Hello all!

That is a good question almost candles are multipurpose but here are just a few from our misc inventory
Command Compel Control, Influence, or Essence of bend over. Just to name a few there is a great variety available at the MISC website for your choosing.

Greetings to all,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you. Four candles were dressed and prayed over, lit for that which I petitioned, and I have since received the candle divination report from Reverend Ernest. I am reminded to be thankful for every favor and every blessing, and this is a good time to express my gratitude to Reverend Ernest, Miss Cat and Nagasiva, and every member of the Church ministry team and the kind souls at Lucky Mojo. I was touched by Rev. Ernest's compassion and empathy, and greatly appreciated the candle divination and sensible advice that he extended to me. I also want to say thank you to Leslieanne who prepared my candles for the altar. There are likely others, whose names I don't know, but deserve my thankfulness as well.

I'm writing this (maybe in the wrong spot on the forum) just to put out positive energy and thoughts. I know all too well that there are many souls out there facing troubles, setbacks, hardships and disappointments. It is often in our darkest times that we come to prayer and meditation, seeking the aid of the divine and comfort of others as we struggle to find the path forward. This is where I find myself now, so I'm putting this into word so that others out there know that they are not alone. I may not know you, but I am thinking of you. And, it is my hope and prayer that positive changes take place in your life, that your dreams may come true. Let us love and support one another, as we seek the dawn of the new day to come.

I have a question, I hope is not too silly. Almost every candle report I receive back tells me to pray and meditate. I am embarrassed to say, but I don't know how to do that. Am I supposed to pray to God, because I don't really feel like he's been there for me lately. Hoodoo Gods? Who would I pray to for love? As far as meditating, am I concentrating on what I would like the outcome to be? I have tried meditating and concluded I am horrible at it. I suspect I have ADD because sitting, not thinking about a million things at once is impossible for me. My last candle report came back very good, with just a few bits of glitter. I would hate for it to not manifest all because I am unable to do this simple task. Thank you!

Pray to whomever you wish to pray to. Could be: Your ancestors; guardian angels, Spirit Guides; Saints; Archangels; etc., any deity

When the candle report says to meditate, Simply sit in a quiet place and fantasize the favorable outcome.

And there are no "Hoodoo Gods". Hoodoo is based on Protestant Christianity

Although, when I needed an event to be cancelled, I did pray to Oya, and 10 minutes later there was a storm. It was incredible.

I have a question about which candles to purchase. There is a position that i applied for that involves me to to relocate/transfer. I already know that my current boss is who will be interviewing me and ultimately making the decision. What candles should i use to increase my chances of getting the position. She told me that the process will be pretty speedy in that i'd have to move by the end of January if i get it. Just curious as to what i should do!

Hi guys,

I've been lighting candles at MISC for two different reasons / people involved at the moment, both of whom I'd like a professional relationship with but one of them, some sort of attraction / romantic relationship with too.
He's always been on and off, occasionally absolutely amazing with me and at times, made me feel very unimportant. We only have each other's email addresses and while he shows up at my workplace at times, I never know when (and sometimes it takes many months until I see him again).

I lit 3 candles for him at the beginning of the month (Bewitching, Attraction and Come to Me). Both Bewitching and Come to Me had perfect reports of clean burns. Attraction was slightly grey / hazed which signifies distractions but with a heart on top.
Yesterday after he hasn't been at my workplace in months, I bumped into him in an incredibly random area I never sit at. He just walked past, saw me and immediately approached me - but it was such an amazing coincidence I still can't get over it. It's been 3 weeks pretty much since the first candle was lit and I could absolutely feel its assistance.

However, he did tell me he's going away for a bit (I think only a few weeks) soon since he said he'll be taking my writing with him (which is the professional relationship I wanted too), so I don't know when I'll next see him and / or hear from him by email even (he did ask me to email him something yesterday, which I have).

I was wondering if this calls for a lighting of another candle (Mercury?) or relighting the Attraction (MISC just suggested prayer and meditation) or should I just wait ? It's so difficult for me when it's not someone I see daily.

Hello lalyil,

Well if he's going to be gone for only a few weeks, I don't think it's anything to really worry about. However, if you want to keep some heat on the situation, you could always put the two of you in a honey jar, and burn red candles on top dressed with the same types of oils as the vigil candles you burned, Attraction, Bewitching and Come to Me:

You could also start dressing any papers you give him (lightly) with sachet powders of those same types too, as well as wear the oils as a personal scent.

Hey forum,

I'm curious to know which MISC candles would be best to have burned if I want the attention of an NFL player that I have a crush on. I met him a few times a few years ago when I was interning for the team he currently plays on. Very nice guy and flirted with me. Nothing ever happened obviously lol. With social media making it rather easier for people to communicate long distance (and with celebrities), I want to see what candle I should have lit to make him follow me on social media, communicate with me through social media, be open to me messaging him through social media, and at least peak his interest?

He knows that I want a committed relationship and he says that he wants the same, he seems to be dragging his feet and little. I just wanted to share some love on the wonderful workers at the MISC! Not only do they work so hard for us, but they never fail to communicate and reply to emaisl, even the thank you emails!
From the day my candles were lit, I felt a sense of calmness, as I knew blessings and prayers were being said for me.

As each day passed, a new brightness came into my life. Some days were hard, and I felt frustrated, anxious and stressed - but with those feelings came a sense to talk it out with myself and go over the situation out loud. This was something I had never done, and never felt urged to do before. By doing so, I swept away all negative emotions and saw the situation more clearly than I ever had. I know this was because of the blessings I received from the MISC with my vigil lights.

I have not received my report (I don't even know if it has been 7 days already - time has escaped me as so many things have come to light in that time) but I know that blessings have been heard, and have come to me.

Please go get yourself a candle lit at the church if you are unsure about it, just go see for yourself. Just remember to maintain positivity, and give yourself some self healing time when times are hard

Thank you to the wonderful people at MISC for their work and prayers lighting candles.., I had two candles lit this week for a pressing work situation that looked like my job was being cut ... I lit Saint Martha and Steady Work ... before the candles were done burning the situation has reversed and the company abandoned these unwanted plans! Hello All,
I recently had candles lit with MISC. The candles I chose were Influence, Stay with me, and Reconciliation for my guy and I. The report stated signs of minor delays, distractions, and confusion but these minor concerns shouldn't get in the way if our happiness together & a kind and loving relationship appears to be in the cards. Should I have a road opener or blockbuster lit as well? If so which one?

A couple of other questions,
* I have two jobs, one as a massage therapist and the other job I work in a casino poker room. My massages have slowed down, and the poker room I mostly rely on tips. Is there any candles that I could use to increase my massages and tips? Like maybe bewitched OR look me over?

Also,
* Lately I have been kind of stuck, not very motivated to do anything & just kind of not wanting to be around/ deal with people. I wouldn't say depressed; just not in the mood to be bothered. Is there a candle to help with this ? To get out of a rut?

This is very long due to complex situation... I apologise

I had a tackle with an acquaintance from work that I really like... in fact.. it was so unbelievably awkward that I sort of gave up on the idea of being with him before drastic changes in my life unrelated to him

Last night I was stressed cos a man at work who's been trying to put obstacles in my way to everything lately approached him and they chatted for a while. I considered Hot Footing him but it may be uneeded. Thing is in my stress I went over to mention that guy was someone I told him about before (we've been very honest with each other and he knows some people in the building are jealous and have been trying to pull me down so I asked for his advice on it. Hence I wanted to say this is one of them and undoubtedly he wanted to get to know him because he saw us chatting and noticed I like him)
Anyway he was with his family ... and I interrupted by saying I needed to talk to him. He introduced me to his mom and I attempted to be friendly but they noticed my energy was off (due to the stress)

I bumped into him earlier. Didn't realise he was on his phone. So once again I interrupted.. while I wanted to apologise for last night
He said to me he shut the phone and said "I know you like my honesty and openness so I gotta say I'm anxious around you. I always see you and last night even my mom mentioned it was strange and you seemed to have bad energy..." he then thanked me for all the support I've given him (to deal with an injury) but said "we're work acquaintances" and kinda mentioned my role is lower... in a nicer way so it didn't sound as bad
He said I'm welcome to join him when he's alone and he'll come to me (he was looking at a project of mine so I did want to speak to him about it properly) to chat once he checks the project again (it's all in a creative environment rather than coperrate btw)

I apologised repeatedly. Told him about that man and said I will never interrupt again and I am happy he said all of that. I also admitted I'm bipolar so I get more stressed about things and I'm around work more cos my friends are here. Something I didn't want to say cos it's hardly attractive..

Thing is I currently have a Bewitching candle lit up for him. I suppose it could have helped in freaking him out... I also did a working against the effects of Mercury Retrograde so maybe that's where the openness came from after we haven't spoken properly for a week (though we always see each other.. some of my intuition was that he was avoiding me)

I do really care about him cos we are very similar though he seems to be a lot gutsier.. which I admire too. I'd like to become proper friends and perhaps get closer like that or work together in future.. so to add to that I want more respect from him. Especially following showing my weaknesses. Last night on a whim I ordered a Come to Me and Attraction candles to be burnt.. not sure it's the right move but can it harm?

What else would be good? I can't afford much but he's only at the workplace five more weeks and ideally... I'd have liked to stay in touch after :/

also, you may want to get some tranquility products for yourself so to keep you calm while you "lay low" and perform your magic

Oh of course I intend to lay low and let him come to me. I know the candles will help with that. We still have two previous engagements.. one is to talk about my project which he told me yesterday he will reread so we can discuss properly and two, I made an appointment for him to help with his injury. He thanked me again for it yesterday during that confrontation and never said he doesn't want it so I will have to remind him about it in a week. Til then I won't be the one approaching. I have a feeling a part of him feels bad about yesterday though and he'll most likely come to me tonight. I intend to be honest once more that while I agree with what he said I feel he doesn't respect me as much as I deserve since I thought he saw us as equals. I do think he didn't mean that part yet that did hurt

I already have a honey jar for him. For over a week now. For a few days it got a LOT of wax build up. Sometimes I'd burn one candle and sometimes there small one and the wax kept building..
Last night I burnt three with blockbuster and van van and prayed for obstacles to be moved and friendship to grow stronger... for the first time all candles merged in the end and cleared the top of the jar completely. So as I felt this open chat yesterday meant we can now start anew

Hey forum,

I understand that a honey jar is the best option when wanting to sweeten a person to you. I am wondering however, what candle from MISC would be the equivalent just for a boost in power? Basically, I want to sweeten my coworker to me and eventually apologize to me for saying something offensive a month ago. We have not spoken since I found out what he said and since I took it to HR. He's tried to make it seem like I've done something to him when really he was the one to say something offensive. What candle would you all suggest?

Edit: Also, I'm going to make a honey jar for him this evening and want to know how to phrase my petition. I want him to be kind to me when we absolutely must work together or near each other and want him to apologize to me too. How can I write a petition for my honey jar that includes both and will get the message through?

Reconciliation I think might be good for this, or maybe Influence to get it in his head that he needs to apologize to you . I'm not too sure of how to word the honey jar petition though.
Maybe get some reconciliation candles lit to heal any bad feelings between you both.

I got a confirmation email today saying my candles will be lit tomorrow - when I ordered these candles 11 days ago...
I don't think it ever took me this long before to get a confirmation email?

I ordered a Cast Off Evil candle yesterday (just before I got the confirmation for the two candles I ordered 11 days ago) and now I wonder how long will it take until I get a confirmation for that one

The candle service is for as long as the candle lasts. Seven days is the average but some burn faster and some burn longer. The candle servers at MISC are very attentive and dedicated to the work they do, and the services are more than worth it.

I was just reading this forum and I was reading about retrograde possibly messing up the work. I thought as long as it wasn't like a communication candle specifically it would be fine. But I'm guessing they do have a little to do with communication. I literally just ordered them the other day. One on the 27th (Influence for love), one on the 28th (Follow me girl), and a 3rd one on the 29th (Influence to influence a good/influential friend of my love interest). I haven't gotten any confirmation emails yet. Will the work be fine? Or should I call MISC and have the work hold off until May 2nd since we go out of retrograde on May 3rd?? I wouldn't want the work to reverse or have lesser effect due to retrograde! Thanks you all.

I also know that my email with my attached picture has not been opened because I get notifications when my emails are read, therefore I feel that my reconciliation candle has not been processed yet since I ordered in on 22 April.
