Hello yuma,

Instead of using sachet powder in your bath (I can't imagine that would work very well), I recommend you use the Queen Elizabeth Root bath crystals. They are made with the same herbs as the sachet powder, but dissolve in water:

I also wouldn't recommend you put sachet powder in your target's food. I assume you're working on this target for love (judging from the Queen Elizabeth root), and there are lots of edible love herbs you can add to food to influence your target in a subtle way. It's also highly traditional to add a drop of menstrual blood to your target's food to influence them for love.
