excersise as well.

Good luck.

Thanks for your reply Johannes! Oddly enough, the night of writing this post, I was thinking about St Michael and had an unexpected feeling of being in the presence of a great power. I have never experienced this before (spiritual dud, like I said). It was very brief and I can't even call the sensation to mind now. But I had this sudden understanding that this was not a presence to petition for things like love, or finance, or good luck...only out-and-out protection. Like having a huge shining army. There is no other word for it, it was - awesome.

Today on my way home, I found a church with a statue of St Jude where I can burn a novena candle. It is ten minutes away from where I live and I never knew about it. This could all be coincidence but I will keep praying, as well as observing like you suggested. I will look into the products too. Thanks.

Giving Thanks to Archangels, Angels, and Saints!

There a lot of threads regarding particular Saint. But since we have so many new people, I would like to cover as much as possible how to properly give thanks to Saints. On Lucky Mojo site there info about which Saint is patron of what area. But I did not find how to thank them.

I know St Expedite supposed to be thank with pound cake and red wine. The red candle supposed to be lit on Tuesday. Pound cake sopped to be fed to birds or other small animals in park or left at some places, where wild creatures would have access.

St Marta supposed to be thank by wine. White candle supposed to be lit 9 Tuesdays.

How about all other Saints?

How to thank these Archangels and Saints? And what colour candle and when supposed to be lit for them?

Archangel Michael
Archangel Raphael
Archangel Gabriel

Saint Jude
Saint Joseph
Saint Cyprian
Saint Francis of Assisi

Your own personal Guardian Angel.

Working with Spirits!

Mary wrote that you could ask your ancestors for healing relationship with family members and protection. How about if these people got reincarnated by now? Can you still reach their spirits? It is their soul, which got reincarnated. Conjure Man wrote this: “The key to working with spirits is finding a spirit who you can communicate with and who will either work on your behalf or you can control”

How you find this spirit, who would like you enough to work on my behalf? Control spirits I would not probably dare.

Spirits are beyond my realm.

Any suggestions?

The easiest spirits sometimes are a person you had a connection with when they were alive. Most people like to work with their ancestors because these are safe spirits to work with, and they tend to have your best interests at heart. I would stick to working with ancestors, or a person you were close to when they were alive.

So how do you find them? I would look into your ancestors. Sometimes these people will come to you in your dreams or you will be drawn to them. For example, my grandfather always comes to me in my dreams, and that is the one person I know can help me.

As for other spirits, do not work with spirits until you are educated enough to do so.

Do not simply work with a spirit that is not an ancestor, because someone else is.

That may be true StExpedite. When working with spirits you must be careful (very). First, make sure they are working for you and not the other way around. When working with a spirit that will do as you ask...there are certain characteristics that you look for. Search the forum to find your answer. There is a ritual, I find it helpful to know something about the particular grave. How the person died...e.g.,

St. Expedite is lit on a Wednesday. That is day o the week.

St Martha the dominator does not have an official thank you per se, but I thank her with coffee, or wine...I also spread her name. She uses a red light, and her day is on Tuesday.

Archangel Michael is Red, and I light him on a Tuesday.
St. Joseph yellow light, and I light him on a Wednesday or Sunday.
St. Cyprian is a purple light on a Saturday.
St. Gabriel is a yellow, and i would light him on Wednesday (day of communciation)
St Raphael is blue, and since he is for healing I would probably work in him on monday.
St francis of Assisi is blue...depends what I would be working with him for since he has a few different things he can help me with
Guardian Angel...white...unless they communicate to me a certain color and day.

You can find their candles on lucky mojo candles page. If you cannot find their particular day or color of light default to a white light and light it on Sunday.

Here's the info page for
http://www.luckymojo.com/saintjude.html

The magical power of saints is a great book... along with Helping yourself with selected prayer vol 1. I know the first book is sold on the lucky mojo site.

A white candle with 7-11 Holy Oil or All Saints oil on it would be good if you cannot think of any other form of payment specific to them.

Also a very important aspect of spirit work is developing your intuitive/psychic-perception skills, finding the way in which you most easily and skillfully perceive and interact with the spiritual realm. For some it may be through "seeing", like clairvoyance. For others it may be "knowing" or claircognizance and clairsentience. For others it may be through a medium such as the pendulum or scrying. Or a combination of the above.

If you can't consciously sense the spirit realms and interact with them in SOME fashion, then you are at an extreme disadvantage in spirit work. Until you find some way to have reliable two-way communication between yourself and the spirit realms, then I caution against trying to do much spirit-work beyond petitioning saints and archangels, and working with your ancestors.

There are many different ways of developing one's psychic senses, each one suited to different temperments. So asking how one person does it may not provide you with the answers for how you will do it. But learning some form of meditation and working on improving your concentration skills is always a very good place to start.

Not every saint has a standard form of payment and often a candle lit in thanks and their honor is payment enough.

When working with saints and angels see if you can perceive what they want as payment. Sometimes you will get distinct impressions that they want you to do certain things like spread their name, give them flowers, donate to a charity.

If nothing else a candle is a great way of saying thank you.

You want to develop your ability to perceive the spirits and their communications. This is an important beginning step.

Traditionally, people work with different types of spirits for different forms of work. Some say that the easiest spirits that will work for you are those of children or babies, others prefer working with people they knew and loved while they were alive. The idea is that these people already have a bond with you and you'll be able to percieve and work with them best. Conversely they will also be more likely to work with you.

There is also a history of working with the wrongfully killed, murderers and others for justice and revenge work.

If you haven't had a spirit call out to you then go into a graveyard with your payment and simply walk around while you attempt to call out to the spirits and tell them what you seek from them. Tell them of the work you wish to perform, or that you want to build a relationship. See if you can perceive any of them responding to your call. If you are drawn to any one grave then try to contact them, ask for their aid, and purchase their dirt when you get the go-ahead.

when you say perceive, do you mean that there are some signs that let you know what they would like to receive? Or is it more of a feeling you will have?

Also, how do you know that a saint is hearing your petition or working on it? Are there any signs?

Thanks a lot for clearing my doubts,

People perceive things differently, some see spirits and energies, some hear them, some feel them-it is really contingent upon that person.

There are times when spirits and saints may communicate through signs and other occurrances. I recommend that you call out to the spirit, saint, or angel of your choice and speak your petition. Then afterward just listen. See if you can perceive anything in return.

As to how do you know if they hear you? You must have faith ;-). And the results will speak for themselves. Either they work on your behalf or they don't.

Good luck.

I like to know if its alrite to petition St Martha and St Expedite on the same petition and at the same time? Or should I ask each saints permission first and how to go about doing that?

Please kindly advise. Many thanks. x

I would do a divination to find out if working with both would be advised for this work.

Use a pendulum to get yes/no answers, or use tarot to get a reading on it - of course if you are skilled at a different form of divination than use it instead.

IBMagnet, this forum is not a place to discuss the existence of magic, your lack of religious beliefs, or your singular idea that folk magic is a form of theater. You are certainly welcome to entertain yourself however you choose, but probably you should take youse questions to another venue.

You asked what dangers the Intranquil Spirit holds for those who call upon this damned soul to torture their wandering lovers.

In my experience, if the Intranquil Spirit cannot or chooses not to bring your lover back, it may capture YOU and you will become obsessed with performing the Intranquil candle spell ritual over and over and over again. I have seen this happen many times. It is scary to me to see it.

I have seen people burn up to 20 or more Intranquil Spirit vigil lights, one after another, for months. They have themselves become intranquil spirits. I do not recommend this spell or working with this spirit.

As for Santisima Muerte -- she, to me, is an old reliable.

She'll kill the guy for you if he proves unfaithful. Straight up, that's her promise.

You can't work with her if YOU are "the other woman." She hates that.

Other than that, she is just the nicest ally your could have.

I have not worked with her myself (no infidelity problems), but she is not a trickster like the Intranquil Spirit, as far as i can tell from how working with her has affected my clients. I know several marriages that were saved by Santisima Muerte. She's okay with me.

I think the main thing to be aware of is how intolerant of infidelity Saint Muerte is. To successfully work with her, one must be faithful. I've heard so long as your meet her "criteria" she is a powerful ally. Myself, I would be more reluctant to petition the unpredictable Intranquil Spirit.

Hope I'm posting this is in the right section. I've done some searching...and found bits and pieces of information...and like my inquisitive niece...I am still asking Why? What else? How come? Whatcha doin' that for?

First question....if I don't have an actual candle made for a specific Saint, is there a list or reference page somewhere with this information? Or would white still be considered universal in this instance? I have seen the pages for Saints w/history & prayers on the LM website...but I don't recall there being mention of "colors"

Second...if I don't have an actual candle made for a specific Saint...can I dress a candle w/corresponding LM oils and selected herbs?

Third...how do I know what is considered an appropriate offering? I am guessing that whiskey/rum and coins are not the best choices here. I've read that I should place a glass of water next to the candle for St Expedite (I think he was the one) along with flowers. I've read mention of wine...and pound cake. So...do you put all of that there as you light & pray over the candle? Do you wait until your petition & prayers are answered? A sign? Movement?

Fourth...when you leave the pound cake/wine/flower....how long do you leave it? Do you replace it?

Thanks for taking time to read...ponder...and maybe even answer my questions.

If by chance someone has already asked all of this...and it has been answered...plz point me in the direction of that post. I've been a little side tracked....Ive got 5 kittens that are 3 weeks old from the shelter that I am fostering...bottle feeding...cleaning baby kitten butts...and loving and snuggling every minute I get :P (but I draw the line at kitty licking  I'll wash a bum...but not like a mama kitty)!!!

Thx usurper. 3 or 4 days for the pound cake works for me, and feeding little critters afterwords is an added bonus.

Hello kimberlyanne.

Not every saint has a specific color candle associated with him or her in Catholicism, in fact most do not. In Catholic influenced folk magic many do, but not all. A good source for such info is "The Magical Power of The Saints" by Ray T. Malbrough. Avalabe from LuckyMojo here: http://www.luckymojo.com/mojocatbooks.html In general tho a white candle dressed with Holy Oil will do fine.
kimberlyanne wrote:Second...if I don't have an actual candle made for a specific Saint...can I dress a candle w/corresponding LM oils and selected herbs?
If its a saint that has an oil made by LuckyMojo then yes, but not every saint does.
kimberlyanne wrote: Third...how do I know what is considered an appropriate offering? I am guessing that whiskey/rum and coins are not the best choices here. Here is where it gets a bit complicated. In Catholicism with very few exceptions technically you wouldn't make an offering to a saint, you can petition for their intersession on your behalf, but for many Catholics an offering comes too close to worship.

In folk magic tho this is not always so. In general a candle and a glass of water is good, but some saints have very specific and traditional offerings asked in return for there help. The most well know being the publication of thanks for Saint Jude in the newspaper and Saint Expedite's pound cake and flowers (or water or rum or red wine or coffee). <--- You see that? That's one of the discrepancy one sees all the time in such work, one person might say you must give red wine, another rum, and another still just water or fresh-picked flowers in water in the candle glass. I personally give a glass of water, you should do divination and ask the saint.
kimberlyanne wrote:So...do you put all of that there as you light & pray over the candle? Do you wait until your petition & prayers are answered? A sign? Movement?
Pay them their due when they have helped you, if they don't help you don't pay.
kimberlyanne wrote:Fourth...when you leave the pound cake/wine/flower....how long do you leave it? Do you replace it?
Until it gos stale.

Thx HD.

When petitioning a Saint...is it the same process/theory as writing a petition paper in other candle work? I haven't done any work with Saints...so this is some uncharted territory for me.

Kimberlyanne, at this point i would advise you to take a step back and read more about Catholicism and folk-Catholicism. You are approaching this from a piecemeal/case-by-case/outsider's viewpoint that is not grounded on a thorough understanding of the religion.

Seriously, one doesn't just waltz in and say, "I'm gonna petition Catholic saints" without having a deep appreciation for the Catholic church, for the cultural nuances of folk-Catholicism, and for the traditions of novena vows and spoken prayers.

You were given a good book recommendation with "Magical Powers of the Saints," and i advise that you also absorb the following web pages as well. The list is long. Please, do read them all before striking off into this "uncharted" territory.:

P.S.: From every one of those pages i listed above, you will find links leading to information on indvidual saints, some at Lucky Mojo and some at AIRR. Read them all!

For instance, just for starters, here are the Lucky mojo page and the AIRR page for a couple of saints whose names start with the letter "A" :

SAINT AGATHA CATHOLIC PATRON SAINT OF BREAST CANCER http://www.luckymojo.com/saintagatha.html

AIRR:Saint Agatha http://readersandrootworkers.org/index. ... int_Agatha

and

SAINT ANTHONY CATHOLIC PATRON SAINT OF LOST THINGS http://luckymojo.com/saintanthony.html

AIRR: Saint Anthony http://readersandrootworkers.org/index. ... nt_Anthony

Good luck, and most of all remember, if you have come to Catholic saint veneration and petitioning as a guest -- listen, learn, pay respect. Each saint is a unique entity -- there is no one way to venerate saints, there is no single or best prayer to speak, and there is no one form of thanks-offering that is to be made to all saints. Each has his or her own unqiue qualities, life history, interests, prayers, and cultural traditions.

Kimmie ---

Do not worry. This is a good path for hoodoo newbies like us. Once you research the above books and links it will start to make sense. I suggest you start with the Archangels section because I think most people believe or want to believe they have a guardian angel.

Good luck with the kittens...oh just the thought of them make me smile.

I agree with ablake. Start with angels, since they are universally regarded as God's messengers, and can be petitioned by those of any faith.

Thanks family! This is good stuff! I really had NO idea where to start...and my interest has been peaked via discussion on the forum. Y'all are GREAT!!!

Cat...you are correct. I do not have a thorough understanding of Catholicism/folk-Catholicism. I was christened/baptized episcopalian...but I refer to myself as being "religiously challenged" (chuckle chuckle) because I personally don't understand why we can't all just get along...I just claim to be spiritual...find what works for me...and don't worry to much about the rest. My interest in other "stuff" has grown by seeing & reading discussions on the forum. Call it a hunger for knowledge so my practice can be well rounded.

ablake...my kindred newbie friend :D ....Archangels is/are a great suggestion. I do believe I have a guardian angel...actually as wild and crazy as I was I am sure I have more than 1...watching over & protecting me was a 27/7 job! Well, I'm still wild & crazy...just lower keyed than I was 8 years ago  . Have I mentioned to you yet that my sisters first name begins with an "a" and her middle name is blake? And....I've been Kimmie or Kimber all my life to family & friends ;) ! Way cool....

I started this response last night...but got side tracked w/my baby kitties. Took them downstairs to have feeding time w/Grammie (85 w/Alzheimer's) it was time well spent!

Hi all,

I am a nurse looking to advance my career with further education, but am running into the usual difficulties: not enough money, too many prereqs in the programs close to home, and so forth, and I cant make up my mind ( am an RN but want to get into a good NP program asap, with low tuition and easy location of preceptors..is such a thing/combo possible?)

I wanted to petition St Gregorio as he is for health workers, but wondered if there was also anyone else on whom I could /should call upon? I also wanted to work a spell for the same effect for smoothing the way and incorporate it in my daily work. I enjoy candle work, but it is difficult for me to put out honey jars as there is no secluded spot in my home...but maybe i can work around that...

I just finished deep spring cleaning of my home, on the mundane and spiritual levels, and tomorrow will begin a 7 day uncrossing ritual, as i have been advised that i might have the remains of a crossed condition that was not properly removed. After that i plan to light road opener candles for this purpose, and also 'activate' a prepared success mojo from LM...

I have read the page on St Gregorio but am still at a loss as to how to petition him on a daily basis..can anyone advise on this as well as on what else i could do to further my nursing career at a swift and smooth pace ?

If you are comfortable with saints then Saint Martha is good for getting your employers to favor you. I believe the LM site lists Saint Agatha as patroness of Nurses here: http://www.luckymojo.com/patronsaints.html

In addition to Road Opening consider working some Crown of Success conjure to help you succeed and excell in your work. Worked along side Steady Work can help you not only move forward in your career but can ensure you continued employment.

Good luck!

Best is the not used here in those terms but for the moment consider 'appropriate' Research the list of Saints (review the links below) or I would suggest purchasing Magical Power of the Saints: Evocation & Candle Rituals by Reverend Ray T. With saints there is no "best". It comes down to you, who you are comfortable working with and who you have or can build a relationship with.

I can not comment o "goddess" as hoodoo is christian folk magic and I have had no dealing with anything of that sort.

Also consider the Attraction, Lodestone,Magnet, Fires of Love, Adam and Eve(if you are trying for a hetro relationship) Q, Lavender Love Drops (If looking for a queer relationship) and Fast Luck lines of products. Also LuckyMojo maintains a large free spell archive with a lot of love/lust spells that might be able to help you. Free Love and Sex Spells

Good Luck
